If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from them and got food poisoning I was deathly sick I had to go to the hospital from severe dehydration due to throwing up and diarrhea. Please do not order from this location for your own safety
Never thought Id write a review for Wendys but the service here is awful. The young lady working the register literally waived me over and asked for my order. I give her my order and then she tells me I have to wait with an attitude. Why did you wave me over if I have to wait? I also asked for sweet n sour sauce not BBQ and the lady who was handling the food reaches into my bag takes out the BBQ sauce and throws in sweet and sour. Absolutely disgusting attitudes and customer service. Ill pass in the future.
Food is good, but the customer service is poor! From the management no less... sad!I told the young lady to please add ketchup to my order. They normally do forget and I have to always remind who ever is doing my order to please add the ketchup.. I like them on my potato wedges... THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO WAIT WHEN I ASKED!!! I was not nasty and obviously someone ruffled her feathers...NEVER BRING YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS TO WORK!
This place along with all the places in the terminal should be closed down by the health department. There is a RAT infestation in the whole South ferry station. Its so bad that they constantly throw out chewed out bags of bread due to the rat problem(if you aver received side sauces dirty with sauce, thats because the rats literally chew open boxes of ketchup and etc). Literary witnessed a rat in the kitchen during open hours. And the GM is horrible and good for nothing.
I think this is my first negative review on Google Map ever.First of all, their app doesnt allow me to edit my rewards before placing my order and its a very poor design. Second of all, I placed an order with this restaurant thru the app on Sep 2, only to find out the restaurant was closed when I arrive so I never received my order. So I texted them and request a refund, but until now they still havent responded.
This place is never open at 6:30am as it states in its profile never ever ever open at that time. The staff is as friendly as a lion that hasnt eaten in several days not one smile or any warmth at all. The speed at which the employees move is a mystery didnt know one could move that slow. Please just closed this place down it breaks my heart to see my precious Wendys destroyed.
The worst experience that we got in all time around 7 years traveling through the country. Poor service & management. I dont believe how this important food place got a this kind of manager. They were so disrespectful with the customers, they decide don’t take our order after two woman employees decide gave us the drink that they want it. When we tried to replace for others drinks, they just said isn’t possible. The manager arrived & I tough he gonna solve the issue, but he decide don’t give us our order cause suppose we said bad words when that’s totally lie. Bad actitudes from all staff members.DEFINITELY IT WAS THE WORST PLACE TO EAT BY FAR.
Two instances where this Wendys has crossed the line. The cashier didnt even give me a chance to finish my sentence without cutting me off yelling “HUH I CANT HEAR YOU” and tries to dismiss me to another cashier who was already busy with another customer. Another time was when a girl was loading nuggets into the fryer, one dropped on the ground and she proceeded to put it in the fryer anyways.

