Everyone was super friendly and service was great! We didn’t have to wait long to be seen and the nurse and PA were very professional with great bedside manner! Definitely recommend for your urgent care needs.
When it is hard to get a timely appointment with my primary care doctor WellNow is there to treat me. And last year I credit WellNow with saving my life! WellNow made a diagnosis that the physician assistant of my medical group missed and WellNow got me admitted to a hospital! That lead to an 18 day stay in a hospital bed and a month on home oxygen. Thanks WellNow! I made a full recovery thanks to your diagnosis.
My sister recently tested positive for Covid at WellNow. I wanted to check if I also had it do I went to WellNow to get tested. I walked in and immediately was taken in a room to be tested. Quick and painless! Very professional. In less than 24 hours I get a negative reading.
My experience began with being able to handle all of the registering paperwork from the comfort of my home. When I arrived, all was set and I immediately went to an exam room, had my vitals taken and a few minutes later my PA arrived. My script was sent to my pharmacy and it was ready when I arrived. Excellent experience.
I was panicking because my daughter had covid symptoms and made an appointment at WellNow for next morning at 8:30 am . We were taken on time and briefed through the test process . Good explanation of test and time frame of test results. Examed by Dr. quickly and felt relaxed afterward. Thanks.
Stopped here Sunday morning after realizing I had an infection in my arm from a puncture wound I sustained while performing maintenance on my Zero turn.Very quick and professional service here and with a tetanus shot and some penicillin I was out the door. Thank You!
I dont even know where to start here. Few days ago I was cutting up a tree in my backyard and lost my balance unfortunately putting the blade right into my leg above my knee. Was home alone so wrapped it best I could and rushed to this place. (Shouldve went to the nearest ER but was in shock and this was the closest place.) Upon entry, even after Ive told them what happened, they show zero concern and continue on with their typical questions. After about 5 minutes I ask, should I just go to an emergency room? to which her response was, are you actively bleeding?..... No.... I put a chainsaw.... into my leg... are you serious?! Yes Im bleeding! So her response was to go ask their Provider what they can do. After a couple more minutes, she returns to say, Yes, due to the nature of it, you should probably go to an emergency room. OK! So I went to the MAC center and they fixed me right up. 25 staples. The real reason Im writing this review is because this business literally has Urgent Care in their name. Yet I walk through the door with a laceration from a chainsaw, and not one person even asked me how I was feeling, if I was light headed from losing blood, didnt even offer me to have a seat! And even after going to talk to whomever in the back room, you would think maybe a doctor or nurse would at least come look at it real quick to make sure I wasnt go to bleed out in their waiting room. But instead, say we cant help you and leave me to DRIVE MYSELF to the hospital. Pathetic excuse for a medical facility, most incompetent staff, literally no one cared... Id give negative stars if I could. Absolute disgrace to the REAL medical professionals.
My experience at WellNow Urgent care was a positive one. I was seen soon after my arrival and staff was efficient and caring. I would recommend this emergency care facility highly.
Check-in was a breeze, no waiting, and everyone from reception to the dr were friendly and kind making for a good experience overall. I have been to other urgent care places and would now rate them as horrible experiences compared to this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I fell and had a bad laceration to my knee and was in alot of pain. I didnt want to wait forever at the ER, so I went to Wellnow in Depew. I was met by a very compassionate and caring person who checked me in. The nurse who called me back was just as kind and caring. (Sorry I cant remember their names.) Melanie the PA came in and evaluated me, explained everything that would be done and was absolutely wonderful. The Xray tech who took my x-rays was wonderful as well. Everyone knew how much pain I was in and they didnt rush me, made me feel comfortable and explained everything. The laceration was pretty bad and deep, but Melanie stitched me up really well.Ive been in Healthcare for 27 years and the care and compassion I received yesterday was top notch. I actually felt like a person and not a number. Thank you to all who helped me!
Went to urgent care for covid symptoms.Was greeting immediately,taken care of promptly and the staff couldnt have been more kind or professional.The whole experience,under the circumstances,was good.I had a follow up the next day,over the phone,with a PA,to check to see how I was feeling.Very pleased with the whole experience.

Very pleased with the medical staff at the Lancaster location. Everyone was very pleasant & trying to make me as comfortable as possible during such a crowded & chaotic time as this with Covid on the rise again. Other places seem to have grouchy staff members, but not this place & during the Christmas & holiday season, the staff at this location stayed professional & nice. I signed up for an appointment yesterday. When i arrived they took me 2 minutes later, bypassed the waiting area too.I was seen right away and was very happy with staff that cared for me.
My mothers primary care physician couldnt see my mother yesterday. They recommended Wellness Urgent Care. The check in process was quick, easy & staff showed their kindness. In the back we were seen within minutes by the nurse who was also very kind. Mom saw the PA within 15 min. He was was efficient, respectful, kind, gentle. Made his assessment, prescribed appropriate medication, double checked for allergies. We were out of the office within 45 minutes. Thank you!

