Horrible prices on the fish sandwich.. the wait was long and they gave us only 1 napkin when I asked for honey mustard for the chicken nuggets... 2.. extra ketchup for the fries& Napkins.. the girl said they were all in the bag..Horrible... I was disappointed and disgusted to find a mosquito on my Krispy chicken sandwich well more like on the lettuce. Every time I went through the drive through some of the employees who take the orders would have their hands wet (probably from after using the restroom). I find that very disgusting, after youve washed your hands make sure you dry them very well and not half dried. Smh🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. I dont want wet money !! Im never going back to this Wendys ever again.
Quick friendly service but the food keeps getting smaller and more expensive, and the app doesnt work when you want it to. You might as well go to a real restaurant when a burger, fries and soda is 15 bucks.

My only complaint is that the fries were literally dumped in the bag and the rest of the food was just stacked on top of them. No way they tipped the way is was packed. But the food was good.

Food hot. I ordered thru the Wendys app, which was a first. It was ready upon arrival, they handed it to me and i was off. Very simple. Would return there in future. Also staff was hard working and organized. They close inside at 10p.m. I arrived at 955 to get my order and the quality was the same. A small crowd showed up after 10 and still were served. Customer service was horrible like awful. i understand that with a lot of customers, the service is going to be a bit slow, but this was much different. workers were just standing around, and on their phones. they had ONE worker doing most of the work, so naturally, many orders were off, including mine. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon inside(combo), a large fry, and a sugar cookie. JUST FOR MY LARGE FRIES, it took an extra 15 minutes. the sugar cookie was awful(according to my family) and was burnt. the fries were disgusting, soggy, and old. please do not come here if u are in a rush, and want everything to be off.
The first counter person whom i gave my order to was perfect. Helpful,nice, great customer service.. However. The lady that gave me my order was rude, short. Today, I was lost for words while tears ran down my face. It was hard to breath as I struggled to inhale in such joy . Wendys made the freshest, tastiest fries I have ever had from a Wendys. The sea salt melting on my tongue. Slowly melting as of it were trying to enjoy the time its last life is with on my tongue. An inseparable bond for the last few savory moments of its life. Potatoes so buttery, that the Indian on Land o Lakes ran off the label in disappointment. But sadly our time has come to an end, and just like a first love left me, Ill never find better fries from a Wendys again. They were the best I ever had.

Gentleman in front of me had waited over 10 mins for his order. Ended up getting getting a refund. They couldnt get the machine to work right and ended up giving him a cash refund instead of putting it on his card. My order, a burger no bun, had to be entered twice because they forgot to hold the bun. Then there was a longggg wait. The only redeeming thing on this trip is that the burger was fresh and tasted good.

Order from the app if you can. The cashiers can be a little bad with English so ordering can go wrong. There is no inside dining or place to sit outside. The drive thru can get pretty backed up at lunch time. The inside is clean and they still have the self serve drink machine so you can get the drink you want. Outside parking is limited.
I dont know what to say about this place. The workers argue and fight with each other, so if they do that imagine how careless they are about the food. Orders be completely wrong, sandwiches be slapped together, nuggets taste like they just heated it up. Some of the drive thru workers are just plain nasty & rude.
Order takers at the drive thru need to understand English better. Our order was all messed up. Sizes were wrong and all sandwiches were ordered with cheese, but no cheese was on them.
The girls in drive thru need an attitude adjustment and they are slow as hell. I dont know if they’re having a bad day if my food will be compromised. Hire people who actually want to work.
This Wendys seems to always have a long line at the drive thru. However, the food always taste fresh so that makes it worth it.

This use to be a good location but lately the lines are longer inside and outside and Ive even complained they always get the order worng or forgotten and the ladies that work on the window are very rude I we can hear what your saying about the customers
For fast food, easily the best option. Store itself is rather new and its kept its new feel. Great interior design. They have the soda fountain that has the touch screen and a bunch of selection. Never had an issue with parking. Drive through can be busy at times, but thats expected. Staff is always great, never had issues with that. Seating never seems full. Food is ready promptly.
The food is good. Spicy nuggs are indeed spicy. The fries are a little peppery. They stand out a bit from other places. Always a bunch of people here during lunch and dinner rush. I usually plan on going in rather than drive through, its quicker.
Total chaos at this Wendy’s. They took a big order drive thru order before us and just made everybody wait, then had actually cancelled our order when we got to the window, because they couldnt keep track...with their computerized system. I had my order total - and it was correct on the screen even before driving around. They just don’t know what they’re doing. Finally got food (line waiting even longer) with the wrong sandwich, no sauces, no straws with kids meals. No apology. Cashier was rude both before and after they melted down. Avoid this mess.

