I must say I have never had a quicker experience at a doctor’s office than I did at this WellNow Urgent Care located in Liverpool! I am so glad I went there. I was in and out in under 35 minutes amazingly, and the two physicians I saw were pleasant and knowledgeable. Received antibiotics for my UTI so I could start to get better sooner. Would highly recommend!
I made an appointment because in the past I was one of those people who went there and was turned away because they were at capacity. I got right in with an appointment. The ladies at the front end were absolutely amazing! The nurses and doctors were amazing as well! Everyone was so friendly and compassionate.
I had stepped on a tooth pick a month earlier. Thought I pulled it all out. Nope!! So, when I realized something was left behind I was hoping my body would push it out. No such luck!! The PA on duty did a fantastic job and got it out. She wasn’t sure because of the amount of nerves on your foot and how deep it was. Thankfully, she had steady hands and was able to reach it!!! Thank You!!!
I was a nervous wreck about having to take my 3 year old to urgent care. He’s a pandemic kid and very nervous in new situations and isn’t great about wearing masks still. I was amazed by the compassion of all the staff in treating my son. Above and beyond is putting it lightly. As soon as he walked in they offered him some toys to make him comfortable, offered him a snack and a drink, brought him coloring pages and more toys during his visit. Not only that, but each care provider was very empathetic to him and did a great job in working with him. Extremely friendly and understanding of him being nervous and uncomfortable. Thank you for giving my boy such a pleasant visit despite his illness!
This is hands down best WellNow I’ve visited. I’ve been to more than 10 in my lifetime. The night staff I had last night at 9pm were so easy going and kind. I had an embarrassing emergency situation and the doctor and nurse who saw me made me feel less embarrassed and more easygoing about the situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I appreciated last night and wish more walk ins and hospital staff were like you. I will be going to this WellNow from now!
Im new to the area I have been unable to find a primary care provider. Each group I contacted said they were not accepting new patients due to being understaffed and overwhelmed. I became very sick, fever, chills, cough, sore throat, conjunctivitis, body aches. WellNow was recommended to me by a friend. They had 2 locations within a 10 minute drive. While there were several patients in the waiting room I was promptly given a room and seen by a nurse and physician within 5 minutes, even though I didnt have an appointment. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The facility was very clean and uncluttered.. My Covid test results were texted to me by early evening and medications called right into my pharmacy. My care I received was prompt, appropriate, and effective. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I also received seversl follow up messages via text and email to make sure I was ok and not getting worse. I would definitely recommend WellNow Urgeht Care to everyone in need of healthcare for themselves or their family.
Terrible experience. walked in and i wasn’t aware that masks were required so one of the staff members basically yelled and said to put a mask on, i didn’t have one with me so, since it’s a literal doctors office, i asked for a mask and she yelled again and said “no. we don’t have masks go find one.” so we brushed it off. (we ended finding old masks in the car) we walked back in to make an appointment and she just was not friendly and very rude. once we made the appointment it kept getting pushed back.
I wanted to say thank you to all of the wonderful staff and team members at this location. I was sad to see that the drive through asymptomatic testing has closed down. I realize it’s a very difficult time period, and there are a lot of staffing issues. The staff at this location did a wonderful job with PCR testing, and everyone was always so kind and nice. I used the drive through Covid testing option multiple times before seeing family and friends, even though I am fully vaccinated. It was a wonderful service that Wellnow provided, and everyone did such a great job. I hope the drive through testing option returns, and I wanted to say thank you to all of the team members at this location.
David Keyes is a “doctor” working there. He will spend about two minutes with you then proceed to chalk any illness up to Covid. Then when the Covid test comes back negative they will tell you to come back the same exact day for another evaluation to obtain the antibiotics you needed all along. If he took a moment to read the chart he would have seen the patient has a history of pneumonia and has been sick for weeks. You don’t just send them out the door and tell them to take Tylenol and wait for the positive Covid test. You at least make a backup plan. Why should a patient have to have two evaluations in one day because the “doctor“ didn’t do a proper evaluation the first time? Nothing changed from four hours ago when you last saw that patient! You didn’t do your job properly and now you want the patient to pay another copay and take more time to come back in. On top of the fact that the patient is very sick coming in and out of your practice. You think they would care enough to limit the in and out of sick patients. This isn’t the first time I have heard of this “doctor” doing this either. Best of luck having him employed there ! He is a real peach.
This place is ridiculous to say the least! I went there to get a physical for my new job my employer was paying for the physical. I returned to get my TB results and they had to have asked me my name and the spelling at least 15 times I said you’re asking me as though you don’t have me anywhere in your computer, A lady spoke up very rudely and said that’s exactly what’s happening! I said well I was just here two days ago. After they finally found me they seen my TB was negative I specifically told them my employer needs everything signed dated and Stamps! Absolutely they said! I then requested a copy for my own personal records. They refused to give me copies saying because I didn’t pay for this physical I’m not to get copies! They insisted they would fax all documents over to my employer. So here it is a week later! my employer just receive documents and none of them are signed, dated or Stamped!
I put off going to the drs.but my sinus infection was getting worse so at 4pm I got online and there was 430pm appt! I was called in from my car after only a couple minutes and after checking me in they took me into a room right away. Everyone I encountered was so nice! They took a Covid test to be safe (negative) and prescribed me an antibiotic for my sinus infection. I was home within 45 min! I won’t hesitate to go to this office again! Thank you!