After 2 1/2 weeks with a cough/w phlegm I finally got into WellNow . Everyone was extremely efficient and when I described my symptoms to Mark Turolod he said it was Bronchitis which I suspected. I would recommend WellNow to anyone that needs medical services.
Awesome staff . My wife passed out in the waiting room and the nurses were there in a second. Took her right back to a room. The care we all got especially my wife was outstanding. Thank you.
They misdiagnose me with gout. Turns out that I have a sesamoid fracture. Make sure you call your doctor after your visit. Been walking around with a broken foot for 5 months. Pain meds did help with the pain.
I was turned away by Immediate Care because I had esophageal discomfort stating it was a symptom of Covid and I needed an appointment??? So we went directly to Well Care and they took me right away. They were very thorough. Their compassion was amazing. They never implied anything about Covid. They treated me for esophageal discomfort and asked that I follow up again with my doctor. I was very thankful for them. Not everything is Covid and Im glad they can differentiate that.They were handling Covid testing there with other patients and their process was amazing. They made you feel safe.The staff was super friendly and made you feel welcome.
My son was very ill and turned out life threatening and they did everything they could to give him some relief and helped call emergency dentists and nets to finish what they werent capable of. They really went out of there way for him and Im thankful
The med assistant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very young and immature and acted like we were in a high school mockery club. I couldn’t understand her through her mask and I was feeling extremely sick and vulnerable and that’s why I’m there so, sorry that I can’t hear well. she left the room mocking me to the other staff for not responding to her properly right in front of my door and I could hear everything, acting like I was this scum patient who deserves to be made fun of. Also before she even came in to take my vitals which she didn’t even take, I heard them say just get in and get out. Did no blood pressure or any other vitals only a pulse ox reading. I went to a different urgent Care the next day and had rapid heart rate and fluid in my lungs. This well now did a Terrible job clinically assessing me. They were Ignoring my symptoms and just wanted me out of there. Waste of time and money and energy. Do not recommend this location at all.
First visit to WellNow and could not be more pleased. Entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They really took the time to listen and made sure I didnt have anybquestions before I left.

As I clearly stated, the waiting room was cleared of everyone in front of us and then new people came in and registered and were seen. This was in no way due to high volume. It was the error of the staff. They ought to do a visual check of the waiting room every half hour.*Original Comment* The person at the desk has one job. Register and place patient in que. After TWO HOURS in an near empty waiting room with new people walking in and being called, it was clear my daughter was never put in line. Just forgotten. A person who is in need of URGENT CARE should be treated with more respect! Pull your head out and do your job.
This office was great! Made an appointment online for 45 minutes later and when arrived I was immediately checked in. No wait at all. Doctor came in within 4 minutes and I was out of the office within 12 minutes of my appointment. I expected much worse but was pleasantly surprised! I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends and family over any other office.
My recent visit to WellNow Urgent Care was excellent! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The medical assistant and PA were very knowledgeable friendly and professional and spot on. Highly recommend. They really have a great system--very efficient. Almost made going to urgent care a pleasant experience! So impressed with my experience. Thank you!

I was so sick I didn’t know how I was going to make it through to even go for care. I did manage to get there and was processed quickly and in an examination room within 15 mins or so. The nurse taking vital was kind and gentle on my hurting fever body. The doctor came in and listened to my words and examined me. He prescribed something to help my sickness, but as I was going to leave I got light headed and ready to pass out. He made me comfortable until it passed. The care was super! I might not walk out healed but they put me on a road to recovery. Thank you WellNow and to those who serve there.
A little bit if a wait….COVID issues…..but once I got called in an assistant took my vitals and soon a doctor was in to take care of my non-Covid issue. She gave me a script snd so far, so good.
The staff was very courteous and the wait was not long. The NP I saw was very professional and patient with my questions.

Service was great, in and out but the doctor wasn’t. I came in with a sinus infection , clearly congested and runny nose and yet she wouldn’t give me an antibiotic. Didn’t want to get near me either like I had COVID. It’s all in my head, and she even said my lungs sound fabulous. Waste of money to go in and her to tell me treat it with over the counter products. I have been for the last 4 days.

I went in with severe abdominal pain. Was seen by a nurse, MD and a PA and they quickly and efficiently checked my vitals, discussed my symptoms, assessed and explained that they needed me to go to the ER. The team at Well Now is excellent and transferred my care to the place that I needed to be and provided the paperwork for the visit to help expedite the start of my care at the ER.
Couldnt have been better! I was in a lot of pain with my knee. Made an online appointment and all my information was given online before entering the building. Saw me within 5 minutes. Had a second opinion and X-rays within 20 minutes. Given medication and have already scheduled an Ortho appointment. This allowed me to attend a much anticipated wedding. Fantastic staff!!!!
Had 3 kiddos tested for COVID-19 as school policy dictated such. We were in and out quickly and had our results within 24 hours allowing the kids to not miss any schooling. Everyone was friendly and caring. Though I did feel testing wasnt really needed as they had stuffy noses (i.e. a cold) and apologized to the staff for such. I appreciate their continued dedication to the field and wish them all continued good health.

