As a regular in this fast food chain, Ill say that is the fastest Wendys, I have ever being, most of employees are polite and friendly but, there are some that just dont belong in the fast food industry. With that aside, the food is great, the salads are always fresh and testy, I have never got a flat drink and I think over the years, I have only got 2 orders wrong so not bad at all.
Wendys is still a Wendys. However, the chicken sandwich is great. Best thing on the menu, along with their salads. Busy yet not too much of a wait. Its better to walk in than to drive thru. Service is faster this way, cooler inside during this time and a good way to meet people.
No inside service. Had to order from drive thru even though I was walking. Ordered a burger meal with fries and a large shake. After all the hassel.... I got a little burger, large fries and a medium cup of ice cream? I told the server that my order was wrong. Server, kid told me that they had no vanilla shake so he gave me the ice cream. At this point I was going to walk away but decided to take the order since I I already paid for my order. Never again.
The two workers that took our order and giving us the food was unprofessional... they was rushing us as if they were busy it was at night and there was no long lines... so unprofessional. How do you give us our drinks and fries and other meal that we order but you dont remember to put the chicken patty in the bag. We had to drive 15 minutes back just to get the food by the time we got home our three order was cold... last time I will be going to this place. thank you for ruining my family night...
Anytime I make a mobile order this location prepares it before I even get there and leaves it sitting around! I made a mobile order 3x all before leaving work so I dont have to fumble around remembering orders at the speaker. 10-15min later I get a Wendys pop up that my order is ready. (It takes me 40min to get to this Wendys from work and its +3min off my driving route) the first time this happened Im thinking, oh no they must have given my order to the wrong person. NOPE get to the window and they gave me my bag (faster than typical) OF COLD BURGERS AND FRENCH FRIE-CYCLES. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and thought a new person started the order accidentally but when I seen it happened 2 more times I decided never to do mobile orders here. Since the app I mainly use the mobile ordering anytime Im bringing food home so I rarely come here and go +8min out of my way to pick up freshly made orders at Wendys on Bay St. instead.
My experience with this Wendys is upsetting, because the past three times I ordered delivery theres always something missing Im paying for food Im not getting, how can my items be replaced today was a chocolate frosty last two times was whole meals and drinks. Please get it together..
Food is always good, fries on the otherhand are inconsistent. In the morning the fries are very salted and good some might even say they are too salty, Once its past 5pm the fries are now almost missing salt entirely. And that stays consistent for every time i come here for whatever reason. Still great food tho for how cheap and fast it is.
This place is always busy and nice food is decent for fast food .the management of this particular Wendys doesnt know how to control the rowdy kids who go here after school. They are noisy, and they actually bring their own soda or water bottles and fill them up with soda from the soda machines. When I asked about this problem the cashier said that they cant control the situation even with the police sitting outside the restaurant to control situations such as this.my guess would be that management hasnt even spoken to the police to put them on notice. I suggest you dont eat here between the hours of 2&330pm
I am not understanding why is it only this Wendys location that seem to mess up my order....not once, not twice but three times. The order is very simple when 🤔 does a junior bacon cheeseburger sounds like a chicken sandwich....it appears that this is a habit at this restaurant with other customers as well....this location needs to be retrained on professionalism and how to work under pressure....when I go to other Wendys location on Bay Street or Hylan Blvd I never have this problem...Im not sure if the manager name is Narine...but let me make this clear it is not my job to check my order it is your job to ensure that I have the correct order....instead of having six ppl at the drive thru, you should be ensuring that paying customers have the correct order....I will never patronize this Wendys again...
This is the only fast food place in Staten Island thats consistently clean, has excellent customer service, and hot food. If I called out every other fast food place in Staten Island, for being exactly the opposite, I wouldnt have time to do anything else. This place stands out for all the right reasons, and the staff deserves the credit. 2 thumbs up!
Waited a whole hour to be told Im not gonna receive my food order even tho the app said the food was ready for pick-up. Meanwhile while on the phone with the driver, you have the drive_thru clerk being extremely rude to the driver yelled at the driver to leave, for doing her job.
The manager here is very rude and inconsiderate!!!! So today around 5:30pm i order from the drive thru, so they asked me to park by the door for someone to bring me my food! Ok so a worker walked up to my car put my drinks thru my window without making sure i had it in my hand!!! The drinks fell all inside my car, now my car soak with juice my shoes soaked my seat soaking wet! So she never came back to bring me anything to clean up the mess! So i come inside asking for something to help clean out my car she gave me napkins!!!! Im like really!! So i ask to speak with the manager so she ask what happened i told her and she said! Well it was an mistake i was like wow so can I atlease get a refund the manager was like bring back the food if u want your money back!!! Im like wow its covid!!! They really want food back that was setting in my car!! The manager took the food back and throw my money at me like i was the problem.
I challenge anyone to give an order at this Wendys and have it come out correctly. I would say 70 percent of the time an order there at the drive through comes out wrong. There also seems to be a reluctance to fix a botched order. I would go elsewhere but its the only Wendys in the area. They have a video screen at the drive through they dont use, they dont repeat the order back to you so the first time you get an inkling something is wrong is after you pay which starts a scenario where they have to start the refund process. No one there seems to want to do a refund so they ask if you want something else. In short it is a trainwreck to order food there.
Horrible I go there at least twice a month and every time I get home I get the wrong order. Why should I have to pull over to check my order never the less pay for something that Im not getting . I got a chicken sandwich with wilted lettuce and a tomato that looks like its been sitting there for a while. I cant believe that I have to go to the other side of the island to get a decent meal from Wendys.