We ordered with the app while we were sitting in the parking lot. We then went inside and picked up our Wendys food.The Daves Single is a good burger with lots of pickles. So if you dont like pickles Id recommend requesting no pickles.The fries at Wendys these days are different than they used to be. They used to be like steak fries but now theyre thinner although not quite as thin as shoestring fries. They have a good potato flavor so I assume theyre made from potatoes.I dont know if Ill ever be passing by this particular Wendys again but if I did I would consider eating there again.
Good by drive through standards but once you go through the drive through its tricky if you plan on eating there because you dont have much room to circle back to the parking lot. You can only make a right turn unless you have skills and there arent cars parked in the spaces adjacent to the window. Then you can pull out and back up. The safest thing is to exit which means right turn only as its a busy street with commercial traffic.
Crazy busy location. Waited up to 20 minutes in drive thru. But the food is always spot on. Always hot. Worth the wait I suppose.

Went today for their breakfast menu because I just love Wendys and wanted to try it with my family. I pulled up threw the drive threw bcc fand order 2 meals for my mother and I and asked if they had a kids breakfast meal and the lady that was taking the orders said no and I assume she forgot to press mute or so I wouldnt hear and she said look at the menu and said than said bit ch but she thought I did not hear her but I actually did and it was the manager she is some. If lady she looks like a man and she has been their for years and is nasty to her co workers as well. I give 1 rating because of how poor customer service they have their and that lady is rude and nasty but Wendys food overall is amazing i love it

Way too slow for a fast food restaurant. Several times Ive had to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru, or when Ive ordered ahead and picked up inside.
Cons is a really long drive through line because they are pretty much the only thing around the area open so late. But the service is good, manager is super cool

Food was ordered through Grubhub however, the delivery was delayed multiple times although it was ordered an hour and a half prior to its intended delivery time. The food was cold upon delivery and was ultimately refunded by Grubhub in full. If you want better quality food my advice would be to go to the drive thru .
Love Wendys when I am craving fast food. This spot has the best staff who are usually willing to appease my kids preferences. The place is clean and the staff is efficient. Wendys burgers taste the freshest compared to its two competitors and has the best nuggets hands down

I went through the drive in to get my food. The person taking the order had a hard time hearing me. Other than that, I got my food quickly. Everyone was friendly. all the food was cooked fine
I mean, its fast food, so expectations shouldnt be very high. Still, I was disappointed:Bathroom was not clean, the stall I went into had no hook for me to hang my things, and the roll of toilet paper was propped on the back of the toilet and soaking wet instead of in the toilet paper dispenser. The automatic sink ran the whole time I was in the bathroom and was spitting out way more water than I imagine it was supposed to.Cashier had a difficult time taking our order, which still came to us incorrect.I dont like complaining, I just figured Id say something so that maybe some of it could be corrected. Mainly the bathroom.

Drive thru is always packed!! Food was good & hot, but there was no ice for the drinks. My drinks were not cold! This location has to get better with the little things.
My boyfriend and I both love hamburgers and I only get the junior Burger but he likes this triple thing with cheese and bacon and any case its fresh and its delicious
Excellent customer service! Placed order online. Accidentally, selected the incorrect Wendys location. The manager still honored my order even though the mistake was on my end. Will definitely be returning and recommend this location.
I wish the drive-thru service was faster. We saw several cars leave the line ahead of us. We waited because we were already there too long to find a new place to eat.
When they remodeled I didnt know what to think, but after finally checking it out, it is a very nice fast food dining experience. Very nice looking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always seems to be someone cleaning when I go inside. Waiting on them to bring that vegetarian burger to their menu here.

