Horrible. Whoever is working tonight clearly doesnt know how to do their job. Made an order tonight and they didnt give me 2 of the sandwiches i ordered and they didnt give me my baked potato. The coffee tasted like it was sitting there for 2 weeks and the sandwiches they did give me were cold to the touch and made wrong. The cheesy fries were hard and the cheese was nowhere near melted. Do better. Absolutely disgusting i hope you get fired 😘
Time to reopen the dining room. Covid isnt a new thing anymore. Nobody wants to sit in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes because theres no other option.
When I got to Wendys the door was locked it was the middle of the lunch rush time this is the second time Ive been there in the door was locked during business hours so I called the location and they said that they didnt have any employees to work I explained that I was in the truck and I could not go through the drive-thru because I didnt fit so the one employee inside open the door for me so I could come inside to get my food as much as they pay for minimum wage now it is ridiculous that people do not have employees to work I give props to those that do go to work with a smile on their face
When it comes to fast food I have been a Wendys fan always. This is my go to restaurant for delicious perfectly cooked food items.
Ordered food for lunch.. they forgot my two cookies and gave me a plain baked potato that was not even fully cooked and was supposed to have sour cream on it. Super annoyed.

Todays experiance pull in 8:01P place order at 8:33P got my food at 8:47P2 $5 bagsCrispy chicken combo plain with cheese and baconI got 8 nuggets in one $5 bagThe other $5 bag we added cheese and bacon to the crispy chicken... no bacon on itThe crispy chicken combo i got grilled chicken and it had everything on it and enough mayo for 5 sandwiches. I even asked the guy at the first window to make sure it was plain do to mayo allergy. This seems like an attempt to hurt someone with the ampunt of mayo that this sandwich was marinating in. After almost an hour wait i get to go back and get food from somewhere else

This is the number 1 terrible store I have experience d.They never let you walk in and use the bathroom. More over they dont change the cash since $50

If you are a dasher or uber eats or grub hub dont accept an order from here the lines are ridiculous and they are still scared of covid so wont open the lobby been sitting in the same spot for 20 minutes and havent moved an inch

Quick line but my burger wasnt fresh and they forgot to give me a frosty that I ordered so I had to ask for it. Which isnt a huge deal but if I wasnt paying attention I wouldve left without something I paid for. Nuggets for the kids were hot. Fries were old. So over all so-so.
I went here on the way home from the zoo. The drive through was packed. So we wanted to go inside 1) because didnt know what they had 2) the line was long.Sign on door said Social distance and mask. Door was locked. If you dont want diners inside, take off the dine in aspect on websites and list sign on door. It was very rude. We also tried another Wendys and same thing

They will short you on bacon at this location, I just got a Baconator with only 4 strips that look halved, when a Baconator gets 6 strips.

Im an uber eats driver and picking up from Wendys is terrible. The indoor area being locked makes picking up from here a huge problem as I have to go through the drive through and frequently have to wait over 40 min for an order that was placed before I even got there. Wendys, if youre going to use services like uber eats, you have to make it easier for drivers because picking up from your restaurants is hugely inconvenient.
The extremely long wait is the reason for only the 1 star.The food order was received correctly and the food was good.The wait time on a Friday evening/night between 6:30-8:30 for the drive-thru is no less than 20 minutes. Plan your visit with this in mind.
Was disappointed with my visit to this location. The fountain drink machine was mostly empty and didnt have any choices which was the point of the machine. Got the spicy chicken sandwich but it was overcooked and hard. As well as the fries were overcooked. Overall was just disappointed with the food quality.
I am a delivery driver and I have never gotten through the drive-through line in less than 25 minutes. Doesn’t matter how many cars, what time of day it is… It’s always an unnecessary wait time. How long could it possibly take to make a burger? Frustrating.
Wendys doesnt disappoint with their menu. I have never had as many issues with orders as I have had other places. This particular one in Syracuse is a newer remodel and is quite clean and friendly staff, great managers. Thank you!