Horrible. Treated like garbage by customer service AFTER an initial great visit. Do you know how difficult it is to get a horrible review when you’ve provided decent medical care?? Wellnow Route 57 managed to turn a pleasant experience into a nightmare. After THEY requested that I call with any questions (per post visit text) I was treated like TRASH by their Sunday customer service staff. It takes a VERY special receptionist to turn a 10 star visit into a total “regret I ever went there waste of my time” feeling. I’ve never posted a review, but the unbelievable feat of turning a medical care visit into a mind-bogglingly horrific experience requires an honorable mention. It’s nearly impossible to turn me against a place that gives decent medical care, but somehow, against all odds, the “service” staff at Wellnow has done just that. If you go there, don’t expect help after the visit. In fact, expect to be treated disrespectfully. Expect to be treated like a burden that they will ignore, laugh at and hang up on when you’re at the ER needing an x-ray report for your ortho consult.
Nurse Practitioner by the name of Jen is an absolute star in my eyes. She is very professional, compassionate, thorough, and always is safe rather than sorry. She helped me manage my covid 19 symptoms which were still bad on day 5. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Jen and the rest of the team at Well Now in liverpool!!!
Everything was great except I had an appointment and was shown into a room very shortly after I got there, then a nurse came in and took some information, but then I had to wait almost an hour for the Nurse Practitioner to come in. I had a Covid test about a month prior and the same thing happened (about an hour wait for the NP) and 4 days prior to my 4/18/22 visit I went with my husband for his Covid test and the same thing happened - about an hour wait in the room for the NP. All three visits were at the same WellNow.
On Sunday morning, I decided to go to Wellnow to be Covid tested. Expecting there to be a long wait, I brought a book to read. Unexpectedly, when I walked in, there was no one in the waiting room, and they took me back to the exam room immediately after registering. They were so efficient and so friendly! It isn’t easy working in the medical field during this time of Covid due to short staffed situation‘s, but I was so pleased that Wellnow did such a great job! Went here just get a PCR Test for a procedure. Wasnt wearing a mask when I entered and immediately got interrogated upon entering with my three year old son whom I had with me. I told them I didnt had one and was told immediately that I wouldnt be seen unless I had one and I could go to the Dollar Tree and purchase one for a dollar. I left after some back and forth and went to the Wellnow on RT31. They OFFERED me a mask at that one and took care of me within five minutes in and out. I guess if I was bleeding profusely and came into the RT57 Wellnow Urgent Care without wearing a mask, they would just tell me to bleed out because I couldnt be seen since I wasnt wearing a mask...right?
Waited 2 hours to get told to go to another er. Doctors charge for being late but they leave you in one room then another room for more time while you get to listen to nurses and doctors laughing about what they did last weekend. Mean while you sit in pain. Save the trouble go to a real er or sit for hours listening to social hour.
I retract my previous review. Nurses outside vaping literally every five minutes and when inside gossiping and laughing incessantly while I wait in a small, airless room for 45 minutes waiting for an NP. My fiance was waiting in the car( Cobid restrictions) and said Wow. Those nurses are outside vaping way more than working.) 9 oclock hour on a weekday was my appointment.
I had a tick bite and had removed it but needed to be certain it was totally removed so was told to call.to avoid infectionThe staff was professional and very kind I was seen promptly and the Dr was very goodThe bite was examined and I was given an RX to pick up that day
I went in here for my appointment today and the woman at the front desk seemed to have an attitude.. you see I have partial hearing loss in my left ear and I thought I heard her say something to me and I asked her if she had said something to me and she had this look on her face.. at that point she started to respond to me sternly.. I responded back to her that I could not hear her and spoke to her as she did to me and within 10 seconds I apologize to her to let her know I couldnt hear very well.. I could tell by the look on her face that she was still seemed a little angry..
This location in Liverpool is hands down the best. I have been in and out of hospitals and urgent cares my whole life. I came in for a problem I was having with my throat. They were overwhelmed because of the covid testing, but still took amazing care of me. Both the nurse and doctor were completely thorough. Cannot be more happy with the service they provided!
Ease of making the appointment. Availability of appointment times. Friendly and compassionate staff. Friendly follow up call by a knowledgable person who answered all my questions and took extra time to do it. Very much appreciated. Just an all round good experience. Highly recommend them.
Came in with an appointment and did get right into a waiting room. Waited in room for over a half hour before being seen. Person who saw me had no idea why I was there. She then left for another 20 minutes to find the paperwork I had filled out when I checked in. Not a very organized place.

There were people lined up waiting to get in on this eve of Christmas eve, & you were all pleasant & calm (even while a rambunctious customer made a scene in the waiting area 🤦♀️) As a Covid nurse myself, I appreciate you all!! This was my first time having to go to Urgent Care. I first went to WellNow on rt31, but they were only doing covid testing. They were so kind and told me I had to go to WellNow in Liverpool. They called ahead and told them I was coming in. WellNow in Liverpool were so kind and caring and got me in as soon as they could. Thank you to everyone for helping me. Happy New Year.
Had a possible exposure to Covid and Decided to go to the Wellnow drive through in Liverpool, I was in and out in 10 minutes, never left my car. I highly recommend any and all people to use this service if you’ve been exposed. Wonderful staff caring for others….priceless and thank you for your services at this crazy time in life, you all ROCK!!
I set an appointment up for drive thru testing, although I was only able to get a slot at 10:20pm, I pulled up and was seen within 20 minutes (not a bad wait at all considering I was in my car). The nurses working were kind and worked fast to help me finish getting registered. I received my results in less than 24 hours. Thankful for peace of mind.
At a time when COVID is flying through our community the reception staff at WellNow were extremely kind and professional. The same for the clinical team. I did have to wait 2 hours for a walk-in non-COVID urgent care issue. But hey it’s crazy out there. They tested me for COVID and I had results in 13 hours. Turned out I was positive. Soooo see you all in 5 days!