I arrived there at 7:40 pm with my sick daughter to be turned away because, according to the receptionist, they were “behind and so my manager capped us at 7:30 or we don’t know what time we would get out of here”. This location is open to take patients until 8:00 pm. I drove almost 20 mins to this location with a sick child and she’s denied treatment because you all want to leave at a certain time. Open until 8:00 pm means exactly that. You are an emergency medical facility. The closet thing to an actual hospital. This is totally unacceptable.
Everyone was very nice and professional not a long wait the only wait was going for an X-ray and that wasn’t that long the provider listen to me and didn’t dismiss anything I said she was honest with me that she wasn’t sure about my X-ray and the radiologist didn’t get a chance to look at it yet but she put me on meds anyways with my history of getting pneumonia which she made the right call cause not even 10 mins from leaving she was calling me to tell me the radiologist said my X-ray showed I had a mild case
I am so happy to just be able to walk in and get help. Thank you and I do totally support my doctor at Buffalo Medical group as well, Dr Andrew Halsdorfer, he is an amazing knowledgeable doctor and I am totally confident in his care for me. I just find it helpful on off hours I can come to wellnow for covid tests or anything I may need immediately without an ER visit.
I took my 9 year-old son in to get stitches for a head injury and we were seen immediately. The staff was incredible: Sarah at the front desk was helpful and efficient; another Sarah, who took his vitals, was swift and friendly; and Nadare was extremely patient and responsive to my son’s nervousness while getting him fixed up. Another provider, Mark, stopped in to check on my son too, and it made us feel at ease to know there were so many people who cared about him.I felt that we received the same care as if I took him to his primary doctor (and we love our primary!) And a bonus was the slushy machines in the waiting room so my son grabbed a cherry one on the way out:)Thank you Nadare, Mark, Sarah, and Sarah and the rest of the team at the Lancaster location! See you next week to get the stitches out!
I went to Immediate Care and was treated like absolute garbage. Didn’t know I could go to WellNow because I wasn’t sure if they took my insurance. Well I found out they did and I was in awe of my treatment. I ended up crying to the woman who took my vitals! I felt so lousy and immediate care didn’t listen to me at all and WellNow listened and treated me with so much respect. I ended up needing antibiotics and I can safely say I will never go back to immediate care and will only be going to WellNow from now on!!
I have never been to Well Now until yesterday. The entire staff from the reception desk to the exam room were exceptional.Wait time was minimal (went at 12:20pm) the lobby and room were clean.All in all a pleasant experience.
WellNow is a great urgent care. They take every possible COVID precaution to keep both patients and staff safe. I’ve been here several times, mostly for Covid tests, and they’ve always gotten me in quickly. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They’ve always made me feel like the most important patient in the clinic. They listen to my concerns, and always make sure I’m comfortable before leaving.
WellNow is the go to place when feeling sick or have a health issue you need to take care of. It beats waiting 6 hours in the emergency room for the same treatments and care. WellNow on transit rd always take care of me with no waiting time and are thorough and kind. They are open on weekends too!! That buys you time to get to your own doctor. Thank God they are around the corner from me. Great job to all the staff!!
The process for a visit to WellNow, from the scheduling the appointment to the receiving diagnostic results, is efficient. The two receptionists who I encountered (both on the phone and in-person – one of whom is Megan) were patient, professional, and especially caring & friendly —kudos to them amidst these trying times! The providers were competent, caring and friendly. Even the diagnostic lab/service utilized by WellNow offered timely caring assistance. I highly recommend WellNow.
I do not recommend this please. Staff are very un professional. They have very poor communication. They have collected sample from me but never sent it to the lab. Just waste of time.
Update: I emailed them and have not received a response at all.Original: I got no exam or check up. I was told they had to wait to rule out covid and receive those test results. I paid out of pocket for a covid test. that is all I received. I was really not happy with the physician I saw and I had to ask her to look at my nose and ears for infection because of the pain and other symptoms I felt. she was not concerned. there was absolutely no point to me coming in without a negative covid test and I wish reception told me that before I paid.

I needed to go to WellNow urgent Care when I injured my ankle quite bad. I arrived at night in which the place was pretty quiet. The staff greeted me upon entering and I was taken immediately . The entire staff could not have been more friendly and caring. Each dr, nurse took extra care in seeing my needs and reassured me everything will be ok. Within 40 minutes I was sent home with all the information I needed to continue my care.Some of my family members have been seen here. My visit was the Depew location on transit rd. I highly recommend this place. They have the same amount of knowledge as being seen at a hospital. WellNow is smaller more inviting , friendlier etc. Definitely a 10 out of 10 on every aspect.
I went to my local Well Now for a rapid Covid 19 test. Very easy to schedule on line with clear directions on what to do and expect. The staff and nurses were awesome, explaining the procedure and what it may feel like. Our printed results were ready in 15 minutes! I give them a 10!
Everything was great. Took me in immediately, Dr came in, and out the door in a little more than 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and also had the same results the first time. Oh, and they have a Icee machine & other beverages while you wait!!
WellNow Urgent Care was an extremely thorough and professional experience. Every aspect of the physical and drug screen was done by professional nurse practitioners who explained every step and its purpose expeditiously.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Even with Covid they were very efficient. I was called back within 20mins. The Nurse and Nurse Practitioner was very kind, caring and understanding to my feelings and needs. They did the tests that had to be done quickly and efficiently. Then they said that I had to go to the hospital for more tests and asked me if I wanted to go by EMS, Drive myself (my vitals were good) or if I had someone to take me. I was shocked when they told me that because (my children and I) have been to other clinics like this and they either told me its nothing or something totally different than what it was. So from my experience I would definitely recommend them to others!!

Everyone was polite and concerning. The Urgent Care facility was very clean and organized. The wait time was fast. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the nurses and doctor. I am certain that I will visit this facility for future problems I have.
I arrived at the Lancaster location and started to check my son in, I forgot his insurance card and the girl at the desk was extremely helpful. She was able to access his info online (I think) so I didnt have to run home. After that they brought him back asap. Everyone that we encountered was very nice (check in, the nurse, and the PA). We were in and out in about 25 minutes. I was very impressed with them and will go back when needed.
Made appointments to get tested for covid for my fiance, our baby and I. Having an appointment helped decrease wait time. All the staff were friendly from the receptionists, nurses and the nurse practitioner we saw. Only suggestion/negative thing I would have to point out is they need to hire better cleaners because the floors were pretty dirty and that doesnt instill confidence on how clean the place is. I would go back if needed.
Everyone was very understanding and helpful, as I was quite emotional. The nurse and the P.A who took care of me were very patient, answered all my questions and were very reassuring. Everything was handled very professionally and I felt safe here. I would definitely recommend WellNow in Lancaster!
Great all around. Zero wait and out the door in less then a half hour. Have always been skeptical of urgent care facilities. But after Saturday my opinion changed.
Great experience and very efficient. I walked in, was registered and taken right back to a room. Nurse came in for vitals, a couple minutes later the doc came in. They were very nice, listened to my concerns and diagnosing me. I was in and out quicker than at my normal doc office. I would go there again.
What an amazing experience. Traveling from out of town stopped for a quick check up because I was feeling bad. Nurses at the counter were so accommodating. 830pm and they got me in to be evaluated very quickly. The doctor was through and so helpful. Very clean and welcoming facility. They even offered me a snack. Great job. Thank you.

