This Wendys locations is very unique. The system cashiers use seem to be very old and break down frequently. The cashiers only accept cash and the self-ordering kiosk only accept credit cards. I went at 11:00 AM and the self-ordering kiosk was down. I only had my credit card handy, so then I had to run to an ATM to get cash. When I returned, the cashiers system was down as well and had to write orders down on old receipts and calculate prices using her cell phone. Waited 40 minutes for my order. They did not get my order right, but I left anyways since it was getting packed and the cashier was writing down orders. Wendys as a whole is fairly good, but I dont think Id recommend this location.
Fast Food done Right!!!!! Also they have All type of Amazing and Natural Drinks, their Hamburgers are Super Tasty and The Fries are Really GOOD TOO. Come and Enjoy specially if you are Hungry!!!!! 😋
2nd floor is remodeled and really nice. Bathrooms are very clean. Great place to take a break between touring the Brooklyn Bridge and the World Trade Center.
Food is great and staff do a wonderful job keeping track of orders.I went during a lunch rush, which is a flood of people. They forgot some smell parts of my order (I wanted crackers with my chili) but not too bad considering the amount of people inside waiting for orders.I only give 4 stars because of the amount of people when I went, wait time (about 30 minutes after placing the order on mobile), and the missing crackers.I would definitely go here again but not during the lunch rush.
This Wendys has an area on the second floor with a dining area similar to a home complete with chairs and a coffee table a fake fire place and wide screen television (See picture). Service is good as was the food. The constitution awning makes it a little difficult to spot this place.
🤢Flies were everywhere, I mean alot, didnt realize until I already paid. Then I get my drink and sit down to see a brown stain on the lid, disgusting. Go there right now and flies will be circling the register.
Idiots had hair in my burger and when I called the Manager, Jessica told me i couldnt receive a refund bc I ordered on the kiosk!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I went there this morning at about 10 to 8, and the male cashier asked me to go to the kiosk and I informed him that my card was not being read at the kiosk because I tried on FridayHe stated that he could not take my order because the cash register was not working either, in disbelief I repeated what he said and he said YES AND HAVE A GOOD DAY in a very disrespectful manner

We needed a place to go the bathroom. We went upstairs and in addition to the very clean bathrooms, we found a large clean room with lots of tables and chairs and a nice seating area with eight faux leather chairs. It was a great place to rest for a bit. We ended up staying there for longer than we’d planned because it was so clean and comfortable. The food was regular Wendy’s fare but the break was just what we needed!
I celebrated my graduation last night in this great restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a great evening and the place was certainly one of the reasons for the successful event. The stuff participated in a lovely style, the food was delicious and my buddies were very thrilled. We shall definitely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
Horrible. Very inconsistent. Everything I get the family nuggets here they give me a different number of barbecue sauce. My receipt says 12 barbecue sauces come with the order. Last week they told me they are giving me10. I could buy more 0.50 each. Today they gave me 6. I am never going there again.
They were very fast and my order was correct even thought they were mobbed.All and all a great location and I would have no problem going back.The only issue was the coke I got was like 90% seltzer and its not the staffs fault but a bunch of kiosks were down and it took a little longer to order

Normally 5 stars but no dining-in options besides standing up (!) at a bar near the entrance surrounded by people ordering, entering, and exiting. Two floors of in person dining (downstairs and upstairs) are being left unused. Will not come back until they are fully open.
Went to try and order since the app wasn’t working properly. ALL of the order kiosks were NOT working and no OOO signs on any of them. I stood in line only to find they only do Apple Pay at the kiosks. Great.
The restaurant is not big. It takes them around 10 to 15 minutes for you to get your order.
The burgers are good the fries are good. Not too oily the burgers to me more approved than other fast foods out there. I like it.

I ordered a Jr. Hamburger and a large chili because I hadnt eaten at Wendys in years. I always love Wendys chili and this met my expectations: piping hot, lots of beans, meat, and tomatoes, and enough heat/spice. I liked the junior burger also, but the amount of ketchup was a bit overwhelming. The onion and pickle were both crispy and added to the flavor.
Ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and they were made fresh, perfectly juicy and tender. Honesty the best Wendy’s spicy chicken nuggets I’ve had in a while. There are kiosks near the entrance inside on the left which makes placing orders quick and convenient. This location features upstairs and downstairs dining rooms which unfortunately, were temporarily closed due to COVID-19, although you can go in to order food to take-out.
WHAT A MESS..! NUGGETS WERE SPICY AND NO SAUCE, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. BURGER WAS SLOPPY WITH TONS OF MAYO AND BUN WAS COLD.
Went to this location after work a little before 9pm, thinking it was gonna be quick, boy was I wrong. Two people were in front of me, and 3 people were waiting on the side for their order. Fifteen minutes later, cashier finally took my order and waited another 10 minutes to get my food. Will never come to this location again.