Today I want to Wendys on Park Street decided to get a pecan apple salad , Iwas very displeased it was horrible service I waited and drive through window for 8 minutes and got asked twice from drive-thru is this your order both times it was wrong I pulled forward was asked again the girl who asked had her hand on a cigarette butt trash can Moving it to hold door open. very disgusted and unhappy and this point in time very disorganized
Line was a little long at the drive through at 11pm but overall the staff was friendly at the window and my food was yummy. New ghost pepper dipping sauce was delish

Ordered a pub burger, with a second patty, substituting american for muenster. Woman on drive thru argued with me that it only comes in a single, despite other branches adding it. She asked me to describe what I wanted. To which I described the burger with two patties. She again insisted it only came in a single. She then notified me it already came with muenster. I reminded her that I wanted to swap the muenster for american. I just came home to find, I got a chicken sandwich. Not a burger. Would recommend any other branch of Wendys over this one.
Sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes without ever even having our order placed one would think that as slow as they were going they were only cooking one French Fry at a time we ended up getting out of the drive thru lane and leaving
My kids always do McDonalds and I needed them to try something different and for the better pricing of a big family and Wendys gave me just that better deals and better tasting food much appreciated.

Inside closed. Cant even order inside. I drive a tractor trailer and cant go through the drive through. And the way people drive I will not go to a drive through window. This is a sorry practice even during the covid crisis. Never fear I will mark this WendyS as a no go from now own. I regard this as lazy and poor customer service.

Very bad service, they are really awful there, rude, disrespectful and they work to slow that the waiting line goes to the street, I don’t know what happens with this place, the manager or somebody have to do something to fix this.My husband is a DoorDash driver and went to pick up one order but when he was waiting between the first and second window DoorDash sent him another order, when he pulled to the second window to pick up both orders the lady just gave him one order and said he had to drive again and do the line for the second order, really? 30 min more waiting in line, WORST SERVICE OF THE WORLD
The chicken was over cook to dry , this is my second time this happens. Looks like they sell what ever they have left from the afternoon and the night. Went I came late so they dont care about the costumers they care just to sell and that its, its so sad

The staff there were great! The food was fresh, and they got every bit it of our order right. My kids were very happy and it hit the spot keeping the hangry away just in the nick of time. When you dont want to deal with the food court in the mall its just right around the corner.
Been going here for some time (had given it 5 stars) the food was usually fresh except for the last few months standards for the quality of service and food have fallen. Example the chicken sandwiches have been cold, lettuce is browning, and felt sick after. Theres always new staff who are unexperienced.

The girl that was attending me was attending another customer at the same time let me wait kvetch 5 min left me there at the counter while she went to the floor to have a conversation with her son and baby sitter the manager bad to assist and even return money to us because that cashier was really out of line and gave me something to much I did not order I told her I had a train to catch she said well thats my son OMG I wanted to slap her but very unprofessional and more customers saw all this shame on her and the manager was very professional these young kids are really a disgrace please hire older and responsible people I was so upset I was ready to have it how she treated me and my boyfriend. Will never go there again
Staff was rude from the get go and then when my sons allergy was brought up the manager snickered and there where no protocols followed for making the food such as dirty gloves changed or hair netted. I was disgusted, they need some serious health inspector help as well as customer service training.
I was gonna go drive thru but it looked like there were at least 5 cars in line so I went inside and there only 4 ppl in front of me. It took them over 10 min to get to the guy that was in front of me. After he made the order I thought i was next,NOPE the cashier proceeded to chat with customer. I waited another minute or so and left. My point is. It’s suppose to be a FAST food place
Great food and great service. Restaurant always kept tidy and clean. Problem really stems after hours at around 9pm till close when the drive through line gets long and it seems like the employees are slacking or goofing off and the food isnt prepped, making the food process take longer. Have only had my order wrong a few times in the past year and its usually on those busy days.
Breakfast sandwiches were fine
Waited, with no line, for 5 minutes at the inside register. The workers behind the counter did not even acknowledge us once. It did seem like they were preparing a large order, however they could have at least taken our order or informed us that it may take a couple of minutes. Extremely poor service, after 6 minutes of patiently waiting right in front of the register my friend and I left.
The staff was extremely happy which made it nice while I was waiting in line. It was lunch time and its typically for them to have a line of customers. They were out of baked potatoes which is an item which is unique to find at a fast food restaurant.

