I have visited WellNow Urgent Care twice and have found all of their staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All questions were answered. Caregivers were thorough and sincerely cared about my well being. The rooms were neat and clean. I highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care! 👍👍
I took my 3 year old after having concerns of a cold not getting better and her dr not having any openings. They were SO good to her. She has sensory issues so new places can sometimes be a challenge for her, but they made her feel right at home. They brought her toys, snacks, juice, and were so comforting to her when she need chest X-rays. I will never go to a different urgent care again. Well Now is the best around. We were also in and out within an hour, which never happens anywhere else
Amazing experience, extremely kind nurse (I sadly don’t remember her name)- blonde that loves Harley Davidson and Dr.Izzy was fantastic. I wish he were our regular primary doctor. Can’t thank you guys enough for being so kind to our son. Top of the line care.
This facility is top notch. I was able to make an appointment soon on line. Staff was professional. Examination proceeded quickly and explanations were thorough. Diagnosis came as expected though the use of both technology and follow up phone calls. I would highly recommend the used of this community resource.
I had to take my father in law there due to a fall. I was so impressed with how well we were treated from the moment we entered. The receptionist Chelsea was so kind and treated my 93 year old father in law with so much respect even when she had to repeat things to him many time. He was treated quickly and luckily nothing was broken. I would highly recommend WellNow to anyone.
I walked in to get some STD testing and all the staff immediately made me feel so comfortable! It was easily the quickest I was in and out of an urgent care center, and the whole place was very welcoming. They even have free slushies in the waiting room, as well as a tv you can change channels on in your procedure room while you wait. I am so glad I came to WellNow because ill never go back to any old urgent care.
I brought my son to WellNow for a covid test. Setting up an appointment was easy and so was the check in process. The entire staff was very friendly and my son loved the slushee machine. His results were easy to track and came back within 24 hours.
I had to go there for an emergency. They came right out to the car with a wheelchair and helped me into the building. They didnt make me wait they put me right into a room and thoroughly assessed me and took x-rays. While waiting someone came in and asked if i needed anything. Overall a great experience.
Went to get a COVID test after a home test showed a positive result. Called toake am appointment to get tested the next dayThe person I spoke with was very helpful and polite. Explained how to register on line as well.I found the website easy to navigate and pretty straightforward to use.Received a text the next morning regarding appointment time and some other instructions. The in person visit was excellent. I was promptly greeted and very quickly placed in an exam room.The woman who administered the test took additional background info and completed the test, Answering any questions I had. The PA came in as well and was very helpful and personable to interact withI had the positive result later the same evening which I thought was excellent. I even received an in person call the next day to see if I got the results, to check on how I was feeling,I was skeptical regarding going to a Chain for healthcare but found it to be a great experience in spite of the circumstances for the visit. Would definitely recommend if needed.
Weve always had a pleasant experience here. Its usually in and out if not busy. Very friendly staff tonight, got my boyfriend in quickly for a cut finger a half hour before they closed. The staff noticed me and my kids waiting and brought us some snacks and let us get slushies 💜💜 my son said he loves it here 🤣
Everyone was was very pleasant and we were treated respectfully and quickly. The provider took time to listen to us and discuss our concerns. We will definitely recommend Well Now urgent care to others.
I cannot say enough about the staff at the Gloversville location. The ladies at the front are the absolute kindest and caring people. Everyone there makes you feel like you matter and how you feel is of the utmost importance. In this crazy time of COVID, you’d think medical staff would be burned out and just going through the motions. Not this staff! Above and beyond. So grateful to have them in my part of town.
Although it differs from person to person. My first experience at this urgent care facility was by far the best experience considering you only go there under relatively negative circumstances. Lol I went in with an eye problem. It was relatively a fast procedure and I was in and out in a short time, with a diagnosis AND a script called in, available for pickup in 15 mins. The staff was great. The doctor was great. Wish more facilities would operate in such fashion.

