We called and were told they were open and available to walk ins available until 11pm, wait time was approximately 1hr. PCP couldn’t get our extremely sick son in, so we drove over. When we got there we were told they couldn’t take us even though there were only two other parties in the waiting room. They turned away a seven year old that was coughing so badly he couldn’t speak, eat or drink. As a member of the healthcare profession, shame on them. It our duty to help the sick.
It was so nice I made a appointment on line walked in sat for about 10 minutes and they saw me ask me what was going on and I told them after discussing my problems they told me to get a x-ray but they did not have one at this location so I had go to Cicero where they gave me a skip ahead of the line which was great . Had my x-ray and left in about 15 minutes later they called me and gave me my results. I was very satisfied with the help I got .
I came in today with a broken finger. Fast triage and saw David Brubaker NP. He was super friendly and efficient. I was in and out within a half hour. The nurse who triaged me was excellent and made me feel a lot better about my situation. I was seen at Taft road wellnow then was sent to Erie Blvd well now for X-rays. They were also fast and efficient. I would recommend these facilities to everybody 🙂
This WellNow excellent. They listened to me. Really listened as I explained the problem a solution was had and I was on my way in less then 45 minutes from walking in the door. Much better than the 5 hours waiting at ER then told another 20 hours before I could be seen. I know its not the hospitals fault....I understand that but I did not want to stay there that long....had pet at home waiting.
My daughter came in to have a PCR test done for travel. She was put in an exam room and sat there for 30 minutes without anyone coming in to the room. She opened the door and looked out to ask when she might be seen and saw three female employees eating their Dunkin Donuts breakfast. She asked when someone might be coming in to do her (30 second) swab and was snapped at by one of the women as she said, we only have one person doing them right now. Someone will be with you soon. Not 2 minutes later one of the three that were sitting at the counter eating came in to do her swab. I guess an out of pocket service isnt as important as providers eating their breakfast. Had a good opinion of Well Now before this. Will likely not go back there again.
David and Cyona were amazing. They treated me with kindness and patience and made me feel like they really cared about my well being. I will definitely go hete again
The staff is always great and there are so many you can usually find one with a shorter wait time. Definitely cleaner and faster than most urgent cares!
My wait time was minimal and everyone is very friendly and courteous. I feel like they were genuinely concerned with my wellbeing.

It was a good experience. It was quick and allowed me to accept what I was afraid of. The Nurses and the practitioner were easy to talk to and willing to explain all.

I hurt my ribs at work and thought maybe I broke one well good news was nothing was broke just bruised. I was a walk in they took me right away and everyone was just wonderful.
Went to get tested with my husband fours days ago, the two front lady’s were very sweet as when we told them that we have to leave the country in two days for an emergency and needed to get tested. They told us that they will put our swabs in STAT bags so they get tested as soon as possible, and that we should usually receive the result in around 24 hours due to emergency bases. They tested both my husband and I at the same time, which was smooth, clean and fast. So we went home, my husbands result came within 14 hours or so. I went in the next day to see why my husbands result came and mine didn’t. Two other lady’s told me that they can’t guarantee but usually (48 hours you should get the results) when the swabs get tested. Which I understand with the current situation given. My husband also paid in cash and I paid via my insurance I asked if that was a factor and was told no as they don’t write form of payment on the swab bag. But I got no explanation to why my swab is still making its way to the lab even after two days while my husbands are reach, tested, and results given. Now it’s been four days and still my swab is making it ways to the lab. My flight was cancelled due to not receiving my results. Honestly the only thing I can think of is that my swab is lost somewhere. I tried calling the clinic 4 times but never did anyone answer the phone. I would wait for 10 minutes with it just ringing. This is honestly ridiculous.
The whole process, from setting the appointment online to pre-registering and checking in, was seamless. The staff and nurses inside were kind and polite and professional. 10 stars in my book!
Everyone at this place knows how to treat people with respect. They are efficient and professional. I finally found and urgent care you know will take care of you. The NP was knowledgeable and very caring.
I like going here when medical help is needed but not urgent. No appts needed and usually youre in and out quick. New office in Taft Rd staff are caring and friendly.

Sign on door said they don’t accept people with COVID symptoms to get a test done even though they have before but their website said that their location does accept people who have symptoms and want to get a test done & it didn’t say what to do if you do show symptoms. To their credit the website said not all locations do testing and accept symptomatic patients the issue is this one said it did. The main reason for this review is I walked there and when I called I waited ten minutes for someone to pick up & they didn’t offer any resolution. I have no other options because I can’t walk farther with how high my heart rate is because of whatever I’m sick with and I can’t afford an ambulance. I’ll just hope it passes… I guess? I only wanted to do a test because it’s highly suggested to, I guess not.American Healthcare. Best corporation.Edit: I guess I should’ve checked google reviews first because my fellow neighbors are more reliable then the company’s website itself. But google isn’t always right, this time it was “my bad”
Got a bill from a COVID test 4 months ago (September 15th), $577 before insurance, and $185 after insurance! I thought it was a free rapid test, and just learnt that it was PCR with $70 rush fee, which I didnt request. And the walls are paper thin, I heard every single word of the encounter next door about the gentlemans allergy. I guess HIPAA is not a priority comparing to billing. For all the people who gave a good review for their COVID testing within last 6 months, be prepared for their surprised bills, I am definitely not the only one from what I heard.

