WellNow Urgent Care in other cities:
I brought my daughter here after she very foolishly jumped 6 stairs yesterday and hurt her foot. Clarissa, a nurse was so sweet, compassionate and on top of my daughters needs. She made my daughter forget about her pain for a brief time and had her laughing and feeling comfortable. The entire staff did a great jobbut she really went above and beyond. Couldnt have been happier.
My five year old son needed a COVID test to travel to Canada. I brought my three year old daughter with us. They immediately found the slushies and it made their day. The nurse was extremely friendly and great with them. She brought little stuffed horses in for them to choose from and take home. So nice. Lucky kids! They want to go back here next time.
At WellNow one always gets fast, courteous, professional service. I have yet to be disappointed. I schedule online, check in online, (it is fast and easy) and when I get there, I am always taken in at my appointment time. I will continue to use WellNow for mine and my families urgent care needs.
Entered the facility at 7375 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY 13090. Simple injury, nail in foot. Needed it looked at and a tetanus shot most likely. Facility had two patients there ahead of my arrival. Upon entering I told them my problem and was greeted with the statement that they were overwhelmed and that I needed an appointment. Its funny that a business who advertises no appointment needed suddenly needs and appointment. What puzzles me even more is if I need an appointment to see a care physician at a no appointment needed facility, am I supposed to schedule my injury ahead of time also. Long story short. I simply left the facility as it was clear that this organization simply does not have their act together. Its a shame that one facility in this organization chain of facilities has clearly severely demonstrated the organization s inability to provide that which they so clearly advertise,,,,,, simple quick non life threatening urgent care on a no appointment needed principal.
Wish I could leave a lower review they made an appointment for a friend to go in to get a physical they said at the most it would take an hour but an hour later she was still in the waiting room 2 hours later i went in to the building because she had another appointment and they said she was just about done and would be out in 15 minutes and 30 minutes later they told me she was walking out the door and I then waited 20 more minutes until she came out. she then told me they didnt do anything but fill out her paperwork incorrectly I have been there for a personal reason before and they were utterly incompetent then as well. My fiancée has also been there twice and both time they failed to do even the most basic parts of their job. She went in with an ear infection and they gave her eye drops for it. she recommends nobody ever go there again.
Every contact, from reception to nurse, yo medical assistant, yo PA or doctor: professionalism, demeanor, respect, thoroughness, quality of care, ease of checking in and insurance billing, as well as follow-up is EXCEPTIONAL.These professionals work long and hard days but maintain positive attitudes and pleasant, helpful and caring demeanor.Top notch care.
The Staff at Wellnow Urgent Care/Rte 31 Clay, NY were just exceptional. Their attitude was one of really caring about you; making sure their information was exactly correct and their approach was totally that of Healthcare Professionals. They truly are Healthcare Heroes.
I burned my hand while cooking and had to see the WellNow in Liverpool. As soon as I was checked in I was taken into a room and I didn’t have to wait to be seen by a physician to get an ice pack (that made a world of difference). Everyone from the person checking me in to the nurse giving me my discharge paperwork we’re so kind, patient, and they really cared. I don’t want to have another urgent medical need but if I do, I’m going back to WellNow.
Brought my 3 year old in after he hit his head to get the wound tended to. The nurse set him up in the room with toys, stickers, and put cartoons on the TV, he immediately forgot his bleeding head lac and proceeded to play while waiting. They made what could have been a traumatic experience much more comforting for him.
Very happy with the care I’ve received here. From the front office through to discharge all staff members are courteous and professional. Very happy with our Clay WellNow office. Every time I’ve gone I’ve received wonderful care and 5/21/22 was exactly the same. TY to the WellNow heroes
My rapid test took all of five minutes, tops. The staff was organized. I was around zero other patients so I felt very safe. The health care professional was efficient and still personable. My daughter also received care this week. Well Now gave her care when her pediatrician would not. Looked at her throat, swabbed for rapid tests plus sent them out to the lab. As a parent you just want some answers and a plan for treatment so you can have some peace of mind. Well Now was able to give us that.100% recommend
Honestly I don’t know what I would do without this place. I have a box fell on my hand while I was at work, and it caused my hand to get swollen and felt painful. I went in pretty late around 6 PM and I was surprised that they could accommodate me on the spot. Will probably be back again, hopefully not soon
Very professional and the front desk is overwhelmed. For the specific branch that I attended they should have a sign on the door that they don’t have any providers at that location. Other than that it was pretty easy to take care of me. Kudos to the two young ladies at the front desk for maintaining professional in the face of unruly customers.
