Worst place ever. So the lady messed up the order and started giving me incorrect items. first, the lady at the counter gave me 2 cookies. I thought maybe its free cookie day so I took a bite. After that, she gave me drinks, and then I told her hey maybe you got the wrong order. Then she started to ask for the cookies back and I told her that I am eating them thinking it was free cookie day. She gave me a very rude reply saying you shouldnt have eaten that. Thats not how you are supposed to talk to customers! And its your mistake for giving me those cookies.I didnt say anything because I froze up at the time. And on top of that my real order was missing a couple of Nuggets and hot sauce.
Just plain nasty.The staff hate working there and it shows. Dirty floors and dirty employees.The food is repulsive, the meat for the chilli is from unsold burgers. The burgers they do sell smell like dog food. The fries have mold due to improperly storing them. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.
I decided to give it a try after went with my sister and noticed that they dont want to deal with Latinos, I went one day with my sister with a frostys coupon. They didnt want to serve us. So, my sister talked with the manager and on that way she give us what we wanted.And today I presented to her my coupon, and I encountered the same attitude.So, is the last time I am going there.
Buy a order of French fries and get a crispy chicken sandwich free. I went to the wendys restaurant on Elmwood near Kenmore Avenue it was nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a meal here again. Fries were cold and just okay in their defense the food came out quicker than I was able to download the app and get the tmobile award offer loaded on my phone. I will have to return and try it again because I was not impressed with the sandwich or fries and I want to give it a fair trial.
Service was good I go there all the time. But I dont think Ill be going back anymore for the simple fact that two super Daves cost me $38 you know used to be a customer want to be a customer but I cant afford to be a customer service is good food is great moneys too high
Everytime I come to this location they can not get it together. There is always the slowest moving drive-thru line. They get my order wrong more than half the time. Fries come out cold, they cant be bothered to put all the food you pay for in the bag. When you have them correct their mistake they have the audacity to laugh at you. Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else.
Me and my girlfriend just went through the drive through and order and 4 for 4 and biggie meal. No ketchup, mustard or Mayo on the burger. They put ketchup all over the burger, didn’t give us any nuggets, and the fries are ice cold. The staff was nice until we complained about the nuggets and had them redo the burger. And the strawberry lemonade ended up being a regular lemonade. And they forgot the bbq sauce and spoon/straw.
The workers that are currently working right now at 11:44am Sunday may 30th were very rude. They didn’t say anything snatched the money out of our hands. Then threw the food at us and slammed the glass window. Wouldn’t let us add another sandwich to our meal. They were just down right rude and have no customer service skills at all. Wouldn’t recommend going to this Wendy’s to anyone. I also will never come here again due to the ignorance of the staff
It’s good when it’s correct. Even if you order through the Wendy’s app they either mess something up or half of your food is missing and it’s all because they bag things individually instead of together like they should. I put in a relatively large breakfast order through the app and there were more missing items than what showed up, which is absurd because it’s literally in front of you on a screen with the ability to confirm what’s there and yet the ball gets dropped almost every time.
Lady at the drive thru was super rude and gave me an attitude as soon as I got to the speaker and said I was there to pick up my mobile order. She told me that I had to come inside for that (no explanation at all). I then let her know that I had selected drive thru for the pickup method, and I let her know the order name. No response at all, literally ignored me for about 20 seconds. Finally she told me to pull up to the window (still giving me attitude) and was rude to me handing me my food too. Ive been to this Wendys many, many times since I live close by, and I have never experienced such rudeness before, nor have I had any issues with picking up mobile orders in the drive thru. Her behavior was completely unacceptable the entire time interacting with her. Not sure if I will be coming here again. It seems they are having trouble finding employees that know how to treat customers with respect.
Food poisoning this Wendys has fallen off every time I order it gets worse! They gave me spoiled food for me and my seven year old! This is the last time I order from this staff who hates doing their job! They never have baked potatoes and always leave something out of my order!
I wish there were more of em, more conveniently located. This N Buffalo one smells like steak whenever ya drive by it. Their fresh burgers actually do have a big beefy taste. Nearby McDs & Bk taste okay but most of the flavor comes from the cheese, tomatoes, etc. Their additional 3rd seasonal salad brought us in & the option of grilled chicken vs just crispy chix was great. Oh yeah, their Pub Fries were actually the #1 reason we grabbed dinner there. My son had to have these fairly loaded spuds & loved them. Chix sandwiches shoulda been the #1 reason. Over a dozen different nearly gourmet options. 3 different buns & Cheese, crispy Or grilled options, etc... The 2 sammies we thoroughly enjoyed are whatll bring us back.
Honestly the worst wendys I’ve ever been to. Ever time I’ve ordered I either got the wrong thing, cold chicken or was missing a few nuggets. Normally I would go back and just ask for it to be fixed but it takes 20 minutes to get your food at a “fast food” place.Only positive thing is that most if not all of the employees have been pleasant
Just went to Wendy’s for dinner, i ordered two junior bacon 4/4’s plus two extra junior bacons along with 2 chocolate shakes. We opened our food as soon as we pulled away an every single burger was cold same with the fries an nuggets. The tomato’s were yellow and the lettuce was purple an black which I’ve never seen on junior bacon 4/4 in years. I wouldnt have been so mad if they told me I can come back an get my money or new food but instead they told me to call back in the morning. Very displeased