Staff was friendly. I got Covid tested and the person testing me was really gentle. It didn’t hurt like it does most of the time to get tested. I also got my results quickly and looking at them was a quick easy process.

Went to wellnow urgent care on Taft Rd for a Covid Test. They were very quick and efficient. I highly recommend them if you need to be tested and you have no symptoms. If you are symptomatic you will need to go to a different location.
Great experience at Taft Road WellNow. The receptionist Morgan was very polite and reassuring. She completed intake accurately and was very pleasant to speak with. The PCT Darnesha was very professional and a pleasure to speak with as well. She was able to answer my questions regarding the COVID test. Thank you staff.

Excellent staff! My 3 year old felt comfortable and easily allowed the Covid test. They gave her a stuffed bear afterwards which she loves. Also the slurpee machine in the waiting room was a very nice touch.
They state online open until 8 pm for walk in asymptomatic covid testing. Not taking any other patients, only asymptomatic covid testing at this site. Two employees standing at the desk. No customers in the building at 7 pm and they state they can’t take anymore walk ins for the night. Poor service and impression.

A total ripoff. I paid $150 for a pcr test. I was never told there were other fees. Now they are charging me another $185 for services. I only had the pcr test done. Nothing else. Very unclear and I am angry. Do not use them!!!

I arrived at Wellnow on Taft Road, Liverpool NY. I was signed in and escorted directly to an examination room. Seen by the nurse, then the Dr. Diagnosed, orders and prescription in a very timely fashion. Very nice staff, clean rooms, etc. I was turned away from my Drs office because I didnt have an appointment. The nurse came out too look at me and could clearly see the problem. She simply and the receptionist stated no one could see me and I should go to urgent care. Might I add that neither one of them even checked to see if someone would take 5 minutes to help me. I was in tears and they turned me away.Thank you Wellnow for your prompt care.

2022-07-16I was a walk-in and I didn’t even get a chance to sit in the waiting room. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The nurses Were quick and efficient and they answered my questions and they just made you feel comfortable and that they were going to help you feel better. The PA was so nice. He went above and beyond to help me. I recommend this Well Know all the time since I’ve been there 3 times.

2022-05-24This location in particular , Taft Rd, North Syracuse, New York, Has been amazing. I have been there twice now. This last visit on May 23 was exceptional. The Nurse practitioner was kind, very observant, listened to me, Asked a lot of questions, even went the extra mile I felt to see what was going on. The location is very convenient, I was in and out of there with prescriptions and a complete list of everything I should do, along with getting a chest x-ray in less time than I have ever spent at my general practitioner‘s office and most important definitely more attention. This location is doing great things. Highly recommend.

2022-03-21I was very upset when I called The Well Now in Liverpool on Taft Road because I had such a terrible experience at the Well Now in Cicero that I will never return too. They were very sympathetic and told me to come right over with my daughter and there was no wait. When I got there they were so accommodating and apologized for the way we were treated at the Cicero Well Now. The whole appointment took 2 minutes and they were wonderful! Rachel and the nurses were so amazing. I will be driving from Cicero to Liverpool Well Now when any of my family needs to be seen!!! They really are wonderful there!! Thank you so much for making our long day seem so much easier!!!

2022-07-26It’s unfortunate when you have to go to an Urgent care when on vacation but this practice made it pleasant. Our wait by appointment was only 10 -15 minutes. Everyone was happy and caring snd most of all knowledgeable. Checking in was fast too. Highly recommend!!!

2022-08-21Not a busy afternoon, I walked right in & treated very respectfully, as if I were their only patient. I requested a covid test due to someone at the same gathering as I tested positive. Due to the emergent need of testing for the upcoming week at Hospice CHH, they had me signed in and in a room, tested, and out within 10 minutes.Definitely refer this WellNow to all friends n family.

2022-08-11I went in yesterday because I was dying on my couch for 2 days. I took 2 at home Covid tests which were negative. I wanted to be swabbed for strep which came back negative. I told crystal the PA that I had taken 2 Covid tests and she dismissed me and said I should be swabbed. I said okay. I asked for some antibiotics because my throat has been swollen for 4 days and there are white spots on my tonsils. She said that’s not what we look for, for strep. Now I’m no doctor but I work in healthcare. I’ve had strep over 100 times in my 31 years, I know the signs. I think she just didn’t want to help me. Here I am day 5 of a swollen throat that burns when I eat strawberries or drink orange juice. But I can’t get antibiotics because your ‘rapid test’ was negative? Try listening to your patients when they tell you what’s wrong. I wasn’t trying to get any pills but antibiotics. No muscle relaxers.. nothing.I will say the front desk staff was super helpful and I was able to be seen immediately which was awesome! Kudos to your front desk!

2022-04-22So happy to have this place nearby. Everyone there was very nice. I made an appointment so I was able to wait in my car until they texted me to come in and I was immediately taken to a room.The only downside was the wait time but being able to schedule an appointment online and recieve text updates is a real benefit.We all need to remember that our healthcare professionals are still short staffed and stretched to the limits.

2022-04-21Kai was amazing!!! She very caring and supportive of my situation. Getting my DOT Recertication was not without its challenges. However, Kai worked with me and was able to resolve the network issues that they were having. What an awesome human being!!!
