Hi so this is my newest post…. The site does not let me post multiple times or it could be me lol. First off I’ve been to this well now 3 times within 3 weeks. I have to say the staff are so friendly and efficient. My first visit just didn’t work which is ok .My 2nd visit was with Morgan Tantillo she was great and got me on the correct path. She really did a complete look over. Unfortunately I wasn’t getting better so I came a third time along with my hubby I gave my illness too!! This time we had Billi Smith she started right from the beginning and added a nebulizer and sent me to get a chest xray. It came back I have bronchitis yay!! Having an answer Makes you feel so much better!! My hubby and I really appreciate everyone at this location! Our visit was pleasant, caring,relaxing and we were listened too. This means so much!! Billi was great she knows so much and my hubby liked her very much. She didn’t sugar coat and got down to business and at the same time being so courteous and funny 😆 I-will recommend this well now to everyone! You guys and gals are the best!! Don’t change there are lots of us out here that know how tough the public can be. Thank You ☺️ PS…wish you guys were my real doctors office!!!

Brought my 2 year old daughter in to have a tick on her head removed. They got us back fast and had us ready for the doctor to come in (30 minutes later) he got in, grabbed the tick too high on its body and broke it into several pieces then after jabbing at my daughters head for 5 minutes (all while Im having to hold her down and shes screaming) he left the head in there and said it would fall out on its own. Anyone that has had a tick knows it all needs to come out to avoid infection. There was no tick left to test for Lyme so we wont be able to know weather she was exposed to it or not. Would never bring my kid back here after this.
It was a 10 but, the doctor that was on March 20th 2022, it looks like awful and he only put one stich when I should of gotten 2 stitches. What happened was I tripped over my suitcase and hit my eye on a bookcase, it was deep. I will see what it looks like when I get the stich out. He wasnt very nice.Thank you. Denise Wallon.
The doctor we saw last night assessed my daughters arm and quickly realized it was nursemaid’s elbow. With a simple maneuver, he had her arm fully functioning and pain free within minutes. So thankful we came here and got such excellent care.
From the very start walking in and talking to the receptionist I could see there was great care and great customer service. When seen for treatment the nurse practitioner was awesome. Gave great advice and walked me through the next steps to take. Thank you very much

I had a great experience. The nurse at the desk was very nice, explained the procedure for a preop Covid test and was in and out.. I was able to wait in my car and was called in when my room was ready.. very professional.
I went to the urgent care in Oswego NY. The date was 1/20/2022. I went there because I had glass in my finger. The staff did not once ask why I was there. They wrongly assumed I was there for a covid test. I explained to them what had happened. I did explain to them a quick medical history, and personal history too. I dont know if this was the cause for the staffs demeanor to chance towards me. but it did. I did take my winter boots off and put shoes on, I did not want to spread slush and snow everywhere. I also plugged my phone in. The staff was a lot more concerned with the possibility of me stealing medical supplies out of the cupboards and draws that a nurse came in for the only purpose of locking a smaller desk with 3 draws in it. Extremely rude. They did come in to take a look at my finger. The nurse quite literally poked it 3 times then told me there was no glass in there. I politely assured her that there was. I was pulling glass out the night before. She doubled down and said she doesnt believe there was any glass. Sorry, but this was a bold face lie. Tell me why I have been picking glass out of my finger for twos days since that visit? I now have to go the ER. Lasty, as I was putting my coat and boots on in the waiting room the scribe was rudely pushing me out the door. She asked repeatedly if there was anything else she can help me with. I said no, and continued to put my coat on. She then said something under her breath. Is this how you treat all patients? I hope no
I have gone here a few times and each time is worse than the last! Any symptom that correlates to COVID triggers them. They refuse to prescribe antibiotics and simply tell you to get over the counter remedies - do not waste your time! Better off trying somewhere else.
I was concerned to visit an urgent care facility during the pandemic, but WellNow did a FANTASTIC job of keeping everyone safe and sound. The receptionists, nurses and physicians were all pleasant and attentive. I can recommend this facility with absolutely zero reservations. A+ folks. Thank you!
The service was seamless, beginning to end. I set up an appointment online. I was able to get an evening appointment, and check in via text was very simple. I wish there was an option to specify a visit for physicals, as I didn’t know there was a payment due upon checking in. But the service from all medical staff was efficient, and friendly. All paperwork was fulfilled, and we were on our way. Kudos for great care during these unknown times to all the staff!
Needed a Covid test pre-surgery-The Oswego office was efficient, clean, and friendly. I made an online appointment and was in and out in minutes. I recommend!
I have been tested here twice and I send all my family and friends to this WellNow in Oswego. They treat me like family and they care so much about my health and well being. Thank you all so much for all of your hard work. It has not gone unnoticed.
This was my 3rd experience with family members at Well Now and my second interaction with provider Bill LaRock. Frontline staff was polite and professional. My wait time to be seen was minimal. Bill LaRock as a provider was skilled and compassionate going above and beyond what was asked. 2 of the 3 family members I have brought to urgent care experience mobility impairment (Parkinson’s & TBI) so the quality and efficiency of the visits are greatly appreciated. Additionally, I am an RN with 30 plus years of clinical experience. I know quality when I see it. Bravo to this team.
I had cut my arm, not seriously but my husband insisted that we go to urgent care. They were wonderful. Got in quickly, they cleaned it, glued it, wrapped it, gave me a tetanus shot all efficiently and professionally. They were also very pleasant. If needed, I would definitely return there.

I was very impressed with WellNow. This was my first visit and I would definitely go back, if needed. They got me right in and the Nurse Liz was amazing. The NP, William LaRock was amazing too! Highly recommend them. It is so good to know that we have this facility in Oswego.
My kids love going here.they get a snack and a slushie when their done.we never have a long wait .the staff is all friendly.its clean id rather go here than anywhere else.