I was misdiagnosed & sent to the ER even though there was NOTHING wrong with me. I came in for an arm & chest pain that Ive had since an accident and got told It could be a blood clot and sent to the ER. ER did tests & nothing was wrong.. now stuck with a giant bill due to a useless ER trip thanks to the nurse.They never put my insurance through for copay of $35.. emailed billing & no response after a week.Do not recommend.UPDATE: Emailed the wecare@wellnow as they’ve asked me to.. and still no response
Went to well now due to me not feeling well. I’ve been here a few times and the nurse holly the past few times was amazing! Tonight I came in due to having some pain and I got a different nurse named Laurie and she was absolutely the best as well! They both have met all my needs and made me feel like I was a priority ever time that I have been here!!
When walking in I noticed how clean everything was and the two women at the front and the assistant who took my vitals were very nice. I went in thinking I’d get antibiotics for a sinus infection. Doctor Tolge didn’t prescribe antibiotics because he explained I didn’t have an infection but severe inflammation. He is amazing! After complaining for years to other doctors about my sinuses, he has been the only doctor who prescribed what to do with over the counter medications and they helped me! Today, the day after my visit, I can breath so much better and my head doesn’t seem full. He is very personable too! Thank you Doctor Tolge and the entire staff for a calming experience!
Everyone was friendly and attentive. I was in and out in a timely fashion but did not feel rushed. The doctor was very nice and listened to my symptoms. All in all no complaints. Well done and thank you.

Excellent customer service from the receptionist to the nurses and Doctors/PAS. Went to St.Marys Ugrent care the day before and I feel like they didnt adress the problem. THE second I walked into WellNow was treated with great care and customer service. Hopefully the one coming to Amsterdam will be just at good.

I needed to see my primary care doctor for ongoing laryngitis but was unable to get an appointment without a covid test. Not only was I able to get a covid test right away (negative results in just a few hours) but I was able to see a doctor for the laryngitis. The best part was that not one person, from the receptionist to the doctor, and everyone in between, treated me like I was a leper and needed to be avoided. I was tested respectfully and with understanding. I highly recommend WellNow for all urgent care needs.
The Urgent Care in Gloversville was a very good experience. The receptionists and nurses were very professional and caring. The building was very clean and the atmosphere outstanding for a medical facility.
I went in for Covid symptoms. The whole process was easy, quick and everyone there was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will go here again should I get Sick at a time I can’t get in to see my doctor.I highly recommend this business.
Very pleasant, friendly and accommodating staff. Even though I showed up 1/2 hour before closing, everyone was still friendly and professional. PA that took care of me was knowledgeable, efficient and fast. I was in and out within 20 minutes fir a head/chest cold.
My son was injured on a Saturday at football camp, he was taken to WellNow in Gloversville. The team was phenomenal and calmed him and got him through the process. The provider he seen Julie Martin made the quick call and got him to Ortho ny urgent care. Thank you team gloversville for taking care of my scared little boy and getting him the care he needed fast and efficient.

My daughter and I went to get tested for Covid today. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and kind. They made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. The girls at the front desk gave my daughter some cute little toys before she was being so good. Even the tester Bryan was fantastic! I let him know this was my 4 year olds first time and she was a bit scared. He was so sweet to her walking her through everything he was going to be doing. Thank you all again for everything. I truly appreciate it❤️I had another amazing visit there with tester Christopher. He was so nice and kind to my daughter. Talked to us and made the visit very chill. The PA came in and he talked to me about the new strain of Covid and really made my anxiety go away! I can not say enough about how great they are. 10/10 do recommend❤️❤️

I brought my daughter in today for an ear ache and the receptionist at the front check in was tremendous. Her name was Jayme and she went out of her way to give my daughter a stuffed bear to help her feel comfortable and at ease for her visit. We will continue to come back to this urgent care because of this tremendous display of care.

I came here when I was feeling ill, and all I wanted to do was lay in a ditch and die, but when I walked in I was warmly welcomed and greeted by 2 lovely women Valerie and Jayme. They made my experience spectacular and unlike most urgent cares Ive been to. I highly recommend coming to this urgent care if youre feeling ill. I will definitely make the trip myself.
I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional and they genuinely care about their patients. Additionally, it is run in a highly efficient, covid friendly manner. The wait time was very reasonable and the PA took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns regarding my daughter not feeling well. He was very personable and offered detailed explanations and advice.
I fractured my foot and went in for an X Ray - Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The PA Dave had a great bedside manner and was very informative on my condition and what it needed to do to heal- Great experience! Thank you all!
When I was unable to get an appointment for my son with his Pediatrician, WellNow was there. They were so kind. I had my youngest in tow, they even made her feel comfortable. I am a Healthcare Professional and I know the struggles weve all been facing, yet they were welcoming, accommodating and of most importantly delivered high quality care.