I have gone to the Lancaster office twice. Fast service. The nurse i saw yesterday was so sweet and kind. The PA was very nice and very attentive in what i was describing of my symptoms. I go there if i cant see my primary immediately. I was in and out on 45 minutes. It would have been sooner but they did a strep culture. I would recommend them all the time.
I was able to book an appointment online, received a text reminder and the staff and doctors were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. All precautions are being taken and it felt very well run and safe. We were in and out in 10 minutes tops for a covid test.

I went on a Sunday thought I would be there forever but no ! Everyone from the receptionist to the one that took my vitals the one that gave me a covid test ( Im fine no covid) to the Dr that saw me was exceptional its nice to go somewhere you dont know and feel so good it specially when your sick! I would go again if needed but I hope not! 😃
The online booking for a COVID test was great. The option to upload my information beforehand made the process extremely safe and smooth. I made the appointment, and was in and out in less than an hour. The receptionist, PA and nurse that I saw were all friendly and extremely helpful.

Site was staffed well and organized. Receptionist was friendly and her instructions were clear. When taken back to treatment the PA was well prepared. I moved through the whole visit quickly and smoothly.
VERY kind staff, they were easy to talk to and VERY funny, they picked up on my joy of sarcasm and proceeded to make full conversational jokes back, which was very refreshing . I also had a short wait time even though I went around 5. EVEN BETTER. they didnt hound me over my allergies, considering most places now assume my allergies are covid. Best of all though...THEY HAVE A SLUSH PUPPY MACHINE. Id also like to add that when I went to the immediate care right around this location for pink eye, the front desk interrogated me insisting I had covid because my nose was runny... it was cold out and my eyes were watery and irritated, of course my nose was runny, and the nurse didnt even examine me, she just looked at me , said Im contagious, gave me eyedrops, and kicked me out Like she was in a hurry, I will always go to urgent care over immediate care now that I understand how a patient should be treated during a pandemic. Paranoia should Not take your attention off the problem at hand and Wellnow really proves its possible to still care without fear.
They were quick and efficient and gave me good protocols on my quarantine plan! Staff were friendly, understaffed and had relocated from other offices and went above and beyond to treat me and other patients that day. So great full and blessed with the process.

First of all, there is a PAC Man game and slushy machine in the waiting room so my kids were occupied and happy! More importantly we didn’t have to wait for a room and the doctor saw us quickly.
I went at probably the busiest time of the day, but they did everything they could to make my wait comfortable. The Doctor prescribed everything I needed for all my symptoms and cold related issues. They apologized again and again, which was not bad at all. I would recommend them to anyone. My grandson, daughter, son and friends all use WellNowUrgentCare.
The staff was very quick to see me. The provider was quick to try the maneuver to help with vertigo. He did it and and sent meds to my pharmacy for it also by the next day i was back to normal.
From the moment we stepped into the facility the staff was welcoming. Immediate service provided. We were in and out less than 20 minutes. Nurses and Physician personable and explained everything thoroughly. In the healthcare field for 34 years, this facility provided excellent service from the receptionist, nurse and physician. Everyone from check in to check out was super nice. During a stressful time of waiting and wondering the nurse was comforting and explained the game plan w a smile..the PA explained all the thoughts he had on treatment and any questions I may have. I booked an appointment online very early. My appointment time was scheduled for 908am.I got there very early, to be prepared and had never been to this facility prior.Several individuals went in and appeared so com out in a timely manner with expressions of satisfaction of their appointment.I was greeted by professionals diligently working with smiles on their faces of happy to be at work. My information was taken that was required and I was taken back to be seen and seen right away. I took my 5 year old daughter the day after Christmas. She was very sick and they took very good care of her. I really enjoy the little details they provide to make sure a childs experience is the best under the circumstances (such as the icee machine, the snacks and stickers, childrens tv shows in the room)The nurses and provider were very friendly and knowledgeable also.The wait was pretty long, which I know is to be expected the day after a holiday but the care made up for it!There is a definite contrast between the other urgent care in the area and WellNow. The service is hands down better, the facility is nicer, and the wait (even though long for WellNow) was still shorter then any time Ive been to the other urgent care.
Good pre-visit screening/insurance info gathering. All necessary office paperwork was done at time I scheduled my appointment online. I scheduled “same day” covid test appointment online. Thanks to tips given to me on phone, I scheduled just after midnight online, for best selection of same day appointment at my chosen location.
Second time going for COVID test. First time took 25 minutes from appointment time. Second time waiting almost a hour now. What’s the point of an appointment if you can’t keep it? Complete incompetence.
Drove past a closer urgent care center to get to WellNow based on reviews I read. Seems WellNow is always a great experience. Staff was friendly and there was little wait time. I needed another test and Eva scheduled me an appointment with a facility right up the road within the hour!! Called back later in the day for test results and was given the info I needed, again with no wait time. Excellent place for urgent care.
I went in to this location and they were spectacular. The wait wasnt long at all. The people at the front desk were loving and kind. They were professional at all times. They helped me with whatever was bothering me. They took the time to listen. I appreciate it so much. The doctor was very nice. Everyone listen and did a wonderful job. I would recommend this location highly. This location was recommended to me. 5 stars all the way.*****
I was at the Lancaster location on Transit road and the ladies who took care of me were awesome. So kind. Nobody wants to go to an urgent care, but it helps when the people are nice. I cant remember the nurses name, unfortunately, but my nurse practitioner was Kelly. These ladies did a great job!
Great, and fast! I was in and out within 20 minutes and the staff was impeccable in their knowledge and services provided. If the need arises again, I will choose WellNow Urgent Care any day. Thank you!!
My husband and I are so thrilled with the stringent COVID protocols at WellNow. Texting from our car when we arrive allows us the safety we appreciate, as we are the only ones in the waiting room and are taken quickly to a separate room. All staff are exceptional- knowledgeable, thorough and delightful. We have been extremely isolated and careful due to COVID and are compromised physically, so we are very grateful to them all for taking such good care of us and doing their best to keep us safe. Our thanks for all you do for all of us.
First I went to immediate care first place I came upon and the girls were so rude I left. Called wellnow urgent care and the girl was so nice and helpful looked up my ins and explained over phone. So I went to ther facility and had such amazing care, compassion, and a lil humor that put me at ease. Right from the start and down to the PA I knew I was in good hands. It also was much cheaper than the rude immediate care. So if you have any issues I highly recommend wellnow urgent care. The best.
The front desk is friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are so kind and quick to help. The wait time is always so fast! I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes
My wife was in pain witch turned out to be an infection. She was very pleased with her exam and test. They quickly sent an antibiotic prescription to our pharmacy . The staff were very helpful and friendly. Waiting area was excellent with complimentary coffee and ice slushies. Also big TV and very clean restroom. Much better than going to doctors or emergency room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WELLNOW URGENT CARE.