I walked in and the lady at the counter acted like she wanted to bite my nose off because i asked to to repeat what she wanted me to sign, She was very rude and unproffessional.I will not be going back again.
WellNow Urgent Care in Oswego was very fast to see myself and husband. They treated us with great care and understanding explained to us how to treat our symptoms. Everyone there treated us like family. We will definitely go back there during off hour’s. Thank you so much for your caring attitude.
I went early 8:45 and the parking lot was empty. I walked right in and was greeted immediately. I’ve never been here before so it took a few minutes to get the paperwork done. I was escorted into a very nice room and history of my physical problem was taken by a nurse. I was seen by a nurse practitioner and I felt that she listened to me and validated my injury. I was out the door with a smile on my face, knowing I made a good decision to go there.
I incredibly applaud at the receptionists behavior yesterday when I visited the Oswego WellNow location. I came in for a covid test for my son for school and the MA had called me back before a few others that were waiting before me on accident. The receptionist in front of my son and I kept saying why are you taking him back, why are you taking him back, and being incredibly rude not only to the MA but to my son and I as well. The MA ended up coming into our room and apologizing and took good care of my son along with the doctor that came in after her.
My daughter is in college and went to this location for a UTI- she left a urine sample and they sent her home and said the would call. Hours later we called to tell them to call her at home with Info and possibly a prescription. Finally they did and said they would have the results in 2-3 days!!! Really do they not have the sticks for common urinalysis!!! Never again! I think they would have been more helpful at the Walmart pharmacy! Can’t wait to see the bill
Took my kids for covid tests so they could attend a concert. Making an appointment was easy with many time slots. We were there less than 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful and great with my kids.
In and out quick but without feeling rushed out like they didnt care. When following up on test results received empathy and quick answers as well!
The staff was very attentive to my 9 year old son. We were seen very promptly and the quality of care was top notch. This is a amazing urgent care to take your children to as they have a slushy machine, pac man, and TV’s in every exam room to keep them occupied. Overall a great experience.

Went to WellNow urgent care today with my husband. We were seen by William LaRock, NP. While there my husband had a medical emergency. William LaRock and the WellNow team worked fast taking care of my husband and got him the medical attention he needed. Thank you so much WellNow Urgent care for all you do!
My son was playing in the Top 100 sports and was injured. We took him to wellnow. The staff were so friendly. He was well taken care of. They even got him out on time to be back for the closing ceremony and for him to receive his ring. We had to do a follow up with Ortho when we got back home. They were pleased with the x rays and how well they did with his cast. Kudos to the x ray tech and Daniel Dennis, NP and the nurse who roomed us. You guys rock. I would recommend Wellnow.
Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Went for a COVID test and dont have insurance. The lady told me it was $230. Thats extortion. On top of that when I stated that they are a nys COVID testing facility the lady acted all snobby and said were a private business, we can charge what we want. Will never go to any wellnow ever again!!!
Nothing but good things to say. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, speed of service was fast, and we got our results back fast.
I called on a Saturday and was told they closed at 8:00 being 6:00 I rushed right over they got me right in and administered to my needs right away the time to get back results was less than 24 hours and they were just awesome from start to finish I thank you all for being so professional.

We were greeted and taken care of in a timely fashion. The two people that were at front desk were very courteous and they had to deal with a belligerent person and they really were very calm and respectful. Gif bless them.When we went into room nurse was very kind and compassionate. The bearer of bad news was also very kind and compassionate.The entire staff was amazing.
It was a great experience. Made an appointment online at 9:30. They text back that my appointment was for 10:00. This is on a Saturday morning. Got right in. They took great care of me. I would definitely recommend WellNow in Oswego NY. 😊
Despite rush of covid needs patients and emergency cases actually requiring an ED, I found the entire staff to be patient, pleasant, and accommodating. They rose to the challenge. Very impressed with the initial staff that did vitals etc and then the PA provider was a great listener and top notch. Completely overcame my first less than ideal visit about a year ago. This is my 3rd visit and the second two were absolutely outstanding.
I had a very positive experience at the Wellnow in Oswego. Each staff member I talked to was kind and patient even though they are obviously under a lot of stress right now. The wait time ended up being less than they predicted and I was in and out in a very timely manner. I would recommend going there.

My whole experience here was great. The staff during check in was so friendly. The nurse was so compassionate and personable, totally eased my fears. I choose Well Now mostly because of the time factor. I know when I arrive I am being taken care of in a timely manner and treated by caring people who listen. I do not like to sit in an exam room for sometimes a couple of hours, or trying to make an appointment with a doctor when you cant get in for a couple of days. I do not run to a doctor at the first sign of sickness but when I know the time comes I want to be seen.
Staff was very kind and positive despite circumstances. Helped me get scheduled for an appointment because I’m an essential worker who showed a few symptoms and helped confirm I am still able to go to work. Long wait time but am very pleased and thankful for their efforts.
Everyone there was so nice! They were extremely busy but still took the time to answer questions and were friendly. The front desk staff offered me coffee from the waiting area to drink while I waited in my car.
My experience at Oswegos WellNow was really positive- it was easy to schedule my appointment and the staff and provider were efficient, professional and friendly. Also, as its getting more and more complicated to find covid testing (symptomatic vs asymptomatic sites, etc) I was grateful that Oswego WellNow made that part easy.
Fantastic service! Here on vacation and weve been there 3 times in a week, and every time has been the fastest Ive ever been seen at an urgent care. They provided excellent care and were really friendly... they even bring you coffee or tea and snacks while you wait in a room. And there was no upfront charge to be seen, even with out-of-network insurance from another state. Very impressed.

Absolutely incredible service. A bit of a wait, but everyone from the office staff, to the nurses, to the PA were wonderful. They stayed well after closing time, and I never once felt rushed. They took their time to throughly examine my son. They also included my (5 year old) son in his care, taking time to explain everything they were doing before they did it. The wait flew by thanks to a slushy machine, video games, and a movie they put on for him, but I was far more impressed by the amazing staff. I would absolutely recommend to anyone, and cant say enough great things a out Well Now Urgent Care.
My daughter needed to have a Covid test done for school (she had a headache ) I walked into the Oswego WellNow at about 6pm as a first time visitor and everyone was fast ,friendly and professional as they checked my daughter in and then immediately tested her. We were leaving at about 6:30 and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Great job everyone and thank you so much!

Every single time I have to go to the Oswego WellNow it’s always been a pleasant experience. I brought my 2 year old in and all the nurses and doctors went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.
We LOVE wellnow in Oswego! Speedy, quality service with warm and welcoming staff. Our kids are excited to visit where they can get a slushie and cool toys! We visited a few years ago for the first time and the kids were able to play with a full sized arcade, were brought snacks while they watched a movie. We were put to ease by the entire gentle staff. We were so happy to experience this facility. Definitely a top choice in our health care needs!