This was our first time using this location and it was a great experience! My sick 22 month old son was seen and treated very quickly. The nurse and doctor were both wonderful and very attentive to him. They were extremely busy and we still had a relatively short wait time. They called in his antibiotic quickly and it was ready before I even left the location. Thank you!!!
I loved my experience at this clinic. All staff members were so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The PA I saw was extremely competent. She listened patiently and carefully and was knowledgeable. I felt cared for. On top of all that, the entire process was extremely efficient and pleasant. I was in and out quickly.

Walked in to get tested. Front desk staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate. To me it felt like she really hates her job. How can you hate your job in healthcare? She rolled her eyes when I asked how many people were in front of me. Do NOT recommend this urgent care.
The staff were all professional and friendly, and the office felt impeccably clean . I’m sure they have had nothing but very very long exhausting days however the doctor and nurses were all upbeat, positive, and took time with me and my kids . No one wants to go to urgent care but if you need a place to go, I would definitely recommend this one!
I recently had to bring my daughter in to be seen for a possible ear infection because we could not get in to see her pediatrician. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care. literally ever. They definitely put customer service first. Everyone was smiling and just seemed happy to be there.The waiting room had free coffee and slushies. It made what is normally a drab experience of going to urgent care a friendly welcoming experience. Had to go here for a COVID rest on my 8 yr old daughter. They were exceptionally courteous and polite. The PA who did the test on my daughter explained everything thoroughly and tried to put daughter, who was scared, at ease. The building is beautiful and well decorated. Overall, it was a great experience.
My daughter has visited this wellnow a few times for covid testing. Jayme tested her a few times. She is very good with kids! To calm my daughter down, she gave her a little slinky to play with, talked her through the process calmly and was very gentle with her. She has a very bubbly personality and is friendly to everyone she interacts with!
I had to get blood work done yesterday and they signed me in super fast, they were so nice and answered all my questions! The patient rooms are super nice, they give you a tv remote and you’re allowed to put on what ever you want. The nurse was super sweet. Went over everything they had to do, and while they were doing it. She had explained what it was and what they were doing. I was in and out of that place. It’s super nice, very clean and they have amazing customer service!!
This was my 2nd time bringing one of my children to the Gloversville location and it only reinforced my opinion that they are the best. From the moment we walked in Jayme, janelle, and Valerie (I think, sorry!) made us feel welcomed and checked us in quickly. Jayme helped eased my daughter’s anxiety about being there. After quickly being put in an exam room, Holly came in a further helped my daughter feel comfortable. As busy as they were everyone we encountered, including the PA David, treated us with compassion and didn’t make us feel like we were wasting their time by being there. I would highly recommend them!
I got a COVID-19 test Tuesday night at 6:45 pm and I had the results in my cell phone by 11 am Wednesday. Very pleased with the quick turnaround time and the friendliness of the staff. Would definitely use their services again
Thought it was a nice office I came in for a quick physical for a job everything was going good until the legit forgot about me I had to go in the hall to let them know I was still here the nurse goes oh your still here I thought you left sorry our provider had an emergency he has two more people b4 you been in this room for over an hr now

This was my first time going to WellNow and I was really impressed with this urgent care I was very hesitant at first because their parking lot was full but they got me in as soon as possible. Everyone is very friendly and the front counter person gave my daughter a bear. She loves it! I will definitely go back!

All I can say is this is the best experience Ive ever had in health care! The nurse and receptionist were very organized, friendly and professional. The process to have my children tested for covid went incredibly smooth and the PCR test results came back within 24 hours! They got tested at 4:30 Pm and we found out the results by 12:30 the next day. My son is not a fan of going to the doctor but this place is welcoming and comfortable. They even had a slushy machine! I HIGHLY recommend this place.
We love well now. Weve always had wonderful experiences there. One of my children has really bad anxiety when it comes to seeing the doctor, and they have so much patience with him and talk him through everything they do. Dr. Shawn, and the male nurse who did my sons covid test were amazing yesterday.
Brought my father in on a few different occasions. Each visit was incredible. The staff is kind, compassionate, and caring. When my father started to have neurological changes, we called for some insight and direction on what to do. The provider directed us to the ER and even called later to check up on him. We went in for bandage changes as well and each time we were welcomed like family. This group of people are one of a kind. Although no one ever wants to have to go to urgent care, we will return in the future if need be.

