This place is my go to always! Its clean, the staff is very friendly and efficient! Today my fiance and i needed covid testing so we could visit our very sick father in the hospital almost 5 hours away. They got us in and out. Check in was way to easy. Thank you David, Crystal and Jayda you were all very helpful today!
We got a PCR test done and our results were back in less than 24hrs.Staff were amazing, especially the staff member that completed our test (David I believe). Very professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend WellNow Urgent Care!! Thank You
I was shockingly turned away by my long time primary medical provider because I had a sore throat and cough due to an indoor allergy despite having tested negative for Covid and vaxed / boosted. Thank goodness WellNow does not turn away sick patients. It was an urgent care experience, but a positive one and much appreciated given the circumstances.
My appointment for a covid test was at 3:25. I was tested, saw a doctor and in my car by 3:50. I had my results texted to me within 12 hours. I highly recommend WellNow. Ive used them several times for a variety of reasons and always had a positive experience

I was seen very quickly as soon as I walked into the WellNow Center. The staff was very professional and kind. They were very through in assessing what I had. Quick and easy checkout. I would definitely go back again if I needed to.
Went here last night because of shortness of breath. They asked me if I had chest pains. I said no. Then they asked if it was chest tightness, I said I guess you could say that. So they said they needed to do an EKG. They told me I had a couple ST segment elevations and was having a heart attack. 90% of young men have 1-3 ST elevations. I had no other signs of a heart attack. They called EMS and told me I had to go to the emergency room. I was not having a heart attack. Christopher Mueller, PA told me I would die last night if I didnt go. They charged me $130 and did nothing for my bronchitis. Got me all worked up over nothing. I strongly recommend looking else where for medical care as this guy has no clue what he is doing.Updating on 4/12/2022As of today the owner has still not contacted me to resolve the issues. I emailed them with my contact info and visit details like they have asked me. Not a single call or return email to me has been made. Im sure they never had any intension of resolving the issue. They just want people to think they are making an effort. I still advise looking else where for your medical needs.
Was checked in as a new patient and put straight into a room as soon as I got there. Everyone there was very friendly, and the doctor didnt beat around the bush with my diagnosis when I told him I was concerned my stomach pain might be my appendix. He had me go straight to the ER and made sure they knew I was on my way. A lot of doctors I know would have looked at me and saw that I wasnt doubled over in pain (extremely hight pain tolerance) and probably would have said it wasnt my appendix and dismissed me, but after a CT scan at the hospital, they were able to see that it was. Absolutely recommend coming here, and will be sure to use them if need be in the future :)
Stopped at 8:30pm for a problem with my ear and was out in the car going home in 15 minutes. A satisfying diagnosis and a prescription to pick up the next day. Dont hesitate to use. But do check on line first to make sure they arent busy.
Honestly would not recommend if you really have something you need seen urgently. The entire point of an urgent care is to be seen when its urgent but not bad enough for the ER. Went there not being able to breath took me 15/20min to walk from my car to their door through their EMPTY parking lot. Just to be sent away because I didnt have an appointment.
The BB staff at WellNow always seems to go above and beyond. In my case, I’m having some surgeries performed over 3 hours from where I live so I get my Covid tests done at WellNow In Watertown NY, which is 1/2 hour from my home. They always are there to double-check to make sure the test result got to its proper destination.when I ask. It might not seem like a big thing, but if I had to drive over 6 hours and miss a procedure because of a missed test result, it would be a big thing.
Was sent in for occupational medicine services and found out they don’t even know how to do air purifying respirator fit tests. The online appointment system is pointless at best, though I’m sure it’s costs are passed on to the patient. In my opinion this place is staffed by some of the most clueless and inefficient people to ever collect a paycheck in a medical profession. I also noticed an abundance of ants roaming the floor in room 7. One would be wiser to go to a veterinarian instead.
We initially went to quikmed a week ago and the dr we saw stood 6 feet from my daughter and diagnosed her. Her symptoms werent getting any better. We went to wellnow and this has got to be the best urgent care we have in town. Everyone was very friendly and worked well with my daughter. The dr followed up with us the next day and everything. Not enough good things I could say about this facility!
The secretary and nurse were amazing! However, the PA I saw was in my room for less than 5 minutes, asked no questions, and basically said they knew what they were doing when I had questions. It was very disheartening to not be heard.
I definately got my moneys worth, i asked for a full physical and my goodness i did a bunch of tests i did not even know was even available. The nursie was berry nice and hilarious, she made fun of my chicken hand writing apparently XD. The Doctor was cool and professional and awesome and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. Overall this was the best health and medical facility i have been too in all of watertown.
Amazing staff. There was a wait time due to an emergency and the staff informed me and apologized. Honestly it wasnt even that long of a wait. The PA I saw was caring, concerned, professional and took action that possible saved my life. He noticed I had a life threatening issue and he answered my questions and put me at ease then got me right over to er. -Kim
First time going to WellNow, the staff and physicians where very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, I was seen in a timely manner and had x-rays, they told me yes I did break my wrist, so they put a split on and recommended I go to Orthopedic in the next day cause they see walk ins at 8am.Bests place
Our first experience at WellNow was fantastic. They treated my son wonderfully and it shows their love for kids and healthcare. I would definitely recommend.
Great place and good customer service, waiting time was short and great I could cut down some administrative time by completing the forms on my phone. Overall I had a satisfactory visit with doctor and nurses.
After sitting in ER for 3 hrs, left and went to WellNow. I was checked in and receiving the 4 stitches I needed within 20 mins. I even got stickers. Highly recommend!

