Third time this month, and all three times the soda machine has limited selection. It is always out of most of the flavored choices, only coke is available, nothing flavored, last time all of Sprite choices were empty, no fanta, or light drinks and no ice in the machine, you have to go to the counter for ice, and both ketchup dispensers was empty.Service was fast, and food was good, the self service station is neglected, but still a good wendy to visit.
Love Wendys.....just not this one. Last time coming this location. Very unorganized and poor location. Drive through line goes out to Route 300 causing dangerous conditions. The line moves extremely slow and blocks access to parking spaces if you want to go inside. Couldnt wait any longer...had to go to work. So, they got my food AND my money....
This Wendy’s is the most unorganized and unprofessional I’ve been to. The door to the restaurant is locked so I had to literally knock on the drive thru window for them to fix an order. Then this girl was doubting me and was accusing me of lying about my order yet they are the ones who messed it up. Lastly we weren’t given a receipt as well, if you want high school students to mess up your order this is the place!
Bad restaurant. I usually give different Wendys restaurants a few chances, not this one. Today was my third time going here and I’m done with coming here. I got my order (burger and cheese fries) and I ask them to read it back and they say exactly what I asked. First they put ice in my drink despite me asking for them not to do that, but then instead of fries they gave me a potato. What????? As someone with experience working at fast food I know it’s not an easy job but this is a simple mistake that happens here way too many times. If you’re in the area looking for Wendy’s there are better ones around the area. Hopefully this place improves.
The food is always fresh at this particular Wendys. However, yesterday September 20th, I ordered from the drive-thru. When I reached the window, NONE of the workers were wearing a mask😷 I ask the cashier why, she said if a worker is vaccinated they didnt have to wear a mask. REALLY??? Last I checked, CDC requires workers to wear a mask. Even if it wasnt a requirement, with the uprise in cases, the workers should want to wear one!! I WILL NOT patronize this restaurant again!!!
Awful. They close inside dining hours early and the drive thru is slow and backed up all the way into road where I was almost hit by other drivers. Food was awful. Burgers were burnt and fries were ice cold. What a waste of time and money. Plus they are always out of food last time was biscuits for breakfast sandwiches and now the cold brew for the chocolate frostyciccno drink ans that was the only reason I stopped there to begin with.
By far the worst Wendys I have ever been to. The drive-thru is always backed up to the street.. We could hear the staff being rude to the person in front of us in the drive-thru, when we pulled up the order the lady was very rude to us as well. We tried to order a few different things and was told nope dont got it, have a good one. Very unprofessional. Definitely will not be visiting again.
Worse Wendys Location ever, always getting order wrong, always forgetting things like Napkins and a straw( its a drive thru, you ppl been doing this for years and still can never get it right!) Bianca, the manager always rude and unapologetic. Go to another Location, this one sucks! is there a Negative star?
It took more than 17 minutes to get through the drive through. The menu board was dark and it couldnt be seen. It was 9:19 pm when I pulled up and 9:36pm when I pulled away. Although the sandwich was correct ( thank you), I shouldnt have had to wait 17 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me.
They fell off BIG TIME! They hired a bunch of kids with no work ethic and got a lady running the register with half a brain. And if theres more than 2 customers in line (inside or out) youll never get out of there in less the 20 minutes. Done with this piss poor excuse for a business. And the new Windsor one is even worse!
Customer service at this location is the worst I pull into the drive-through at 10 PM and all the lights are off. I asked the lady are you open she says with an attitude ummm yeah I guess! This is how you talk to your customers? I guess there is a reason why they were only two cars online and McDonald’s had about 15!
The food here is always good but the employees lack social skills and are just unfriendly and non communicative. Maybe Im too old and remember the days when young people actually thanked you and asked you simple things...like for extra ketchup. Nope..they are pan faced and unenthused about working. Maybe the manager is the same way.
We usually do the drive thru but decided to go inside. I must say that I was pleasantly impressed with how clean this Wendys is maintained. The food was nice & hot and everyone was friendly but I was mostly impressed with the cleaning lol Someone was spraying & wiping not only tables but the seats as well. Another employee was cleaning the outside of the booth and the glass. Hot food, nice employees & super clean! Id definitely come back!
Pulled up at 9:50pm. The automated voice told me they were closed. Pulled up to the window and the employee told me that their computer system says that its after 10 p.m so they can close now. What a joke of an excuse to close early and turn away a whole line of customers.
Got rebuilt a little while ago. Nice clean dinning area. Lots of different seating options. Dont eat Wendys much these days so cant comment too much on the food. Get a junior bacon every once and a while and they have been fine. If Wendys is what you like its one of the nicer ones in the area.
Food is typical Wendys fare. No issues there. The big problem at this location, is the drive thru and parking. When the drive thru line is long and slow ( which is every day ) you can not get into a parking spot as the line often extends into the street, blocking traffic. This Wendys has yet to boost staff or drive thru capacity to minimize the 20 to 30 minutes you wait to get served.
Was given a wrong item at drive thru and they made it right and were very nice about it. Manager was super kind, I almost felt badly for correcting them! Also, the Frosty machine is finally cold enough, Frosty are no longer shake-like, more like ice cream, they were theyre meant to be. *two thumbs up*
There is an employee here who I saw single handedly mess up 4 orders and delay a dozen peoples days in under minute. Dissecting already completed orders to keep the drive thru moving, she also was complaining about a lack of french fries while at the same time throwing them out hand over fist.
The food and staff are great. However, I was here during the week and i could over hear one of the managers talking poorly of a coworker to the girl on the fries station. I was simply waiting for my food but hearing this woman Nancy talk poorly of this girl who appeared to be doing her job. (I could tell because Nancy kept giving this blue-haired girl dirty looks) was disgusting. No employee should have to work with a person who trash talks them to others. Im hoping for the sake of the blue haired girl that this woman is either reprimanded or fired because that is simply not okay.
Stopped there few days ago for what I hoped to be a quick burger - waited ages only for it to turn up cold, not only that but they got the order wrong - bacon instead of chicken and with cheese and tomato missing, asked them to correct it and they STILL got it wrong. So I asked to speak with the manager, Kajohna, and she was just rude and unhelpful, I almost feel sorry for the staff there as I heard her venting at her team when she went back, the comments she made were horrible and unnecessary to the staff. I hope she gets fired or undergoes disciplinary action. Terrible service, terrible management, stay away.
This is a very solid establishment, clean and modern. The interior is accented by a beautiful faux fireplace that lends a wonderful ambiance to your eating surroundings. Our hostess was a very kind woman named Robyn. She was warm, and trades jests and jabs with the best o them.
I went here at 11:00 and they had already started closing the store. They say they stay open until 1am?i sat for a couple minutes waiting for them to take my order, they didnt. i pulled up to the window and they didnt even open it to tell me they were closed they just waved me along. They could have at least told me on the loudspeaker instead of wasting my time! Incredibly pissed off at this wendys and the night people have been very rude every time i did go there!! Avoid going here at night!!!
I ordered my meal at the drive through and a half lemonade half mango orange drink and the person said she couldnt make it because its a premium drink.. I asked to speak to the manager and Casmello the manager came to the window and gave me attitude said the same for this is a deal breaker for me...