Never picks up the phone when I call. Multiple times multiple different days. Says “no appointment needed” and won’t let me make an appointment at all but when I go there they tell me I need an appointment. When I finally get one they take forever and send me to a different urgent care 20 minutes away. Staff is friendly besides those issues.
Visit to the Clay site was quick and the people were pleasant. But trying to log in to the portal was extremely frustrating. I kept getting user not found and thinking that maybe I was misunderstood the directions and was supposed to wait for a text from Wellnow before trying to access the portal, I tried to call the site but, kept getting the virtual assistant which sent me back to the wellnow website. Unsure what to do now. I think the question I had shouldve been easily answered if I could have talked to a person.
Took about an hour to go from sign in to someone getting my insurance info, then it was over another half hour for me to finally get my nose swabbed for a COVID test. No I didn’t have an appointment, but I can’t see how this event needed to take this long when earlier in the year we could get drive up tests that took just as long to get results back from.Staff is friendly and the place is certainly clean, but the process of trying to get a COVID test is ridiculous and I can see why we in the US are having difficulty getting adequate data on infection rates.
Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Honestly better than most doctor office experiences. I was able to get a COVID test the same day that I made an appointment (even though appointment wasn’t needed). I showed up early and was taken in 30 min ahead of time. The staff and nurses took thorough care of me. I only thought I was getting a standard PCR test, but they also gave me a rapid test as well and had a nurse inspect and tend to me. It was a very professional, thorough and efficient process. I walked out extremely happy, and it was all covered through insurance.5/5
I went to get my child a physical which I called ahead but anyways long story short they couldnt help me but that wasnt my issue my issue was the doctors bed side manner he wouldnt let me finish my sentence and cut me off from talking to say he needs to see better more important patients. All I was doing what trying to explain my suitation so he could maybe help me but sadly no. Even my 3 yr old says why was Dr so mean and she didnt understand what he said but anyways the other staff was as sweet as could be but the Dr was anything but sweet he was rude and disrespectful
I did not have an appointment but walked in. They were very friendly and the whole experience was professional and organized.I was taken to an examine room quickly and there was a reasonable wait till I was seen. I was not rushed thru the visit but was given full time and attention from the medical staff I appreciate the caring manner in which I was treated and well definitely go back if they need to comes up.
Always prompt & courteous! They make everything super convenient & easily accessible including postings on their front door as well as their website. We rushed in there as my son was experiencing some type of allergic reaction, just a rash but he was extremely uncomfortable. They assisted us immediately & got us right into a room. We were seen & treated quickly with a very caring bedside manner. I will not even consider going to an alternate urgent care.
After a bad fall, I went to WellNow Urgent Care in Clay to get my arm checked. After registration, I was brought into an exam room immediately, where my vital signs were taken and I was seen by Patricia Barletta PA. She was gentle and informative, ordering xrays and finding a fracture. They spent the time to arrange an orthopedic appointment that very afternoon, where they sent me with a sling, cold pack and records from my visit. Everyone at WellNow was attentive, caring and professional. I would recommend them anytime.
I had my first experience with the new Well Now Urgent care on Sunday. I was very impressed! The receptionist greeted me and actually looked up at me while she explained the necessary forms and reviewed the office policies.I don’t believe I waited more than 10 minutes and was brought to a treatment room .More friendly staff and a beautifully clean room!!The PA who treated me that Sunday explained thoroughly the results of my X-ray while waiting for the final read from the attending radiologist.I definitely would return to this facility and highly recommend the new Urgent Care on Route 31!