We went there for the first time and had to go to the ER cause there was a problem thay couldnt take care of there after 4 P.m. Exrays. Back problem. But understandable. But thay were very fast and the staff is awesome. Welcome to our town WellNow. Will go there again in needed for other things.If possible set a appointment time. Before 4 if you know you need X-rays.
I appreciated the fact that when you backed up that you asked people to come back in 45 minutes to an hour until you were caught up. Much better than checking everyone in and making them wait a long time to be seen. Nice all the way around. Staff very friendly and thorough. They explained everything in complete detail. Very be satisfied.
Nice place. Got on the waiting list and it took a minute, but hey cant complain in these times. The doc came in asked me some question and examined the injury. Got the xray and got the results. So everything went smooth.
My family is moving to Germany and needed last minute COVID tests completed. Shawna, David and the front counter staff were absolutely incredible and got us right in for priority testing. If it wasnt for them we wouldnt be able to fly. The staff has always been extremely polite and easy to work with. Highly recommend using WellNow Urgent Care for all your medical needs, especially since they have phenomenal hours of operation.

My wife called for a appt. At 12:05 pm the night before to get my appt. Which was the following morning at 8:30am. Got right into a room at 8:30. Nurses were great. Seen a P.A. who answered all my questions and was at the top of his game. I was being treated I thought for bronchitis and later found out at 6pm that I have covid which was part of my original diagnosis from the P.A. I can honestly say I use this facility when I need to. I can call my Dr. Have to fight to get an appt. A week later they give it to you. I recommend this urgent care to everyone.
From the meticulously cleaned, beautiful exam rooms and waiting area, to the incredibly kind, engaging, and knowledgeable nurses, staff, and doctors, we had a phenomenal experience. When you’re sick, you hope you are treated with care, and the attention and kindness we were shown here was exceptional, despite how busy they were. It was a 10/10, and I’d recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care.
Let’s just say 5 hour wait, starving type one diabetic, at least they have sugar packets so I don’t die from low blood sugar. friendly staff. Just loaded with people because of COVID. COVID patients seen first then minor injuries seen second. I want a urgent care that refuses to see COVID patients so people who have other issues can be seen and treated.
Super nice staff! They actually care if you are waiting a while and even offer you a drink! X-ray was fast and they read it right then and there!! Great care...will definitely return if needed.
They were the friendliest group I’ve ever come across in a medical facility of any sort. And fast. I was checked in sat down stitched up and had a tetnis shot and on my way in a half hour or just a bit more. It was the third “urgent care” type of place I tried that afternoon/evening. No one else cared that I had a laceration over my eye. Too busy doing nothing it looked like to me. I won’t drop names but on coffeen st and Washington st there was 2 places I tried. They would let me bleed to death first. Not at wellnow!!! I hope I don’t need to go back for anything but face it, stuff happens!! And I know where I’ll be going when it does. Thanks guys. You made a bad situation much better for me. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
I come into WellNow often to get a PCR test and the people there are exceptional and courteous as well as quick to get me in. I would recommend them as a great clinic.

I went to this urgent care yesterday for the first time. I usually go to the one across from the hospital. I started having very bad experiences there so I wanted to try somewhere new. Im so glad I did the PA on last night was literally the sweetest man and the best PA Ive met at an urgent care! Actually the best PA Ive ever met. He was just so nice and not degrading like Ive experienced at the other urgent care I used to go to. Im a very particular person when it comes to where I go also. I travel 6 hours for some of my doctors. Wish he started a practice around here I would actually switch from a doctor Ive had for over 20 years to see him. For myself seeing a doctor/PA that can have an amazing attitude while doing a stressful job with long hours goes a extra long way in my book. Also the nurse that took my vitals was just so caring and sweet. The ladies in the front were so nice, quick, and efficient. You can see that their staff just works so well together. That they genuinely care. Id rather go to this urgent care than going to our local hospital. If I have anything that I can go to an urgent care for I will go back to this urgent care. For me a great urgent care is a must, I travel over an hour to go to my PCP for myself and my children. Also they are so quick, Ive never seen a urgent care so efficient. They are literally amazing. I would recommend anyone to go here. Sorry for the longer review but the people around the area should know that WellNow here is a game changer to this area when it comes to your health, the experience you have, the way you wanted to be treated, or the very kind staff that works here. Thank you for changing my views about the Healthcare in the area, finding a new place to go to, and the just amazing experience.
I just went to the walk in clinic in a weekend and they no longer take WALK INS!!! I was told to go to the ER for a cold/sinus infection. Why would I want to waste time a resources of a hospital when that is literally what a walk in clinic is for? This is ridiculous.

I did as I said I would and went back to WellNow. My daughter age 6 just got over Rhinovirus and ended up with a bad sinus infection that eventually started pink eye. 🙄 as soon as we walked in and gave our info she was taken right in! Staff was wonderful with a child scared of doctors because of having so many Covid test done. The dr came in and knew exactly what it was and what started it. He came in and checked her heart rate again because it was so high when the nurse did it. It was normal so I explained it was probably high do to her anxiety to Covid testing. He actually took his time and explained to her how they do the new testing and don’t have to go so far up. Told her never to be scared. It means a lot for him to take his time to make her comfortable! He went right out and sent her script in so I could pick it up before the pharmacy closed. Thanks for being there for my daughter again!

I went in feeling like I’ve got a sinus infection, turns out it’s Covid. I went in to be seen, and waited in my car after registration to be called. They staff was very friendly and place is so nice and clean. I was told I’d have my results within 24 to 48 hours. They called me about 6hrs later with them. Thank you Wellness Now for friendly service and the time you spend baking we are all well!

I was there because I thought I had Covid (I did.) But the PA caught a cardiac issue and sent me to the ER. It turned out to be a very good call. The ER verified the issue and now I have an appointment with a cardiologist. We can’t fix what we don’t know! Thank you!
I had to visit WellNow while on vacation out of state. It was the most efficient Urgent Care facility I’ve ever been to. I waited less than 15 minutes in the waiting room, about two minutes for the medical assistant to come in and do vitals, and the doctor came in in under five minutes. Very clean, everyone was super nice.