WellNow in Gloversville was fantastic with my little brother! Special thank you to Jayme, the receptionist, who calmed my little brother with her sweet demeanor and a stuffed teddy bear as soon as we arrived. This facility is a true asset to our community.
Cannot say enough about our experience at WellNow! We were visiting from out of town and this was the closest urgent care to our location and I’m so glad it was. The ladies at the front desk were so kind, offered my son several toys as we checked in. The slushee machines and coffee bar are such a nice touch and a great distraction for a sick kiddo. Once in the room, we had a tv that we could operate and the nurses/staff came in several times to check on us and offer snacks until the doctor saw us. The X-ray tech was extremely kind and patient as were all of the other stuff we encountered. I wish we had urgent care centers like this one at home. I’ve told everyone else I know about this place. Thank you so much for making a not fun experience much more bearable.
I cut two fingers on a circular saw and went to the WellNow Urgent Care Center in Gloversville. These gals were AMAZING! They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so thoroughly. Amanda, the provider, was so great. Holly, the nurse that checked me in was attentive and brought me snacks. Thank you so much for giving me such great care. Much appreciated!
My son was so nervous about going to have his leg checked after getting a deep cut. The smiles we were greeted with eased his nerves and the kind and quick service made it a pleasant experience. Great staff all around! And the teddy bear and Slush Puppy were icing on the cake!

Yesterday was my first experience going to this location and I will go back without a doubt. I have never met such a friendly and professional staff in my life. They made me feel comfortable and welcome the second I walked in. I was unsure of how everything works, but they took care of me right away. I checked in with Jayme and she treated me very well. She was so nice and made sure any issues or concerns I had were addressed before I went further. If you go there she will will take great care of you. My test and initial check-in within the room was handled by Jordan who was incredible. He was very polite and knowledgeable with the situation. Although I was nervous he alleviated my concerns and explained the whole process to me. From start to finish this was an amazing experience, I recommend everyone go here for their medical concerns, you will be treated great!
Everyone was so kind from reception, to our nurse Brandy and the PA Amanda. They made us feel welcome and our visit was quick. They all made my nervous 7yr old son feel less anxious. Brandy was so gentle with his nasal swab and he said Im glad I has such a nice doctor. I would highly recommend this urgent care!
I cannot say enough great things about my recent visit! The staff there were extremely pleasant and attentive the entire time. From the moment I walked in Jayme greeted me with a smile and delightful attitude. She walked me through the process step by step making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She then took me to my room where I was greeted by Jordan who was a great caregiver. He explained the process to me and answered any questions that I had. I was comfortable the whole time and I was in and out very quickly. My safety and well-being was their priority. The building was really clean and cared for with great detail. I will 1000% be returning in the future if I need another test or any other medical concerns. Anyone who asks for recommendations in the future I will steer them here 11 times out of 10!

Brought my daughter in to get a sore ankle looked at. The entire team is so friendly, welcoming, and they really enjoy their jobs! They came in and talked to my daughter like she was an old friend and made her feel comfortable enough that she didn’t even need me to go get the X-ray with her for comfort. I’ll always recommend this place for anything in the future!
Unfortunately I have been here 3 times in just a couple of weeks for symptomatic COVID testing and they team here has always been super nice even during these crazy times! Providers are top notch.
Great staff..Referred here by a family member. Greeted by a friendly face at the front desk who helped me check in, think her name was ashlyn. Everyone was very informative. 10/10 would come back especially for quick covid testing if I needed…wish there was a Pac-Man machine though like the niskayuna one.
Made an appointment online, they texted me when I was able to go inside. Everyone was very friendly, office and exam rooms were very clean. Appointment took about 45 minutes. Was so fast and easy compared to going to urgent care or the emergency room! 10/10 recommend!
Everyone in the office is wonderful. They were very good with my daughter and got her taken care of quick. The doctor she saw was very nice as well. They interacted with her and helped a nervous child become calm about what was going on. Seriously great practice!
I walked in the door right at closing time, although everyone had to stay later than anticipated they were amazing and understanding. I was not there any longer than half an hour. Although the adhesive they used instead of stitches did not keep my wound closed for more than 12 hours, it was a decent and painless experience.