This Wendys location has improved a whole lot with their time management. Whether lines are long or not, they used to take FOREVER to get your food prepared, and they usually have just 1 or 2 cashiers taking orders. My last few visits I have noticed they hired new team members, and even though it gets quite busy, the wait time has definitely decreased, thank God. The food on the other hand, I wouldnt be the best at rating it because I only eat their fries (which are great) but everything else I cant comment on. Overall... better service. Gave 3 stars instead of 4 because they need to improve on the maintenance of the store.
Its fast food. You know what youre gonna get. But theyre right around the corner from Chick-fil-A. Wendys already knows their food isnt as good as CFA. Do they try to beat them in customer service? No. The staff here is so rude and utterly classless. Really makes you think to yourself omg these people. So why would anyone ever come back here a second time? Answer: they wouldnt.

I give it three stars only because they dont have indoor dining. Sometimes youre out doing some errands and you get hungry you want to sit and eat something and you cant because theres no place to sit so youre not going to take your stuff outside and stand outside in the cold. And then the summer youre not going to want to stand in the heat.

I ordered a croissant, sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, with potato skins and an orange juice. That food was fresh, warm and delicious.
This place is great for a quick bite. Sometimes it can be very busy during lunch and the long lines may scare you but they move fast. It has seating on the first floor if you are going to be quick and seating upstairs is huge with tv’s. I believe there is even another floor in the basement that I have yet to go most of the time it’s closed off. The staff is great the store is clean food is good once in a blue you might find someone off the street wondering in asking for change but it’s not as bad as other places.
This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. Alex is the best manager ever and their staff works pretty quick. I don’t eat in as I take my lunch back to work, but everything is wiped down pretty often from what I’ve seen. Love the Kiosks although they do have a little latency (probably not staff related but all of them seem to have that issue). 5/5, will return again.

One of the cleanest Wendy’s in Manhattan I’ve been to and the staff is really nice and accommodating which was surprising. I like that it has quick order via credit card system to reduce wait time in line. There’s a ton of seating too upstairs and downstairs
Always crowded, but services does goes fast. Make sure your check your order before leaving, sometimes they forget the sause or dressing, maybe a sandwich or fries if you have a large order. Make sure you tell them no ice, since the drinks are already ice cold or ask for a small ice to go, NO CHARGE!!!
Its a pretty big place with decent meals. For being fast food, the taste wasnt disappointing - I had the Dave cheeseburger, which I quite liked. The prices felt fair, its not all that cheap, but hey its edible. There were plenty of self order kiosks, which are basically a must as this location was super busy when I visited it, and the regular order line was huge and not worth the wait. On the other hand, self-ordering and getting the food didnt take all that long considering how many people were crowding the area also waiting for their food. Overall the place was clean and tidy, and it has some couches and tables on the second floor, so its a bit cozy and a decent place to just chill a bit. Id definitely come back to eat at Wendys after this encounter.

This is one of my favorite locations to go to. You order your food in the main level and can have a seat to enjoy your food in the lower or upper level. You can choose to make the line to order your food with a cashier or do it yourself in one of the screens close to the entrance, if you have a debit/credit card. Staff is courteous and try their best to finish orders as fast as they can.What I dont like from this location is that, in the upper level seating area, many times youd find groups of students which like to seat in the back. Some of them yell too much or have very loud arguments with each other and the staff around dont say nothing to them. You either avoid going up there or eat as fast as you can and leave right away.Aside from that, its a pretty good location. Kind of easy to miss if you arent paying attention around, though.
Its time I review this Wendys. Its not a regular Wendys. It is the Wendys to end all Wendys. If I went here dissasitsfied even once over the 3 years Ive patronized it Id tell you now. They do not serve cold, old food. Everything is excellent. The worst you can expect is a sticky floor. YMMV, but if your expectations for fast food are already reasonable and you are friendly, this location is for you. The restaurant is your oyster. Shuck away.
Basically what youd expect from a Wendys. But the self-ordering screens were easy to use and the food was ready without much of a wait. This place also has a friendly staff and plenty of seating.
Great! There is 3 floors of seating available and the food is good. I personally order the crispy chicken BLT (4 for $4) and a frosty from the electronic cashier. I also like how theres solo seating for us lonely folk.
Finally a cleaned fast food store. I like Wendys burgers because tasty like beef, nothing else.Fair enough that the place was not crowded but still could have been not well kept. But it was. So, nothing to fault this place.

