My girlfriend ordered through the Wendy’s delivery app didn’t get her money back or her two cookies , I went through the drivetru with her and the girl was giving a nasty attitude, I forgot to order my gf mom cookies at the speaker , so I did it at the window worker rolled her eyes and slammed the window like a bad additude to us , so when after paying I snatched the bag from her and drove off after paying and never returning to this location little suburban snots theses Liverpool workers are , the city of Syracuse and Cicero and north Syracuse never treats me so bad like businesses out here they greet u and don’t roll eyes and give a additude even if they’re flustered don’t show it at work but over cookies this is wild u gunna get mad cause u work at Wendy’s then don’t work there
I have been frequenting this Wendys for awhile. And for awhile, it was just meh, compared to other (farther) Wendys. So they probably only saw me a few times a year.But my most recent experience was exceptional. The food was not only good, it raised my expectations for Wendys everywhere. Food was very tasty
I had gone to wendys and gone through the drive thru and had gave my order to the the person, and explained it to her three times still didnt get my order right. I am not sure where they are finding people but I know they are not training them correctly by any means. Ever since the pandemic and the labor shortage they have gotten really bad in the quality of food and service. Because they have messed up on numerous occasions when I have gone there food missing in my orders and also food items made wrong. How they are still in business is beyond me.
Long line for Friday night dinner (drive thru only, the dining room is still closed) but they got us through pretty quickly. One part of our order was incorrect - we were upgraded to doubles that were not requested, which explains why the bill was so high...but I didnt want to hold up the line to have it fixed.Giving the benefit of the doubt that this was an honest mistake and not a ploy to increase revenues.
Arrived at location after making a mobile order it took more than a half hour to get my order which ruined my lunch and dinner plans as I can not eat at certain times due to health and dietary concerns it also ruins a expensive treat worth over 15 dollar for me and my significant other due to the services as I could not cancel my mobile order without going threw to many hoops and without the restaurant giving me a refund i am beyond angry at this service as this has happened more than once
Ordered 5 Dave’s singles with NO pickles, no tomato. On the first burger their were 4 pickled, no onion and 2 slices of cheese, lettuce.All the rest of the burgers had 2 pickles, no onion, one slice cheese, lettuce. We made the special order in hope that the burgers would be hotter than the usual cold ones we usually get. We live about a mile from the store so I think the burgers should be at least warm . Was no line when I visited the drive thru, which unfortunately didnt translate into a better experience. I had to repeat my order - apparently pickles and onions sound too alike. That was topped off by completely forgetting my drink. Sandwich was at least hot and fresh (fries not so much) but wouldve been nice to have something to wash it down with. Hopefully just a fluke but who knows.
Wendys used to have really good food but thats gone downhill over the years. The jalapeno popper chicken sandwich was not very good and it was just a chicken sandwich with a little bit of sour cream and a couple of jalapeno slices. The chicken was soggy on the outside and dried out on the inside. They are only saving grace was their spicy nuggets were good.
I was a pretty regular customer, then i cut down on fast food for obvious reasons. The last time I ordered from there I got food poisoning: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, the works. Just went again last night after not going for a few months and same thing: ordered a chicken sandwich (last night was the bacon pub chicken sandwich) the sandwich was delicious but this morning woke up to vomiting, awful stomach cramps, and horrible diarrhea. Will not be returning to Wendy’s in the foreseeable future.
Went to Wendys with my Mom for lunch today, usually its good, but today we were waiting on our order and they made our sandwiches and they were literally sitting there for about 15 minutes and I said something looked at me and walked away they said just waiting on the fries and then they were cold too along with our nuggets . What a waste of money
Hands down they have the most awesome customer service ever!!!! Usually my children and I dont eat out but was looking for something quick and enjoyable. I went in had a rather large order but the employee at the counter was patient understanding and knowledgeable to say the very least!!!! He packed my order with care and made sure each item was organized and accounted for. Thank you Wendys this was a job well done!!!! Would recommend this restaurant to others and would eat here again!!!!!!
A parmesan ceasar salad and a hamburger kid meal...cost over 13.00, and there was NO TOY inside, which I didnt realize until we were 12 minutes away where we found a picnic table to eat outside.....you cannot eat inside..which you dont find out til kid is unstrapped and all the way to the door..mind you last week they were open inside.
May 9th 2021 went here to get some food around 4:00 p.m. all of the doors were locked. However notice the man sitting there eating food who did not work at Wendys so whats the deal with that? There was not even a sign saying that the place was closed to people dining in. Maybe Wendys needs to smarten up and think about that before they have people walking around their building pulling on doors. The last time I went we were able to go in the dining area and eat our food. I also tried to call and ask what was going on but wasted 10 minutes getting nothing but a busy signal each time I tried. Very disappointed with this place now..
I ordered to go the server placed my fries in the bag and had a conversation with another employee. I asked for fresh fries since I was already waiting for my burger. Well I got my order and the fries were so salty and they were warm. I go to this Wendys all the time and never received service or food of this quality. My opinion weekend management not on point...... So sad