My family loves well now as an alternative if we cant get to our primary. Great environment and doctors. Kid friendly. Live the slushy machine and pac man. It made it 100 percent less scary when I had to bring my son. He wanted to go back haha. But also the doctors are caring and thorough. Same goes for the women at the front desk. I never give anything 5 stars but you guys at well now deserve it. To top it off Ive also never had to wait more then 10 minutes to get to a room. Most of the time they get u directly In a room and one of the wonderful nurses make sure they have all your vitals and information. When your sick or have an injury, your struggling as it is . So its amazing how easy ,convenient, comfortable, and thorough you all are. Truly looking to give the patient the best experience possible. We need all of our health care facilities to take a page from your book. Thank you for serving us here in the southtowns. My son and I will never go anywhere else, when we need urgent care. 5 star facilities and faculty. Keep up the amazing work. Last thing. Its the cleanest care office Ive been in since I was a child. Hope that answers any questions anyone has. Its almost like the unicorn of health care facilities.
I was treated very nicely. I came right in and after the very nice receptionist taking my information she took me straight to a room. No sooner was I in the room that 2 drs came right in. They were both very nice and I came in for pain in my left ear. So he checked my right ear and found that I had an infection in that ear just not as bad as the left. My left ear is really infected. But the dr said he would send to the pharmacy a perscription for antibiotic ear drops. He explained everything to me and he told me to make sure I use every bit of the drops for 7 days. As I was getting ready to leave I thanked them for their help and he said if it doesnt go away in 10 days to come back so they can try something else. I definitely recommend them. 2 thumbs up. Thank you for everything. Oh my dr that helped me was Dr. Brent Maczuga. Thank you to everyone at WellNow.
The staff is very friendly. I was seen immediately and all my questions answered. Very professional staff. The only complaint I have is that they started using scents in the waiting area. The last 2 visits, there was a strong scent of vanilla which I am allergic to and made may breathing issue worse. Many people are getting sensitive to smells and I do not think it is the the patients best interest to subject them to these room air fresheners, candles, etc

Had to take my 102 yr old mother in for back pain. They were busy but we were out in less than an hour with tests and an examination of her back. Everyone was courteous and very good with my mother considering her age. Would recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent care.
I went for a Covid Nasal Swab. It was my first. The PA/Nurse was as very good and made me feel comfortable. She did her job well. Just a little discomfort but easy to deal with all in all. It was so much better than I thought it would be. Sincerely DJ
My wife and me, the Zanghi’s and a pleasant 9am appointment. The two young ladies were nice and very professional. We were tested for covid 19. I tip my hat to a fine staff on transit road in Lancaster . If five star is tops, 5 star.
Most of these reviews are the employees. Theres no Dr. @ any wellnow location. No P.As. either. They dont do anything,but put bandages on. All they do is take your co pay and dish out excuse after excuse. Dont go here or to any wellnow. Youre paying for a Dr appointment not a mom or grandma forehead check. Immediate care has Doctors,that answer to a bored of ethics. Whom do wellnow answer too?
I took my son for a Rapid Covid Test on a Saturday morning, They were wonderful. We were in and out within 30 minutes ans the staff were so nice and very knowledgeable.