While the wait was three hours, I did not have an appointment,, the staff were very friendly. After such a long day in these uncertain times I pulled away from Well Now feeling better and treated well. I would never hesitate to go there again.
I cannot say enough about how amazing these caring staff are. My daughter cut her foot open and was terrified. The staff came in and reassured her, calmed her and made her feel so safe!
I was pleasantly surprised by my first trip here. I was called in quickly and all of the staff were kind and compassionate. I met with a NP named Bill who has a fantastic bedside manner. He was thorough and explained everything and got me on my way as quickly as possible. Very thankful for the care I got.
Terrible with children - the nurse was totally inappropriate with my daughter. Additionally, they lost the swabs for tests that were run. Ive tried for 2 days to speak to a manager but theres apparently just never one available.
I love that the professionalism of the staff is top notch. The cleanliness is better than most hospitals I have been in. I love that my insurance accepts them, with no copay, where there is one with my primary care physician.I called yesterday, to get a visit at my primary care physician, and there was a wait. So I drove to WellNow, and was seen immediately.My kids love going with me to WellNow, for free Slushies and TV room! Nice touch, thinking of the little things!I love that they have labs and x-rays on-site, that prevent me from not only waiting, but making extra trips!I would recommend WellNow to ANYONE, for ANYTHING! 🙂
The staff were incredibly friendly! My son was very scared to get Covid tested and he ended up not even crying! They even managed to squeeze me in for a test while I was there and they definitely didn’t need to since I didn’t have an appointment! Best service we’ve had in a long time at a healthcare facility!
I understand that people and places are overwhelmed right now and for the most part they are doing their best. However, there is something seriously wrong with the system Well Now is using to get people in the door. My daughter waited two hours in the parking lot yesterday (at a different location) after checking in and getting a confirmation text. When I went in to check to see what the issue was - you have to go in because no one is answering their phones - they said they had called her 3-4 times then took her off the list. I can attest to the fact that her phone never rang. We made the decision to leave and try a different location today. Right now she is on hour number five of waiting after being told the same story as yesterday. I have to ask how is it possible that she is getting texts from you but not your phone calls? Why would someone sit in their car in the cold for hours (for two days) and purposefully ignore your phone calls? I ask this because when it is brought to their attention you are put back in the system but behind everyone else. Nothing like “oh we are sorry there was a mixup and you’ve waited over two hours already, let us fit you in ASAP”. That would be a much more appropriate response. FIVE HOURS and counting. Showed up on time. Followed all their directions. You are punished for their system deficiencies and it should not be this way.
I had a routine covid-19 test done at WellNow Urgent Care yesterday. They were prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional. The results came back quickly. I highly recommend using this facility if you desire testing.

They will always be my first choice to Urgent Care ❤ON AUG 24TH I WAS SEEN BY LPN HALEY NEARBIN AND DANIEL DENNIS, NP... IN JUST A FEW SHORT MINUTES THEY REALIZED MY CONDITION WAS LIFE THREATENING... I WANT THEM AND EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW GREATLY APPRECIATIVE I AM TO THEM AND THE WELL NOW FAUCILITY IN OSWEGO NY, MY FAMILY IS ALSO GREATFUL BECAUSE IM HERE ANOTHER DAY.
I had to have my 11 year old COVID tested before he could return to school. We got right in, didn’t wait long at all. The staff was very friendly. The NP that came in to see my son was great, he definitely has a gift for dealing with kids. I was in and out within an hour.
The visit was very quick but thorough and the doctor was especially friendly. Was able to start me on a med that I needed for pain and discomfort immediately because my pharmacy was closed at the time of visit.Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in and out quickly with top care.
WellNow Urgent care is probably the worst run Urgent Care center I have ever experienced. That is saying a lot since Ive been subjected to the military hospitals. There are three main reasons: 1. Absolutely horrible communication 2. Their appointment system is a sham. 3.They are three times as expensive as other test sites.To elaborate on each above point:On communication, there is none. If you want to try and call them, good luck. They have not answered the phone in over 3 days. If you go to their website to look up how to get an appointment, it puts you into an automated appointment system. If, and this is a BIG IF, you manage to get an appointment, they will sign you up for an automated message system telling you to show up on time. When you show up, the door tells you to text them back here at the automated number when you arrive. No one seems to actually monitor that and eventually you will walk in after hearing nothing. At this point they will check you in and collect payment without explaining any part of the process. There is no explanation or pamphlet to explain the process, or care to be expected. Nothing. Only after you pay will they tell you to go somewhere else and wait for them to call you, but that it will probably be 3 and a half hours until you can get seen, but they cannot say for sure. So what was the point of that appointment you made? The front desk workers exact words were An appointment is not an appointment, it just means you will be seen today. That is not a paraphrase, those were her exact words.They seem to deliberately not post how much the test will cost. They are charging $190 for a COVID test. other sites in the area are charging $65. It is abhorrent for them to price gouge during a pandemic.There is absolutely nothing about this place that I could recommend. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
Everything was very organized and on time. Melissa was the nurse who dealt with me. She was kind and efficient. I was a nervous wreck but she was soothing and helped me feel better. I cannot remember the name of the PA but he was just as nice. It all took very little time and they sent me on my way feeling much better.
I needed a Covid test for an appointment. I stopped in on a Monday and the earliest appointment was on Thursday at noon.I arrived at 11:45 and was checked in. I was told the wait would be 1 1/2 hour. After 1 3/4 hour I tried to call and couldn’t get through. I walked in and asked what the situation was. I was informed that I was 14th in line and my wait would likely be at least another hour. If there were 13 people waiting longer than me then their appointment scheduling is terribly out of whack.I asked why the delay and was informed that they were an urgent care and dealing with walk in cases. I understand that , but why bother to make appointments when they know very well that the time means nothing?My opinion is that the only reason they are doing the testing is for the almighty dollar and to hell with satisfying a growing need. To make people sit in a parking lot for 3 hours is unconscionable!
The staff : from beginning to end, treats my children and I so well.We feel the love and care. Their efficiency and accuracy of our medical attention is phenomenal. Weve been pleased every visit weve made : especially this week having to have COVID testing done!!
Called the day before about the rapid Covid-19 test, made no mention of needing an appointment. Got there first thing in the morning and they told me a two hour wait. Understandable, however 9 and a half hours later Im still not seen and they keep telling me more time. Ive had a Five year old with me the entire time. So much for urgency or care. Cant even take him for food due to possible exposure.
KUDOS to Well Now in Oswego NY!!! These lovely ladies handle long lines every day with grace, poise and efficiency!!! Sure I waited a couple hours for my unscheduled walk-in visit late in the day, they have such a huge demand for testing right now, (go early) but they also have an excellent phone call system in place that allows you to carry on with your day while you wait, they call to register you, then call again when the room is ready for you. Its great! I was able to run a couple of errands.Once inside, I was given the covid rapid test right away, saw the NP, got a chest xray and saw the NP again all within about an hour. Fabulous job, ladies, thank you for making the experience a pleasant one! 💕✌💕If men work there, I didnt notice but kudos to them too, the place runs like a well-oiled machine!!! 😁
I work for two separate companies who deal with this location and my employees who receive their annual asbestos physicals absolutely LOVE coming here! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and they definitely tend to our company’s needs. They get them right in and out. I also deal with them for my second job and my three favorite employees are Alyse, Derek, and Haley! :^) they’ve always been very helpful, friendly, and these three know their business and always on they’re A game! Great urgent care and I recommend coming here to all. Keep up the good work ladies and gents!!! Kudos!
I brought my 6 year old granddaughter here for a COVID test! They were so awesome with her making her not scared anymore! They made me feel at ease also! Awesome place and workers!