Quiet office. Everyone complied with Covid-19 precautions. Office was clean and the staff was courteous. They showed care and took care of my issue in a timely manner. I hope I dont have to go to an Urgent Care at any time but if I do, it will definitely be WellNow. Thank you.7/17/21:Was able to just walk in and get a work physical for my 16 year old son who starts work this week. Amazing!! I never thought you could go to an Urgent Care for a physical. They dont take insurance but it was only $30. Great experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for work/sports/school physicals. The staff was very pleasant.
I went to WellNow on Route 31 in Clay & had a wonderful experience (for someone being sick)!! Joey, Noelle, Alyssa & Patricia treated me with great respect! They went above & beyond what I believe to be standard of care! They explained everything they were doing. They continually kept me informed & asked me if I understood what I needed to do. I felt well cared for, respected & I recommend going to this particular location! Thank you ALL for your tender care!
I can’t even express how awesome this place is. This was my first time going to an urgent care. My 5 year split his nose open and he ended up having it glued. They were so quick with us. We were in and out. They put us at priority and really took care of us. Elise answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease! I highly recommend this place. They are amazing
Although it took a while to make an appointment...when I got there, they did check in while I was in my car and they got me into a room immediately after. They are definitely on top of their time management and ease of the visit for their patients. Even with time constraints, they gathered information and listened to me, which doesnt always happen in many medical facilities. It was a quick and easy experience and hoping for negative results from my Covid test.
We were lucky to walk into this location and not have a long wait period for a PCR test and we even got the results in less than 24 hours. But the frustrating part is when the lab posts the results and then removes them at some point.School needs proof and I couldnt supply it. I call the Clay location all afternoon and they dont answer a single time. I had to call another WellNow who stated their policy is for me to come pick the results up or have them faxed. No one owns a fax machine. No one. I cannot go physically get the results because Im quarantined.WellNow has also failed to notify the local health department as well as the state for contact tracing. Seems fishy that they pull the results and then dont notify anyone either.Regardless- theyre making this process a lot harder than it needs to be for everyone involved.
No one answers the phone what do ever. It also states that there is Covid testing for a-symptomatic people which is not completely true either. If you have diabetes or any other thing wrong then they turn you away. My mother went there and had diabetes and they wouldn’t give her a simple nose swab because of it. And like I said if you try to call there, no one answers. Called all day long.
A Scam To Say The Least. During my first visit it took 3 hours of waiting WITH an appointment to see someone for 30 seconds, it didnt actually help so I came back a few weeks later. The second time I at least got in quickly but again barely a minute of the PA/NPs time. Both times I was badgered about getting a COVID test that I wasnt there for. I was told my insurance went through, was accepted, and that I had a zero copay both times. Today, over a month after the first visit I am hit with a $400+ bill in the mail because my insurance magically failed? Despite being told it was all fine and good when I was there?Had I known this not only would I have not returned for a second visit but I would have tried to remedy the situation. My insurance is valid, accepted, and covers urgent care visits. To be hit with such a large bill after being told it was fine over a month later is absolutely unacceptable. I have no doubt the constant asking about a COVID test was profit related. Will never return and suggest going elsewhere. I will be contacting my insurance provider and hopefully they can straighten this nonsense out. $400 for at most 2 minutes of visitation? Get real.
10 I would highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care on RT 31 in Clay NY. The staff was professional and attentive to my needs. Noelle my nurse was wonderful and kind. Dan my NP was knowledgeable and had great bed side manor. Lucky for me this facility was available to me. Thank you.
I was impressed. I went for what I thought was a simple covid-19 test and they did a complete check of my overall health. Blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen in my blood, temperature.....they genuinely cared about me as a person and patient. The Doctor spent some time with me . Very friendly and efficient staff.
Had a really positive experience with staff and treatment, making an appointment online is impossible and they were unable to provide any information regarding the online reservations and I ended up just going to the location. Once there like I said very positive and friendly experience, received good care. Highly recommend.
I called first to discuss what was going on and whether or not I needed to be seen. I did end up going in after being told in advance what to expect when I got there. Precautions were in place to not only keep me safe but the staff safe as well. I so appreciate that safety was of the utmost importance during this time of the pandemic. Once inside, I was taken immediately to a room where I was promptly taken care of. Staff was very friendly and very caring. I would highly recommend wellnow Urgent Care, and I thank them for taking good care of me.