Everything went great after we got tested. What keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the misinformation on their website which I believe has been fixed now.You need an appointment. Even if there is no one there. Sunday 7 am about 9 cars were turned away for not having an appointment. I pulled to see if I could schedule an appointment and the first available was 9:58pm. We completed all the forms online for 2 people left about 7:30. Not a test was done on anyone. So even though the only people there didnt have an appointment they couldn’t test. Went back at 9:30 pm. Still a ghost town. Not anyone being testedWe pulled up early and got tested. Not really understanding the “need to schedule an appointment “ but there’s no one there and they knew their website said no appointment necessary
My boyfriend and I had flights cancelled and couldn’t fly out for another 2 days. That meant the PCR COVID test we took a couple days prior were too old for requirements to land at our destination. We had to find a place open on the weekend and quick with results. Wellnow Urgent Care was open, made an appointment online and they had a drive thru with openings ever few minutes. Quick, easy and we had out test results in less than 3 hours!!!! Such an easy process and so grateful to the people who make the process seem less.
Your staff may treat people well, but your billing department is incompetent. We just received a bill from my husbands visit for a COVID test from 6 months ago. It stated his insurance was invalid. This was because someone sent his claim in to United Healthcare Medicaid, even though he gave them a valid insurance card with the name of his company across the top. It took 2 hours of hold time to discuss this. Not to mention that when my husbands results were done, we never not the text with the code to get in to see the results. I called this location over and over until the phone was answered because we had no way to get his results so he could go back to work. No complaints about medical staff, but sometimes auxillary staff makes or breaks you
Thank you sooooo much WellNow! Have been many times and they are always so awesome. This time we needed a test to go to Canada. Although we already had one done at Rite Aid, I still am waiting on the results 3 days later! I did the drive through testing at 10:30 pm at WellNow and by 3:30 AM I had my results. It was tough to get an appointment - I got one for the rest of my family by signing up online at midnight. But I am so grateful for them being so responsive to the current weather situation and using technology in a smart way to make things so efficient.
When my daughter and I arrived on a Friday night at 9:30p, we were greeted by the front desk staff who were informative and friendly. Then we were walked back to a room to wait. We were there for a few minutes, someone came over and asked if we wanted a snack. So sweet! Then the nurse came in to get our info and do the COVID tests. He was very nice, helpful and made us feel at ease. After the negative tests we waited for the doctor and she came in sooner than expected too. We went over all our info and she took a look at both of us giving us suggestions with our allergies to feel better. This doctor was super nice and friendly too. I’ve never been to an urgent care facility like this where the whole staff was so kind and friendly! Definitely recommend and will go back there again if needed! Also, we were out of there within the hour. That rarely happens anywhere! Great job WellNow staff!!!
Received covid test.... That went rather well...waited and waited for email or text as was told for a code to enter to go to portal for results.... Never received text or email after 3 days. Tried accessing with phone number as instructed and that didnt work either. Called the wellnow care center ......after countless phone calls with no one answering. Called and let ring for 30 minutes....finally got a rep. And got my results.
This place is a complete mess. You have patients with Covid in the same line as patients seeking other care. I’m sure many patients contracted Covid-19 just waiting in line here. Neither of the receptionists knew if their was a difference between rapid antigen test and rapid results when I asked. The most upsetting part is when I walk back to be seen, I pass a group of 8 doctors/nurses just hanging out and talking casually. Lastly they had a bucket filled with, “Biohazard Infectious Waste” in my individual room. I highly doubt it’s been emptied in a few days and makes me wonder how often they actually clean patients visiting rooms. I have tons of respect for front line health care workers battling this pandemic but I must say Well Now on Oswego Rd. in Liverpool gave me a real bad impression. Lots of hanging out and jokes being made
Receptionist very friendly and helpful . I made my appointment online that morning and my only option was 10 oclock so I took it. When I got to the urgent care it was supposed to be a 10 PM appointment which was not good. But the receptionist took me as a walk in and I did not have long to wait. All the nurses were fabulous. The facility was clean and new ... very comfortable. So happy I went there.
Had a covid test appointment for my 4th month old baby at the Clay location. Since the appointment was made, he developed symptoms. They said he had to go to the Liverpool location since he was symptomatic, and that Liverpool would squeeze him in and theyd be expecting him. When I got to this WellNow, I called from the parking lot. They didnt know anything about seeing my son (which Clay said they messaged them), and they said that we would have to wait 2+ hours in a room before being seen. I asked if I could just come back in 2 hours since my sick 4 month old baby couldnt sit in a room for 2+ hours. They said no, we had to wait in the room for 2+ hours, or not be seen.
Arrived at scheduled time, only waited a few minutes before being told to drive around to side of building. The girl doing swab was very professional and so sweet. Was done within minutes. So good to know it’s there. And yay I was negative. Found out results in 4 hours. Thank you well now!
I was greeted in a prompt and courteous manner. Given empathy over the potential one hour wait (which I was expecting). I was allowed to wait outdoors in the sunshine and received a phonecall that I had a room within 20 minutes. I was only in the room for five minutes when the nurse came in. The was very kind, compassionate and had a very soothing demeanor. She did everything I needed to prep me for the provider. It was 10-15 minutes later when the provider came with my lab results. Again, she was a very kind, thorough and efficient person. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was treated very kindly. And the site was very clean and welcoming.
This is an excellent service and we need to recognize what it is. The staffs are always busy plus COVID-19 stressful situations brought upon us that makes things difficult, but they go beyond their service to accommodate all the needs of each an every patient that comes through those doors. I hope the Community comes to their senses that we are bless to have this kind of service in our neighborhood.