I was treated for an infection late in the afternoon on a Sunday. I needed an antibiotic and thought that I’d have to wait until Monday morning to fill the script. But one of the in-take assistants gave me the name and location of two pharmacies that had late hours on the weekend. I was able to start my course of treatment that evening. Thank you,
Went to WellNow for a thumb laceration. I was immediately taken care of. I cant say enough for the wonderful people who took care of me. I would give ten stars if I could...I will definitely return.......
I first will like to start off by saying the staff was very Pleasant from the moment we enter and exited. The Facility was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the low score comes from misdiagnosis. As a parent this is scary. They stated our child had double ear infections and no flu nor pneumonia. A prescription, was order for ear infections. Right after we left there we went right to his primary care and was immediately sent to Childrens Hospital. We gave the hospital the papers that were given to us from the Urgent Care. The Hospital advise us no ear infection was detected and our child have the Flu. We are so grateful that we decided to go to our doctor to follow up right after . Our child would have been taking medicine that was prescribe that was never needed. This experience makes it very hard for me to visit Ugent Care again and not to be so trusting.
The receptionist was very nice, however the doctor was very unprofessional ! He barely paid any attention to my sons rash. He told me I should have gone to his primary. He was rushing and blowing off every question I had for him with a quick non-helpful response. He sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. He also told my son he would give him some candy then he just walked away, started washing his hands & talking to the nurses never returning so we eventually just left. I had to pay a $25 copay & got a absolutely no answers. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care I will never go back here.
First time to WellNow was not feeling well and requested by primary to get a Covid test. Was extremely nervous and the staff was patient, caring, explained everything and very friendly along with being professional. Thank you for making me feel at ease. Kudos to the staff at the Lancaster, NY location!
Staff was courteous and helpful. Was in and out within 45 minutes. This was my third experience with them and I have never had a problem. The location I went to was the one on Transit Road.

I walked in, everyone was very nice and understanding. I get to my room, nurse was great! But then the doctor I felt had no idea what was happening to me. He told me I had a very very mild concussion and a sprained shoulder. I ended up having to go to the hospital and they told me I had a severe concussion and whiplash. The doctor at WellNow only sent me home with paper work for my sprained shoulder and said my head injury was “unspecified”. It was a disappointment and I feel very untrusting to the whole corporation now.
I went in because I had a fairly large/thick sliver of good penetrate my finger nail all the way down past the cuticle, I was unable to remove it myself but the PA and nurses on were able to give me toradol, 2 shots of lidocaine in my finger and a tetanus shot and successfully surgically remove it. I am so thankful as it was one of the most painful things I’ve gone thru
Never got in to see a Dr that quick! 5 min. Unheard of. Good people, hardly any wait in exam room either. I think I was in building a total of 20 min. Ten of that was up front giving ID, Insurance Info and description of ailment. Very professional staff, they were polite and knowledgeable. They do mean WellNow, underline Now in this particular case. They phoned in a scrip to my pharmacy. Everything was set. Clean place too. I didnt get to sit down in waiting room, but it looked very nice as did entranceway. Plenty of parking. If you miss driveway you can just go into next one and it wraps around (speaking of location on Transit Rd Depew).

I just took my daughter here when she hurt her arm. She is 4 and everyone was really great with her. She actually said afterwards that everyone was nice and I had fun at the doctors.

I went in this past Sunday as I wasn’t feeling well. I was seen right away and I was pleased.Fast forward - I got a text message asking how I was feeling and if I wasn’t feeling well still I could request a call back.A nurse called me this morning and I explained that I still wasn’t feeling better. She told me I could come back in for a recheck and there would be no charge.I came back in tonight and the girl at the desk charged me a $25 fee even though I told her I was told there was no fee as it was a recheck.Rather than trying to solve my “issue” and perhaps figure out who I spoke to this morning she simply told me that whoever told me there was no fee was wrong.I was so upset and told her I was disappointed on how this was being handled.If I wasn’t still so sick I would have left but I knew I needed to be seenI was diagnosed with bronchitis.After this experience I will think twice about going back and certainly if I do will take what’s told to me with a grain of salt:I’m hoping a manger reaches out to me and will make this situation right as I feel I was taken advantage of.
Went in with an ear issue before Thanksgiving. Care was fine. Was seen by a PA and got a script for ear drops. Billing is horrendous! Big problems submitting bill to my insurance. I am being billed full amount because they claim I was uninsured at the time which was not true. I tried to reach the billing dept. many times. Told my wait would not be longer than 10 mins. Waited 25 - 35 min. before I got fed up and hung up. I called my insurance carriers to see if the problem was on their end. I am being sent in a circle and this bill is still not being covered. I am angry and frustrated.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. Did not wait long at all in the waiting area. However, once I was called in to see the PA...I felt very rushed. Went Thursday morning she prescribed cough syrup, which I could have went to Wegmans and bought over the counter. Its Sunday still not better. Disappointed because she told me I should feel better within a couple of days.

I am in New York traveling from California and unfortunately required some medical attention, Well Now was suggested to me. I went to the Well Now facility on transit Road.When I walked into this medical office it was absolutely amazing! I have never seen a facility that is so neat & clean and it had a very relaxing waiting room area with beverages and a video game machine.I was greeted at the front desk by a very friendly staff person who asked for my insurance and ID cards and in less than a few minutes she had input all of my information and then I was already put me in a room while I waited for a nurse. It took less than three or four minutes for the nurse to show up in my room. She did her triage and then left the room and shortly after that, again less than five minutes, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) showed up, with her scribe and began her exam.Upon completion of the exam & our discussion about how to proceed, the NP and scribe left, I got dressed, walked out of the exam room and the NP finished up her paperwork, printed out some documents for me and all of this took less than 45 minutes, in total, from the moment I stepped in the door till the moment I left the door!!My prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy that was suggested and everything ran smooth and there were no hurdles that I ran into with my visit to Well Now urgent care on Transit Road.I would highly suggest this location if you ever are in the need of immediate medical care.
I did the sign up ahead on line. I received a confirmation of a reasonable time at which to arrive. Signing in was easy. I barely sat down when I was called to the triage room. In less than 5 minutes, I was called into a room and was seen. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this site.
What a great first experience. I walked in at 7:45pm and walked out at 7:58. Staff was friendly and Dr. was knowledgable and caring. Office was so clean and up to date. I highly recommend. I got the meds I needed and am on the road to recovery.
Was seen quickly, staff very friendly, cheap for what was provided, some medication, the visit. Staff had to deal with me throwing up on top of performing strep test and nasal swab for flu. Would highly reccomend to anyone especially if theydont have insurance.
I have been to this urgent care several times for various issues, and always received prompt, courteous, thorough care from the providers. So much better than the emergency room, and so much quicker than trying to get into see my doctor. Thank you!

