Love Wendys but do know that this locations drinks always taste watered down and just off. Since there is not many nearby Wendys perhaps look elsewhere for a complete meal, if you are able to contain your hunger until you reach a destination with drinks, then Wendys is the go to for the best spicy chicken sandwich in the area that Ive had.Also they recently got rid of the Garden Salad which is a disappointment as although it was not great, it felt good to have a refreshing health option to help digest the greasy burgers.
Went to this location and stood online for 15 minutes waiting for the register person to come and take my order. He instead walked around in the food prep area with his hands in his pockets. After 15 minutes I left with no food. I will never waste my lunch break at this location again.
Had an order delivered through their website via door dash. When arrived was missing two major parts of our dinner. Had to physically go down there to the patchogue store to correct the order. The cashier was confused as to why I was missing food but for filled my order as needed. When their I witnessed a new crew I believe. on a Sunday. Management was barking orders at them to get things done. But obviously look like new and inexperienced crewmembers being trained. I get it every new person needs to be trained to do things but do not put many many new crewmembers in charge on a weekend. We go here often as a family I hope they can straighten out their customer service skills.
Line usually goes pretty slow here but theyve rarely ever messed up my order. Food is what you expect from a typical fast food joint although I do have to say that Wendys has the best fast food salads by far! Quality of food in general is higher than many other fast food chains.
DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Food is stale and cold !! Went there for 3 meals and got home to find it out was cold and stale , I also asked for no salt on the fries due to my husband having high blood pressure and they gave me cold stale salted fries! Called them for a refund and she said to come and get it and as soon as we get there she says she needs a receipt which my husband stated she didn’t hand him anything but his change !! This place is not kept up with and don’t get business like the other updated we’ll kept Wendy’s ! Take your money elsewhere
I rate Wendys based on their bacon. Wendys is usually good at getting the bacon right, and this one is no different. Bacon was crispy through and through. No mistake on any of my many orders here, so I assume the workers at this location actually care, which is great. Means more time eating crispy bacon and less time going back on line to fix an order that got messed up.
I usually like to give positive feedback but just cant for this location. This location needs a makeover. The counter had a swished dead bug. The decor was 60s on a broke budget. I stuck to the floors and the hand dryer in the bathroom didnt work. Nuggets were overdone and French fries were too salty. Go to other locations and skip this one
Its hit or miss that the drive through line is insanely slow. Generally our orders are correct, but not always. One family member has a tomato allergy and despite saying so each time, we still end up with tomatoes on sandwiches. Its also 50/50 that we get all required utensils for our food. This all said, the food is normally hot and fresh, and the people that work there are friendly.
Whenever I make a special order they usually get it wrong. I get the same thing each time; double stack NO CHEESE OR ONIONS. Guess what. When I get home the burgers will have cheese on them. Ridiculous. Its frustrating to me because its back in the car to get it right. Time spent that Ill never see again, all because in a weak moment I wanted fast food.
The fries at the Patchogue Wendys taste 90% better than the fries at the Shirley location..the fries in Shirley Wendys taste like oily cardboard. The manager at the time between 2:30pm-3:00..was very helpful. Thank you for Miss..? I didnt catch her name..very nice young woman.
Food is delicious however Wendys is starting to show that they are getting cheaper with their portions. I had the spicy chicken combo. The chicken is Getting Thinner and thinner with each visit. Also they tend to skim off of the portion of french fries. Its amazing how they keep raising the price and give less product. Wendys is Wendys oh, what can I say.
The online app failed to send to the Wendys, but the staff were super friendly and understanding! The food was at the perfect temperature, and my burger came with no lettuce or tomatoes, something which fast food restaurants tend to get wrong with my order! 5/5, I will be back!
Although the service was excellent (for a drive-thru at 1am) - they got my order right and in a timely manner and werent stoned or etc. Ive managed to get Wendys for years and this was my first time getting their regular burger. Im not sure what I was expecting but the food was not good - Daves single. It was assembled properly and made to order (i.e. It hasnt sat around for hours getting gross). It was simply just low quality meat. Ive had comparable quality when getting dollar menu stuff at McD and BK and CarlJR but thats dollar menu which I expect to be barely edible. But at those places if you spend 5 bucks then the quality of meat goes up a tier to edible. I still ate it but begrudgingly and I dont expect to get any Daves burgers again. The cost equivalent chicken sandwich is better in my opinion