Came in yesterday with my son for a sports physical. Our insurance company will only pay for a new physical every 365 days, this timing overlapped with basketball tryouts at my sons school, and we were stuck. His 2020 physical expired on October 31, and his new physical is scheduled for 11/2.However he did not want to take the chance of missing two days of tryouts.Thank God for WellNow. Although we had to wait for a couple hours due to many emergencies walking in, we were still able to get the physical submitted to school on time. I can’t thank you enough for providing this service for the community at a reasonable price.The provider we saw was generous and compassionate. Thank you.
The staff at the Route 57 facility in Liverpool was there on Thanksgiving with smiles and joy. It was better service than I would expect during normal hours…and they were spending their holiday helping me. I am very Thankful for Na’Jae, Stephanie, and Alyssa.All of them showed Ability, Affability, and Availability.
Stopped in for wrist strain, glad to see the sign requiring all entrants to be masked. Shows concern for all patients and staff. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff, went right in to a room. Promptly triaged and had vitals taken. Very short wait for kind, knowledgeable doctor?, Explained clearly what my problem was, prescribed a treatment, gave instructions on follow up if symptoms didnt improve. All done in a very reasonable time amount of time. Have been here before with the same results. Would gladly return and would gladly recommend it to anyone.
I had an accident at home on a Sunday afternoon after my regular Dr. Office was closed for their weekend hours. I looked up the nearest WellNow Urgent Care because I had a a feeling I might need stitches. The process to sign up online for an appointment was quick and easy. I was seen exactly at my appointment time and was in and out in just under an hour. Quickest urgent care experience ever! Very friendly staff!! So glad I went.
I had a Covid test administered on Tuesday 12/28/21 and was told I’d get results within 24 hours. It is now 01/01/2022 and still no results, 4 days later. I follow their directions in the system and input my phone number, it says my phone number doesn’t exist. Which they texted me on prior to my appointment so I know it is in their system correctly. I call and only get a busy signal, every time. I will never use wellnow again. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere.Edit: now I call and I finally get transferred over and the phone actually rings this time.For.6.Minutes.With.No.Answer. Not very professional.
Unfortunately, I have had to visit wellnow numerous times. Fortunately, though, theyre wonderful! Staff is always polite, professional and willing to help. Surprisingly, each time I have gone, there is never a wait. I have yet to experience a time when I was in the building over an hour.Honestly, there is nothing I can think to negatively say.
This is our second time being here (Liverpool) since we moved 4 years ago. The first time (3 years ago) my son was having difficulty breathing and they were beyond amazing taking care of him, doing what they could and then ultimately transferring us to Galisano. Last night, my son fell and hit his head on the coffee table. They were beyond busy and everyone was so helpful and kind. They got us in and Rosa and Brandon and the person at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot her name) were great! Thank you so much!
Though the staff is very good at getting you in and out, and are all friendly and very professional. If you’re trying to contact anyone about a question you may have, it’s nearly impossible. I’ve been waiting for my “24 hour covid results” for almost a week and though I understand that right now everything is very busy. I have called the office multiple times, emailed them directly, and emailed the care team as well and have had no contact with anyone.
Haley at check was kind and courteous. Being as busy as they were she remembered me by name when my time came. Rosa was very efficient and friendly. But the star of the show was DR. Dave, understanding, confident with a great personality. He took the time and sent me on my way with a good plan.
I visited for a Drive Thru Covid test. The website indicates no appointment required. I arrived early to limit the wait, knowing there is increased testing - before 6:30, they open at 7. No one came to talk to anyone in line until approximately 7:15, and began telling people they would not be testing individuals without an appointment, and refused to give a test. I know for sure the only car in front of me left without a test, no telling how many cars behind me. This is totally unacceptable. All they needed to do was either put on their website appointment required, or even on the many signs they have in the line. Terrible customer service.
The nurses are so niceBut the provider not a good oneI think they put the wrong person in this spotI never see in my life provider didnt prescribe any medication for you even he checked your condition and you told him whats wrong!!??So why I came to clinic !!?? I would go to any pharmacy to buy what medicine I need..
Unless youre desperate stay away. Brought my granddaughter there on crutches got there about 8:30 9: 00.pm.After getting us into a room they totally forgot about us till they were about to close. I opened up a door as a lady was walking by and I said nobodys come in to triage her and shes going to need an x-ray. Then they went into hyper drive. Had to x-ray we didnt get out of there at 11:30 11:45 p.m. shame on them what is wrong!
My previous experiences of urgent care visits made me feel like they were the fast food of doctor visits. When I went to WellNow, I felt cared for. They were patient with me in spite of my rambling over my health history. They fully explained what was up with me and where it could have originated from. While the visit was indeed very fast, I felt like I was important. Highly recommend this place if you need to hop in if youre unable to go to your PCP.
From the minute I walked in the door my pain lightened up because of the friendly atmosphere! The staff was so nice!! It was 1/2 hour before close and I come limping in for an x-Ray! The nicest young lady with the coolest tye dye sneakers took my x-Ray even after working a long 16 hr shift her attitude was great and she was Super nice! The nurse practitioner was a sweetheart and she actually listened to me!!! I highly recommend this location!!! Clean and excellent staff!
Terrible setup and poor customer service. I waited 50 minutes in line before it was finally our turn only to be told I needed to be e-signed in first, and that I would need to go back through the line after checking in. I understand they may be shortstaffed, but a simple sign posted somewhere along the waiting line would have saved a lot of frustration here.
The staff at the Rt 57 Wellcare in Liverpool was attentive, quick and explained things well. It was great to get my little daughter’s asymptomatic covid test so quickly for a planned NYC theater trip! The information was delivered in a timely fashion! We will return when we need additional care! Thanks!