Was a great experience. I had a migraine with severe vomiting and they took me right back into a room at start an IV and pain meds. The pa and nurse were so kind and even let me sit in the room with the light off and covered me with a really nice robe to keep me warm which was definitely what won me over. Not to mention I noticed a slushie machine and Pac-Man arcade game in waiting area (coffee too) All in all great place and if the situation arises again this will be the place I go to! Thank you again for your help!
I was taken care of right when I walked thru the doors. My wait was minimal. Each person I interacted with was friendly, caring and professional. The staff work together to get me out in a timely manner, as they did. I have used this location in Lancaster 3 times and woild highly recommend them.
I had to come here for a covid test. I m negative. Everyone was so nice. Explained very thing totally in simple terms. And what was expected. Friendly. But over friendly. Professional. I liked every person i met.
Pleasant and quick service. Was in for a respiratory illness. No chest xray given even though a bad cough with shortness of breath was part of my symptoms. Was there for approximately 11 min total. 3 prescriptions given, none of which helped. Billed 300.00 for the visit. I will not go again due to this visit being so expensive with so little done other than a blood pressure and my temperature being taken.Better off going to an emergency room will at least get a chest xray and a breathing treatment for all the money charged.I find the cost of this visit, beyond ridiculous!!
Mash that was good and Five Star that was poor have combined into Well now and they are good! Sara upon checking in is terrible, but all the other employees are great! They do have a free arcade machine from Five Star and slushies and a prize chest for good kids. But they do miss little diagnosis at times like with my son. Good thing we have a great and friendly family doctor!
Wonderful facility. Reserved time on-line. Arrived 10 min early to complete paperwork and was taken immediately. Staff friendly and efficient. After vitals taken, PA examined me. Quick and efficient and provided written remedies. Excellent service.
Went in for Covid test and two days after went again to ask why i didn’t get my test result back and they said they don’t have any record of me taking the test. Very unprofessional and uneducated staff
I went here because iy was the fastest way to get care without making an appointment. I didnt have insurance at the time, and they told me exactly what i would be charged, so i didnt worry about extra fees or bills in the mail. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the staff were very kind.
They took me immediately, treated me very professionally and thoroughly. I even got a snack from them because I had an empty stomach and they wanted me to immediately take ibuprofen. There are also slushees in the lobby as well as a PacMan machine. Highly recommend this location!
Health masks and handsanitizer provided upon entry. Everyone was very professional and through in getting health history information.Dr. Kyle provided a very good check up. He prescribed the much needed medication and explained in detail the dosage and what to do if I wasnt any seeing improvement.
First stop was Immediate Care down the street to which I was greeted by a not so happy staff whose first words were its at least an hour and a half wait so I drove the 3 minutes down to WellNow and was immediately seen by a very professional and happy staff. They also had a slushy machine and Pacman game in the waiting room for kids. I highly recommend this location.

Very clean facility. No long wait times and very professional. The only problem I have is they are not doing enough testing and everything is Covid related.
We stopped in for a Covid test and only waited a short time before being called inside for vitals and swab check for testing. Everyone was very professional from the front desk, nurses, and doctors. I wish all things ran this well.
Took my daughter there for a possible ear infection and she actually said she had fun! They have free water, coffee, slurpee machine, and a vintage video arcade game machine you can also play for free. Every member of the staff we interacted with was professional and courteous. The also gave my daughter a sticker and prize at the end of the visit. Their online check-in system was very convenient as well. I wouldnt say Im looking forward to going there again per se, but the next time we have a need for urgent care we will definitely choose Well Now.
I havent had to visit an emergency care facility in some time, but did have to go to immediate care yesterday for some health problems I was having. Their team was outstanding and QUICK. From sign in, to being discharged, it was an hour and I could go to the pharmacy to pick up what I needed. Thank you guys

First time going. I thought everyone was wonderful. You will see a nurse practitioner and not an MD, but frankly, I find nurse practitioners to be caring and knowledgable, so have no problem seeing one.