I needed an x-ray for something and was in and and out in less than an hour. Its amazing compared to being in another urgent care for about 3 hours for the same thing. Awesome service!
TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE!!! I needed a Covid test due to possible exposure, and website states no appt needed, but at 4 pm (they are open til 8 pm) they were at capacity and I was turned away, told to come back in morning. 9 am sharp I arrive and check in and get an auto text that someone would be with me shortly. I sat out in parking lot for TWO HOURS and finally went inside to ask how much longer only to be told soon. There was literally NO ONE ELSE THERE, inside or out in lot. I didnt get call to come in for another THREE HOURS. The test took 30 seconds to perform and 30 minutes for result. One staff member told me I must wait for printed results bc they cant tell them over phone, and then phone call came a half hour later and i was told my results. I went inside to get the printout anyway, and the info on it was WRONG. AND ON TOP OF THAT, having witnessed dozens of ppl entering and exiting that building all day long, not ONCE did any staff member come out and wipe down the door handles. If employees of grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and various other businesses have to disinfect customer touched surfaces then WHY DOESNT A MEDICAL OFFICE..... these ppl were SO RUDE and DO NOT CARE ONE BIT about client health. Customer service, forget about it. Five HOURS to get thru a list of 25 people for a nose swabs? It would have been nice to be informed at 9 am when I checked in that my expected wait time was that long. I might have been able to leave and come back. Instead just told shortly and soon. Five freaking hours. And its not like there were emergencies there. Literally empty office. I am NEVER visiting a Well Now again, ever. If this level of customer/client service I experienced at Oswego location is representative of Well Now in general then I will take my chances at other urgent care centers in future. Typical corporate mentality, assembly line care, employees who dont give a damn and are as rude as possible, and an office full of staff who clearly dont communicate with one another. And dont answer their phone. I was told multiple times to call from the car and when I did, no answer, had to enter to speak to someone. I cant believe I wasted an entire DAY (seven damn hours) to get a 30 second nose swab done.
Awful! Waited 2 hours for a simple covid test. No other patients in the place. Told they were very busy. There were 6 employees sitting around small talking...2 of them with masks down around their chin. Totally frustrated! Ended up just walking out. Never again!
Went there to get a covid test ... fast service and everyone there was so nice and helpful , would recommend.....
Great experience here in Oswego! Staff was friendly, efficient, and thorough. My daughter wasnt feeling well while we were in town for a baseball tournament. We got in right away, and within about 30 minutes we were done. Hope we wont have to, but if we do....well definitely look for a WellNow Urgent Care again.
The office was clean and very welcoming. Although my daughter and I didnt have one, they had icee machines and a Keurig for complimentary drinks. The check in process was quick and efficient, and they brought us to a room immediately. The staff was friendly and thorough but also quick. Definitely would recommend and will be going back if necessary! Definitely a more friendly urgent care facility than I have ever been to.
My experience at Oswego WellNow Urgent Care was exceptional. I needed to have a rapid test done or at least be diagnosed as not needing to have one due to other reasons for my symptoms. My only symptom was a headache, but they gave me a COVID test even before I was seen by an NP because I am a teacher and a coach and around a lot of kids. The past few days have been rough as I was trying to track down a place that is relatively local that would do a rapid test on me and that wasnt full up. I am so very grateful that they were able to see me for a regular appointment and were still willing to provide me with a rapid test. I didnt even mind waiting for a while.
Great quick, professional service! Everyone was really friendly, explained everything thoroughly and genuinely seemed concerned with our well-being. Definitely recommend especially if you can come at a time when they are not overly crowded!
The staff prob were one of the most personable people I’ve met. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get some test done and they were nothing short of outstanding. I normally never leave reviews but they were amazing and friendly!
Love this place everybody is always courteous and quick!! I love being able to walk in and within minutes be seen and taken care of and it only takes 5 mins from the time the doctor come in and leaves to get discharge papers and be on your way. Never have I ever been there any longer then an hour from check in to check out.
My experience with WellNow in Oswego, NY was absolutely fantastic. Completely professional staff. Caring and nurturing to my situation. Right from the front door to the end of our visit. When you are a grandmother with a tired 3 year old granddaughter that needs to see a doctor, no matter what its for, WellNow in Oswego, NY is the best place to go. The staff was fast and friendly. They got me in and out so much quicker than any urgent care Ive ever been to! They were really helpful with my baby and I felt very cared for.
Sometimes its very slow here. However, theyre thorough and knowledgeable, and my last visit took less than an hour. Im very grateful.
At the door there was a QR code to scan and begin the registration process from outside; this avoids crowding with people inside, an important measure now with Covid-19. After doing most of the process by phone, you go inside, finish the process, and then stay in a private room. I guess they were busy that day, so I had to wait a while to get my x-rays, but still I thought it was a great experience. The staff was very kind and friendly, and I got all the care I needed. I will come back if I ever need it again.
I avoid going to medical facilities due to the long waits and horrible attitudes. However WellNow is always great no matter how busy they are. You wouldnt think you would find such an awesome staff at an urgent care. Cant thank them enough.
This is the very worst place to go. We had to wait for six hours to be seen. We had to wait outside in the car for six hours. Absolutely no feedback the whole time we were waiting. So we didnt know if we could leave to go to the bathroom, or get something to drink or get something to eat. Six hours! Nothing urgent with this place. Go somewhere else!
Booking the appointment was a bit challenging..due to the high demand for covid tests...however i was promtly taken in on time seen, I was seen immediately and well cared for and I will definately return to the Wellnow Urgent Care Oswego ny site!
My elderly mother needed a rapid result mouth swab so she could continue her radiation treatment. We got there at noon and the girls said 2.5 hour wait. We went got lunch came back in 2.5 hours later and girls informed me , not even close. I told them my situation and they didn’t care. I ended up taking my mom to a Well Now in Cicero and even though they don’t do rapid testing they pushed it through for a 48 hour result we were in and out in 10 minutes and they showed concern for the situation. Around 8 pm the Well Now in Oswego called and said they were ready to do my mom’s mouth swab.
I took my two children age 5 and 9 to Well Now as they were exposed to bronchitis and started coughing and after 2 days were not getting any better. This after another Urgent care in the area told me it’d be a 3 hour wait to be seen. Well Now was absolutely amazing from the minute we walked in. The security at the desk immediately took our information and took us back to a room. It was about 5mins before we saw a Dr. The Dr was so good with my son who is slightly autistic and usually screams whenever having to see a Dr. No screams this visit. Dr looked both kids over told me my daughter had mostly likely allergies as we had just cut hay on our farm and if she got worse he’d definitely be willing to see her again, and that my son had a small ear infection and that he’d send over a prescription antibiotic to our pharmacy right away. He complimented me and my babies on how well behaved they were and let them both pick a toy out of their treasure chest of toys. Not to mention that the waiting area had slushies which were great as we visited on the hottest day of the year so far. Our prescription was at the pharmacy ready for pick up by the time we walked out of Well Now!!! I will definitely be back. Never will I sit in another Urgent Care for 4-6 hours with my children now that there are 2 Well Nows within 10 miles of my home. Thank you Well Now for such a great experience.
WellNow was very clean and friendly. I got right in and right out. The doctor and nurses were very caring and took notice of all my issues without trying to rush through the visit to another room. I felt very cared for and listened too.
Amazing reception and medical staff. They were empathetic and got me in and out within an hour and a half. Which, with all the corona virus testing going on, is truly wonderful. I recommend this clinic to all in need.
First time going into this urgent care, and I was very impressed! Super clean, had a nice clean drinking station with free coffee, and a slushy machine for kids! Was in and out within an hour, staff was very friendly and was great with my son. Will recommend, and go back again.
I needed to get a follow up test after arriving in the state. I was able to get an appointment the day I needed it and everyone there was polite and efficient. The test results were turned around in about 15 minutes, which allowed me to stop being quarantined.
This is one of the only rapid test sites available at the moment. Because of this the wait times are long. The staff were kind and knowledgeable and are doing a great job. Im sure its very stressful as an essential worker! Hats off to the wonderful staff helping the Oswego area deal with the pandemic.
The wait for a rapid COVID-19 test was about 6 hours but we were able to go home and wait for them to call. Once we were there we were in and out in a half an hour. Mr. LaRock was the gentleman who treated us and was very friendly. I highly recommend them!
I used this urgent care yesterday when I was unable to get into my PCP. I was in and out the door in exactly 35 minutes. One hour and I was back home with prescriptions in hand. The care was better than good. All employees from the secretaries meeting you at the door, to the Nurses, and Physicsns were excellent. I will certainly use this facilty again should the need arise. The facility was clean and very easy to use. GREAT JOB
Went to get a rapid covid test and was initially told the wait was around 30 minutes. After 50 minutes I called to ask how much longer it would be and was told to wait another 30 minutes. After 2 hours I called again (still waiting in the parking lot) and was told that there was still a 30 min to an hour wait. I live an hour away and I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency from the staff about how long the wait would be. I would have left 2 hours ago if they were honest.
This was our first time at this urgent care and this will be the only urgent care we will go to from now on ! The staff was amazing and friendly, the lounge was so clean and comfortable. The doctor was thorough and made sure we were happy with our visit and that we had all information before leaving.
Went there for a COVID test and the staff was absolutely amazing. Wonderful experience and very helpful. Very nice facility also. Coffee tea and slushy‘s in the waiting room, internet access also.
Exactly as avertised on your website. Walking in, it has an inviting atmosphere. Glean open and well lit are words that come to mind.The receptionist was pleasent and professional. This was all the staff. The care my boys received was great.The only issue is the small parking lot. But not only will i choose your facility if a need arises, but i would absolutely recommend WellNow to friends and family.
Everyone there was so nice and professional. I was in a tight spot and they were super helpful and understanding. I also felt the Covid precautions they took made me comfortable. I drove 45 minutes from Syracuse to the Oswego location and had no regrets.

