This is a gorgeous facility and the employees and Dr. were so kind. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes, it was great, no waiting! I also saw a Keurig and raspberry and cherry slush puppy machines in the waiting area.
This was the first time I brought my son in to be seen. He was offered to get a drink, snack and allowed to watch TV of his liking while waiting for the Dr which didnt take long. He was very friendly and helped with the situation.
The well now clinic is great. The people there are so nice and take care of there patients. They know what there doing and they are very nice and there very attentive. I will go there again if I need to I definetly would tell everyone go to the well now clinic!!!
Excellent. In and out under an hour. Attentive to my needs. Friendly staff and professionals. They could use a larger waiting area. (Although it wasnt when I was there,) if busy, it may be hard to maintain distance from other patients.
I had a swollen lump on my lower leg. I told them I wanted to check for blood clots. They charged me a bunch of money and they took x-rays only to tell me they don’t have the ability to check for blood clots and then they sent me to the emergency room anyways. They could have told me to go to the emergency room before I paid them a bunch of money. I asked them to check for blood clots and they took my money and told me they can’t check for blood clots 🥴 if that’s not a scam I don’t know what is. Where else can you go and pay full price for a service only for them to tell you that they don’t provide that service it’s ridiculous save your money and just go to the emergency room if it’s something other than a boo-boo or an anabiotic.
This place is amazing! Friendly and professional, from the front desk, intake staff and provider Kristina... just amazed on how quick and effective they are!! Would totally recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends!
I am pleased to say I had a very positive experience here. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was seen quickly as well. I will use their services again, when ever I have the need.

Well now was friendly and very quick. The provider was very nice and took time. I was really not feeling well and they did a good job.

Friendly receptionists, super clean and modern facility, and prompt, quality care. Also, upon entrance, you can register by phone, and get an estimated time to be seen. I waited 5 minutes.

In and out under an hour, hand, neck, nose X-rays completed, read and advice from Dr given! All after 5pm!Super friendly staff! Dr was personable and fast!
I was not feeling well at all, they got me registered and seen with no wait time. Completed all necessary tests, NP was kind and very educational.
The Massena hospital would not stitch up my husbands arm and only put 3 butterfly stitches on it didn’t even clean the cut went to wellnow and they cleaned it and he needed 11 stitches great people very professional and extremely pleased with the care and service

2022-04-07I don’t normally give reviews but I felt compelled to give a review of Well Now Urgent Care. At 56 years old I have been to numerous Urgent Care facilities in several states, and Well Now in Massena is by far the finest facility I have ever been to. The staff was outstanding. The provider was one of the best I have ever seen in both her standard of care and her ability to relate to the patient. The front office staff was amazing and actually acted like they enjoyed being there. I would highly recommend We’ll Now to anyone needing an Urgent Care.

2022-08-07The staff was amazing and very friendly, there was almost no wait at all to have my three year old seen and she was very excited about the complimentary slushie she recieved afterword. Ive had other family members go in since our visit and their visits were great as well!

2022-04-20I showed up with a horrible tooth ache previously treated at the ER. the staff made me comfortable while they got me signed in, I was very impressed by the their efficiency and attitudes. The wait was brief, around 10 minute, and the Dr. Friendly and knowledgeable. They changed my treatment and last night I was able to sleep for the first time in days. It’s great to know we have another option than hours at the ER. Thank you!

2022-06-04I went here with my son because his doctor was out of town. I made an appointment online and was quick to get in. Everyone seemed super nice. They had TVs everywhere, had coffee and a slushy machine for the kids. My initial thought was it was pretty nice. The young nurse who assisted us was very kind and listened to what I had to say and then let me know Christine would be in to see us soon. They even had a TV in the room for kids to watch cartoons, which is a great idea if youre trying to get a kid to sit still. Then the nurse practitioner Christine came in. Barely introduced herself. Spoke so quickly and wouldnt let me tell her the whole story as to what was going on with my son. So much so in fact that I had to interrupt her and interject to inform her of the details of my sons condition. She blatantly disregarded what I had to say and wasnt even in the room 10 minutes. This is no exaggeration whatsoever. She did not throughly diagnose my child nor did she barely give me the opportunity to tell her what was going on. Quickly after she made her snap diagnosis she walked out of the room and came back in a few minutes with discharge paperwork. When I tried to ask her questions shes like its probably just a virus or something and went down the hall. Because I was unsatisfied with my sons treatment and still concerned, I took him elsewhere and actually found out what was going on with him - which a simple test would have easily confirmed had she taken the time to listen to a concerned parent and do her job.Looks like WellNow Urgent care is just another band aid station in the North Country. I highly recommend going elsewhere for the safety of your loved ones.

2022-04-12I needed a very quick PCR Covid test so I could get surgery done in Syracuse. All other places required 3-5 business days before results. I was stuck in a position where I couldn’t take a test too early per surgery requirements, but the results would not get back in time for my surgery (had to take a test Saturday for a surgery on Wednesday). This place was the only place that was open on a weekend and delivered quick results and had me in and out in seconds. Took the test and the very next day got results. Highly recommend.

2022-05-08The staff are so thoughtful and caring, I felt cared for and important. The X-ray technician was thorough and gentle. He thought outside the box to accommodate my situation. Thank you for taking great care of my needs. I will definitely recommend them and will return in the future!

2022-06-01I was very pleased that they were able to fit me in within an hour of my call. I was seen right on time. Everyone was very pleasant throughout from the front desk to the NP that saw me. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for anyone needing health care.

2022-06-10The staff at Massena WellNow go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I went a couple days ago and wasn’t there long at all, was brought back to a room immediately following checking in and had not one staff member who didn’t treat me kindly. They even offered a snack and water while I waited to see the doctor. Highly recommend.

2022-04-07My experience was great at WellNowUrgent Care. The reception people were very nice, the nurse was very good and Kristina NP was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend you try WellNow and they take most insurances.

2022-06-03Excellent service by everyone there the two times that I have gone they are so friendly and professional. I was in horrible pain and they listened to what I had to say personally and I felt like they really cared. Just talking to them helped me a lot and made a difference. So much of a better experience overall than going to my regular doctor