My experience with wellnow was great it was a little bit of a wait but still not as long of a wait as in the emergency at the hospital and the medical staff is great I like going there I would recommend my family and friends to go there any time thanks wellnow.
The doctor listened to what was wrong with me and took the time to do what he felt I needed done The nurse that I had was very nice it was very busy as they had 3 emergency cases and she kept coming in to check on me .Im very pleased on the care that I got there and I would go back again .great Doctor and nurse and staff
Went to Well Now for an Xray of my left knee. I made an appointment online and was seen within an hour. Sprained it!!!
The place was so clean and very fast and efficient and listen to what I needed and had to say the Dr was kind and nurses were so kind and it made me feel at home I was able to get what I needed and was treated properly in a fast and appropriate way and the place was very busy but still fast and listened. It was amazing and they give you free coffee tea and slurpy’s. 🙃🤪🤩

My husband and I needed a covid test. Both of us had been vaccinated but cane in contact with someone infected. The girl who took my questions over the phone was so helpful. Told us to come right up. We went, walked in, gave our information to a very friendly young lady, went back to the car for no more than 5 mins and they called us in. The nurse explained to us the test, and how we would find out the results. She was very professional through the process. The building, the waiting room, the examination room were spotless
Anytime you go to an Urgent Care facility emotions tend to run high. Yesterday I slipped on some gravel and landed on my left hand trying to break the fall. Unfortunately my left hand landed on a fairly pointed rock which put about a 4 inch gash in my palm. The care I received at the Urgent Care was immediate and extremely professional. Ed was extremely efficient and explained each and every procedure he was about to perform. All was reasonably painless and I was out of there in less than an hour. I would recommend this facility for the exceptional service I received.
All the staff were friendly and professional. Process went smooth and seen promptly. Overall experience was excellent. Definitely recommend.
Update per response. This location doesnt offer walk-ins.Doesnt allow walk-ins anymore, and the website doesnt work long enough to book an appointment. Also cant book appointments over the phone. Never had an issue here until this.
So I avoid all walk in clinics like the plague because its usually a nightmare. But...I needed a covid test so I could get my dental surgery this week. I was dreading going but honestly it was so quick and efficient! The staff was super friendly. A very positive, painless, quick experience. I would definitely recommend!
Made an appointment for 1pm 6/20/22 for my mom, but had to wait an hour before getting accepted into the back room, then had to wait another hour.
I rarely write reviews and would like to show my appreciation. We brought my father in and they very kind, curious and professional. They respected his privacy and did a great job medically. His Dr had great stories while they were working on him and the facilities were very comfortable. Thanks again.
A mini hospital look with a Drs office feel. The staff is amazing and caring unlike many urgent cares in our area. Our visit was quick and thorough. Ive dealt with 2 different doctors now and have yet to be disappointed. Love that they will let the patients in on treatment plan as well.
This place is great. My last visit they were very busy and I waited about an hour BUT this was the only time Ive waited any more than 20 minutes. The doctors are thorough, they explain things very well, and are efficient in getting people in and out the door. And the staff are always friendly and nice. All my family members, including myself, have primary care physicians but sometimes its just easier and more convenient to go to WellNow. Any urgent care visits we need we always choose WellNow!
This used to be the place I’d always recommend people. Recently, they’re awful. Rude staff, ineffective care, extremely long wait times.On one occasion I had a woman walk away from me while I was talking to her, during a conversation we were having (front desk). She’s always rude when we visit.We’ve waited over 2 hours AFTER our scheduled appointment time and left without being seen due to other things we needed to get done. Other issues occurred during this visit as well.I went in with Covid symptoms, was told it was an asthma attack and got a positive Covid result the next day.I used to go here for my kids, my husband and myself. Now it’s the last resort because of the care recently.
I would definitely return to this location and have already recommended it to a few friends. I was so impressed. It was sparkling clean. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Everything was handled in a very efficient/expeditious manner. I did not have to wait for the nurse or to see a doctor. My situation was diagnosed quickly. The doctor validated what I was experiencing and feeling. He explained that the sample taken would be sent to a laboratory and I would be contacted if the results proved inconsistent with the medication prescribed.
Update your covid rapid testing. It doesnt take 4 days. And it came back negative. Yet a test taking today came back positive. Rapid test and reg test are processed different ways. You put ppl at a huge risk. The symptoms were very much present. Never will be going there. And will be turning in to public health and CDC.
Best urgent care in town! They are quick. It’s extremely clean and updated. The staff is awesome and always super friendly. They really listen and care which always makes it a comfortable visit when you aren’t feeling great! Thank you to this office and staff!

Will definitely use again, the facility is way above the standard, wait time was minimal and everyone from the front desk to the provider were amazing. There’s some people that you can tell enjoy their jobs and are meant for it. Couldn’t ask for more.
Great experience!! All of the staff were very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up as walk-in, was walked through the office procedures, tested and out of the office within 20 minutes. Will definitely recommend to my peers and associates.