On 5/21, I brought my oldest son to WellNow Urgent Care in Gloversville for the first time. The registration process was quick and easy. We were immediately brought to a room. He was seen by David S., P.A. David was thorough in his examination and answered all of our questions. He personally went over the discharge instructions and alerted us of a possible concern with my sons medications. My son, who has an extreme dislike for medical care, stated, Wow, an urgent care thats actually quick!Unfortunately, on 5/22, we had to return to WellNow with our other 2 children. The receptionist was very kind, quick, and understanding of my hearing impairment. The gentleman that administered my childrens testing was gentle and kind. Once again, my children were seen by David S., and received excellent care. This was definitely not an easy task, as my toddler was extremely cranky. David should be commended for his excellent bedside manner!Our heartfelt thanks to the staff of WellNow for making a difficult situation a little bit easier. If we should ever need urgent care in the future, we will be returning to WellNow in Gloversville.

I came to WellNow recently for a covid test I was feeling a bit uneasy always hearing how bad covid test hurt but my nurse Diana did a great job. It was quick it was easy, even had my results the next day!
Everyone was great. Went in for a COVID test as a walk in and I got results within 24 hours. Other places required an appointment and the only appointments available provided a 2 to 5 day turn around. I also like the website where I can check the status of my test. Amazing, I plan on going here any time I need a Covid test or any other service they provide.

My husband and I both went for a covid test. They were very professional. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care. We had a Covid scare 3 days before my daughter was to start school, and for teaching to start for me. Even after explaining the urgency of our situation I couldnt get a test anywhere that would provide results in time. I called WellNow and they told us to come right over and we got in right away, were treated with kindness and offered refreshments and had our results the very next morning. Thankfully, it was good news, but in the meanwhile it was nerve wracking. The informative team delivered quick results that enabled us to treat the symptoms appropriately and stay on track for school.
It was easy to make my appointment online and the staff was genuinely nice. I would go back and recommend them to others.
Kimberly was such a pleasure to deal with. 8am and sick and she still made me laugh! Thanks to her and the rest of the crew for making my time there as enjoyable as possible

My husband and I visited WellCare after learning of a possible COVID exposure. There were lots of cars in the parking lot so I anticipated a lengthy wait time given it wasn’t an emergency.The staff were all friendly and professional and we were in and out in no time! Definitely recommend!

My husband had a test today and he was very happy with Holly at the Gloversville site. She was extremely friendly and made sure his visit was enjoyable.
They are very fast, accurate and friendly. The facility is very clean and they offer comfortably while sick, such as a tv in the room while you wait instead of just a wall to look at and teddy bears for those whom want one along with sanitizer. The biggest plus was the fact they didn’t have a problem with both myself and my husband to be in the same room with our son. I will definitely be using them for my urgent care needs in the future. Highly recommended. ❤️
First time visiting,everyone there was so friendly and caring!! Took good care of me and made it a very pleasant visit even though I was sick!! I was also surprised that they have a snack lady!! She brings a basket of snacks to offer you while you wait!! Nice touch!!
Made an appointment for 10 am arrived at 9:55 no one was at front desk. After a few minutes someone comes up and takes our information and told us to wait outside and we’d get a text . Walked in at 10:50 because I still hadn’t received a text and was told my appointment was cancelled because we were late. Clearly no one communicates here .
We were able to make an appointment on line. There was no wait time, no one was there. It may have been a different experience. Staff was pleasant. The checkin process was lengthy. The nurse and provider were efficient. The exam rooms are asthetically pleasing. We were given instruction for lab follow up. Received notification within 8 hours. You could also log in and they let you know where the lab result process was time wise. Would I go back absolutely.
First time going to urgent care. People were nice, from the minute I set foot into the door until I set foot outside the door. Very quick and also very clean!
Yesterday was our first experience going to this location and we will go back without a doubt. We have never met such a friendly and professional staff in our life in Gloversville.They made us feel comfortable and welcome the second I walked in. We were unsure of how everything works, but they took care of us right away. We checked in and they treated us very well. They were so nice and made sure any issues or concerns we had.They were addressed before we went further. If you go there they will take great care of you. My parents test and initial check-in within the room was incredible.They were very polite and knowledgeable with the situation. Although I was nervous they alleviated our concerns and explained the whole process to us. From start to finish this was an amazing experience, I recommend everyone go here for their medical concerns,They have TV inside the room where you Waite for your turn keep us entertainment in clinic.They will be treated great! Everyone is courteous, nice and friendly. We have now traveled to Gloversville twice over our local urgent care because of how kind and friendly they are.