A couple weeks ago I was in to have a deep cut followed up on and I didnt have a choice but to bring my daughter who was then 9 months. Like the first time, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, but this time, while I was waiting to see the physician on duty, my daughter was getting super antsy. Before the nurse left after taking my vitals she went out of her way to get her a new rattle (they must give these out to the babies as they come in) but that had made the visit so much easier for me and made my little lady happy while we waited. The nurse definitely didnt have to do that because my daughter wasnt the patient and I just think it was a great example of going the extra mile for the customer. Thanks again to that nurse.. I wish I could thank her by name!
Five Star Urgent Care always is so fast! I always come here over my primary care doctor if possible. It’s also less expensive then other urgent cares if you are a self paying patient. Very clean, modern, relaxed environment. I highly recommend!
Went here for a rapid covid-19 test and ended up sitting in my car for over 6 and a half hours waiting to get tested. I live an hour away and had no other option but to wait. There were no updates on what place in line you are, and when you do call to ask for updates they tell you they dont know how much longer it will be. I asked for my place in line and the receptionist didnt even tell me, her response was I dont know, it looks like there might be like at least 10 people in front of you and then asking for an estimated wait time for 10 people to get tested, she replies with could be longer than an hour or it could be less, we dont really know. An hour and a half past and I called back to get an update and was told Im 25th in line, therefore I was lied to instead of updated on the actual time it would take. So if you need a rapid covid-19 test around the syracuse area, I would highly recommend going anywhere but here.
This WellNow needs to do something different with their online scheduling system for Covid testing. I tried scheduling from midnight until 8am off and on, and kept getting messages that you could not schedule one until 8, when they open. At that time, I got a message saying they were booked for the day!! How does that work?? I tried calling their office and the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers! How are you supposed to call and speak to the Practice Manager, as the owner keeps replying to those who have submitted 1 star reviews? Sure, Id like to speak to the manager, if someone would answer the phone. Just unbelievable.
Definitely deserves more than 5 stars thats for sure! Very friendly staff nurses, and drs. Very fast check in, and everytime Ive been there its straight back to the room with NO wait time. You are seen within minutes, and out the door in less time than youd ever imagine!! I think at most Ive spent over the past a total of maybe 20 min in one visit. Its very clean! If it is during the day and I cannot get my children into their Dr, or I cant get myself into my Dr....WELLNOW urgent care if my first go to!! Not to mention before I couldnt bring my oldest son because of insurance and now thats changed where they accept it! They are fantastic with my children! Thank you!