I went in for a strept & covid test. They said it would take an hour to be seen. After 20 min. I was put in a room, triaged by a medical assistant and 10 min after that the P.A. came in. Strept results before i left and covid result emailed to me by 6pm. Everyone was professional and courteous.
Service was prompt and efficient for a Saturday between 11:30a-12, when you would expect it to be crazy busy. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I like the fact that you can actually check the wait time status online and check in prior to your arrival. Being in health care myself for 25 years and working in an Urgent Care in my past experience, this was by far the best experience in a Urgent Care setting Ive encountered. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful, including the NP that I saw in Clay, NY on Saturday 9/24/19. I would highly recommend this location.
I went to WellNow on Route 31 to get treatment for a deep cut on my arm . I was immediately taken into a room where a medical assistant took my vitals etc. I was promptly seen by a PA named Erica. She was very thorough, friendly and efficient, My only issue is that the driveway going into facility is not very well marked. I missed the driveway and had to go up a ways to turn around. Then it was still difficult to find the entrance. I recommend better signage.
My PCP doesn’t have Covid tests and I was having nearly every symptom on the list. I was terrified the test would be positive and having COPD along with too many other autoimmune diseases getting Covid would nearly be a death sentence before the results even came back. I was able to get an appt for the test not even two hours after looking at their site. They not only did the rapid test but added the flu test as well and sent a more in-depth Covid test that will be back in a few days. Both rapid tests were negative. It’s not my first test but they are the first to give me an information sheet about isolating at least until the other test results are given. But preferably 10 days to be sure it’s not just starting. They also said I likely had something g viral and that if I felt worse or wasn’t feeling better by the end of the week, to follow up with my primary doctor. They were all very friendly, showed concern and listened to what I said and had concerns about. There is one closer to me but the Clay location had a same day Covid opening and only a few miles further away. I don’t think I waited in the car 10 minutes and wasn’t in there 45 minutes all together. I would definitely go back and take my daughter if needed
This is the second time we have been to this urgent care in the last few months. Our 5 year old son has been the patient both times. The staff have been fantastic, especially with our energetic little guy. The place is very clean. I would highly recommend to a friend.
On Wednesday, 11-18-20, I made my first visit to a WellNow Urgent Care location. The purpose of the visit was to have a COVID 19 sample taken for analysis. I found every staff-member to be courteous and thoughtful. My only comment is that I waited in my car for around 50 minutes after my initial check in and being prompted to come to the door to be escorted to an examining room.
I went in on crutches with a lower back injury and when I was seen by the Doc. Nicole she literally said enough theatrics. Well explaining my situation to the attending male nurse I said what do I do bud? And the response was first off Im not your budI am a 36 year old in tears due to pain and that is their professional response! Absolutely unprofessional and ZERO compassion for my injury. MY FAMILY AND FRIEND WILL NEVER USE YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES.The clay location is an embarrassment to the health community.
My 7 year old put his tooth through his lip and was very upset. I was able to check in online and when we got to the location was checked in and brought to an exam room very quickly. With everything going on with COVID testing, the staff was very responsive and caring, efficient and thorough. Facility was very clean and all protocols were being followed.
The staff is so friendly and willing to help I would recommend stopping in if you are in need of care. The issue is that service is not urgent as the name may suggest. I don’t expect a mad house but I sat in the exam room alone for 25 or more minutes and watched an entire tv episode on the small screen in the room before I was helped. Tough to give fewer stars as service is excellent but the rate of service leaves more to be desired.
Its such a great feeling to know that there are companies still out there, who hire great people and have a corporate culture that sustains that. Im speculating that is the reason for such wonderful and professional experiences Ive had at every WellNow, but theres something there.... something different, about WellNow, that makes their centers a place that I use exclusively and always feel good about recommending. Thank you to the staff, and congratulations to the business as a whole for being a standout. Youre all doing something right and I cant express how good that makes me feel. Keep it up!