2021-04-18This Wendy’s is way nicer than the one in Poughkeepsie and surprisingly the food is better too. I’ve never seen a burger made this well at a Wendy’s they always put barely any bacon(and it’s usually soggy) and like two drops of mayo, but NOT at this location. At this location, they did a great job I even had to take a photo. They also have the soda machine that you can get any soft drink you want. The only thing was the cashier was a little sketchy with the customer in front of me but other than that overall a great clean restaurant, and great quality control on the food.

2022-07-10It was OK-enough. Staff was nice, food wasnt particularly fresh or hot tasting. Unfortunately for us, we were there during the lunch rush so it was slammed, customers were kinda rude and the parking lot is a bit of a headache.

2022-07-02My kids like Wendy’s baconator but in most of the locations we have found very long lines in the drive-thru, ordering online has no benefit when customers still need to wait in the drive-thru 30, 40, or even 60 minutes. We understand the employees shortage but still management needs to find creative solutions for the not so “fast food” service.

2022-05-17They are terrible. I place a order on my phone and ask my bf to pick up the food on his way home and they will not give him nothing unless he has my phone. Which is stupid and then they take all my points on top of it which they should give back then abd they wont give my points back either. I will never use them again.

2022-04-12Srs. are given a small, chocolate ice cream free, with their meals. I was given a treat key for Christmas and it is good for a year. Think about giving this as a stocking stuffer to all the kiddies on your list. Windys has a great mimi cheese and hamburger made with real meat. Whoopi

2022-01-204 for 4 may not be the most healthy choice but it is clearly the best buy. Crispy Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Chicken Nuggets and a drink for 4 bucks. Not bad, not bad at all.