This was our first time visiting WellNow and we will definitely be back. The arcade game in the waiting room, TV in the exam room and slushy machine on the way out make this a comforting and unique place to go for your medical needs.
From the onset of calling to make a reservation to walking out after being seen by a doctor, was pleasant. The receptionist was courteous. The attending physician displayed calming and professional bedside manners, I was made to feel comfortable to talk about my concerns.More importantly, I am enjoying the improvement in my health based on his recommended home care and medication prescribed.Thank you wellNow Urgent Care.
I waited outside for 15 minutes for them to open at 7am. Just to be told they are under new management and dont take walk ins.
My wife and I needed a COVID-19 test to enter Canada. Making an appointment was easy, the staff was efficient and friendly. We had a very brief wait until we were taken to an exam room and a staff member came in to take our tests within a few minutes. The results were available online 24 hours later, as promised.
My husband and I tried to cross the Canadian border to visit our grandkids in Ottawa. Unfortunately we were returned back to the USA because we had used Rapid Results Covid testings. (Folks, dont do it!) To cross the Canadian border you will need to have done the PCR Nuclear Molecular Covid Testing, instead. Anyway we were referred to the Watertown WellNow Urgent Care. Needless to say, from the time we walked in, to the time we were tested, staff was kind, attentive to our needs, bottomline, it was an all-round-professional experience. We were told our results would take 24-48hrs, but we got them within 12hrs. As we were leaving the urgent care after testing, , staff said goodbye to us, wished us all the best. They waved goodbye (very rare kindness). My husband and I are very grateful and appreciative to all staff and their compassionate and kind hearts. I should say, this is the best WellNow Urgent Care in Upstate NY.
Wellness is awesome! Before heading there, I went to urgent care, because its what I know. The ladies (as usual) looked miserable, No hi or anything; just open the window and look at you. I told them about my jaw pain, and she said it would be 2 hours, and Id need to wait in the car. I left, and walked into wellnow, and everyone had a smile, and was happy to help. The wait was not long at all, and they did exactly what they said they would. From walking in the door, to walking out, the experience was fantastic! Thank you for being professional, and friendly!
I love Well Now Urgent Care. They are the only urgent care that I have used for a couple of years now. They treat you really well. In the other urgent cares, you may or may not have a competent doctor or a doctor with a good bedside manner. Well Now always make me feel completely at home and very well cared for. The only problem that I have ever had with them is that they have a long wait some times. I hope that means that people have realized how well they are treated there.
The nurses are great but the doctors are always so rude! Especially Timothy Maring. When I was there the other day all he did was ask me two questions, hand me a piece of paper and left before I could ask him a single question. People want to know what your prescribing them and ask questions about it. He seemed like he could care less about his job or the people he was helping. I absolutely will not be back.
This is our second visit to the Watertown NY Wellnow Urgent Care. From the online appointment booking to the front desk staff to the technician we we over the top impressed. Everyone who worked there was friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care you will receive at a visit to The Wellnow Urgent Care!
Went in to see if I can get my prescriptions to be filled and the lady at the front desk was very rude not only to me but to be older lady that was before me she has an attitude and she shouldn’t be working there. This place probably has good doctors but I wouldn’t know because I won’t be coming back here but first impressions are everything and the front desk staff is rude and off putting and she seems like you are ruining her day because you have to make her work
This is a very professional facility, well organized and with great staff. You can go online and make an appointment and call them when you arrive, so you minimize wait time and exposure to other patients. Its very close to Dunkin Donuts.
Super friendly staff. Relatively fast for walk in service, although you can schedule an appointment online. Comfortable exam rooms with tvs. Doctor on staff the day I went has military background, great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
WellNow Urgent Care is like a well-oiled, finely-tuned machine. They provide many services like sports physicals which makes it convenient for families. The manner in which they move patients through and give the treatment needed is fast, efficient, and very professional. Their facility rivals many emergency rooms. The treatment rooms are all private and the layout of the facility is very efficient. The staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care to anyone needing quick and professional help.
Front desk staff Kaitlyn was friendly and professional. Came in for a pre-op COVID test and was in and out within 20 minutes.
I have used this facility three times and had great service each time. Even during pandemic busy times they have been able to get me in to be seen fairly quickly.
My visit to this Urgent Care was outstanding. I took my son there for a Covid test. He was very resistant to the test itself and put up quite a fight. The nurses were caring, VERY patient, and accommodating. They should be commended for their professionalism, and overall care they provided.
I will never return to have my family members treated here again. My daughter went there this morning to be treated after a brief exam they tested her for COVID and sent her on her way. This evening she continued to complain her ears hurt so we had her ears looked at by a family friend who was an RN. She suggested we returned to Well Now because her ears were actively bleeding. We returned only to be told the provider looked at her ears earlier (which she did not!) and that they were fine and they would NOT see her again! Really!?!? Nope they obviously don’t want to treat people here only Covid test them so my family will NOT be returning.
I have been here 3 times now and have not yet had a bad experience. I walked in spoke with the receptionist and was taken right to. A room where not 4 min later the nurse came in, she left and then the dr came in. I had X-rays done and my total time in and out was about 25 min. Awesome crew, highly recommend..
Amazing professional staff, friendly very helpful, needed rush COVID PCR test , was done in the morning had results back in the evening. The clinic hours are great. You can make an appointment or walk in. They helped print my results as I could not get my results to work on my phone. Thank you for the great service.
The staff at the Watertown WellNow Urgent Care center were very professional and understanding of my health issue. I received proper care and immediate attention in treating me. Big thumbs up to all!
My experience with WellNow was extremely positive. The staff was dressed uniformly with their names and titles clearly visible which was professional and refreshing to see. The PA, Tim, was thorough and he and the entire staff were kind and compassionate. The wait time was very minimal and I was in and out in less than 45 mins that included an x-ray read and 3 lab tests performed. The facility was very clean and inviting. We are fortunate to have such a professional Urgent Care in our area.
This place was wonderful. The office staff was friendly and competent. The nurse and provider were friendly, companionate and understanding. Although there were patients a head of me, my wait was minimal.I strongly recommend there healthcare services.
Made an appointment on their website for 11:25, was checked and sitting in a room being assessed by the nurse by 11:29. All the staff I encountered were polite and very efficient. Longest part of the visit was waiting for an xray to be read by someone offsite. Would definitely come here again and recommend others do so as well!
I was very happy with my experience with the new Wellness Urgent Care. It was so nice inside and the staff was very polite and accommodating. The doctor was very informative and encouraging. This will be my go to in the future and I will recommend it to friends and family.
One of the providers there put me on the wrong antibiotic for the condition I had. The other provider there put me on the correct antibiotic after the problem recurred and admitted that I had been put on the incorrect antibiotic. I would see the provider there who gave me the correct antibiotic but their receptionist refused to tell me which provider was working when I called about getting my son in to be seen.
Well now had a clean and friendly atmosphere. I live all the way in Antwerp and its a bit of a drive but definitely worth it. I am pleased with how fast the nurses and staff were in addressing my needs and I was in and out. Most other urgent care offices have a outrageous wait line. The explained what was wrong with me in a way I can understand gave me a prescription for my cold and a doctors note as well the lobby had slushy machines witch was a welcome surprise.
Great staff !!! Doctor Tim is always nice and very knowledgable about what the diagnosis is and explains it in detail. My kids have been there as well and they go above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable and all the nurses are always super nice!!!! Always fast as well which come on ... thats a big one who wants to sit around for 2 hrs. Best urgent care hands down
This was my first time at WellNow and it was such a great experience! The front desk employees we’re friendly and took me back quickly to my exam room. The room was very clean and the TV was a bonus while waiting. The nurse practitioners that took care of me were extremely friendly and professional answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to friends and family!
Everyone was so polite, professional and thorough. We were in the parking lot 2 minutes before we got the call to come into the building. Start to finish 1 hour ( from check in to check out and that’s including X-rays and waiting for the radiologist to read the X-rays ) The building is immaculate and the provider was great with out son. They have our business from now on.
I fell down a few stairs and hurt myself. I couldnt take a deep breath in without being in pain and had pain and swelling in my back close to my ribs. After a couple of days I was worried about something being seriously wrong and I was aware of well now actually having an x-ray machine in there office (definitely beats waiting hours at the ER) so I went there. The nurses and aides were great, however its obvious to say that since my complaint consisted of pain the PA on shift pegged me as a drug seeker before even speaking to me. He came in the room as if he had better things to do and didnt want to be bothered by me. I dont know his name because he never introduced himself to me. He stood there with his arms crossed asking questions with no compassion or caring in his tone. His responses to my answers were as if he didnt believe me then basically came out and said he wasnt going to give me any pain meds... Wow, I cant believe how rude and unprofessional he was. I went there to get an x-ray without having to wait hours, and was accused of wanting drugs.. worse healthcare professional iv ever come across.
Very convenient being able to make an appointment ahead of time, so I didn’t have a long wait. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You feel like you are seeing your own doctor at your primary care office. I highly recommend Well Now in Watertown. I will definitely use their services again when I can’t see my own doctor.
Worst doctor I have EVER SEEN. I got no answers as to what was wrong with me and the doctor sat on the patients table while I sat in the chair. So unprofessional then acted like I was lying. The right side of my face has something going on with it, I havent been able to hear out of my right ear, it makes the right side of my heart pound sharply, and goes into my throat and jaw and its been like this for 6 days now. But because this doctor, who didnt even introduce herself, couldnt SEE a problem with her own EYES she said there was nothing wrong with me. I told her all I wanted was a antibiotic, she didnt feel my glands, she didnt check IN my ear. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a so called doctor. She was older but very childish. I will NEVER go there again. Even at the beginning checking in the lady kept inturpting me when I was speaking. She asked what was wrong so I started to tell her and she said OK BE RIGHT BACK and walked off. Like come on, be professional. Never again, and good luck to others who have the same experience BC I feel like Im not the only one.Ive never made a review in my life, but I just had too for this place.
When I walked in, the secretary/nurse was AMAZING. There was an issue with Insurance card and 3 of the nurses worked on getting it fixed. Took me in, was looked at VERY QUICKLY. When I was leaving, was given a small bag of candy and told to Enjoy my St. Patricks Day. Will DEFINITELY Refer people to go there.😎
It was very easy to book an appointment online. They send you a text when you’re within 45 minutes of when it’s your turn. You text when you get there to let them know you’ve arrived. When it’s go time, they send you a text to come in. Since I had done the online registration, I was at the desk confirming a few things and within 5 minutes I was in an exam room. Couldn’t be better
My first time visiting WellNow Urgent Care was Sunday. It was very clean and the staff were welcoming. Everyone was very kind and compassionate and took great care of me. Also, I got right in and did not have to sit around waiting to be seen. I understand this may not be the case every time as some days are busier than others but I was very pleased with my visit.
We were in and out quickly! The Dr. and staff were very friendly to my little one. Every time we have been to this urgent care they’ve been great! Would recommend to anyone!
I made an apointment using the app. I was in at my time out in maybe 35 min or so. The staff was very nice the facility very clean. My rx was called in while I was there.
Excellent care and customer service. My daughter and I were in and out quickly and efficiently with all of our needs met and questions answered. Our family went there for covid testing. We had a very positive experience with all of the staff members of the clinic. We had the most amazing nurse Alysse (I hope I spelt her name correctly). She was funny, patient, and professional and made us feel at ease during a testing procedure. She should be recognized for such a great job!
Had to take my 3 year old here recently for an injury to her eye. Everyone was so personable, friendly, and caring. I was shocked that they immediately took us back once we finished our new patient information. We were seriously in and out within 30 minutes! I wish I had found this place sooner!
Our 2 year old daughter tripped and fell up at camp this past weekend and it caused instant swelling to her eyelid like I’ve never seen. We had a nerve wracking 40 min drive! The desk was so friendly and the nurses were great with her which allowed for a smooth visit, it really eased my nerves! The tv in the waiting room kept her occupied while we waited for the dr, which I’ve never seen before! Highly recommend going to WellNow