Great Customer Service from Management. Cashiers need a little more training. Food is hot and fresh as advertised. Additionally, you can always place a order and make the boat you want to catch . This is a great bonus for people who are pressing the clock but need a quick bite . Maybe it’s bc there is no D/T but I can say they completely exceed service times.
If I can give them one star if I could. Worst customer service ever. I just bought a meal and then asking them for some hot water for my small thermos so that my sick mom can drink something hot, but they refused with nasty attitude. Just for that I will never buy anything from this Wendy’s. I rather go down the block and eat at Burger King, better burger better service and would extend the lending hand if any customer asks.
Ive been coming here since it has been opened. And it is still as great as when they first opened. I love their buttery buns. At first I was taken a back by greasy buns and took me a while to determine whether I want to inject more fat via buttery buns, plus FATTENING burger and cheese, but to its own right it has won me and I only do Wendys takeout once in a blue moon. Their healthier options and must try is their cranberry salad.
The young boy who works the register ( I think his name is jay) is ridiculously rude....never ever met someone as rude as him. Even if the customer is being polite and barely a line, he’ll still be nasty with them. He really should be removed from the job or at least placed in the back...
Brittany, at the register, is the best. She made sure I got my order in a timely fashion, before my boat. Even though she was ringing up customers, she made sure, updated me, and let me know when my order would be done. She is a boss. I didnt know where to leave this feed back. But her etiquette at the register is unparalleled from any other fast food experience I have had. In NY its acceptable to ignore the how are you but she took her time and was so sweet. Her interpersonal skills will get her far, no matter where she wants to go. So thank you so much Brittany!!!!
The service here is great. With such a busy location as the South St., Seaport they keep the lines moving fast. They are very friendly personable very helpful the managers are all wonderful been coming here for years now and always got great treatment great customer service and the food taste better than all the other Wendy’s . I wish I could give them 20 stars
We came to this restaurant for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.
The New Manager John and the crew are awesome. They know how to run a business unlike the previous manager Destiny who shouted at customers and clients like she was a psycho. 10 stars to John and the team, and thanks to the owner for hiring people like John. Keep up the good work.
I always go for Daves Hot n Juicy - fresh American beef between nice soft buns, loaded w/ mayo. Can never go wrong!Single, double, triple? Based on your appetite and stomach stretchability! I prefer to go all the way with triple.Otherwise, Wendys is Wendys... 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔 - 5 points!
This is one of the first google reviews I have ever written because of the terrible service I received at this place! I said hey I need to make the ferry the doors are about to close this lady looked and me and dropped the fries back into the tray!!! I couldnt believe that she would be so spiteful and disrespectful. If your day is so bad dont come to work!
Good prices and good food portions, loved the ¢ 50 frosty promotion and 4for4. This location is just grab and go but there’s a lot of room in the station to seat and eat. The service is fast.Good prices and good portions, my favorites are the 50 cent ice cream and the 4for $ 4 menu. This location is for take out only but there is plenty of room in the terminal to sit. The service is fast.

2022-07-07The employees are so rude and don’t listen to customers well. I ordered one combo and small fries. The cashier lady asked me what size do I want for combo. I said medium. But she changed me for large combo and large fries. None of the order size is correct. What is even the point of asking me if she doesn’t listen? I even took off my mask to speak so that she could hear me loud and clear. She was rushing me, so I couldn’t double check my order before paying. As soon as I I got the receipt, I checked it and saw that the orders are wrong. So I try to tell her that before they started making my order. The cashier lady (who was the only cashier there) was taking another customer. So she ignored me. The lady who seems like the manager or supervisor (she has a different uniform) didn’t look at me. There are other people who were doing other stuffs didn’t pay attention to me. When I finally got another cashier’s attention, I explained to him about the wrong order and he was just looking at the receipt without saying anything. And finally the lady who seems like the manager/supervisor gave me my incorrect order. So I told her. She said it’s already made. There’s nothing she could do. Like really?! They need to treat customers with more respect and with professionalism. I know this is just a fast food place. So people don’t really read the reviews. But I hope the management will read the feedbacks and do something about the chaos there. Also, I won’t be eating there unless I’m starving and there’s nothing else to eat.

2022-04-15Mobile order with Wendys gift card as payment never work in this location. Mobile coupon lost with the error and they wont honor the mobile coupon promotion on site. Then my punishment for complaining is a half filled chili. Worst Wendys ever.

2022-07-20Brit traveling, my first Wendys in almost 9 years.Service was a bit slow, burger was not as described and as a result I had to leave off the top bun which had what I shouldnt eat.However, best fries since I went to Belgium (≈5yrs), not as good but still.

2022-07-25Wendys is my favorite, but this place is a catastrophe. The staff dont know what they are doing, I think theyre not fully trained. They forgott half of our order, dip and frise. This problem can surely be solved if an experienced manager was there.By the way, this place only offers take away.

2022-02-24Was waiting for a spicy chicken sandwich I saw sitting there for a while and informed them I had been waiting. The girl with the red fro who barely has any hair says “you haven’t been waiting no hour” I clarified that I had said I was waiting a while, then she yells “he late for the ferry!” And rolls her eyes lol I said no I have to run to work. She is constantly giving attitude unprovoked, if she’s miserable it needs to say it on her uniform or something