A solid Wendys experience for the city (I find city fast food to be well below average). Everything was fresh and the new kiosks for credit cards was very, very efficient. Probably the most efficient kiosk ordering experience that Ive had.
There is a Wendys on Fulton and Nassau st. It is clean and big. They offer additional seating upstairs. They also have the kiosk portal, so you can self order. I used that I was able to customize my order. You use your card then wait for your name to be called with your food. It was so fast and easy. I love Wendys Ill will be back.
Food is always well made and delicious. Their chicken sandwiches are up there with Chik-fil-a. Restaurant always looks clean and well kept anytime I go in. 10/10 would Chicken Club Asiago again
Food was good, of course, it was hot thats always a plus. I ended up going here because so many other places were crowded with lines out the door. This Wendys was super crowded as well but my order and food got to me in no time. I dont know how they did it. Fast food right 😂

This is a clean Wendys location. While they have not installed the electronic ordering boards yet I did find my service to be speedy this evening. Im not going to tell you that the food tastes any better here than most other Wendys but I had an inexpensive meal before jumping on to the train to head home after work
The self order kiosks were hard to operate, it would recognize my key presses so I ordered from the app and got my deals too. Love the app, not so much the kiosks. My order was filled quickly on a weeknight.
Not a bad Wendys to go for a quick bite. The stairs going up need some renovation as they are different heights. The food comes fairly quick and theres plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Gets crowded some lunchtime but thats everywhere in the financial district.
Update: Charged me 2.17 for water. Why do I keep coming here??Food is good and cheap but they get my order wrong most of the time and its a hassle to check everything even. I usually get the 4 for 4 double stack.Other than the incorrect order the service is nice most of the time but still falls short of Mickys..
This is a huge Wendys. They have a downstairs and upstairs where you can sit and eat. They have huge TVs in like every corner. You can watch sports or the channel they put. They have a couple cashiers so you dont wait that long on the line. The cashiers are very nice. They have great deals. They have restrooms. They are very organized and fast. Theres a cleaning lady and she cleans all the tables very good. As soon as someone gets up she cleans it.
First Time in a Wendys and probably last time as well. The fries are good but the burger is not as good as other fast food. Moreover, in this specific Wendys the atmosphere was very odd, the entire place was silent, there was no music and even the employees were working around with headphones and making private calls making the client even more unnecessary
Ive been to this Wendys several times and found the food and service to be very good. I dont know what happened today. It appeared that the french fries were yesterdays special and the chicken sandwich i had wasnt fresh either. I gave three stars because the service was great as usual but the food was a disaster.

Nothing worked - the kiosks offline, no chocolate frosty, no chili. And no notices - discovered there was no food after standing in line.

The service at the Nassau St store in NYC was quick and courteous. No indoor dining but has sufficient space to social distance while waiting for your order.
Getting the food takes a very long time so it is not fast food and there are gnats and flies flying all over the place. It also stinks. Ive been to way better Wendys.Update, i went back. The people working there were very nice so i give them an extra star now. The service was still slow though.

This location use to provide fast food service however since they installed the kiosks the service has declined. It takes so long to get your order now. The Kiosk doesnt accept MCU cards so I now have to wait in the cash only line. Installing the kiosk was a terrible idea.

The good people at Wendys have never steered me wrong. I think they offer a solid bang for your buck in terms of quality within the burger-specific fast food arena. They make everything fresh and you can taste the difference. The best part is the value menu. If you have a couple bucks and no time to waste, you cant go wrong. Just dont get crazy, fast food should in no way be a substitute for healthy, home cooking.
Food is always good and fresh. Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for Theresa one of the workers. I live in the area and frequent this location. I thought it was just me until I watched her today. My name comes up to bag my order. Order is ready yet she goes to the next customers and prepare and serve their order. The gentleman making the burgers had to come and serve my order and was nice enough to say sorry to keep you waiting. Its not the first time and if she has a problem serving certain people then maybe ahe needs another job.
Its the busiest Wendys Ive seen if you go during lunch time and the wait time can be a little while. The fries and Frostys Ive gotten have never been a disappointment ever. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and made it a pleasure to go there.