That Wendys has always been nice and clean but today their burgers were off and we did not have time to tell them that as we had to be somewhere but they did not live up to what the pictures are and I think that kind of stinks considering for three people we paid over $25. So I really wish there was a Five Guys in our area because thats a good burger and its never been a bad Burger.
Waited in drive-thru line for 15 minutes, nobody came to the speaker. Several cars left before us. Went inside and waited another 15 to 20 minutes in line. We ordered a chocolate frosty and spicy nuggets. We received a choclate frosty and regular nuggets. Got to the car and realized there was no straw or spoon in the bag for the frosty. Went back inside and the employees were arguing with each other. I rarely ever leave a bad review because I know things can go wrong and mistakes happen but this visit was extraordinarily bad. I hope the crew can pull themselves together and make things better again.
Decent Wendys location. Ive never had a problem with the food here, although sometimes the drive-thru line can get a little backed up because they rarely have the lengthy orders wait outside of the drive-thru line. The interior dining area is nice except that during the night, the seating near the windows gets dark and is not well lit.
My husband has me pick him up his lunch here once in a while, and it seems like every time at least one thing is wrong or yucky with the order. Whether its the frosty is runny or the fries are soggy and cold, or the chicken nuggets feel as though theyve been sitting out since the day before...its always something. The staff is always nice though!
My boyfriend and I had a great dinner tonight. The Cashier had repeated our order and explain why our price was so high. While we were leaving, I told Daniel that I had to get a grape minute maid instead of lemonade drink. He said “ wait and I will fixed that for you, not a problem”. They all have an excellent Customer Service. I had a bad day but my night had blossom because of the workers. Thank you very much.
The burger meat used to be thicker than what they are now. I have never gotten a hot, crispy French fry. Dont go there after 8 because its even worse! 11:25/20 my chicken sandwich was like rubber. I had to keep chewing it but got grossed out and spit it out. I should have never let my daughter get me something....ew
Staff is friendly. Literally all I can say that is positive... I have now went here SIX times and had my sandwich made incorrectly 6/6 times, so if you are looking for a place that will give you incorrectly made food 100% of the time, hit up the Oswego Rd Wendys. They even had the courtesy of realizing their mistake this last time and tried wiping off things I have a mild allergy to. Id rather go hungry than waste my time and money at this place ever again.
Understaffed and slow but consistent food. Co-workers have been here a few times and they havent gotten messed up orders. Nothing outstanding but its what you expect. They also have the new coke drink fountains that let you mix different types of sodas. One of the only places in Fulton Ive been to that have lunch lines inside and at the drive thru.
Showed up around 11 AM today. There was not a cashier taking orders for over five minutes. There was no staff to be seen at the counter. They were assisting elsewhere. Hardly any cars were in the parking lot or in the drive thru. Regardless of staffing levels, there should always be someone taking orders. This isnt the first time Ive been here at this time on a Friday where the short line moves slowly. The midday cashier for some reason helps with expo or decides to disappear from the counter altogether. If there had been a designated person (or anyone) at the counter taking orders, myself and my father would not have left the unattended line after about 7-10 minutes to go to McDonalds, where we were greeted immediately by two cashiers waiting for us to make our selections.
Wendys has gotten a bit too pricey for their fast food status. The quality is slightly above fast food average, but at that cost I can eat out at a locally owned restaurant with better quality food items and atmosphere. The two best things about Wendys are their vanilla frosty and, when ordering a baconator, you can ask for as many pieces of bacon on it as you desire - at no extra cost!
This is my go to Wendys and the experience is always great.I will say over the years of being a regular, the restaurant is closed at weird hours more than I expect - 3 times I have shown up to wendys at a time when everything else is open and this particular one is closed.
Their hospitality was great until I wanted a piece of fish on my side salad and they unapologetically charged me for the entire sandwich. Another store in the same franchise only charged for the meat.The manager turned into an ogre... She should realize that customers can hear her gripping in the kitchen. When I called Wendys about it they just made an excuse that different stores have the freedom to do whatever they choose. Then why do they have an 800 number. He was rude and didnt even act like he cared about my opinion or having me as a customer. Makes me want to go in Yelp.The fish is terrific and tartar sauce superior to other fast food. Overall I really like what Wendys has done with its menu. Great salads.I ended up deciding to buy a box of Gortons from Walmart and cooking it at home. I added did weed to the tartar I bought and ended up have 3 or 4 very delicious meals for the cost of one fish sandwich.TMI...
The restaurant was very clean, but thère wàs a sickness to the floor in front of the counter. Like the used to much cleanèr in the watèr. The food was terrific except the cheese on the cheese burger was processed not real. Also they gave me a 4 pc. Chicken nugget instead of a 6 pc. I went just before noon and the restaurant was empty.
Cashier was the mgr little black haired quiet talking rude male who decided to give me the worst double cheeseburger with bacon I have eaten it was overcooked and the bacon was burnt I also had the joy of eating cold fries thank you so much for my last visit ever to this facility