Painful Knee injury. I was seen promptly, evaluated, given a referral for followup.Check in was easy. The xray technician was careful of my injury, yet thorough. I was given a disk of my injury to bring to my orthopedic physicianNurse Practitioner Salvagno wrapped my leg, sent a prescription to my drug store. Great job!Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional.
I went to the Well Now in Clay for a COVID test as I had come in contact with people who had tested positive at work and I myself was experiencing a cough and headache. Although I did not have an appointment I called and was told to come to the facility as they were having a slow period but there may be a bit of a wait, so brought a book to read in the car. From the time I arrived and was called inside, it wasn’t more than 20-25 minutes. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and caring. The test itself is just nasally irritating but definitely not painful. If anyone thinks that a COVID test might be necessary for her/himself, please do it! As long as you breathe through your mouth while the swabbing is being done, it will be over before you know it!
Good place to go for COvid tests. Staff isnt overly paranoid and seems to know that this is aerosol transmitted disease, not so much due to touching stuff. So they arent covered in ridiculous suits of protective stuff except the all important face masks. The testing is quick and with a light touch, not even uncomfortable as much as too much pepper that one might smell. Its done in a normal private clinic room.Only takes 4 to 5 days to get results but I only did it yesterday.Friendly and efficient!
Very friendly staff , quick checkin process.Staff explains everything in detailed , understandable terms . They are not in a hurry to end your appointment and listen with concern. A great asset to our community and have many locations to visit when in need of their care . A+ in my book!
I visited on Black Friday because my Drs office was closed, which I found shocking, the care I receive at WellNow Urgent Care was better than excellent. I was in and out in a half hour with my antibiotics prescription. The unit was new and very clean and staff was friendly and professional. I wish they could be my full time doctors.
Excellent facility, staff is so nice, professional and friendly.Registrated online to skip the line, there was 0 wait time.I was seen by Claire Monnat, PA. She was amazing, listened carefully, treated professionally, was very patient answering all our questions which were alot. The atmosphere is great and very very clean. Will sure be coming again.Thank you so much.Unfortunately the experience was not so great after I left, I was prescribed a medication that needs authorization for my insurance to cover it. I called well now several times and my insurance called them. First I was told they will authorize it, then they said they cant authorize it! then they said they will change prescription for another medication that doesnt require authorization. Till now they did nothing and I didnt get my prescription yet!Very frustrating.
Please Beware of their covid policy.I made an appointment to have a covid test and communication for the upcoming test was very good. Upon arrival I had no problem with them telling me that they were running 15 -20 minutes late. After, I was called to come into the exam room and waited another 20 minutes. I was rudely answered when I questioned about when I would receive the test. A NP came in and stated that I needed to be seen by a provider 1st. This was not my experience at the Cicero Wellnow Urgent Care and I called the Cicero location to confirm.I was not provided an answer if a copay would result from seeing a provider.
Went to this facility and not only did they give an excuse that the facility on 57 doesnt answer their phones but also stated that they accept walkins for covid testing. Neither of which was accurate. Poor customer service by Jordan at this site and management should seriously think about who they have sitting at their front desk representing their company serving the public during this pandemic
Staff are very kind and respectful. They took the time to answer my questions. The young man behind the desk verified my information by stating out loud partial information instead of the full so everyone could hear him in the waiting room. Ive always had the best experience. Im grateful.
I went to this WellNow because I was having bad stomach pains and diarrhea for a couple weeks, and because I dont have insurance, I didnt want to have to pay for an emergency room visit for something that I thought would be pretty simple to diagnose. The nurse practitioner told me that she believed that I had colitis, but that they didnt have a CT machine or even an simple ultrasound machine to properly diagnose the problem and that I should go to the emergency room. So, I wasted $130 for nothing. Never again.UPDATE: 2 months later my DOT physical was due. Someone told me that WellNow does them for only $89. I thought, These things are simple. How could they screw that up? Well they did. I have been driving truck for over 25 years. I always report that I have mitral valve prolapse. Ive had it since I was 20. No one has ever given me a hard time about it. Well, these people did. Now they want me to spend a few thousand dollars to get an echocardiogram (I dont have insurance) and then I can bring those results back within 45 days and get my card. I dont freaking think so. I should have listened to myself the first time when I said Never again. $219 in total wasted. I should have spent more and found a real occupational health facility.