I went to WellNow for the first time after finding out the VA now allows urgent care visits. I had felt horrible for 2-3 days. They got me in extremely fast. And I saw the doctor within 5 minutes of sitting down. They were very understanding and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if I need urgent care again!
Very friendly staff. Super nice nurses. Squeezed me in for a travel covid test as a walkin just have to be patient and realize they are processing people as fast as possible. Highly recommend if you need a covid test in Watertown area
0n 06/14/2021 I went to wellnow Urgent care with a sinus infection. I only waited a few quick minutes and was in the room giving my information about myself. Talked to a caregiver named Tim very smart man typed everything out for me to do the next day I feel a whole lot better 😀Thanks you allRick
I am a 57 year old woman and have never been to an Urgent Care in my life. I went to Well Now for a cold and covid testing. They were the best. Front staff was gracious and the PA that saw me was very professional and thorough as well as her nurse. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
I went in for a pre-employment physical with titers and had a great experience. The was a bit of a wait for the doctor but no worse than any other facility Ive visited. Every staff member was engaging, considerate and professional. Im very impressed with my visit and Ill use Wellnow for everything I can going forward.
Every time I come to this center I am diagnosed quickly. Yesterday, I showed up with abdominal pain and they got me in a wheelchair and a room within seconds as they called for an ambulance. They did their best to make me comfortable while they sent for a ride for me. Needless to say go to the er for abdominal pain. Especially on your upper quadrant you could be like me and have a serious medical condition.