Fast food and terrible attitude at the drive thru. Make sure you specify if you want a chocolate frosty when you order because if you dont they will snap at you and stare you down for asking at the window. How about you ask when your customer is placing the order? Great job training your crew Wendys
Service sucks, Slow as hell... The Food is Horrible, stale bread & cold Old meat. I ate there & got Sick.., Even when I just ordered a medium chocolate Frosty one time, it immediately gave Me the Wicked S%@Ts : (.. I honestly dont even know how theyre in business, I would Never eat there Ever again! Ps.- Im talking about the Wendys on Rt 27 Sunrise Hwy in the King Kullen Shopping center on the corner of Waverly Ave. although the one on Rt 112 in Medford isnt any Better!
Already know when deciding that Wendys will be my choice for dinner that the wait at the drive-up will be exceedingly long and the customer service will be lacking BUT after waiting a total of 22 min. of which 6 were at the window after paying I expect and deserve HOT fries and chicken tenders and maybe a sorry for the wait
Service was great and supper fast... The burger was So look much how I Remeber and love... Not sure if the fries are to be cool in temperature.. I know it was cold that night but was the oil too... I have been to 3 Wendys in a months time and every time the fries are not hot just cool or warm... I will let them know next time
Please pay closer attention to what youre making against the order its for. Specifically, at this location, the number of times my order has been wrong means I need to take extra time (while in the drive thru) to UNWRAP every item and verify that it is in fact what I have requested.
I given my order from the drive thru heres your order , but it was missing the burger! When I told the person my burger was missing, I was told oh, the meat will be coming up soon. No Im sorry. If I did not check my order, I would not have known this . People need to pay more attention and apologize when they make a mistake.
Disastrous Drive-Thru Service ... Dont believe me? Go! 10 out of 10 times there will be something wrong with your order. I asked and paid for double cheese (as their slices are itsy bitsy and thin. hold up to the light, you can see a coin through it), of course they gave one slice. Iced Tea was skunked. Either Ice bin was dirty or they never washed the canister. Whatever it was gross. Chili was watery. All that was just this visit alone. I complained to their new text complaint line. They replied that I will hear from them via a telephone conversation. I requested a District Manager call me. Its been 2 days, I wont hold my breath, only when smelling their iced tea.
Wendys has great frosties they are way better than McDonalds shakes the only thing I dont like is the french fries they taste like dirt and you use sea salt which I dont like I think the french fries should be sicker I think it would help sales and I think the two for five deal is outstanding the homemade chicken sandwiches are always fresh as long as you dont go to the store in Patchogue on the service road the one on 112 in Medford is way better
I have to thank and applaud the manager Ashley and the cashier Kevin at this Wendys. The other day I order dinner at the drive thru for my family and realized that I had left my wallet in my coat at home. Instead of going home she said I could pay with Samsung pay if I wanted. I did not have this but promptly called home for my card number and set it up. After many failed attempts I tried downloading the Wendys app. However this did not work either and the app failed to add money. Ashley, my hero, seeing how long I was there trying to work out a payment method and the look of defeat on my face bought my meal and sent me on my way home with my son Henry. She even provided him with a toy while I was still attempting to resolve the payment issues. She earned my thanks and a loyal customer.
Super rude and disrespectful people I get it you gave a s**t job but how about quit instead of disrespecting people. Did they forget THEY applied for this job we ( the customers ) didn’t chose them so be nicer. Thanks. If you actually gave receipts I could give names but they fail at that too. Won’t be back ever.
No one working knew what I ordered and Im pretty sure they gave me the wrong thing bc thry literally had no idea what it was.. even though it was on the menu. pretty sure the interior has never been updated because I havent been inside in well over a decade and nothing has changed.
This place is garbage for late night food - only real option in the area though. Food was borderline frozen EVERY TIME and the knuckledraggers working there ought not act like providing them a reason for a paycheck is such a burden. If you find yourself stuck around Patchogue doing overnights, dont be lazy like me and budget/plan for bringing lunch.
Absolute worst Wendys in the world. they never ever get the orders right, I think Ive received all my food that I paid for maybe 3 times. Every single time, there is something wrong. The only reason theyre still in business is because theyre stealing peoples money and not giving them their food in return.