Slowest drive thru ever. Ive been sitting in it for almost 30 minutes. They are out of all salads (except spicy Buffalo) and potatoes. This is the worst.Then I get up to the windows, finally, and no one even says anything to you. Not even a hi.. How are you.. Much less an apology for waiting almost 40 minutes total. Checked the bags before I left, cause I definitely wasnt going back there.. And of course no sauce for the nuggets.
This is the slowest Wendy’s in the history of fast food. The workers clearly hate working here and have no hustle at all. If it weren’t the closest Wendy’s to my house, I would never go here. I’ve been in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes now and it’s not even busy time for dinner. It’s after 7p! I’m sure the workers have it tough but management really is lacking. I would love to say this is my first experience with the slowness but it’s this slow EVERY TIME.
Extremely long wait time, staff looked like they could care less about the job. Wife got the barbecue cheeseburger and it didnt even have the crispy onions on it. Waited so long for a sandwich that didnt match the build advertised. Definitely never coming back to this location.
Want to acknowledge a very wonderful person who works at Elmwood Wendys Miss. LISA. She is one of those rare gems. My son (a young adult with Autism) is always made to feel special by this wonderful lady. When I go through drive thru without him she ask how he is. Its the Miss Lisas of the world that make a trip to get some great food a memorable experience for my son and for me. Thank you Miss Lisa your kindness is valued and appreciated . I wish theyd take care of the bad light in the diner (one bulb flickers) Im not epileptic but I feel this light will trigger something out of someone down the road. Service ahd food is great, theyre accommodating. They need better staff at night though. Tend to hear a lot of loud music and inappropriate conversations if you dine in. [Not all workers!]
So my wife was in line waiting an hour, window staff wont give managers name or store...then she gets home to find two chicken sandwiches when she ordered two double burgers. Look out staff shes on her way back, hopping mad and hungry! Worst store and lazy staff....choose Mc Donalds!!!
This location is terrible, if it was possible to would give it 0 stars. I initially went to the drive threw but after sitting for some time without the line moving we decided that going inside might be the better option. They seemed to be fully staffed. The cashier had an attitude, didnt greet a single customer and didnt wait to hear our entire order before trying to give us the price then when we informed her that out order was not complete she gave us an attitude. While waiting for our there was even a staff member who left the building for several minutes than returned talking about wanting to fight a customer in drive threw. When we did receive our food after some time the fries were cold, the nuggets were barely warm, and the sandwiches didnt have any lettuce tomato or onion on them. Normally I would not leave a review, but this is not the first time that somthing along these lines has happened at this location. There have been several times that I went here at night and was made to wait in line for up to 25 minutes for my car to even get to the ordering window. This is unacceptable and looking through the reviews I am seeing I am not the only one experiencing this. Managment leaves replies claiming they will speak to staff or whomever but CLEARLY this has not achieved anything (if they in fact even spoke to anyone about this). Quite frankly I feel my time would be better spent going to ant number of the other fast food options than to wait excessively long times in this drive threw.
Terrible experience with staff. The manager told her staff to stop taking orders...they were too backed up so I had to leave with no food. Wow, never have I seen that happen at any fast food restaurant before. I will not be revisiting this location until they make staff changes.
Food was good, but cashier didnt know how to process the coupon we had. She asked for help from her manager, but when he couldnt figure it out, they didnt process it and charged us full price. And then tried to cover that up by not giving us our receipt. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
To quote game grumps suck it down and poop like a regular person in summary Wendys is good in general I havent had problems with this specific Wendys. They get my order right and and I dont get sick when eating the food and it taste pretty good, and there is tomatoes on the burgers.
Been through the drive thru several times now and each time my food has Been Messed up. No sauce for my nuggets and the drinks were nasty. Rude employee handing out the drinks didnt even answer my question on which drink was which and I couldnt drink mine because it wasnt diet and burgers were burnt. The last time i got the wrong sandwich in my 4 for 4.44 and it was ice cold. Very unhappy with the service recently and has always been my go to on a late night at work. Currently do not plan on going back at all
Well where to start.. they have a nice employee... The one manager is always rolling her eyes they wear gloves away from the prep area its gross. I actually watched a girl in the back preparing bacon with no gloves at all not even a minute later the male manager walks over counts the bacon no gloves on. Im shocked no one has gotten severally Ill with all the cross contamination going on in there. very unprofessional attitudes. The one manager is very friendly she has red hair however they disrespect her with no regards. Never clean, people on their cell phones. Very ghetto attitudes. Alot of eye rolls. Fry nugget station is gross. Really sad I used to love Wendys.
I was in Drive-thru for 20-30 minutes before I pulled out of line. They were serving one car at a time. They would take the order the car would pull up wait for the food and when they were done they would pull off then the cashier would take the next drive-thru order and thats how they did it.
This used to be the best Wendys. The old management must be gone. The drive thru is so slow. I order one meal and everytime I go it takes at least 20 mins and end up with cold food. The lack friendliness and customer service skills. Need a new leader to get this place back to where it used to be. Kind of a bummer
They need to have different management & staff who knows what true customer service is & organization. There is 8 ppl behind the counter yet only 1 cashier who is also bagging up customer orders. Two managers come in the front to discuss matters about people schedule without even assisting their lone cashier. They are a joke and Im calling corporate on them so they can get some damn professionalism.