Weve been to this Wendys many times. Almost always through the drive-thru. Today we decided to go inside to let my 4 yo use the bathroom and get our food inside. Ordering inside was a HUGE mistake. This place obviously prioritizes the drive-thru, and that is the only way to visit. Inside, I watched as they made mistakes on every single persons order. When I first came up to the counter, I felt for the staff as they were dealing with belligerent customers throwing a fit about strawberry lemonade which theyd never actually ordered. Instead of dealing with the simple situation, they kept ignoring these guys (who were rude, loud, and immature, spilling their drinks on the floor of the restaurant and cursing at anybody who worked there), and continued serving the drive-thru customers. I ordered my small order - and waited 20 minutes before it finally came up. And its not like they forgot it, only one other person got his order while I waited, while many cars passed by their window, getting their food. The last thing I wanted was to cause an issue for them after what they were dealing with before, but when I finally got my order, it too was missing something and I mentioned it. The employee treated me as though I were one of the guys that had caused a raucous, and not a patient customer who just stood in this fast-food restaurant for 20 minutes. I dont plan to ever walk through their doors again.......though I may go through their drive-thru! :D
So terrible service. I am a door dash dilivery .every time I need to order the food in the pick up window. Because I don’t konw how to order the food. I never order the food from wendys.I ’m worried about helping customers order the wrong meal. I can line up or requeue for food, but they just do n’t accept my order. I have to make an order before I can pick up the meal. I do n’t think it ’s difficult for them. Especially at night 12 After that time, I couldnt go into the restaurant and show them the order on my mobile phone.so they don’t want the business. The meals ordered by the guests are displayed on my mobile phone. This is a very simple thing for them. It seems that some people do n’t know how to order or some people do n’t speak. Write their food on paper. they will refuse such guests. So they only do business with people who speak English well. People who do n’t speak English can go to other restaurants.Wendy wo n’t welcome you.
Inexperienced. If tonight is something that takes place on the regular it wont be open much longer. Drive thru had at least 9cars on line so I went in with my 4yr old daughter. We waited 20 mins on line only to wait another 5 while cashier talked to her friend who was about to start shift. Ordered a Jr hamburger for daughter and requested jus lettuce and ketchup. Didnt get lettuce. We sat and listened to a bunch of employees off duty cursing b4 they went home. These store needs to fire everyone and start fresh. Awful. Wish I could give a 1/4 star cuz food was decent.
Its pretty nice inside ever since they renovated the place, the service is quicker. The only bad thing about this place is that ALOT of teenagers that hangout there. Its not a good place to be sitting and eating with your family if you have small children while these teens are hanging out (without food at their table) and hearing them cursing and acting like fools. But other than that this is a good fast food restaurant
This was today march 20, 2019 @ 9:20 pm The manager refused to get cashier change for her register she also refused to give customer a refund because they didnt have what he ordered also there was a drunk sitting in the foyer while people are coming in and out. On the plus side the food was good and the cashier was very good considering the circumstances.
This restaurant is certainly one of the most pleasant restaurants in the region. Anytime I come there I am incredibly satisfied. They maintain their high level service and the highest level of food they give. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
Service - depending on the day and time it varies how well you are being served; that being said I go mostly at night and find that although they have a overflowing drive thru they get the order to me and whoevers with me as fast as they can with hardly anything wrong with the order. I have never encountered a worker at wendys that hasnt been polite and courteous.Food - This is where 1 1/2 stars comes off 😢 though, as fast as it comes to you sometimes the burger or whatever you ask for is not properly heated enough or sloppily made. You dont ask for another well because youll know if you ever watched the movie waiting... The only thing I have ever encountered other than this is that the milkshakes are basically laxatives if your stomach cant handle it.Cleanliness - it is pretty much clean except for around the soda dispensers since its sticky around there (probably from soda spills and such). Havent been to the bathrooms so I cannot comment and I usually get it to go so cant comment on the tables and benches.Overall - its good for grab and go but not really ideal for sit downs or long time spending in the restaurant. Preferably order with doordash or just get in your car and go through the drive through.Final rating is 3 1/2 but since I cant give it a half I gave it 3 for the Google score.
Wendys food. Cooked wellThe food is good. Sometimes the place gets overrun with after-school kids but otherwise is good. The soda machines get plenty of refill use and sometimes need to be serviced. The kids act as if they have maids so the place can be cluttered sometimes
Was on my way back home to PA made a stop here got 2 4 for 4s and 2 kids meal which where suppose to be cheeseburgers and we got 4 PC nuggets in each instead and they did not even have the odacity to throw in some sauce for the nuggets, Was suppose to come with box juice but it came with 2 cups filled with who knows what my sons words where This taste like oil I had to toss them out cause they really tasted like death. Now onto the 4 for 4s I ordered we didnt get any sauce for our nuggets either and our drinks where completely wrong and the fries where so salty and stail we couldnt even finish it. At least they remembered to take the pickles out of my double stack. I wouldve turned back around and went back to the Wendys but I was already on the highway on my way home.
I just ordered Wendys for my grandchildren, am sad to say am disgusted and disappointed with the way I received their food. I ordered 3 childrens happy meals, 1 cheeseburger no pickles no onions and apples and apple juice, well I received an ice cold hamburger with pickles and onions and a low fat milk. 2 chicken nugget meals with apples and apple juice, I received low fat milk and someone at Wendys chopped up apples which were all brown and thrown in a cup. I received 1 reg size fries for the kids to share. The entire food was so cold it was hard I threw it away. I paid $24.00 plus a tip to doordash for cold disgusting food that I threw out.
Nice chairs, comfortable soft cushions, outlets to lower your devices as you dine, refills from the machine that provides a wide variety of flavored beverages awesome and speedy customer service and tidy restroom area. Definitely one of my best Wendys experience Ive ever encounterd