Passed by yesterday, Saturday, September 7 2013, and workers were removing everything inside the establishment. From their window sign this location is under renovation and will reopen in a few weeks. I ordered my Baconator meal there for lunch on occasional Saturdays for more than three years and the service was always quick and courteous. Maybe other days and times were different for the other reviewers. I liked the fact I could get a burger meal earlier than 11:00 AM if I wanted to. Presumably a more attractive looking Wendys will reopen at this site soon.
Kiosk made the whole experience tremendously better. Simple, easy to use technology. Food was ready in less than 8 mins of placing an order with two different meals. Automation is the future!
Lots and lots of plastic! The environment is crying with every person to visit Wendys! My topped fries were some of the nicest fries Ive ever had my burger was fairly standard, lemonade was delicious!

This one is almost always crowded. But the staff are friendly and do a great job managing the workload.Still, it is Wendys, the food is not great. But good value for money in an expensive neighborhood.
Place gets very very crowded during lunch time BUT the perk is they have about 7 working registers so the line is never at a standstill... every cashier is attentive to their customers and their requests or questions pertaining to their orders and they rarely mess up an order! If they do the manager is Always within earshot distance to correct any issue or answer any questions patrons may have!
This Wendys located at 85 Nassau Street in the Financial District of New York City is a well kept, tranquil and clean and tidy little fast food joint.The staff very professional, friendly, attractive and knowledgeable, and there was a smile with my service.Good spot.
Wendys is always crowded. My name did not show up on the order board for 2mins. My coworker got her food before me. I waited 7 extra mins after she did. They were getting other people orders wrong.
Ok.-3 stars for 3 issues. 1 Continues to serve salad with no utensils. This happen twice. 2 They appear to have slower service towards closing, with less customers -as compared to busy periods. They should maintain the speed throughout closing . 3 is lack of diversity in service crew which does not appear to be reflective of the local area-the crew appear to be majority of Hispanic origin-which is concerning in terms of hiring practices in entry level labor.
This location has an ordering Kiosk located near entrance, or you can wait on the lines filled with employees on a rush from a lunch break or High Schoolers who are very hungry, seatings are one flight up,along with condiment stations and bathroom as well. This is a fast paced environment, for all types the food is inexpensive and tastes good.
I went there with my family to celebrate sister birthday. All arrangement was perfect done. Staff were polite and greeted us very well. Food was delicious. Services was awesome.
With the pandemic still playing a role, all guests cannot sit inside this establishment. They can order out by using the new self-checkout monitors which is much faster than paying your meals in cash.

Its a Wendys. Maybe that gets you excited, as it does my girlfriend, but does nothing for me. Ive been here a couple times with her when shes craving a Wendys burger, and its fine and all. The location is a bit grungy and not really a pleasant experience, but its not nasty. Basically what youd expect.
Best Wendys in NYC. 4 levels. A few electrical outlets. Serves breakfast.Bathrooms in each level.Basement is very nice during Winter, with couches and a fireplace.Only minus is students from Pace University. The black girls especially are boisterous, run in packs, and fight at times.
Im only giving it two stars because the frosty and fries were fine but I ended getting food poisoning from it. So did my daughter and husband which is why Im giving such an awful rating. Im going to speak to the manager because this is unacceptable.
I actually used to this place a couple of years back and at that time the service was just ok and the place was pretty much falling a part. Like the ceiling used to leak and the carpet was soggy. HOWEVER! They have fixed it up real nice and they even improved on customer service along with the structure of the place. The seating is pretty awesome too.
I dont particularily like this Wendys because of the setup and some incompetent staff.Theres only one counter area open put of 2. And this area only has two registers. The location is a very busy location so I dont understand why the other counter area is never open.They try to make up for the big crowd by placing a manually operated order device to take tge incoming crowds orders. Then at the register, you pay for your order. Its like a drive through where you go through 2 windows and a order machine.Even with this somewhat new optimization, the staff can still confuse orders because they are all bunched up together with little space to maneuver. If the other counter area was open, theyd have space to breathe and get things done faster.When it comes to the food, it was pretty good but make sure you have your condiments and check the bag for the full order.
I just ate the new/promotional Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. It was delicious. That is the best fast food burger out there.

Since you guys vacated the UK I have had to spend the last 30 yrs dodging frozen burger outlets and other wannabes. First time in NYC and as soon as I saw the Wendys sign I was straight through those doors ordering a double cheese bacon terminator. All you had to do was live up to a memory of when I was 16-17yrs old eating my first Wendys.Pleased to say you didnt disappoint this Englishman abroad. OMG food for the gods! Its a wendys but this one is absolutely disgusting. There is trash all over the floors. Nothing looks clean, and it is packed, so clearly they can afford to pay staff to take care of the place. They have the touch screen order kiosks. None of the employees look like they care about their jobs. Maybe it was an off day.
The only issue I had was I asked for BBQ sauce and was told it would be .25 cents. No Bueno!