I scheduled a physical for 6:15pm. The appointment was thorough, quick and painless. From the front desk to the nurse and then doctor, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The building is very nice and extremely clean.I would highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care.

Needed a covid test for work. The ladies at reception were so nice and helpful. I was seen right away. The practitioner who did the test was very friendly and told me what to expect. She was very quick, which I appreciate. The office was very clean and modern. Definitely recommend!
Waiting room has slushies and a keurig complimentary. As a patient, I have been there 2 times and was ushered back to a room immediately after checking in. I was seen by a provider in less than 10 minutes, and on my way home within 20. I have waited longer at my PCP appointments than this! Definitely a much better experience than what Im used to with urgent care and ER visits. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Will return and recommend them to you as well.
Went to the Watertown office for Covid PCR test and to treat what I thought was a very bad cold. I had no wait at all to get into an exam room. Covid test was administered immediately. Soon Dr. Edward Wolfe came in to check out my cold issue. He was very good and explained that there had been a Atypical virus going around and that was what I had and it had morphed into Acute Bronchitis. He called in a couple of scripts to drug store and 24 hours later I am feeling much better. Covid test was negative thankfully. I had a very good experience here and would go back if necessary.
This was the fastest I have ever been in and out from a UC in my entire life... Every single person we came into contact with from the reception desk right down the the provider Erica were outstanding and very compassionate. The provider actually listened to what I had to say, and was very good with his examination. This was our first time here since I always went to one single UC before that has since closed but I will definitely be coming back here if we need any UC services.

2nd visit and this place continues to provide excellent care to people. Covid testing is, can be stressful. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to our circumstances. When we entered to check in with Kayleigh and Aimee it was made as simple and quickly as possible. We were seen immediately and everyone we interacted with was really great. Went for COVID test to cross border. Appt. was made online and the whole process was smooth and nearly effortless. Got a reminder text and when we arrived got a call from inside to verify name and info. Went inside, shown to an exam room, tech showed up four minutes later to administer test and we were done in under twenty minutes. A plus !!

Two of my children and myself have used this Urgent care and have all had wonderful experiences. The make an appointment feature is beyond accommodating and the care we have received has been quick, delightful and efficient. Mr.Maring is amazing at his job and has an exceptional bedside manner with us all.
They are fantastic! A different urgent care had misdiagnosed my daughter with post nasal drip earlier that day and I took her to well now urgent care later that night and she actually had the flu! All the staff was amazing right from the front desk to the nurses to the PA. Very professional and knowledgeable and kind! Will definitely be the urgent care to use from now on if the need arises for one. Also short wait time and super clean. They have slushys too so that was a bonus! Rudest treatment at a medical facility EVER!!!In town visiting family and I needed to be seen. Physicians Assistant Frost was absolutely rude. I needed an antibiotic, requested it be sent to a local pharmacy but incompetence prevails and she sends it to my default pharmacy 200 miles away. That will do my infection a whole lot of good.
My 2 1/2 yr old daughter was extremely upset she had a high fever but the staff was so wonderful with her and gave her toys and were so kind. They quickly found out what was going on (ear infection) and got us on our way. Highly recommended. WellNow is the only urgent care system we will ever use. Thank you to the staff & doctor!
I had to take a covid PCR test ($150 US dolar) to return to Canada, and I went to WellNow Urgent Care in Watertown,NY. The girls at the reception were very nice, friendly, explained to me all I need in order to have a pcr test done. There was a bit of a lineup but it moved quickly. If ever I am back in Watertown that is where I will be getting my covid travel test. There is even free slushy drink at the end 🥰.
I love every Dr I came in contact with .They are fast and I feel very secure in that they do everything to avoid exposure to Covid 19 . The nurses are excellent. I had a wonderful female Nurse Practioner she was very attentive and explained what was going on with my eye. The only reason im giving 4 stars is that my Daughters came across 2 Drs that have no bedside manners and they never gave them specific answers and 1 of my daughters has a auto immune disorder so I expect a little more care.
I took my daughter to wellnow on 10/03/21. We waited over an hour to be seen. They claimed to have called my phone number 3 times, no missed calls. Then I was told that she would need to re-register.
These guys were swamped tonight but they were very patient and caring for our sick little girl. She is now home and feeling much better.. actually she is dancing to Baby Shark right now. Thank You.

Not only is the urgent care clean, but the staff is very nice and helpful. They got me in and out within an hour. The dr was a little rushed, but still very respectful and helpful. I could tell he was tired. I highly recommend this urgent care.

My husband and I were brand new patients AND last minute walk-ins for employment physicals.The staff was very welcoming and friendly and professional despite it being the end of their very busy work day! I felt bad that they had to stay late bc of us-- but no one complained and no one gave me the stink- eye!!We appreciated their efficiency a great deal and would highly recommend them again.