I highly recommend WellNow Gloversville for Covid testing and urgent care. The staff at the was amazing!! They were so friendly on the phone when we called ahead to see if they could help us before we made the drive after the Satatoga location couldn’t do anything for us. Then from the moment we walked in the door, everyone was so nice and really tried to get to know us to be able to provide the best care. They followed up with us personally after our visit as well. I had to bring my daughter to have a covid test before she was allowed to go back to school.. The staff was very friendly...very efficient..And they got us in and out quickly.. and we loved Jayne....she was very friendly....i gotta give this facility an A++
Well one star because clearly the people ahead of us were getting undivided attention with their insurance issue. But when you come in with a feverish, wheezing toddler whos coughing and not doing well, it wouldve been great to at least be addressed beyond take a seat. I had called ahead because he has symptoms so I had already made it known he was wheezing badly before we got there. After 20ish minutes I waited and said excuse me and asked if I might get the wifi password to try and keep said miserable toddler occupied and was brushed off. Somehow both women at the desk were so completely necessary in the other persons task I couldnt get a simple question answered. Ended up and went to the other one instead by the hospital and was in in 5 due to it actually being urgent- getting x-rays and covid testing. I understand everyone is important but typically in a triage situation a child trying to catch their breath I thought would at least be interacted with.
My son was scene because he hurt his ankle. The staff were absolutely amazing!! My son was in and out, maybe a half hour at most we were there!!! I highly recommended you come to this urgent care!! All around it was an amazing experience!!

WellNow was awesome! We were able to get in very quickly, they made my five year old feel right at home. The facility and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make my son feel taken care of.

Do not go to WELLNOW, in Gloversville. I tried to bring my daughter there as she is sick and has a fever. I wanted to go somewhere close because she isn’t feeling well. I go in and they just look at me. I go up and say that my daughter is very sick and needs to be seen. They state that they are no longer seeing anyone for awhile and then rudely point to the sign that was in the corner. Then they said “good luck finding somewhere else”. It’s like I have a sick 7month old, it’s raining and then they want to be completely rude. NEVER going back!!!!!Update: Now I was called as I was going to make a complaint and the person at the front who was the manager who was rude stated that he wanted to talk to me as he states this review was not accurate. Unreal! I am never going back to them!
Cut my thumb open while working on an RV. Was able to get in without much of a wait. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the wound was cleaned well and I was aware of what was happening. If I ever need urgent care like this again I would go if in the area without hesitation

Couldnt get my son in with his normal doctor but took him to urgent care had to get a covid test which he is afraid of, this time the technician that did it was wonderful put my son at ease before preforming it he was wonderful. Best experience for my 7 year old considering the first one hw had was horrible and he was Afraid of the dr after that.

Great staff from the moment my son and I walked in. We were checked in/greeted by Chelsey and Kim. They were super friendly and very helpful. We were in and out quickly that included x-rays as well.
I was in a scoter accident, and banged up pretty well. Went here over St. Marys or Nathan Littauer urgent care because the horror stories I’ve heard from there. And I’m extremely happy I did, I received without a doubt the best care. Every nurse and the doctor were incredible, and extremely nice and caring. Thank you WellNow Urgent Care.

Highly recommend going here. They are very efficient, if you schedule an appt online you are seen right away with hardly any waiting and it’s such a great atmosphere with the sno-cone machine & the staff will even ask you if you want a snack! Obviously you are going there for a reason that’s not so pleasant but the staff treats you with a friendly smile!
My Local Doctor would not see me because of COVID. I had some COVID SYMPTOMS. I thought thats when I should see a doctor? It was not an emergency so i did not want to go to the emergency room.I scheduled an appointment online at 4pm.Checked in online at 5:25 pm. Was seeing a doctor by 545pm. The front staff, nurses, and doctor were thorough and attentive. All doctors offices should strive to be this good.Thank you.
First time here and everyone was so eager to help. Our provider was Joe and he did what he could to make sure my sons labs came back in time so he could be at the Halloween party at school the following day. Thank you Joe and everyone that helped!! Anthony had a great day at school!!!
We got in right away, they x-rayed my sons foot within 15 minutes of being there.Longest part was waiting for the x-ray to be read. They brought snacks in for my son because it was around lunch. We will definitely go back.