2022-05-04I absolutely love chicken sandwiches, Unfortunately this Wendys and the one close in Medford seem to microwave the chicken patty and nothing more. I take one bite into a slimy, wet patty, half the chicken skin is mushed. (I order it plain then add ketchup, no reason for it to have a slimy consistency) Then I noticed a bunch of liquid dripped out the side onto the table. Just a horrible experience from a fan of chicken sandwiches.

2022-07-02Back when I was just a youngn living on the streets of Baltimore my foster mom wouldnt feed but once a day... and when she did, it was always mayonaise on a dirty roll. Sometimes she would literally stuff that mayonaise bread down my throat.Thus, I have never liked mayonaise and just thinking about makes me vomit. So I went to Wendys three times in the last five days. Each time I ordered a nummer six, spicy chicken sammich, but plain please. Plain, nothing on it. No mayonaise. I confirmed this with the mister who took my order. Yet two of the three times, lo and behold, there was mayonaise. Well, I lost it. I vomited all over my car. Two of the three times, the frenched fries were cold and stale.I dunno what happened to this place (Wendys in Patchogue) but I aint going there no more. They dont listen and dont care. It makes me sad.

2020-11-02Yesterday 11/1/20 at around 7:53PM I stopped by the wendys drive through to pick up some food. I ordered a #6 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, 2 kids meals and a lemonade. I arrived home a short 6 minutes later. Eager to eat my sandwich as I had been starving, I take a bite of my sandwich and thought something felt off, texture wise, I ate the first bite.. then I take my sandwich apart, and to my disbelief the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW! Immediately I took a video of what I was looking at. I went back to the restaurant and asked the man at the drive thru window to take a look at what they had served me, and he refused and exclaimed “I can’t take that back”.. he then turns around and calls his manager? Who takes my wendys bag, takes the sandwich out and says “what the” they offered to replace my sandwich and file a claim which I did. How does this happen at a fast food joint?

2022-01-08Placed a doordash order for this wendys and the order contained 8 items. I got delivered four. They were missing everything but two sides and two drinks. So the whole meal was missing. They were absolutely no help in getting me my food and instead, offered me coupons! I replaced the order, and while they got the food right they couldnt even give me a straw or sauce. Im not one to complain, but cmon. Its really not that hard. Ive worked in food and forgetting peoples food is a big no no. Not to mention, fries are soggy and potato looks awful.

2021-08-28Nothing fast about this fast food location. Went in for a salad and walked out exactly 23 minutes later with a salad and cold rubbery chicken on it. I should have known when there were 5 people waiting inside for their food to come out when I went up to order. I knew I should have just ordered from a real restaurant!Not to mention soda was leaking everywhere and into the hall way near the bathroom. How about the large fry sitting on the pick up counter with no tray and no bag? Fries scattered all over the place. Very disgusting and comical at the same time.As I was patiently waiting for my salad the customers that ordered before me were fired up! Ketchup dispenser was not working and tempers were flaring. As we all were waiting the sound of crickets in the building made it that much better. This “restaurant” has been there for a long time so I hope they CLEAN up their act. Now I know why I don’t eat fast food!

2022-02-18I just had an experience at the Patchogue NY. on Sunrise hwy location...LOCATION... didnt give me the Frosty I ordered or the receipt for the order. And Im trying to call them and their phone shuts off after 1 ring