2022-05-04Costing a fortune you would think that the baked potatoes were fresh, not even close. Ask for EXTRA sour cream and butter and get one of each which had me wasting more time waiting in line again for something I should have gotten in the first place. They do not put alot of cheese on the fries which is sick as I said because the cost of things you would think you would get more than a tablespoon of it. Beginning to think no fast food places are worthy time and money anymore.

2022-07-11Not recommended at all. The first bad experience they wanted to charge me 2 meals when I only ordered one and if I dont look at my account they dont refund my money and today by mistake it seems to listen to you 3 combos when I only asked for one and the manager told me that he returned the money and when I look I noticed that he didnt do it and I had to submit a dispute. Apart from the cold food. I dont sponsor restaurants like that anymore.

2022-07-02Dining room was very dirty.Tables not clean and floor had soda spilled all over. They did stick up a wet floor sign.Many times people were walking on it.

2022-02-26Food wasn’t bad. Very long wait at the drive through. Only 2 people in line and I was there for about 12 mins. A bit excessive for a drive through. I wasn’t in a rush but the customer service is what got me. Not friendly whatsoever. Not rude just very blah. No hello or goodbye or thank you or sorry about the wait or anything. I realize it’s pretty small but common courtesy used to be a basic requirement for those in customer service positions. The guy working sounded more like he brought a bad day to work with him

2022-03-11Usually Wendys is my top choice for burger drive thru, but this location feels kind of rundown and disorganized in comparison to others. When I look at the place as I drive up, all worn and sign lighting not working right, etc., I cant help but wonder if the outside looks like it hasnt seen maintenance in 25 years, whats going on inside? I mean if they are not caring what the property looks like to get people in the door, why would they care about the state of anything else? The wait time is always long here too compared to other Wendys. Occasionally, my order has food in it thats barely warm, straight out of the drive thru window. I get working in a busy restaurant is hard work, but its just not the experience Im used to at Wendys. 3 stars because the employees are always nice and its the home of the Baconator. -2 stars for bad franchise management. Id visit more often if they freshened the place up a bit.

Drive through screen is broken and has been for years, chances of getting a correct order seem to be about 50/50. Had a coupon for filling out a survey one time, it took 4 people to figure out how to use it.

2022-03-07I ordered my food using door dash and they forgot my 6 spicy nuggets. When I called it they were very disrespectful, saying how they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to call the Uber driver. Very disrespectful