Went in. Waited an hour and that was better than the 2 quoted. The PA spent all of maybe 5 minutes with me. Listened to my breathing by placing the stethoscope on my back one time. Test results are unattainable as their code sent didnt match their website requirements. Dont bother calling, nobody ever answers the phones there. Ill visit my PCP tomorrow morning.
Staff were fantastic. Brought my two surly teenagers in for rapid COVID testing. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient. The nurses who took the tests were very communicative and wonderfully friendly and upbeat. Thank you for being incredible front line workers!
Unorganized mess. Says “no appointment necessary” then when you go to wait in the drive through Covid testing line for an hour they tell you that “no appointment necessary” means there’s no more appointments. Staff was frustrated and didn’t know what was going on. Never coming back to this one or the clay one.
Actual visit to get tested for COVID went fine. The next day called the pharmacy to see if prescriptions that I was told would be sent were sent, they were not. Attempted to call wellnow all day and fi ally get some one on the phone at 2pm and they tell me the NP I saw did not put them in or note them in the visit. Then proceeded to tell me they would need to see me again today. Ill never go back.
Terrible service, my fiancé waited an hour and 30 minutes to be seen after his scheduled appointment time. then had to wait another hour and 30 minutes for the doctor and the team to review. Cops were called to the office because of a disturbance from a lady. This was the worst experience at a well now. Will never go back to this location again.
I love Wellnow In Liverpool! No matter who I get, they are always professional, courteous, and friendly! Never a long wait time. And they provide more than just urgent needs.My son needed a physical to be cleared for football and couldn’t get into his doctor until October. Wellnow had it done in 30 minutes!
I was so impressed with how kind everyone that we came in contact with. We had to come in on Sunday morning when our 5 year old developed a cold. Obviously with the pandemic happening we had to test her for COVID. They were so understanding about her fear and initial refusal to be tested. The nurse was patient and tried her best to calm her and reassure her that it would be quick and easy. They had us seen, tested, had rapid test results in hand and out the door in a hour. For an urgent care that is pretty fantastic. 5/5 will return when we need another urgent care.
I went there a couple days ago because I had an abscess on the back of my neck and it was hurting, and was seen by one of the staff doctor who told me it wasn’t an abscess it was a “sebaceous cyst” and that he didn’t wanted to make unnecessary cutting because I needed it be surgically removed as it grew back called a colleague to confirm the diagnosis he gave me, while I was waiting for my discharge papers I hear him talking about my situation and how he wasn’t going to do it because is a big mess and that it looks like cottage cheese and smells like it too then a hear a staff member gagging, if your gagging then your in the wrong profession honey boo boo, first time going and the last, I went there to avoid the ER which I had to go because I was in terrible pain and it was drained after 10 hours of waiting, very unprofessional would go there or recommend it to anyone, if I could give them zero stars I would
With all the uncertainty and stress of the current pandemic, it was nice to speak with people that truly seemed like they cared. My husband and I both went into WellNow to take a COVID test. Kaylee, I believe was her name, at the front desk was so incredibly kind checking us in and assuring us she would do what she could to get us in quickly. And she did! The nurses and physicians we saw were both equally kind and reassuring through the whole process. We appreciate every person we came in contact with that day! Thank you for the great experience to the WellNow staff at Liverpool 57. You are all doing an amazing job while under so much stressed and while so over-worked!
I was very pleased with the service that I received at this Well Now Urgent Care in Liverpool! The staff was friendly and very courteous. The PA, Kathryn, really listened to me and I never felt rushed. She was kind and very helpful! In these trying times of Covid pandemic I expected to have a wait, however it wasnt bad. I appreciate every last one of you! Thank you so much for your service!
I went to the Oswego Rd. WellNow location Saturday afternoon for a COVID test. They were a little busier than I expected. But the staff was friendly and I was out of there in about an hour. I was told that I would most likely get my results in 24 hours but no more than 48 hours. Well its Tuesday morning now and I still dont have my results and the status has been stuck at Sample Collected since Saturday. A relative of mine went to the Camillus WellNow Sunday morning and got their results back by Sunday afternoon. It appears my sample is lost or stick in limbo. The really frustrating thing is I cannot contact anyone at WellNow about this issue. I submitted an online contact form yesterday and received no response yet. I tried calling and after eventually getting past the virtual assistant, the phone rang endlessly with no answer.
The staff from the time you entered till the time you left were great. Very pleasant and were happy to help you. I brought in a 7&5 year old for covid testing. The doctors were great. They talked in terms the kids would understand. With the guidance of their hands, they let them help. After all was done; the kids were given a squishy and a stuffed animal. Way to go with the patient hospitality. Definitely recommend going here😃😃
Unlike some other comments, I expected to wait well over an hour because I know they are crazy busy with this world we live in now. I got there 10am and couldn’t get the website or QR code to work so I walked in. They scheduled me for 1:20pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and they called me in as soon as I got there. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, despite how nasty I’m sure some patients may get! I truly appreciate it. I was in and out within an hour and got everything I needed. Would definitely go here again.
I made an appointment for my COVID19 test online. When I arrived at WellNows parking lot, as instructed I texted my arrival. They were very prompt and very polite. I was the only patient in the lobby. Throughout my visit the staff was efficient, competent and warm. My results, luckily negative were posted within 18 hours.
First time ever at WellNow. Went in at 9:15pm with a hurt ankle (fearing a fracture, hoping for a sprain). I got in quicker than anything with very little paperwork. Receptionist/x-ray tech was courteous. Dr. James Steinman tended to me before and after x-ray, very kind, courteous, prompt. I cannot speak for all WellNow locations, but all nurses and staff I encountered at this location at this location on Oswego Road in Liverpool were very pleasant and competent. Would go there again.