I been having the worst experiences lately coming here. last week Me and my husband and kids went through the drive through and of course they alway make you drive up and wait in parking spot cause the food is never ready. So we did that. After waiting nearly 10 minutes. They come out with the wrong food. So now we have to wait again. I mean this defeats the purpose of fast food. The Soda always taste bad! like Seltzer water.. Always!!! Now i went back there the other day to grab something to much on (spicy nuggets) and again they give me regular nuggets i tell the lady i dont think this is spicy. she looks at them and says it is. of course i get home and eat it and its regular nuggets which i hate! and my soda was nasty as usual. I would never go back there again. I rather travel far then go there. oh and the staff is very rude!
If you’re planning on going here to eat... I suggest drive through or walk-in so long it does not involve parking in their parking lot. It is one of the most tedious parking lots to park in around. Prepare to wait in your car for about 10 mins just to pull out of the parking space.
The drive up ordering was extremely slow, we waited in line for more than 20 minutes, couldnt get out of the line because the car behind me was to close, finally drove up to place my order, and was told to wait yet again...almost 5 minutes...but on the bright side, the young lady that took my cash was extremely pleasant...
The worst customer service ever, I placed an order on the app, saw that it was the wrong store, put in another order, by the time I got up to first window, I WAS TOLD BY THE NIGHT MANAGER, I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK ONLINE, BECAUSE I WOULD BE HOLDING UP HER LINE!How many times have weve been asked to pull up and have someone come out 5 minutes later, back up a few feet, so they could cheat the system???No longer will I goto this establishment!!!
The staff is very rude they are unprofessional and if you complain about your order to get it fixed the manager will come out with an attitude and simply give your money back... I dont care but under no circumstances I have never seen a restaurant will just take the food from you ...before you go there you better be careful because that could have been somebodys order that was touched by another unsatisfied... The Drive-Thru like is being entered via the parking lot EXIT and thus cutting in in front of cars already waiting to place their orders. Several verbal arguments and nasty exchanges have occurred, several when young children have been in the cars involved. Very disturbing and not a place for Family Visits.
I WENT THERE ON MAY 18 2018. FRIDAY.I PURCHASED 24.00 FOOD. SAT DOWN WITH MY BOYFRIEND AND THERE WERE A GROUP OF TEENAGERS HANGING OUT. TALKING LOUD AND YELLING AND CURSING AND RUNNING AROUND. GOING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. ONE THREW A CELL PHONE AND CHARGER. I WENT TO NOTIFY MANAGER AND SHE REPLIED SHE WOULD TALK. I SAID I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. THEY WERE UNDERAGE. THEY WERE EATING OR BUYING ANYTHING . THEY SHOULD ME ASK TO LEAVE. I LEFT WITH MY MONEY.RESPECTFULLYRITA FARES.