Everytime I go to this location they mess up your order, or its a 10-15 minute wait in the drive thru. This time they gave me a frosty that wasnt frozen, as if they just poured the mix into the machine a few minutes before my order.
Usually fast even when its busy. Sometimes not the friendliest staff member at the window. Dont go inside often, but when I do, even if Im the only person there, takes a moment to be acknowledged, like theres no urgency to take my order, and I see lots of orders go out the window before I get my order. At most there can be what 5, maybe 6 cars in line that have already ordered? How do 8+ cars get theres before me? I understand being on a time to get the car out , but my time is just as valuable as theirs.

I had a bad experience at your location on park st in Syracuse your employees were acting like crazed animals who have never had to function in normal society I honestly feel like they hire anybody off the street at that location I was once asked if I wanted to purchase weed from the employee at the drive thru window this time around they literally wrote no on my sandwhich with the condiments they used the bacon as the letter n and then place an onion ring next to that. I know they cant be that bad at arranging condiments and ingredients I dont understand why your employees feel the need to act barbaric but one of them was cursing up a storm and yelling after I placed my order I suspect he was the one that prepared my food. everything down to the receipt paper was cover in a thick grease this was the worst experience Ive ever had at one of your locations.
The manager was yelling at the employees in front of us. He should say hes sorry to the employees and take a harassment class.

I love Wendys they have great burgers and good Salads made daily. I usually make a pit stop on my lunch break. And the ice lemonades are refreshing too.
Food is good... I had a coupon for a free single with cheese if I bought a single and a medium drink... sandwich price was 4.89 medium drink was 2.49 so my cost was 7.38 plus tax... I asked if I just got a single combo for $7.39 if that qualifies for the free sandwich...the combo has a medium drink...the same single...so it was a tiny fry...you know the size...about 10 fries...well they saved themselves 10 fries...but cost themselves a penny and a customer...lol plenty would have figured that out quickly...but cheers to the one sticking to the rules! Im sure Ill find other Wendys out there willing to get and keep my business for a few fries right? Lol

I purchased a large fry 10 nuggets a large soda and a salad. There was no ketchup in either of the dispensers and the nuggets I got where dark brown and the frys where salted so heavy that they were almost inedible the cashier was very rude and snide when I was ordering because my girlfriend couldnt decide what to get for a few minutes I didnt complain because of how nasty the staff was and didnt want to make trouble and enjoy my day. The worst part was there was no ice to put in my cup just luke-warm soda out of the fountain. I usually love wendys but this one has the worst workers/management out of them all ive been too. dont go here.

Never a problem, i got bacon jalapeno burger (get it before sept 1). Seating resembles the newer rolled out mcdonalds with fireplaces like in Terryville they also have the 1000 ingredient coke machine.

Fries were nice and hot everything was fresh. Employee got an attitude when I asked her if I could mix the lemonade flavors 😂 but aside from that the food was awesome
White meat or Gray meat chicken sandwich....last time I go to a Wendys $10 for this unmixed strawberry Lemonade, and over salted fries. Plus 10 cents for BBQ sauce...if this is the quality of your chicken you should be giving the sauce away to cover up the taste when you bite into a piece of the sandwich that looks like this.
Food is okay. Restaurant is usually pretty dirty and the drive thru is ridiculously slow. If you must have a baconator and dont mind the one customer at a time type of service.... well you wont die but it wont be fast.
Out of date. Needs to be remodeled like most Wendys. Fresh never frozen beef, along with fresh cut French fries. Quick spot for lunch or dinner. Not healthy at all but healthier than some alternatives.

Depending on what time of day you visit the restaurant is a completely different experience. Dont go later in the day as we have have multiple orders incorrect. During the day Id give 5 stars. At night is give 2.

Wendys restaurant especially the one in Brewerton I think is really the best Wendys anywhere in fact beats McDonalds they have a giant hamburger that unless you have big hands to eat this hamburger you need a knife and fork fast friendly service the food is way better than McDonalds or Burger King combined

Nicely remodeled. The self service soda machine is located in an inconvenient spot and gets congested during busy times when people are waiting for their orders. The salad was delicious.
For Fast Food its good. Very nice people working here. Its the only place to eat in this area unless you want to trudge through a Mall to find the food court.

There Chilli is by far the Best, love the Chilli Fries, I normally get the Daves Double Combo, exchange the Fries for either the Chilli Version, or just get the Chilli 😋, there Frostys are as good as BKs Chocolate Milkshakes, but they are Cheaper, with all sizes.