I was a walk in , they told me there might be a short wait , everyone was very nice, friendly, I got in and out with my test and prescriptions called into my pharmacy in about and hour and a half . I couldnt have asked for a better outcome.
We are on vacation, about three and a half hours from home, staying in Wellesley Island, and my daughter fell on gravel causing a wound to her knee. We drove to this facility, about a half hour from where we currently are, and I cant say enough about the AMAZING staff at this location. Prompt, professional and made my daughter feel at ease. Ten stitches later, supplies to change her dressing and a script for antibiotics and we were on our way! A really caring and thorough staff!!!
I went to WellNow Urgent Care in Watertown, NY, for pain in my foot. Their entire staff was very nice and took great care of me. I was checked in, seen by the nurse and doctor and had x-rays taken. I was out of there within an hour. That is excellent time for an urgent care facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the friendliness and efficiency of everyone there. Ill definitely go there again if I need to.
I found WellNow UC to be extremely efficient, thorough, and professional. The 2 individuals I saw regarding my medical issue explained everything they were going to do before they did it and why they were doing it. The facility is extremely neat and clean. All employees were friendly. They followed up via text to ask how my visit was and if my issue was better/worse/the same. They took my insurance. I absolutely would recommend and will return when needed.
Wonderful Urgent Care!! Staff is very caring and PA has a wonderful bedside manner. Took my twelve year old daughter there with a terrible ear infection after her normal DR couldnt see her for another 4 hours. My daughter was so happy with the PA and asked if he could be her DR. all of the time. There was an app to sign in online, so there was no wait time at all. We didnt even have to sit in the waiting area after checking in. The nurse took us right to a room. We were in and out within half an hour. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone!!

I went to wellnow urgent care for an abscesses tooth, signed in with very nice receptionist was then taken right into an exam room. The nurse came right in, took my med history and then the PA came in, examined me, told me she would call in my scripts. I have never been treated so good in a medical office as I was at wellnow I recommend this urgent care to everyone.
Doctor Erica Feola is by far the best we have seen. Shes so great with my daughter and always so happy and kind. She makes us very comfortable and we will always be back and request for her to take care of our needs.
I’ve been here three times with my family. It’s a clean facility. Staff is friendly. No wait time if you schedule a same day appointment. Only reason i give it three stars is because of one of the providers, Tim. He saw my husband once and was rude and dismissive when he went in due to an injury. Sadly, he was the provider I saw the second time i went in and he dismissed my symptoms as well. I ended up going to the ER a few minutes after he “treated” me and they indeed found that i had a hernia . I hope next time we do have to go it’s with the female provider. She’s extremely nice, attentive and personable.
I called for an appointment for a minor issue. The system was so efficient, right down to telling me the exact time to arrive. The facility was clean and organized. The personnel were friendly and professional. The PA who examined me, Erica Feola, was thorough and professional. I also noticed immediately that all staff and the facility observed social distancing and were masked. In fact, Ms. Feola was double masked and wearing gloves. I appreciated her dedication to the safety of her patients.
This was my first visit to Well Now Urgent Care. I wholeheartedly would rate them a 10! Fast service, knowledgeable about what was covered by my insurance and referred me to a local specialty practice for follow-up. My new go to for urgent care!

Arrived just prior to closing, so no patients ahead, and was seen immediately. All staff was very friendly, thorough & professional. Ill certainly visit again if necessary & will recommend this facility whenever I can.
Our visit yesterday and when we were there back in June was great!!! The staff was wonderful! The reception, nurses and Tim the PA were all super friendly and the customer service was outstanding!! HOWEVER, back in June when we went, we thought my daughter had strep throat. Her quick strep was negative but they sent it out anyway because we were pretty sure it would come back positive. The PA warned me ahead of time that it would be around 6 days to come back because of the lab company that WellNow uses. That is way too long to wait for something as serious as strep, so he put her on antibiotics to be safe. He told me that he doesnt like prescribing them and I dont like having my daughter on antibiotics because most of the doctors/urgent cares around here way over-prescibe them. My daughter ended up with c-diff 2 years ago because they were over-prescibed to her. I really had no choice this time though. Samaritan is right here in town, so there is no reason that we should have to wait so long for an out-of-town lab to FINALLY get us results on something that is pretty serious. Hopefully they will find a better/faster lab company soon. We loved it at WellNow! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesnt need lab services. Unfortunately I dont see them staying in business long if it takes them that long to get results back.
I do not reccomend this location, Dr. Shah is in the wrong carrier since she isnt empathetic towards patients. Extremely rude, not interested in helping or listening. Patronizing and unwanted tapping on my leg. Kept repeating the same rude line what do you expect from me today, I left without having recieved any help with my concerns. I left very stressed out.
All of the workers were amazing and patient, listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions in a way I understood best. I already recommended this urgent care to a few people for their great services. One of the best urgent cares I have been too!

Came to get tested for covid. The woman at the front desk was so nice and they got me a room quickly. Lee did my test and took my vitals, she was so sweet and fun. Erica came in to see me after to give me some info and she was awesome as well!! Quick in and out with very nice, knowledgeable staff!

Minimal to no time in waiting room. Thoughtful staff. Attentive to my daughter, approached her in the kindest way to help take care of her!When I went back later that week for myself, they called me a few hours after to personally check on me. I have never been more impressed by an urgent care.

Soooo. Had a weird day here lol. PA Wolf told me I know youve been hearing the narrative that you cant treat a virus, but you can and then proceeded to tell me he was sorry he confused me, when in fact I did not act confused. I came in with one day of nasal congestion and a sore throat and left with azithomycin, prednisone, and benzonatate. Eventhough I did not have a cough, PA Wolf told me in fact I would develop a cough, and would not stop coughing, and my cough would not go away on its own and told me to just take the medication because theyre too busy for me to come back. Just came here to get my family covid tested. Watertown, is your practice ok ? Lets not forget antimicrobial resistance. Nurses were fine, wait time was fine. Not mad, just what the heck.

I was taken in in under 5 minutes i could smell the disinfectants as I walked in reassuring me that I was safe and I was tested and diagnosed quickly and sent out the door with a script and some advice on self care. I was very pleased with all of the staff at this location and the service as well.. thanks!
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hours are great- 7a.m. to 11 p.mI went on a Saturday evening and was in and out in a hour and a half. They were busy. I followed up friday at 7 a.m. and was out in 15 minutes.