Absolutely the worst.Very poor training and no common sense..An order in front of me got the wrong sandwich..I saw the person open the sandwich and slightly touched it (which was my sandwich) one of the employees grab the sandwich and put it back on the line..she knew I saw her..when my order came up she puts the open sandwich into my order..like are you serious..I kindly question her and she completely ignored me..Need better employees with common sense.
I showed up at 10:25 for breakfast. Breakfast stops at 10:30. There was 2 people in front of me. I didnt get to order by 10:38. The cashier and manager were dealing with issues and customers concerns. Once, I placed my order I was told breakfast is over. I was there by 10:25, my breakfast order should have been taken. The lack of organization, productivity and customer service at this location is total (Insert word).
Only has one manager that knows whats going on on select days, use Samsung pay on a reg here but if the wrong Manager is there they dont know Wendys takes samsung pay even though I try to kindly explain to them how to do it I get rudely rejected and I got to go somewhere else.
There is a man there who is super rude, rude, works in the drive-thru who has no patience, speaks very badly to people and unfortunately cannot control him and his emotions much less than what one asks of him. I really dont know how someone like that works in that area, he should be in the kitchen where he doesnt talk to customers
Decent fast food thats fresh at almost all times. Cheap prices. Clean, warm interior. New soda machines with over 50 drink options. Rest room is usually clean. Drive through is quick as well. Wish the bill board menu was easier to read, and actually had everything on it, instead of the lcd screen which flashes the specials and occasionally the full menu.
For fast food its above average. The menu is always changing for the better. Great breakfast sandwiches and burgers. They have a seasoned potato wedge french fry thats incredible.
Recently renovated Wendys, offering the usual menu of fast food. My food has always been consistent with every other Wendys. Even at a busy lunch hour (and this location does have quite a line around noon), the food is prepared very fast. The employees Ive interacted with have all been nice and professional.
Love this place, I go here at least once a week. Just be wary that around 11:45-2 its quite crowded. They do a good job keeping the place clean, and they even have a chill area with one of those large electric fireplaces and a TV. Free WiFi is available as well.
This location was recently remodeled, its very clean inside. Staff here is friendly, but if you go to the drive thru and have a special order you must check it before you pull off. I always have to special order due to an egg allergy, I cant have mayo or sauces that are mayo based, and even though I tell them & have them repeat the order to me & its on the receipt, they still mess it up.
Enough variety to choose from for late nite fast food snacking and eating on the run. Easy parking or drive through available. Courteous and friendly staff to assist in ordering. Clean seating, booths and tables to choose from. Capped off with a half & half frosted flurry. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Cashier had a attuide and didnt even know how to put in the right orders. I understand it can be stressful dealing with customers at a busy time, Still it doesnt mean you have the right to act rude. Been to plenty of Wendys by far this is one of the worst.
The food was hot. I love triple classics. But they gave me cold coffee. It was cold as the fountain drinks. I dont understand how does anyone serve cold coffee. They probably gave me someone elses coffee that was turned down. Must have sat there for a good hour.
Depends who is on the shift either great or comes with a extra side of Grease... And when I say an extra side a grease I mean everything down to the paper wrapping around your burger or french fries is dipped in Grease.At time of writing this review these are not accept Mobile payment or any of the Wendy app features drive-thru lines during peak hours tend to be out of the parking lot and onto the streets

Wendys is my favorite fast food restaurant. Their chicken is crisp and juicy. Their burgers are perfect and cooked very well. The drinks are just as good. There are so many choices!! Love this place.
Good drive thru timing- inside has been renovated so its nicer than youd expect. Only reason its lacking a 5th star (for a fast food joint mind you), is that they have occasionally made my order incorrectly- not so easy when you can only exit away from the restaurant by right turn legally, preventing an easy swing back thru the drive thru lane in those cases that they mess up, which is a bummer.
Their prices on a double stack burger is pretty reasonable and the cheese fries and the chicken nuggets is also reasonable as well. But I will say one thing, when you get your change back, make sure that the change you get is exactly right. Our you will be in a lot of trouble.
Drink machine had no ice and most drinks non functional. Second drink machine was off so I couldnt get a cold drink that I paid for. No ketchup in the dispenser. Had to go back to the counter and wait for someone to get me ketchup. Would not get me ice though!

I’m only being nice because they actually of one employee.When you enter a restaurant you expect everyone to at least have a decent work habit. Not over here in Elmsford. The other day I witnessed someone slipping and almost falling on the floor. When the lady left they all started laughing. They all seem like they don’t want to work at THEIR DEAD END FAST FOOD JOB BECAUSE OTHER PLACES WON’T hire them due to their snobby attitude. The manager or whomever the lady wearing all black was being extremely unprofessional complaining about coupons that Wendy’s (their company) provides to their loyal customer. Yesterday (August 1, 2018). After I had gotten my food and sat down started eating. The manager or whomever the “lady with glasses” approached me (after she had taken my coupon (i received from Middletown’s wendys) for a free combo meal, she approached me and said that oh normally we don’t take these kind of coupons. The way she said it is as if she was doing me a “favor” for a 7 dollar meal...really...really..... The entire vibe and overall presentation of the place is just horrible.
Good food but they need to improve with cleaning specially outside dumpsters because you will notice strong odor as you drive there. Service is very slow for a Fast Food restaurant.
This is my favorite Wendys to visit, although it is not the closest to me. There is a small parking lot, but I always find a spot. It is clean and the wait is usually not long. Food is good.

Wendys door said dining room open until 10 pm i checked at 9.15 a manager by the name denise i believe told me nope. Was very rude and unprofessional. Didnt even open the door to let me know. Very un professional.
They where close at 10pm so I had to to drive to burger king. Yeah, burger king was open. To bad for this Wendys restaurant to be close early on a night like tonite. Nice modern Wendys with great amenities (basically) in the middle of nowhere. Great staff who make sure you are served well. Much more enjoyable then a Wendys in the city.