You got to be careful with this Wendys by Destiny Mall they dont have the same offers as all the other Wendys so if you order something you might be paying a little more

Always slow service, always gets the order incorrect, and they are not trained to watch for allergies. I notified them Im allergic to tomatoes and they just removed it from the pre-made sandwich instead of making a new sandwich.

It was wendys...they moved the line of cars at a good.speed.so it was alright..but we were.dashing not eatting

2022-02-08I really enjoyed the food at Wendys, but this particular one always seems to have issues with timing. The last several times Ive gone Ive waited in the drive-thru for upwards of 10 minutes. And thats only with maybe six cars in front of me. I dont think that it should be taking that long especially at 8:00 at night.

2022-04-14It was busy in their defense but I ordered a grilled chicken and got a cold crispy chicken instead. Not a fan of fried so I didnt even eat it. The frostie was good. The customer service was non existent. No eye contact.

2022-05-01Not the best Wendys Ive been too. First time going there waited almost 10 minutes for our food and the food I did get was lackluster at best. I had the sandwich at a different Wendys that was so much better. Still edible but would never go back again.

2022-02-28Great place to go. Im usually there just before close and theres never an issue. Order takers are always very polite and theres never much of a wait at all. One of the better fast food places in the area. I always stop when Im in town.

2022-05-30The WORST Wendys I have ever been to. I waited in the drive-thru for so long, I couldnt stand it anymore so decided to go inside, but they dont have any in-store dining. Management should look at this place and straighten it out, it gives Wendys a bad name! The line was literally stagnant, and it wasnt even at a busy time of the day. The workers here could care less. Its awful, it made me late for an appointment and I didnt even get to order anything!

2020-12-21If you have the app it would be easy to order. I have had my breakfast sandwich not made correct on two occasions (no cheese). So when ordering dont drive away without checking your order. Food is always fresh and hot. I do wish they used shredded lettuce instead of romaine. They just lost a breakfast customer (3 strikes) 1x a mistake 3x ? Where is my cheese I payed for it on two sandwiches and got no cheese on both.

2022-03-04Drive Thru. Employees were more interested in each other. Timely service. Got burgers. Went home to eat. Buns were stale and hard. One piece of old limp lettuce. Barley warm.NEVER again.

2022-04-11Lets just say this has to be the worst Wendys in Syracuse. The website states that they closed at 11. I was there 10 minutes to 10pm along with several other cars. We waited for almost an hour to order before we realized that the worker shut down early and disregarded us. When you drive up the workers usually say Hi were closed but she did not do that, she let us sit in the line for 35-40 minutes before we decided to pull off. Before leaving I went up to the window to get the employees attention and ask if they closed early and she just looked at me and turned her head like he didnt see me. The customer service at this Wendys is terrible and the time is NEVER fast. They seriously have to do something about it because they will lose a lot of customers in the future treating people like this.

2022-02-06I went to this Wendys location on Park Street in Syracuse New York on Sunday February 6th 2022 at approximately 7:50 a.m. . Besides the food being cold through and through, the biggest turnoff was seeing the person that waited on me wearing the same rubber gloves that he had been wearing from before I even pulled up to the window and he took my money in cash and gave me my change in cash and did not give me a receipt. But then he ran around touching his headset opening different coolers and grabbing my orange juice and bringing that to the window and went back to make the food touching everything with the same rubber gloves. Very disgusting

2022-02-22Can not rate it, although always very good at Wendys ! I have been going for years. I just met a Friend to talk to him about my car window and he told me where to go to get it fixed and to let them know he sent me. I also told him I know another friend of the owner at that particular Garage, He knows him too. He always sends me in the right direction. To tell you about Wendys, I love getting the Double with just Ketchup, Mustard and extra raw onion. Man I Love it. You can really taste the Beef with out the lettuce &Tomato. I do get the standard Double too but try it my way once in a while. Not to mention Competition but Im not a fan of the whopper really. Try it with just Ketchup? Mustard & Onion. Its not sloppy and real good, I need 2 to satisfy my hunger. Its not as good as the Wendys Double for sure. No $1 drinks like McDonalds so word of advice for Burger King & Wendys....People smart skip the drink if they are smart. Not paying more tham a buck for a fountain Drink...NOPE !Wendys is always real good and has been for years. They have big cookies for .99 cents now. They cookies are not too bad but nothing to go crazy over, My 5 twar old liked it. Wendys 4 stars out of 5.