Used the online registration which worked out perfectly. Came in for an allergic reaction to a prescribed medication and was seen in minutes, prescribed a new medication (which was called into my pharmacy), given handouts for further care, and had a nice chat with the PA. I would definitely recommend!
Excellent, efficient service, friendly staff.. Dr. Adam skillfully and decisively took care of my situation, which was a deep 8 inch gash gushing blood. Got me in and out quickly.. Hopefully wont have to, but I would use Wellnow again..
Was sent right in to see someone as soon as I finished checking in and The PA I saw Kyle was excellent in doing what he could to prepare me and in the follow up care instructions. Always come here for something urgent that can’t wait for a doctors appointment.
I highly recommend this place. The staff is very polite and friendly, from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out after my visit I was very well taken care of. I was surprised at how fast the service was. I did not have to wait. I think my visit was less than 30 minutes!
Had to come with my son and they were great. My son is 3 and they gave him a book that his no mess cheez it, fruit snacks, a stuff dog, slingy, and stickers. Even when they felt bad they couldnt get an iv in my arm. They are wonderful
HolyFast. I will NEVER GO TO A REGULAR EMERGENCY ROOM AGAIN. I was literally in n out in 10 minutes. Trust me when I say GO THERE. Nices ppl work there. Nothing like Mercy hospital or ECMC My mother spent 23 hours in the emergency room at Mercy once. SMH never again . Even the Mack center. I went there with craps n spasms twitching over my whole body. They left me in the room without even offering a glass of water for 8 flipping hours. So I left n told them all to kiss where the sun dont shine. I will advise everyone to go to this place all family and friends from now on!!
I was satisfied with the service I received here. They were patient with me as I wasnt sure about some information on the form I was filling out. They were helpful in googling addresses for me that I didnt know, as I didnt bring some information with me. They took me in the back right away and came to talk to me after not even 5 mins of waiting. They all took the time to listen to me and what I was going thru. They didnt rush me and explained to me what I needed to do next and told me they hoped I felt better and hoped everything would work out for me. As I was leaving, they told me to feel free to help myself to the coffee or slushies if I wanted anything, which made me smile. I would recommend this place and will definitely go back if I ever need to in the future!

Diagnosed me with MRSA and never ran any tests or even swabbed the sore in my nose. They prescribed a topical antibiotic and then when I called back saying it was getting worse I had to basically beg for an oral antibiotic. Then they charged me double when I came back to get the treatment I should have received the first time.

I did the online check in to have a spot in line held. First thing we saw was the slushie machine and pacman game in the waiting area, loved that! Fast service, my son was seen and in and out in under 30min.
Professional & fast. Cleaning in the ops rooms (Floors behind chairs and corners could be swept - very dusty). Other than that, overall amazing! Follow up is quick too.
Stopped in for an ankle injury as was treated kindly by everyone .From start to finish everything was explained and had concern for my being uncomfortable. THANK YOU to all and to Alexis Snyder NP for all you did for me.

2022-02-17Had to have a covid test done for an upcoming surgery and my doctor sent me here for it. Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Waited only 5 minutes was called back by a MA who was very sweet. She explained everything she was going to do. Explained how and when to expect my results and how they will notify my doctor. Overall very pleasant experience.

2022-05-16We usually go to Immediate Care or Mac Center for all our emergency care. I needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. We decided to go to Well Now cause it was open on Sunday and close to home. When I arrived there was 3 others waiting to be seen. The girl at the desk was really polite and respectful, even after telling her I tested positive for Covid at home. I was not in system so she asked for all my information, by time I was done at desk she told me they we’re waiting for a room they would be right with me. The waiting area was very nice. If I was up to having something to drink they had a nice selection of complimentary refreshments. I was not in waiting area long enough to have one.I was called pretty quick and brought to a room. A MA came right away to do vitals ask more questions and was very gentle. Soon after the PA was coming in to check me over and to ask more questions or asking me if I had any . questions. She told me what I needed to do and what to expect . I was very pleased with my first visit to Well Now . If I ever need to get help I will not hesitate to go here. Thank You for the great Service.

2022-01-01I was so pleased with the way the staff handled seeing me. The clinic was overwhelmed with people seeking treatment for Covid symptoms. I registered and waited in the car, they estimated 1-1/2 hour wait. They called me in an hour and they directly into the exam room. The lines were out the door but I was seen quickly and efficiently and your staff on every level was outstanding! Thank you for the help for my situation, I am already feeling better. Great job! Keep up the good work.

2022-02-03Always well taken care of and follow-ups always done. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and stocked with drinks and masks. Overall perfect for my needs. I actually sent a coworker and my brother to well now. They were glad they went and just as happy with the service.

2022-01-09I came in today because I was having anxiety attacks and my heart was racing and they were able to see me right away. Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely kind and understanding and did an EKG to ensure nothing was truly wrong with my heart besides my pulse being fast and ensured me physically that I was okay. They also gave me papers to bring to my primary to help with my diagnoses and overall I couldn’t be anymore happier with the care I received. Knowing immediately that nothing was wrong with my heart and chest pains was fantastic and being able to know what to tellmy primary was also super helpful.

2022-03-02Staff was very kind. Didnt have to wait. Room was very clean. Dr had good information for future issues. Covid test didnt hurt. Was very happy they could see me, and made a diagnosis I knew was the right one. I would recommend them always.

2022-05-23The first place I go for my medical needs is WellNow Urgent Care at 4827 Transit. Each visit (4 all together for various reasons over the years) has been outstanding. From the moment staff greets you, treats you, till the moment staff is finished they provide 5 star treatment. Personal thanks to all staff. I highly recommend this location.

2022-05-19The moment I arrived I was taken care of by a receptionist who promptly registered my information. I was immediately placed in a room. The nurse was professional and very easy to speak to. Shortly, after she left the doctor came in and thoroughly examined me. I received my results early the next morning.

2022-05-06From the women at the counter, to the nurses and Dr everyone was kind and compassionate. The bed side manner was professional and polite. These ppl actually care and make you feel like a priority. They were intelligent and very thoughtful.

2022-05-15I am always able to take care of whatever ails me without having to wait for hours. On my last visit I needed a Covid-19 test. The test was done quickly and I was able to discuss my symptoms with a Physician Assistant. After my results were texted to me I also received a follow up call to discuss any concerns.