Recently was seen at this location for a COVID screening. My first visit here, I was impressed by the well run facility, especially their COVID precautions. After a brief check in I was asked to wait in my car. Quickly a receptionist called me to complete all of my paperwork. Shortly thereafter I was asked to come in and was immediately directed into an exam room.There a technician took vitals and explained the procedure. Then a short nasal swab and a brief wait. In what seemed like less than five minutes, the PA E. Blodgett entered the room. She questioned me in a professional manner and actually seemed interested in my replies. Something that does not always happen with routine testing. Included was a competent evaluation of my respiratory status.Then I was told I could wait in my car for results. As I started to leave PA Blodgett told me to wait a minute, your results are ready... negative.This couldn’t have been quicker or easier. 5 Stars because they earned it!
It’s an odd thing to say about a doctors visit, but my visit to WellNow really was a good experience!I found myself needing the urgent care clinic over the holidays while I was visiting from out of state. They had me in, out & patched up in time to make my flight home and everyone in the office, from front desk to doc, were so attentive & kind! Soooo much better than sitting in an ER all day!
I would give 0 stars if possible to the Oswego location. My daughter had to go here and it has been the worst medical experience ever for her. Doctor was not supportive, they “forgot” to call medications into the pharmacy, hours of waiting to get through on the phone (she had to return in person just to talk to someone), returned multiple times to talk to a manager because calls weren’t returned as promised, and 6 days later her labs (not Covid related) have not been returned and she was told there is nothing they could do (and refused to let her talk to a manager again). Very upset parent here. We rely on these places to take care of our kids while at college and they failed MISERABLY. We have told her to go to another urgent care in the area if ever needed again. Zero stars.

The best urgent care to go to, they are fast and knowledgeable. Most importantly they really care about the patients that walk through the door. The providers, and all the other staff are wonderful and treat you with respect.
Took my 3 year old daughter in, she had a really bad cough. My little sister came with me. Not only was the place beautiful and clean, but they treated us so good. Not only offered drinks and snacks for my daughter, but for my sister and myself as well. I’ve never been treated so good at any urgent care or hospital in my life. The staff there is incredible.

Check in was fast co-pay was the lowest I’ve ever had. I didn’t even have to sit in the waiting room, directly to a room with the nurse waiting. Less than 5 minutes for a doctor. I was in and out and headed to the pharmacy in less than a half hour!! I would have no complaints about waiting anyway, Slushy machine and a Pac-Man game!!! Definitely 5 ⭐️ performance.
Everything from the first phone call to them and walking out with paperwork was great. The receptionist although new was great and answered all my questions and concerns. Doctors were great and very understanding with my special needs child.

Overall I was pleased, facility is clean, staff is friendly. I took my son on a Sunday night around 6 and were in and out within 30 minutes. I love the waiting area with the TV and slushies. My only complaint was there was no follow-up to his visit. I took him for UTI symptoms and his urine was sent out for a culture as the strip showed no infection(he was prescribed antibiotics anyway). I was told the culture should come back in a few days, but was never told I would need to call. I didnt hear back so I called them on day 3 and was told the results werent in but they will only call with a positive result and if I dont hear back that means it is negative. Seeing that he was given medicine I feel the follow-up should have been better, I should receive a call either way. I did call back on day 4 and was given the test results but had I not known the procedure my son would have continued on medicine without needing them.

I have never had such an amazing experience visiting a doctor before!!! After a few days of feeling icky I made an appointment online while laying in bed on a Saturday morning. I went a little early expecting paperwork or a long wait. I was greeted immediately upon walk-in, taken to an open room, a nurse came in to check vitals the second the door closed, and the doctor came in bursting with happiness and energy, listened to what I had to say, checked me and had me on my way, script in hand all before my check in time! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I know where I am headed next when I am feeling under the weather. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
I don’t even give them one star. Had a covid test scheduled for 11:13. I finally left at 4:30 without a test!!!! I kept going in to ask what the deal was and they kept telling me the same thing! Unbelievable! Also don’t go here unless you want a death wish because that’s basically all they are good for. They are seeing all the positive covid patients among the rest of the patients as well. Are you kidding me?!? So if you didn’t have covid prior to going here well I am sure you do now.

I am the mom of four children and over the last 2 weeks we have visited this urgent care 4 times, we never once had to sit down in the waiting room...... we went from checkin to room immediately. I have been to this location many more times than this and never have had to wait. The staff is friendly and courteous, they have a “treasure chest” of goodies the little ones can pick from after their visit, this helps when you need to bribe your toddlers to behave as I do sometimes! They also offer free slushees and coffee..... and theirs an arcade style Pac-Man machine in one of the other waiting rooms, of course my 9 year old discovered this! It truly is a “Five Star” resort for sick patients in my eyes, especially children. As a mom it is extremely impressive to me when a doctor, who sees hundreds of patients a week, remembers my children and asks about them when I’m bringing a different child in..... that alone is a great feature for me....... Alyssa is amazing, she truly cares and is very thorough and listens to what you say which often as parents we sometimes are dismissed by doctors because they have more knowledge than we do, not taking into mind that we know our kids better than anyone. Alyssa and the staff there are great! Thanks for all your hard work.Mom of 3 year old with bronchitis, 4 year old with strep, 9 year old with strep.