We went to have my daughter tested for Covid. Because she is under 18 we cannot get her results online but we’re told to call to get her results and we would have to come pick up paper copies. Well, they have their phones turned off because it is too busy. I had to call other locations to get through to someone. They told us that her test was lost and we would have to get retested. Which means I had to wait until midnight, get a new appointment, wait in the car for an hour again, etc. I will not return to this location. Very unprofessional.
The services that I receive from the wellnow I visit was excellent. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health very personable, great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of their patients.I would have no doubt on recommending them to family & friends.
I came in the other night looking for treatment for possible kidney stone...was told i hadnt yet met my deductible and would need to pay over a hundred something dollars to be seen and was told it couldnt be billed and had to be paid up front...as a single parent and someone that was furloughed for 4 months in quarantine and lost 2 months pay, and now receiving food stamps i didnt have the cash to lay out and left frustrated, angry and very disappointed. There was no help whatsoever! Yet, had i gotten xrays and tests Id be billed for those! As of today i havent had time try to deal with it and get treatment...to add insult to injury i keep getting survey questions to rate the treatment i didnt even recieve there!! Very very disappointed!!
My 4 yr old son sliced his finger badly and needed stitches. They closed at 8pm, we got there at 8:02 and their doors were locked. It was a blizzard outside so I’m sure they wanted to get home but the PA and nurses there decided to stay late to see my son. I can not express how AMAZING the staff was and how attentive they were to my little guy! I have two sons and they are constantly getting hurt so we’ve been to a few urgent cares. This was the best one by far!
From the minute we walked into Wellnow the care and attention was excellent. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but from intake to the LPN and x-ray technician they were all attentive compassionate and good at their jobs. I was there on the 27th of November and a female physician assistant wasThe best I have ever come across at any urgent care. What struck me most was her kindness and her smile. I would recommend to anyone that will now on route 31 is an excellent medical facility.
We have visited the location off of Route 31, I believe it is considered in Clay, NY at least a handful of times and each and every time we have had to go there it has ALWAYS been VERY PLEASANT experiences! From the staff at the front desk to all of the staff in the back whom we have seen ALL have ALWAYS been accommodating, caring, compassionate, kid friendly and truly wonderful!🙏🏼 The same can be said about the location off of Route 57 in Liverpool, NY!
I hurt my foot and ankle earlier in the day. The pain wasnt too bad until it about 7 PM when the throbbing became almost unbearable. I called the office and they said they did have time to see me before they closed. I stopped by and they immediately brought me in to get x-rays and then finished the check-in process. Because it was hard for me to walk they didnt make me sit then get up and sit and get up. They just put me right into the room that the doctor would be seeing me in. They were able to get the x-rays read and determine that I did not have any broken bones. They were able to give me a walking boot sort of like a cast that kept everything immobilized. And by the time I got home and put my foot up the pain was beginning to subside. it is now the next day and I am able to move around with the walking boot on and while its a little uncomfortable its not as painful as it was the night before.
On new years day l was using my table saw the board kicked out . my hand hit the.blade and cut all 5 of my fingers. I was taken to wellness urgent Care . Everyone was very nice. thay stitch up my fingers. Hopefully I wont be needing them again but if I do l know thay will take good care of me. Thank wellNow Urgent Care.
Poor description of location on line. It is not in Bayberry; there’s no such place as Bayberry, NY. It should be listed as Clay. No signage to indicate the correct driveway to enter the parking lot, missed it twice. Receptionist uninterested, but did get me in without an appointment. Nurse, Karen, very good, as well as Patrick, NP and X-ray tech. Was there over 2 hours, but they had quite a few patients to evaluate and treat.
Everyone was very kind and caring. We were taken in immediately and tended to promptly. We left feeling well and with confidence that everything that needed to be addressed was as well as clearly expressed in in term we could understand. Thank you to all of the terrific staff that tended to us as well as the remaining staff who left us feeling so cared for.
Rt 31 Clay location: They told my son they dont take insurance for a COVID test unless youve been exposed or are experiencing symptoms.....yet I was tested at their Facility in late November without symptoms or being exposed and they accepted my insurance. What changed?