Needed a COVID test this past week. WellNow was the only place that was very helpful when I called three times before I came in with my boys to get tested. When we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and taken well care of. The nurse was very kind and amazing with my boys. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did not rush when she was in the room with us. If you need urgent care or a covid test... this is the best place to go in Watertown.
The facility/ office was clean and pleasant. Front desk help was knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. I was seen by Andrea who was fantastic and Jen who was great as well. No one wants to go to an urgent care facility but if you have to go I would recommend WellNow.
It is nice that they have the save your place option on the website. I went in 10 min prior to my time and they got me right in. Nurse was prompt and compassionate. PA was quick but thorough. Im from out of town and 18 weeks pregnant so i appreciated them helping me the best they could and paying attention to my needs.
Very organized- my only concern is that the seating is very limited and I can understand why. I feel that the people who bring a patient in should be advised to wait in their cars and leave the waiting room to surplus patients waiting to be seen.
I had called ahead of time to see if they would be able to get us right in & they said yes! I checked in & was sent right back! The nurses are very polite & helpful, the facility is clean, the doctor & nurses were knowledgeable & got us in & our within 20 minutes tops from check in to check out! Very pleased & I would definitely recommend this place to people who need a quick in & out check up!

I’m glad they were the only urgent care open the day I went because I now realize they’re the best in town. It’s a new building so it’s very clean. The staff is extremely nice. The nurse and doctor that met with me were fantastic. They had been super busy all day and still treated me with kindness and never acted flustered or burnt out. Being a new office, my son and I were the second patients in the door and only sat in the waiting room for 15 mins. Over all time being there was less than an hour, which is the amazing. First thing we noticed was the ICEE machine and that was different and the welcoming smiles even though it was 8:00 in the morning. The doctor was very helping and was going beyond to make sure my son was getting the most care. Definitely will come back if we ever need too.
Even during a pandemic, and the place being busy. And I’m assuming the employees are stressed and over whelmed. Every person there I talked to was extremely professional and friendly! I was in and out really quick. And everyone was so nice! I was honestly really surprised how great of an experience I had

They were great! My 13 year old son was bit by a dog and they were amazing with him. I also had my 8 year old with me and the nurse took her to another room to keep her occupied. They put a movie on for her, and gave her a snack. This is the only urgent care that I will go to from now on.
We had a very positive experience here. The office and exam rooms are modern and clean, staff are friendly and made my child feel comfortable the whole time. Theres a TV in the exam rooms and a slushy/ coffee maker in the waiting room. You can check in online...I love it.
Very friendly staff. Even though they were beyond capacity for Covid testing, the arrangements for returning for the test were straightforward and practical.
Ive been here probably a dozen times between my two young boys and we always have a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and great at catering to the kids. My sons have started making up illnesses so they could go to the slushie doctor.

Well Now is awesome. I went to the other urgent care twice in one week and had so many issues and did not want to go back because they were so unhelpful. Well Now was fast, the treatment was amazing and the staff there were very helpful. Highly recommend going!

2022-02-09Went to WellNow with terrific discomfort. Was signed in without any delay. Office was incredibly busy. COVID protocol fully enforced. Waited in my car until called in. Jennifer most thorough with exam. Very courteous staff. Prescription sent and out in short time. Highly recommend.

2022-05-07My 1st time ever going here & it was a pleasant one. Check in was fast & efficient & they put me in a room immediately afterwards. Arrived at 7:00pm & left at 9:00pm. My Dr. apologized for the long wait & said they didnt usually take that long. I told her that 2 hours was was actually the shortest I had ever waited, so I didnt mind it at all. Everyone was respectful, kind, helpful & informative. The place was very clean too, which made me feel more at ease. The icing on the cake/another thing I loved, well my daughter especially, was that they had slushy machines in the waiting area.

2022-03-23The check-in process was a breeze. The wait time was less than 20 minutes. The facility and staff were all super pleasant. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing acute care. I do appreciate the personable interactions shared between the PA and my son. It was a relaxed experience. My sons issues were addressed which reassured my motherly concerns. I only wish the facility had its own pharmacy. The referred pharmacy was a nightmare 😳 😫.

2022-01-05I think the doctors are doing a good job but are overworked right now. Please make self care a part of the medical staffs day. Things such as 1/2 hour lunch break to eat or drink and unwind a bit. Or taking a couple minutes between patients to breathe, stretch, or meditate. Its amazing how much calm that can bring. Dont accept more patients than you can treat. The best doctors can only do so much . And if you push them to their breaking point they wont be able to help anyone. I heard some patient yelling at the doctors. Imagine how hard it is to smile after that and go to the next one. Please, take care of the doctors / PAs.. From the time I arrived, including waiting in the parking lot, until the time I left, almost four hours later, the staff was kind and considerate, despite the busy day. It would be good if you could cut down on the wait time. I was so sick and just wanted to sleep. It was a long time. Other than that, yes, I would recommend you. Still the best urgent care in town. 9 out of 1.0

2022-01-23My husband had part of his hearing aid in his ear. Everyone was wonderful from the lady that checked us in to the person that removed it. They also did his vitals . Have used Well Now before and would use them again. Will recommend it to friends.

2022-02-04I went in around 1, they brought me in as soon as they finished gathering my information at the front desk. The PA who did my examination was very thorough in explaining the procedure she was doing… which I felt like was very professional. Overall, fast and efficient.. I have yet to give any complaints the few times I have been.

2022-02-06**Update*** This time it was my turn and I saw a different PA than the 2 my daughter had seen. He was just as professional and thorough. He took into consideration my unique medical issues and made sure his treatment of my current issue aligned to keep me safe but heal me as well. We will continue to use your services.My daughter has been seen three times over the past couple of weeks. The practitioners at WellNow have been kind, professional and thorough. At no time have we felt rushed or have our concerns been made to feel unwarranted. Even though they are busy, they take time to really listen . We will continue to use this valuable service.

2022-02-03We needed to get a PCR test to travel and were very stressed about getting it done and on time. Wellness now was so professional and incredibly efficient. It took no time at all and our results came back very quickly, highly recommend.