I took my 19 month old yesterday for the first time. He had an ear infection and upper respiratory infection. Everyone we saw was phenomenal - pleasant and informative. It was quick and easy. We were in and out in half an hour. I will tell everyone to utilize this place if needed. I would go here over the Oswego ER any day!

Too bad I cant give a zero star rating... So theres a sign on the door to go to a specific website and fill out your information if you have any covid symptoms, then wait in your car. I did just that, and received a text confirmation that stated that the staff will contact me with the next steps to be seen. Ummm. That was at 9:22 AM. I tried calling multiple times, I was always on hold. No one answered. I gave up 2.5 hours in. Its 6:13 PM, by the way, and Ive never heard from them. We were there for covid testing, which they advertise. We followed their steps, and have never heard back. They had my contact information because I received the confirmation text. Total waste of time. Avoid this place!!
Brought my son to UC with a fever and cough. He was seen, tested positive for the flu, given medication and we were back on our way home within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient and good at their jobs. Highly recommend.
Staff was friendly and helpful. However process is disorganized. Cant get through on the phones. And procedure was not necessarily followed. And even though I had an appointment I had to wait an hour and a half. But I would still recommend them.

Why do you take the time to stay up wee hours of the night so you may be lucky enough to reserve a time for an appointment WHEN THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT STAFFED EFFICIENTLY. I get that they are one of the few rapid testing places, but then DONT REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS TO BE SEEN, AND THEN DEMAND PEOPLE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY!!!!!!! Pulaski blows this place out of the water.

My boyfriend is supposed to be getting covid tested. We had an appointment for 3:45, it’s currently 5:15 and we are still waiting. Why make an appointment if it’s going to take two hours to see the person? Medical companies will charge you premiums for being late to an appointment but have no problem taking hours of your time.
I went in after severely twisting my ankle. The staff was kind and courteous, and had me out of there in under 2 hours. It was overall a great experience. The slushees in the waiting area don’t hurt either!

Drove 2 hours to get tested because it says “no appointment needed” once i got there the rude workers told me there’s nothing they can do for me with out a appointment!! nice work!! very unprofessional, you need a appointment,and they don’t take walk ins, don’t waste your time.
I made an appt at 4pm for a covid test it is now 6:05 and i call and they said they tried calling me multiple times which is untrue i have 2 missed calls back to back while i was driving to the appt and i checked into my appointment. it is now 6:00 so 2 hours waiting and I call and ask when ill be in and they said they tried calling multiple times which is untrue and they cant see me for another hour. i understand this is healthcare but this is also a business it would be 1 thing if i walked in but i made an appt. completely unacceptable.
There incredible at well now urgent care in Oswego. Went from the front desk to a room right from sign in. my fiance was quite impressed with there slushy machine. If I had known they were there I would have enjoyed one. And a Pac-Man arcade council. Who has that in a health car facility? There.. thurl....caring... and fast......and always very positive and cheery...there great!
Made a COVID appt online. They had me checked in and in a room 5 minutes before my appt time. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed with their efficiency!
I felt very ill going in and was well taken care of immediately. I had an excellent experience and am very grateful for that, since I felt too ill for a bad time.
This place is not reporting positive covid results accurately to the department of health. They will not answer the phone even when they arent busy. Medication was never called into the pharmacy. After hours of holding on the phone meds were finally sent to the wrong pharmacy. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Worst clinic ever.
Although most of the staff was very nice, the short wait times listed on the web site are how long it takes to get you into a room. Actual wait time was close to an hour, then another hour to have an xray read. Nurse practitioner was extremely unhelpful, did not listen well, and was unable to prescribe anything significant. Also did not for know of how to wrap an Ace bandage to give support. Asked for scans of xrays, internet went down so could not be provided. Might be fine if you have the flu, but for an injury, go to the hospital. Its not going to take any longer!
Upon my visit to well now urgent care in Oswego,N.Y. to have a covid19 test done they were very curtious and very prompt. Wait time wasnt very long at all. Great job.

The employees were wonderful. We were taken right to an exam room after registration. While the wait in the exam room was not long it was nice they had Tvs to keep you occupied. They offered my daughter a slushie for her sore throat. They also offer coffee, tea and water. Highly recommended!!
My daughter had to be seen here. She was seen by a NP and we had a great experience. They investigated, diagnosed and even gave preventive meds so she wouldn’t get more ill.
Brought my two children in and the dr looked them over and said they looked fine and it was probably a virus but got rude when we told them no about a covid test
No wait. Very able and friendly staff. Amenities were special including coffee and TVs. More importantly I received a quick diagnosis, a breathing treatment while there, and meds sent to my pharmacy. I was home in under an hour.

This isn’t reflecting the office as they are lovely and always help when I come in! My only issue is with the online booking . I don’t think it’s fair that phone booking has been taken away that’s almost discriminatory towards the old and the poor . Some people only have land lines not smart phones or wifi
Came to Oswego location for rapid COVID test. First to check in, but waited three hours to finally get tested after watching numerous people go and and leave. When I asked about this, the front desk was rude and not helpful. Not impressed.
Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Was told at Camillus location to head here first AM following day for Covid rapid test. Did so, and tried booking an appt on line even though website says walkins available & when I drove an hour plus to get there not only would they not see me they were rude about it.Third world level medical care
My daughter needed two Covid tests and was able to get in immediately. Melissa Hamilton was a huge help when I had questions! I’m so lucky I was able to speak with her!
We absolutely love Wellnow in Oswego! Always fast, efficient and the staff is remarkably pleasant, caring and compassionate! And we absolutely love how they follow up post visit, it makes it feel more personal rather than just a number.!