The day manager of the Elmsford Wendys should not only be granted sainthood, but deserves a high level management position in Wendys corporate! this location gets busy for lunch, and she knows customers by their first name, a nice touch... clean bathrooms, how i judge any establishment i frequent, btw.

My friend ordered a Baconator and they put sauce on it meanwhile he specifically said no sauce. Also the Cashiers was not aware of the 4 for 4 deal. They charged him way too much for his 10 piece nuggets. She was rude about making us frostes and rolled her eyes when we told her we needed another. I would rate this experience as a 4 out of ten; step it up Wendys.

I usually like this wendys but I and my receipt specifically says no mayo no tomatoe, but it came with both on it, I hate tomatoes. Oh and my bbq sauce which looks pre packed in store, literally has two drops of bbq. this was such a waste of money and dont have time to get new lunch n back to work. I wish I had a picture of the sauce, worst than mcdonalds

Wendys food is close to homemade, however, they close to early and the drive thru has cars all out in the street, they work hard to keep it moving but if they stayed open later it would relieve the problem at the drive thru
I asked for three food here. they gave it all wrong. i asked for a chilli gave me two. i asked for a taco salad forgot the bean sauce. my chicken sandwich without vegetables gave it with vegetables. then i asked it for to go but they gave me a to stay. BTW dont get the bacon fries reguler fries are much better

Food is good it just take too long to get to me..I went here around 7pm and went inside thinking it would be quicker but it took 20 minutes to get my 🍔 burger..
The food here is very good and the service is great and very quick. The place is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The prices are good and normal for a normal and large meal.
Drive thru person was very friendly. My order was hot and flavourful as always.
Its a Wendys. Not the best example, not the worst. I go when I want Wendys. Dont go around dinner if your in a rush, its not fast food when the line goes around the building for drive thru.
Saturday 2/24/19,2:30 pm Elmsford Wendys service was slow but Pacific Cod sandwich was very good.
I stopped going to wendys a long time ago but I tried them again after years and the food was really good so Im definitely going to be going to be trying them again.

Besides the guy at the register asking me for my name twice and still getting it wrong, its a pretty cool place. Very clean, and the service is fast even during rush hours and long lines.

They were not open at the hours specified. We came 3 hours before closing and they looked at us... Then ignored us. This was our second time to the establishment, and on the first time they took an hour at the drive through! Horrible customer service. Refuse to come again.

2021-06-13Been here as a DoorDash driver and usually it is efficient. Workers are friendly. The drive thru takes forever but the indoor pick up is quite easy. Just check in and pick up. Clean. Nice bathroom.

2022-05-01Wendys is universally good food. However the workers here are awful. We ordered several sandwiches and the woman misheard us and gave us completely different sandwiches than we ordered. I offered to pay the difference and instead they basically said oh well sucks.

2022-06-25The breakfast biscuits were slightly under cooked. The dining room doesnt open until 9 am, we got there at 8:45, the drive thru lady was grouchy and not very helpful. The Wendys app doesnt work very well. All those 2 for 1 deals, gotta have the app.

2022-01-11I came back a year later, parking was easy....I downloaded the APP..and what a surprise...TOYA, the girl with the blond wig made me feel like home....I missed the breakfast deal and then I missed my fries but she gave me a free drink....very cool girl with a T.shirt saying...The Chicken is on Fire...and sexy too...!!!

2021-02-27Not Only Did I Wait In Line For Over 10 Mins, But When I Got To The Window I Wasnt Acknowledged And When Someone Did Come She Asked Me To Move Up For 30 Seconds Which Turned Into Almost 5 Mins Later. When My Food Finally Came And We Drove Off We Noticed Both Breakfast Meals Came With No Cheese & There Was No Condiments In The Bag. One Of The Fries Were Blazing Hot And The Rest Of The Meal Was Room Temperature. At That Point I Was Very Dissapointed And Wont Be Returning To This Location.

2022-01-17If you guys wanna save your drive through workers from getting cursed out. I suggest you fire and replace them. Specifically the short African American female.They are very nasty and rude and this not the type of service we should be paying for. We came through on a Sunday night between 10- 11pm. My friend simply asked what sauces they got and she gave him an attitude about it. Very unacceptable. She very briefly listed the sauces that we didn’t get what she said. She had to repeat herself with an attitude. If nothing changes, I see you guys don’t care about good customer service. There’s clearly more than enough complaints about this rude customer service at the drive through.

2022-01-28I go through the drive thru. The person that took my order was was not helpful at all rushing me. Once the order was finished in a harsh voice said drive around. I get to the window and the girl takes my money, i asked her if she gave me sauce for my chicken nuggets she said you ordered ketchup. I Rd her i did not i would like sauce. Customer service stinks