Cut hand and needed stitches. Treatment was quick and painless. All staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Went back 10 days later to have stitches removed. Again, quick and painless. Wonderful staff! Pleasant waiting area, although I didnt have to wait long at all. I have already recommended the Urgent Care on Route 57 in Liverpool to family members.
My husband walked in for something simple. He had two people accidentally walk into his room and not the one they were suppose to. We were there past closing time when another nurse walked in asking if he had received his paperwork. They forgot he was there. We were there for 4 hours for less than 10 minute visit. Don’t go here.
I received excellent care at this Well Now on Rt 57 in Liverpool.I had a laceration on my right index finger that was bleeding heavily, the tech took me right back to an exam room and helped me wash it. Dave Keys PA did an excellent job suturing. Everyone was very nice, professional and very attentive! High grades from me! Thank you
I came in for a COVID test and the process went fine. I waited about 5 minutes on the car then went in a got tested a few minutes later. The swab was a little uncomfortable, but not bad. Very nice nurse who’s going to ru the rapid test and then I asked them to run the second test to verify the rapid test, which they said would be no problem. Waited about 10 minutes for the rapid test results and was on my way. An excellent experience! Thank you.
Very safe and comfortable protocols. Went early on a Saturday morning and was in & out within 15-20 minutes. Our nurse was amazing... giving us great, compassionate service in spite of the hours and hurdles of what I can only imagine during this pandemic. Tests results came back within 4 days. Well done!
Michelle and her assistant were a cut above the rest!! Michelle was such a sweetheart as she made the visit with my son so amazing. They had emergencies that required care before us and although our wait was long, she made the stay worth coming back. Exceptional hospitality and care!!! Walked into this Urgent Care Center around 10:21pm on 2/6/21. They closed at 11pm. The front staff was very nice and attentive and quick to sign me in and get me back to a room. Support staff was also very nice and quick and explained everything as she was doing it. Anita OMalley PA came in the room. I felt as though I was being rushed first off due to the time. She was aware that I had recently been diagnosed with pneumonia a couple of months back. Also should have been aware as I told support staff that I had asthma as a child and have not had any issues in quite a while. She listened to my lungs and heard wheezing on both sides. Now being in the medical field I would not go and assume that it was the asthma because that has not been a factor. She told me that it was because usually (USUALLY) pneumonia is only on one side. Again, being in the medical profession I know that CAN be true but I also had pneumonia a COUPLE MOS AGO. She should have referred me to get or have ordered an x-ray and she did not. She brushed it off and chucked it up to the asthma that I had not had an issue with in many years. Then she looks in my ears. My biggest pet peeve she admired my hair saying how different and nice it was and then took her gloved hand to touch my locs without asking or warning. What a microagression that was and how annoyed I was at the fact. I just wanted to get home and lay down because I felt horrible. I tell her exactly what happened and she belittled me and laughed at me which was very unprofessional on her end. I told the support staff and Anita OMalley my pharmacy. I told them to send it to them and I will pick it up tomorrow. She comes back with the paperwork and states that she would send the antibiotic because it was not on the paperwork she gave me. So the next morning I call my pharmacy they received nothing. I looked on the paper only to find out she sent it to a totally different pharmacy. I called them and they said that she never sent the antibiotic. So now sick and all I call the Urgent Care back to have them resend all my meds including the antibiotic that she said she would send to the right pharmacy. India I think her name was is who I spoke to on the phone as front staff. She put me right at ease and was very calming and told me she would get it taken care of right away and she did not lie. This center has some amazing staff but I guess do not go in before they close because the provider I had rushed me off. Furthermore Anita OMalley can use some cultural skills as well as communication skills to know not to touch anyones hair and not to belittle patients. I will go here if I have to again but I will make sure that I do not see Anita OMalley again.
Horrible experience. 2 hours there for 5 minutes with providers who took vitals (2 people, 2 times) but never attended too what I was there for. And then they told me I was all set and could go! when THEY HADNT EVEN DONE THE TEST I WAS THERE FOR. Then I received results that said my test tube had leaked so test was not valid. Terrible. If I receive a bill for this visit I absolutely will not be paying it. Completely unprofessional.
I made appointment online. The reminder for appointment was received at the time promised. Communication was great and in processing efficient and quick. Testing was completed promptly. Follow up by provider was slow but, given the continuous traffic coming in and out, it is understandable that they need to play catch up from time to time.
Ok so I went to the Well Now urgent care in Liverpool to get covid tested.. I was exposed at work.. I have to say they were all so busy and I am sure they were exhausted.. the entire staff was very professional and nice.. I felt treated with respect.. there was a long wait.. they took my name as a walk in because all day I tried to schedule and was unsuccessful.. I waited in my car for a while, but as soon as they were able to get me in they messaged me and then called when they were ready. They all looked so tired. They called in extra staff to help accommodate everyone.. Even though they were all awesome to me.. I was exhausted myself as it was a long day.. I am truly grateful for all of them and their kindness.. highly recommend them to everyone!!!
I went online and was given a time to be seen. Then they sent a text to tell me it was time to leave my house. We arrived, registered and were taken to an exam room right away. Amazing office staff- friendly and efficient. The doctor was professional and personable. She took very good care of my son, giving him directions for follow-up care at home. We will definitely use their services again if needed.
Absolutely worst experience of my life. Made an appointment the night before to get covid tested. I got a conformation text that my appointment was confirmed for 1pm. I showed up 10mins before and they had no idea who I was and they said I never made an appointment (even tho I showed the text confirmation) I some how ended up in an argument match with the rude unprofessional staff more than once. They acted like I was the reason for the mix up when it was clearly their fault. I ended up waiting in an exam room for over an hour until anyone came in for the first time. The whole process took 2 hours and 7 minutes. Never again. If I could rate 0 stars I would because it is well deserved.