Followed the online request to be seen and waited for an hour before someone could contact me. They asked me if I was there for a COVID test and I told them no I was there for a DOT Physical. Then was told the DOT Evaluator was not available. When I asked when the a evaluator would be available I was told they couldnt tell me because it would be a violation of HIPPA. Now I am REQUIRED to have a Medical Certificate to maintain my CDL. That is like asking to say when can I see a doctor and they say I cant answer that because it violates HIPPA. Thats a total joke and I will file a complaint with the US Department of Transportation as well as the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles as well as the USDOH and NY Health Department over this because this is totally ridiculous.
The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment was timely and facility was pristinely clean. I highly recommend
In a panic and feeling so ill i went on Chriistmas afternoon to the Oswego Wellnow. The staff was courteous, kind and efficient. Even smiling while working on the holiday. Well done!
Friendly and patient people which was exemplary during such trying times. Only negative was that it was hard to reach the office by phone or computer (due to demand for their services) but once contact was made, they were great to deal with.
My experience with Well now urgent care was excellent! Very friendly and very quick. I was in and out and on my way. Even had slushys for the kids and coffee. 😊😊👌👌
This place is amazing. The people were so kind and also super fast - we didnt even sit down in the waiting room we were seen so fast.My 5yo got a nail through his thumb so we originally went for a tetanus shot. Ended up he didnt need one (he was up to date on his vaccinations) but they still wanted to take a look at it. William Wolff, N.P. was the one my son saw. He asked him all sorts of questions about his thumb to make sure everything was ok. He even went out of his way to try to find a kid bandaid for him, lol.Normally urgent cares seem to be in a rush but not this place. They had my son sit back for an extra 5-10min (while watching cartoons) so they could soak/properly clean the puncture site with a medicated solution. He even got to pick a prize out of the treasure box and helped himself to an icee from the complimentary icee machine on the way out.The experience definitely took my sons mind off the pain. I can see why they call it FiveStar Urgent Care.

I broke my toe and the team that helped me was AMAZING. It was really bad out due to weather and they helped me to and from my car, started my car, and cleaned it off for me without me asking. They were very kind and supportive and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks everyone!
My son was seen by Patrick Goncalves NP on 4-25-18 around 6:30 pm. He was very swollen and had a sore throat. He was diagnosed with angioneurotic edema. Without anyone doing any kind of testing, or even looking at his throat. He waited for about an hour before he was seen and the staff spent only a few minutes with him. He was told that he needed to take a steroid and was told that his RX was sent to rite aid. He was also told that it was very important that he started the steroid ASAP because it could be fatal. He then went to rite aid where they didn’t receive his RX. At this point, we’ll now was closed and there was nothing he could do. The next day he went to our primary care doctor and was diagnosed with step throat. I don’t understand why he wasn’t tested for strep throat in the first place. Our family will never go back to well now again.
The staff was very friendly and compassionate. The service was very fast and the staff stayed after closing until the Doctor was done with me. Everyone was great.

2022-05-18My family and I always receive great care here. The people here are extremely caring and go the extra mile for patients. My kiddos are never apprehensive when coming here for care.Just one thing…Be kind to all the providers here. I know health issues during the pandemic can be extremely frustrating, but do not take you frustrations out on them. Again, be kind and say thank you….a lot!!!

2022-05-31Went there on 5/28 was not feeling good felt like Im at truck ran me over waiting time was only about 10 to 15 minutes I got in a room my vitals were done had a flu test done overall Im very happy with the people the nurses and the doctors that work there come to find out I had pneumonia. Out of there within 2 hours they are awesome very nice place and they serve refreshments to the clients. Thank you to everyone that works there.

2022-05-18My daughter was very nervous about her injury. The Dr. and staff were incredible even though it was at the end of what I assumed was a very busy day. They were at capacity and we were the last patients they took. We have never been there before and would highly recommend as our experience was fantastic!

2022-03-18I broke a back molar about a month and a half ago and cant get in to a dentist until April 4th. I have been riding out the pain with OTC medicine but last night the pain got out of control. I am new to the area so I looked up walk-in clinics and this office is a stones throw from my house. Figured I would give it a try because I am in desperate need of an antibiotic. I was NOT disappointed. I showed up right at opening and they took me right in, triage within 5 minutes of arrival. Doctor came in within 5 minutes, talked it over with me and looked at my tooth. Less than 3 minutes he came back with paperwork and I was discharged. This was the fastest and most efficient place I have been in 30 years. Everyone was so kind and courteous as well. Im so glad this is an option for me. I do not have health insurance so I paid cash, office visit was extremely reasonable as well. Thank you so much WellNow, now I can take a nap. A++++ clinic.

2022-06-27I injured my foot and thought I should get an x-ray. I called ahead and asked the robot who answered the phone about x-rays and the Bot insisted I could come over for an x-ray without an appointment. So I drove over there on my hurt foot, got myself inside, and they don’t always have an x-ray technician on staff. I was told I should’ve asked for a representative not trusted the Bot. How would I know to ask for a representative to see if the x-ray technician schedule called for the x-ray technician to be there during the 8 AM to 8 PM business hours that they advertise? How in the world was I supposed to know that? I think the robot should’ve said if you’re coming for an x-ray ask to speak with a representative and we will tell you if we have An x-ray technician in the building. The gist of it is they don’t always have an x-ray technician in the building when they’re open. That’s what the staff told me but I had to dig it out of them.

2022-04-24I swear by this place. If it is something you dont need the ER for than go here. The place is clean and quite. The staff is always so nice and caring. They try to get you in and out as fast as they while making sure they treated you for the reason you came in. Thank you to all the ladies and gentlemen that work there.

2022-02-12My partner overlooked at the policies and restrictions for returning citizens to Canada, and thought that we can return within less than 72 hours without PCR test. We got worried because of bad reviews from other patients of WellNow, but we had no choice.I went to the website in Oswego location and booked the 2 of us for PCR, booking was quick and easy. We arrived there ahead of time, and we also received SMS notifications with regards to our schedules. We both did ours like the first slots in the morning. Both of us were in and out for like less than 5 mins, and the staff from the reception to those who did the swab were all nice and friendly. I was surprised as it’s contradictory to what I read on reviews.We were told that results will be uploaded online within 24-48 hours, the long wait were killing us because we have to go back to work the next day. To our surprise, results were uploaded within 9.45 hours. It was so fast and easy to access and check online. We managed to return back the next day to Canada and proceed as is with our work few hours later.I would recommend this location. Thank you! 😊

2022-02-10I went to wellnow to get seen since I was in a car accident and I had my 2 year old with me and I had to get X-rays done and the nurse came in to sit with my lil one and brought her some toys in to play with and keep and the nurse was absolutely great with my lil one and my lil one don’t stay with really anyone bc she is a mommas girl lol. Everyone there was amazing and friendly and that’s why I recommend going to wellnow.