The PA, Nagib Thabet was excellent! He saw that I was upset and explained everything in detail, was super positive and assured me I had nothing to worry about. He said he was happy that he made a difference in my day! A welcome change from many doctors. I’d definitely go back to see him again.
With everything going on in the world today, its no wonder the staff at the Cicero wellnow even want to come to work, everyone had a great attitude, it takes a very special person to do that job, I am very happy to have gone there I will go back every time from now on, thank you from the bottom of my hart.

2022-04-18We had such a great experience. Reception, nurse and doctors All took great care of us. They were very quick to get us in and make sure my daughter was OK. We did an exam and x Ray in less than an hour. The doctor walked me through what happened with my daughters arm and made us feel at ease. Best walk in experience we have ever had. Thanks to the wonderful nurse who talked about how cute and sweet my daughter was as well!

2022-04-02My son and I were visiting the area and needed a doctor. Chose WellNow based on location and reviews. Front desk staff had us checked in and into a room within minutes of arriving. The nurse was friendly and kind and even offered us drinks and snacks. She informed us how many rooms were ahead of us as well. Turns out someone with an emergency showed up so we waited a little longer than anticipated. This didn’t bother me at all as I would hope if I walked in with an emergency they would triage me to the front as well. What was incredible is that the doctor thanked us at least five times for our patience! The doctor was amazing. He was so patient, thorough, gave explanations to my son that were clear. Made him feel calm and really took his time with us. I don’t live in the area but I left thinking I would make this my primary doctor if I did. Highly recommend.

2022-06-23The absolute best! From the friendly receptionist to the receptive nurse and finally amazing Dr.Mike, a wonderful experience all around, considering i was getting a couple stitches removed. You can tell they still care about the patient and havent allowed the world ending around them to effect how they treat their patients. Hoping to never have to go back but at least I know Ill be treated well if I do.

2022-01-15The staff I had contact with was courteous, professional and proficient. The waiting area and testing room were well lit and clean. Overall my experience was positive. I can honestly recommend this facility for Covid testing and urge potential patients to come to WellNow vs. the overly burdened hospitals. My results were sent to my phone later the same day. They did an admirable job.

2022-04-03I have used the services of the Route 31 Well Now several times. While walk-ins are accepted, I always make an appointment which is easy to do online. That way there is no waiting. The technician takes the basic info and does the testing. If needed, a PA will come in after to examine you further and answer questions. Everything ran smoothly. And test results were received online in less than 24 hours. Very pleased with service.

2022-05-01The staff was very pleasant and the attention to my needs was met in extremely professional manner. Given the fact that I arrived on a weekend they still were able to handle my care nicely. This was a good experience for me and I would suggest everyone who needs to seek medical care of a non life threatening nature to visit this location. Thank you all for your kind treatment.

2022-02-27Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Even though they were extremely busy everyone greeted me with a smile which I found refreshing as customer service has declined in so many other establishments. I was in and out in less than an hour which was shocking but definitely made an impression. My family and I will go to Wellnow in the future after this positive encounter.

2022-05-07Check-in was polite, quick w/ no fuss, no muss. Facility was exceptionally clean. Entry nurse was very pleasant, focused on task and accommodating. Physicians Assistant who saw me was just the same. Experience there deserves the 5 star that I rated it!

2022-04-17I was happy that this location had appointments available next day. I waited for about 15-20 minutes for a room to be available and probably 20 minutes to be seen. The physicians assistant was Danielle or Danica or similar. Sorry about the name forgotten but I did get the medication needed and I feel MILES better. Im thrilled that she listened to me. I really needed that medication and I am feeling great. I highly recommend her and everyone was nice and professional at the Clay location. There is a location across the street from home in Liverpool. Dont go there! Rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Like night and day difference. Clay is Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Liverpool is Compton. Youve been warned.

2022-04-25Made an afternoon appointment online with no problem. The text messages of the upcoming appointment are helpful especially when you don’t feel good. Once I arrived I was seen quickly and all the staff were kind, patient, and thorough.