I have been here a few times and the people are friendly and the place is clean. They try to get you in the rooms quickly They listen and answer your questions thoroughly I love that they text you when it’s time for you to go there instead of having you wait forever in the waiting room like most places do!! I can say that I will continue to go to WellNow when I can’t get into my doctor! Thank you for all you do!!
I walked in off the street and they told me it would be a 40 minute wait. I was brought back to a room immediately and seen by a nurse to take my vital info right away. Waited only 15 minutes to see a physician and out within 10 minutes with my prescriptions at the Rx waiting for me. All associates were caring and friendly. The whole process was done in the amount of time it would have taken me just to get to my doctors office. Perfect for a sinus infection problem.
Very impressed. It took us half an hour to get called in, but we registered, had COVID testing (rapid and PCR) , saw provider and got rapid testing results (both for me and my husband) within an hour. Everyone was so friendly- from the reception staff to medical support staff to the provider. And this was a Monday morning after a holiday weekend — during a pandemic. We did make an appointment ( the evening before) so I’m sure this made the process go more quickly. This is how urgent care should work.Additional note: Unfortunately I had to return to this location because I fell on the ice this week and injured my shoulder. The office was busy when I arrived, but I was immediately put in an exam room. Within 5 minutes the provider came in and examined me. She ordered an X-ray before the nurse could even come in an take my vital signs. Again, within minutes the X-ray tech came and brought me over to the X-ray area. She returned me to the exam room and within minutes the provider came back in. Very impressed with the service especially during a very busy time.
This was a positive visit. Whitney signed me in and was friendly and helpful despite a very busy office and some crabby patients. The nurse talking my vitals was friendly and helpful. Bob Kirk was a professional and knowledgeable practitioner. I was treated very well and all my needs and concerns were addressed. I’m very happy with this facility!!!! Great job!!!!
Everything about our experience was great. When we arrived, we were greeted and updated on what to do. When checking in, we had an issue with my insurance but they were very patient and friendly while we got it resolved. Once back in the room, the great service continued. We were promptly seen by medical assistant and she even got me a coffee and my daughter a slushie while we waited! The nurse practitioner was very nice, and explained the situation very clearly. We were both amazed at how smoothly everything ran there and were impressed with the quality staff!!
My GF went in for a covid test. She was told it would take 24hours. It’s beyond 24hours now and the sample hasn’t even been sent to the lab as per their portal. She tried to call this am twice. They refuse to answer the phone. She drove over this am to get her results and they told her to keep waiting if it’s not updated she will need a new test. So they obviously lost the sample due to their negligence and now she needs to start over. No one at well now is willing to help. Don’t go to this place.
Needed a Covid-19 test. Called and got an appointment that day. The people at the front desk got me right in at my appointed time. They were very friendly and professional. Welnow in Liverpool is the only place I will take my kids. I have 2 children with disabilities and they have always been fabulous with them. They are kind, patient, and very good with kids in general. We never have to wait forever like at other places. We have never had a bad experience!
I cut most of the end of my finger off and need pain killers but they sent them to a pharmacy an hour away from where I live when I asked several times that I wanted it sent to a specific pharmacy. I can barely drive without crying because my finger hits the wiper controller or anything else, they would not switch my meds and had me waiting 3 hours for a “call back” I never received. Just for me to call them and be told they won’t move my pills. I have been back and forth on the phone all day in tears from frustration. Also my X-ray disc had nothing downloaded to it and I wasn’t able to be seen at upstate because I didn’t have my disc with me just to bring it the next day and have nothing on it. I have nothing against the workers but this experience was awful.
Went there for UTI symptoms. They had me give a urine sample and made me use the bathroom in the waiting area. Super embarrassing, there was a bunch of people waiting area and I’m carrying a bag that obviously has a cup to pee in. I think it’s ridiculous that they don’t have a bathroom in the back and that they would make a patient do this.
I went in for a specific complaint and was called almost a week later and was told they had to change my medication. I was not told why and I cant get them to answer the phone to get an official diagnosis. Person who left a message was rude when I called back the 1st time. In order to get on the patient portal you need a patient code and there is no way to get it unless I can get them to answer the phone.
Ive been here a few times and had excellent care each time. I would highly recommend this office to all patients. Ive taken my two year old son here a few times and they were always quick to bring him back and have him seen by the Dr or NP. Ive been there with my husband and for myself and every visit made us feel well taken care of. The location was very convenient and clean. They even offer refreshments which I found added a very welcoming touch. They also offer primary Dr services which I believe we will be taking advantage of because of excellent five star care extended at this office.
Went there this morning and it was a waste of time. Barely looked my issue. Didnt prescribe an antibiotic or anything. Told me to take over the counter pills for pain. Only for me to go to the ER for the abscess to be infected and red. Thats the second time Ive been to this place and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! DEFINITELY A WASTE GOING THERE
I had the misfortune of falling and getting a big laceration to the top of my head. Our first stop was at the Wellnow in Cicero. They were about to close in 5 minutes (8:00pm). They said they would not refuse me, but when I found out that the Liverpool Wellnow was open until 11pm, we decided to go there so as not to hold the people in Cicero from leaving on time. A decision we made, since my cut wasn’t life threatening. Everyone at Wellnow in Liverpool was outstanding. The receptionists, nurses and PA were very kind and caring. I forgot the nurses names, but they were great. They cleaned the wound and gave me my tetanus shot.PA, Nagib Thabet looked it over, did more cleaning, and stapled the wound. My girlfriend and I were being goofy with nervous humor, and Nagib chimed in from time to time with humor of his own, and it was greatly appreciated. He was careful to make sure the process was as painless as possible and did a great job. The experience was better than I thought was possible...Thank you!