Had to be seen for a minior emergency l, made my appointment on line, received a confirmation text instantly, got their and was directed to come right in too the office (very beautiful, clean, conivent) Staff that greated me were very friendly and it was shown to my room quickley, doctor was absolutely AMAZING very professional, and knowledgeable. Took my almost 80 year old father in as his dr wanted him to have a chest xray because he felt a cold coming on. And had Se shortness of breath. He had copd as well as other breathing issues. They only focused on covid.. I told them he had 0 signs of covid and had both vaccines.. Only did the rapid and other covid tests. Listened to his lungs said they sounded great.. 2 days later his breathing was worse and o2 was at 82. Rushed him to the VA ER and he was diagnosed with pneumonia...They said it was a very bad case.I am my dads caregiver and feel heartbroken I did not push them more so he wouldnt have suffered and struggles to breath for the next 2 days...Will never go back there!

I’ve only been here twice. However, both times, the staff has been incredibly friendly and quick to help.
Brought my daughter and myself in to be checked! All they where focused on was covid. My chest felt like it was caving in and I couldn’t breath. Took a rapid test that came back negative and another they send out! Doctors words where I’m pretty sure you have covid even if both test come back negative. Go home and do what your mom taught you to do. First and last time I will go to this location! Mind you he never checked my daughter and said the same about her and all she had was a bad cough!

2021-12-16What an amazing visit during such a stressful time. Making an appointment online was so easy, we showed up and were taken immediately in to a room. We waited at most 5 minutes and the nurse was in. Holly made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and reassured. My son was so nervous but soon, was smiling under the mask. Thank you Holly...I hope you know how grateful we are for caring and compassionate nurses like you in such scary times. Excellent experience and quality care.

2022-05-17The ladies at the front desk were quite rude and completely ignored me, this was a terrifying experience for me and I would’ve liked to feel safe right away. However, the nurse and the doctor were absolutely incredible. They made my concerns feel valid, and gave me a prescription to help with my symptoms. Now I can sleep through the night without throwing up! A successful trip!

2022-02-03I was in and out within 30 minutes. The people were very friendly and professional from intake, to nurse, to doctor. The doctor came up with a n alternate plan for my issue as the one from another doctor was not working. I will definitely be using this group for my urgent care needs going forward. 2022-04-06Absolutely amazing! Friendly, accommodating, no waiting! Dr came in first actually. Gave very simple details about what the problems could possibly be and talked and discussed our comfort level before doing anything. When they decided to eliminate a test they didn’t think was necessary I wanted my daughter to have it and they explained why they didn’t think it would be effective but also completely obliged to do it anyway if that’s what I wanted. Fortunately it wasn’t needed. He was phenomenal as was the other guy that did vitals. Never made you feel any kind of way but comfortable and glad to be sitting in urgent care. I never ever do reviews either. I would give 5 starts 100 times over again

2022-05-09Being so sick and being able to make an appointment for the first thing in the morning was a blessing, when I got there I tested “here” and they got me right into a room. Maribel was an Angel, she was very attentive and listened. She explained they were going to do a COVID test and I asked for a flu test also, which she did not hesitate doing, she was gentle and kind. The PA David was so nice and explained what I needed to do. All together I was there from start to finish 30 minutes. Thank you to Maribel and PA David, you both rock!

2022-02-04Great experience. The staff always greets you with a smile and tries to get you right in to see a provider as fast as possible. The patient rooms are nice and the TVs are an added plus for children. Everyone is always coming in asking if they can get you anything, in fact I think they were more attentive than my last waitress when we went out to eat. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and my son had broke his elbow. I highly recommend this place!!!

2022-03-20Messed up my knee while skiing. Made appointment online at this specific location because of reviews. They were great!! Every staff member was friendly and efficient. Filled out all necessary info online. My husband went in and asked for a wheelchair so he could wheel me in. They took me right away. Quickly took X-rays and had them read offsite and came back in to discuss results in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location due to amazing staff and clean environment❤️

2021-12-19I have now been to this Urgent Care twice, once for myself and once for my child. It was hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had with any Urgent Care center. The wait times were so short that I was shocked. We did not even sit down in the waiting room. By the time we finished at the desk they were calling us in. Wait times for the providers were short as well. All of the staff is polite, friendly and caring. This Urgent Care is out of town and a drive for my family, but it was entirely worth the trip both times, as the experience was just so much better.