A roach was near our table against the wall while we were eating our meal. We waited 15 minutes for two small cokes. The stairs to go upstairs was sticky and not clean.

Used to go there all the time, not after tonight. An employee washed his hands from the soda machine in top of the ice that sits underneath which is pulled out for our drinks, luckily I saw that and got my drink without ice, I complained to the staff they were not giving ice from that batch while I was there but as soon as I turned my back they served one costumer with a drink including with that ice. Grosse, what else to say. Never a Wendys costumer again.
Give this a 4 because the performance was amazing and we got decent seats. We were a bit far, but we had a good view of the stage.I didnt buy any food just because we were going to have dinner somewhere else after. Drinks are expensive? I use a question mark because I am not exactly sure the prices of alcohol in NYC but I do expect it to be more expensive there than in LA.Overall experience was good. I can check this off my list of places I wanted to visit in NYC. Now onto another!
The Chilli Cheese Fries are awesome with the pinto beans throughout the platter. The dish is a meal within itself. I love the Daves burgers as well because the blend of beef complimented by lettuce tomatoes and onions is the perfect taste bud.

Quick bite .my friend really wanted Popeyes we found Wendys. she said its ok .she had a chicken sandwich with fries thats was dry.

Wendys still serves good food, usually, for reasonable prices. Service, at this location and others, needs work, though: its often inefficient and not always attentive.

There were 2 flies in my parmesan chicken salad that I ordered for lunch. This Wendys is located at 85 Nassau street. The manager provided me a refund, however my stomach still hurts from the thought of possibly eating fly parts I didnt notice. Yuck!
Although there were really long lines at lunch it moved pretty fast and the prices are reasonable. Typical fast food, but I enjoy it over many of the other options. Id recommend this location.

Waited 10 minutes for my food, the 1st floor is small.. you have to downstairs which was closed when i was there or youll have to go upstairs... Upstairs is really nice.. TV, Fireplace, a lot of chair...

Speed wasn’t invented here as there was multiple staff behind the counter all pretending not to understand English and avoiding eye contact in order to work as little as possible while our food was getting cold waiting to be served to us. Very slow restaurant

2022-07-09The service here is very poor. I downloaded the app to get the free ten piece chicken nugget offer it gives. When I got inside the person at the register scanned the offer but didn’t know how to apply it to my order. When another worker came to help they had to re-scan for the offer again. Because of this I was told that the offer was ineligible because they scanned the app twice. So I never got my free offer and didn’t get anything except a “it says it doesn’t work anymore”. The customer service was terrible and the lack of knowledge the workers had of their own register shows how this establishment is truly run. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place was horrible. I will not be bringing my business here again and suggest others don’t either

2022-05-16From time to time I have visited this location and never saw the mess I saw this past Sunday. On that day the staff seemed very lax and indifferent. On the second floor there were garbage bins that were piled over a foot high with garbage. The seating area was also very dirty. When I got my food to dine in, the chili was not hot and I had to go back downstairs for a spoon as I ordered two items that required one.The standards for this location have really slipped and it’s a shame that I will not be in a hurry to return and in this area, there is a very missed opportunity to attract new customers or keep the old ones.

2022-06-09My food was prepared on time and correctly. Customer service was excellent despite it being scorching hot inside and out, and dealing with rude customers. Will definitely be taking the extra few minutes to drive to this Wendy’s again!

2022-04-21Horrible Customer Service. Very rude and unprofessional. I understand working in a fast-food place you must move in a fast pace. But when a customer is asking for sauce, you dont have to be rude about it and throw it in the customer bag; If that is the case dont work in customer service.

2022-05-04This place is a horrible place. The workers are always talking to eachother and getting the order wrong. They do not talk to the customers and the order. I saw and heard about 3 different customers complaining about their orders. But then the employees argue with the customers. All the customers can not be wrong at the same time. Then my order was messed up. I told them and they began to talk about me in Spanish like If I could not understand them. But I do speak Spanish and I told them that I understood what they were saying and that they were very unprofessional.

2022-06-03I used 2 work on wall street always going to wendys. Got my biggie 4 for $4, today i got 5 for $5. Wendy drinks are better than dunkin donuts. Lemonade, strawberry lemonade, mango pineapple and the new sunkissed melon all delicious.

2021-04-25Apparently 3 years ago I gave them 5 stars. I went today and ordered a burger, coke and French fries it was the meal. They were supposed to make it large. I got a medium coke and medium French fries. It took 30 minutes from the time I got there. I was the third person in line.There were pelted in the store not wearing a mask. The manger did nothing about it. I will not be going back.