2022-06-28The couple times I have been to this Wendys, the woman in the drive thru has given me a compliment, and that is worth a million bucks. The last time I was there, I sat in my car near the entrance and ate my burger. One of the female workers seen me and let me know I was welcome to come eat in the restaurant with a/c instead of running my car. That was so sweet and made me feel really welcome. Those small gestures made my day and deserve a 5 star review. Thank you!

2022-06-29Placed my order online for carryout, got the email saying weve got your order let us know when youre here. Clicked Im here in the parking lot. Went inside and waited for a while. People behind me came and went with their food. When I asked about my order I was told I have to get in line to tell the cashier Im here and then they will start making my order. Completely beats the purpose of ordering ahead.

2022-07-12The experience i had at this Wendys sucked..my burger was not even shaped square like they usually make it. The ground beef was very thin, oddly shaped, lettuce and tomatoe was wilted and it had an after taste like old grease along with the fries. Very disappointed.. I definitely wont be going back to this Wendys..sorry... you lost a customer here.

2022-05-22This Wendys went down hill fast the quality of people in Buffalo is dropping off the scale at an alarming rate and this location proves it. Almost a half an hour in the drive through and we never even made it to the order box. We drove away hungry. Maybe laquesha needa to worry a little less about blm and focus more on good customer service.

2022-06-21First time going to this Wendys I got a baconator a Frosty and one of the lemonade drinks probably one of the best bacon eaters Ive ever had they actually built it the right way cuz Ive had too many times and Ive went to places and got a baconator and all of my bacon was on top of my sandwich not how baconator supposed to be thank you for making my baconator properly here I absolutely love you guys you all did a great job keep up the good work!!!!!!!

2022-02-21Just paid $13.00 + for iced tea and a large fries. Evidently the hot honey sandwich missed the bag. I did not realize until I opened the bag upon returning home.Not a good experience this trip. Really disappointing.

2022-03-05Got there at 1:30 lady kept trying to say it was closed even though it let us make an online order. maybe do not have the lady who does not want to work all the way to close if your whole promotion is how you’re open later than other fast food.
