Went in to have my battery replaced on my iPhone 7. They said they could and ordered a battery. Turns out they replaced it with a cheap knockoff that went down to 23% service level in three weeks. The one I replaced was 80% so basically a big ripoff. To top it off the tech also disabled my home button on my phone by not being a licensed tech and I lost my Touch ID and the ability to use financial apps easily. In the end just bought a new phone from Verizon and told them not to ever recommend anyone going to this store. They advertise as a one stop shop but in my experience lack the expertise to do the jobs they say they can do. You could end up spending a lot of money after to get things fixed right.
I was able to keep my phone after I severely damaged the screen. Even though the shipping took longer than expected, the wait and quality of repair was worth it. Im very happy I get to keep this phone!
Glen and his team have been great to work with. Super responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Offered great ideas for improving network which had immediate benefits for us. Highly recommend!

Had a small problem with a part ordered for my phone, they ordered a new part and replaced it to like brand new condition very quickly. Im very satisfied with the job that was done, excellent customer service.

2022-05-13This is a great business run by knowledgabe people. Ive had great service in getting computer get updated and cleaned up, backup set up, headphones and speakers for my job. They really understand and meet my particular needs. They even taught me how to use features on my tablet I didnt know existed.

2022-08-03This place is an absolute rip off. I called about getting my cracked screen replaced which is normally like a 50$-$100 job I was even willing to supply the tools and parts to do it. They told me it was gonna cost $450 to do it and the price wouldnt change weather I supplied the tools or parts or not. I tried explaining that maybe they didnt understand what I was asking he swore at me and told me to do it myself! I will be recommending anyone I speak to about this establishment to take their business else where.

2021-08-25My husbands phone wouldnt charge after coming in contact with water. The issue was fixed as soon as they had the parts. Price was extremely reasonable compared to the shops we have been to in Buffalo.Also repaired the back glass and fixed someone elses mistake (last replacement). I definitely recommend them. Save your gas money and take it here.

2021-05-26I had a major problem with my computer and I was frantic!!! I called Glen at wellsville technologies and he called me back at 8 pm. They work 24 hours a day!!! He came to my house picked up my computer and did a bunch of extra things that he didnt even charge me for!!! So happy with the everything he and they all do there!!! Will definitely go there over any other place for any phone or computer issues!!! 100% satisfied!!!!

2021-09-30I am rating this establishment with one star due to its absolute unprofessionalism in kicking my mother out of the store. She went in to leave packages to be returned through ups, and was asked/told very rudely to leave. She was given two reasons for leaving. One was her packages didnt have a qr code, however when she tried to inquire about one, she was simply told to look at the example on the door and not given any other advice about how to go about getting one for her packages. When she tried to show them what the return instructions were for her packages, she was rudely informed we get nothing out of sending back your packages anyways. She was then told you can leave and take your packages to Arkport. Absolutely unprofessional, furthermore your company has lost a client that not only spent several hundred dollars for your services but was prepared, until today, to continue doing so.

2021-03-07Worked with me to get the repairs made and also for the pickup. Great communication using their websites Job Ticket system. Nice to have a local shop for computers, also a U.P.S. Dropoff site. I have 1 machine to run through their diagnostics to cleanup the operating system and another older machine to update hardware and upgrade to Windows 10. They will definitely be going here. 10 stars out of 5...

2021-08-22I been to your store on 2 separate occasions. Both times were on a Saturday, which clearly states on your website open from 10 am till whatever time. So I go to your store and both times closed. Your sign for hours at the store for Saturdays is 10am till what ever time says for closing. Not a very professional way to run your business if you cant update your hours of operation. So for 2 separate occasions we had floods and power outages. Considering the first time I went was a month or 2 ago and again store was closed.

2020-02-02I cannot say enough goo about Wellsville Technologies. They have the best and quickest service I have ever experienced when needing tech support. My website has done great since I signed up with them. They have great customer service with a quick response time and you cant beat their prices. You wont be disappointed, they are the best in my book!!!

2019-07-05Set me up with replacement phone and transferred info from my Samsung edge. Replaced husbands battery in his iphone. Replaced touch screen on my Surface. If I wasnt happy with the first job I wouldnt have gone back another 2 and 3 times. Bought a spare computer.Prices are reasonable. Staff seems knowledgeable and efficient. Im sure Ill be back again. Im checking out the security surveillance.