2022-03-27I ordered Hot Hot Sweet Chicken Sandwich at 9AM on Saturday March 26th 2012, some part of the chicken patties was raw and pinkish. You should be cautious before you eating from Wendys on Forest Avenue.

2022-03-10Just came from this Wendys and was rather surprised that they do NOT accept samsung pay as a form of payment for those that may not have their cards or cash on them at the moment. I feel like they shouldve had a sign up to warn others instead of it being told in your face AFTER placing order through drive through and being told when you try to pay for it at the window! Very inconvenient experience for me and my special needs child through the drive through at first. Just to confirm from the manager as well, me and my child have went inside to ask about this since typically restaurants would have it by the front counter. Their machines had the wireless pay icon/feature but management still insisted that it was not working. I hope this review helps others in a similar situation avoid this location unless they have only cash or debit as they again do NOT have samsung pay if thats the only form of payment you may have at that moment. Will also be reporting this further.

2022-03-28It’s fast food so you’ll get in a hurry but it does get packed during the end of school hours. The drive through line is pretty long so I’d sit tight and wait. There’s indoor dining with booths and a fake firewood place with a TV. This location is pretty good.

2022-06-26They sent us our order completley wrong.... we ordered a baconater meal and we got like a jr. Bacon burger with 1 tiny piece of bacon. We order 2 sodas with our meal... we got 1 iced coffee.? We ordered two frostys and got.. none. The only thing that came right was the family nuggets.Way to go Wendys....🙄😒

2022-01-23I ordered food on inside and it took forever. Waited at least 20 minutes. When food came, I asked server was it complete? He stated yes. Of course I get home and the nuggets and fries were missing but the sweet and sour sauce was there. Smh.

2022-02-28The line is always very long for the drive thru. Expect to be in line for 15 to 20 mins. The fries were really salty during our visit but everything else was typical Wendys. Ill still pop my head in from time to time.

2022-03-15I visit this location when I come here to shop. My only concern was how difficult it is parking to go into Wendys the drive thru line interferes with regular customers entering and leaving the parking lot you have to wait until the drive thru line moves forward for you to advance..

2022-03-26Becareful here. The red head chick that works at night in the first window in the drive thru charges extra and pockets the change. Make sure you get the receipt.