I visited Urgent Care in Liverpool on Route 57 January 11, 2019. Despite there being several patients arriving at the same time, I was immediately greeted, and quickly singed in. The paperwork was minimal and the insurance paperwork was quick and easy. I was treated by the staff and doctor within 5 minutes of my arrival. I would like to thank the excellent medical staff and doctor for the outstanding care I received yesterday. We are lucky to have you in our community. Thank you!
Literally the WORST experience with an urgent care we have ever had. Absolutley ridiculous. I dont believe a single positive review I see. I will not describe the wild goose chase we went on and terrible care/connection we have received because it is too long to type.
I went to the Wellnow today for a covid test, not my first rodeo, over the past year, Ive had 6- all negative. Five were done at other WellNow locations that make me wonder why they are even open, they are like robots....Negative again......However, instead of swabbing me and sending me on my merry way, NP Jennifer Draker took the time to address WHY I came in the first place. I had a sore throat, runny nose, back ache, short of breath, and a hideous cough. She took the time to order a chest xray and get to the bottom of my symptoms. Shes what seems to be lacking in so many other medical facilities as of late. Kudos to her!!!!The rest of the staff was also courteous and it was an all around fantastic experience! Thank you for restoring my faith in the medical profession.
It’s been a crazy few months. First I am cleaning cupboards and got a huge splinter in my finger. Got most of it out myself. Three weeks later it’s infected and obviously somethings not right. They cut it open and removed remaining. Then I got a really bad case of poison ivy that I could not get rid of. They gave me scripts to take care of. Then I was rear ended in my car and went in to have it checked out. I’m so happy the the wonderful staff is there to help in these situations as the last place I want to be is in an ER with so many people waiting hours to be seen. They are professional and truly there for us in our time of need.

2022-04-26I visited the WellNow on Route 57, Glenn Crossing. All of the new procedures since Covid, makes it so easy to use!! Get your appointment online, they text you to remind you, you wait in your car until they tell you to come into the clinic. The entire staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient 👏 👏👏. I waited less than 15 minutes for the provider and was done in under an hour. Wish that happened with my PCP 😊.The hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help accommodate everyone.Thank you so much for your professionalism, patience and efficiency. Even though you’re sick, it really helps when the clinic is a positive experience! Job well done!

2022-03-15The entire staff was amazing to my daughter. They comforted her and made her feel very comfortable. I believe the one nurse is name was Heather if I remember correctly and she was amazing with my daughter who was waiting to get stitches. She gave my daughter a blue slushy, some cute blue glasses, a ball, and a wind mill. I thought it was so kind and thoughtful of her to do that and I appreciated it. She was making great conversations with my daughter and she really enjoyed her time there while waiting for some stitches. Thank you for doing a great and making my child feel very comfortable.

2022-02-07This is the best WellNow location in my experience, and now that I think about it, it’s the best urgent care I’ve ever been to in the area. Everyone there is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and they’ve taken great care of me every time I’ve been there (which is more often than I would prefer…I’m a bit accident prone). The process was efficient, and I felt like I was out in a reasonable amount of time, especially for an urgent care, yet they were very thorough about everything. I highly recommend and will continue to go back.

2022-01-07I can only imagine how busy and stressed the staff at any medical facility is right now and I’m so thankful for the staff that was was so understanding of how scary it might be for some people to come in a get a Covid test, which I needed after being exposed at work. They are upfront and honest about wait time while making sure you’re tended to. Thank you to the young woman who told me the best times I would have the most likely chance of getting in and tested as soon as they could. 2022-06-15At first I was upset because I couldn’t seem to get the website to allow us to register. Hence , they didn’t have my appointment in the system. But they managed to get us in without a very long wait.Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The doctor mentioned a medication we weren’t familiar with so I mentioned one that worked for our cough in the past.He was fine with that. The free coffee was good too.!We’ve never had a bad experience there.

2022-02-17It was very easy for me to find a nearby location with an appoint asap. It was a matter of minutes. I filled out my info quickly. When I arrived a very nice young lady was there waiting for me. She verified my identity. Took the swab for my testing told me she hopes I feel better and that I would get my resuklts the same day. The Liverpool WellNow made an otherwise unpleasant a pleasant, comforting experience. Very professional. Highly recommend if your ever in an unfortunate need for Urgent care.

2022-01-14We mistakenly made an appointment at the Fulton office- not realizing only asymptomatic testing was done there so the staff there directed us to Rte 57. Route 57 was perfect. I signed my daughter in and we were called right away . The device was expedient and courteous! We got her Covid results within 9 hours. Overall great job!!

2022-02-03It was easy to make my appointment. I got there waited about 10 minutes to be told to come into the building. The young gal that checked me in was very pleasant and efficient. I was taken into the exam room and no wait at all for the PA to come in to take care of me and I was out in 15 minutes. The PA was very pleasant and listened to my concerns checked me over provide what she felt was the best medication and suggested heat to also relieve the pain. The facility was spotless. I would most certainly suggest this location to my family and friends.

2022-01-21I want to commend the Team on the care they provided to me and others. My appointment was late in the afternoon on clearly a busy day. I was brought in after checking in from my car. Everyone I interacted with was calm and courteous, and I could see them working together to efficiently manage the appointments. While in the back waiting for the Dr, I could overhear them interacting with patients and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner. The nurses and PA provided me thorough care and I did not feel like it was rushed in spite of how busy they were. I will definitely return to this Wellnow office should I ever need urgent care again.
