Honestly would not use again. First and last time.Super overpriced ..but even worse is that within hours balloons were deflated.

Its a pretty small store and. Ot very easy to shop when its busy. Does have alot of variety but dont go in with a stroller too tight. The staff was as helpful as possible.

Really nice and helpful man. Order a baby shark costume for my party and also gave me an extra costume for a few bucks less. Even after changing venues the day of he showed up on time.

Owner was very friendly! Rented out a table from him a couple days before my party and we were able to easily work out a return time. Awesome service, and the store gives a very vintage feeling as to what a regular party store should be like. One of the stores that Im happy is still around in Bay Ridge. Thanks!

Im all for supporting the local neighborhood stores but this place was absolutely a waste of time. I walk in on a saturday afternoon around 12pm intending to buy a set of huge gold foil balloons: a 2 and a 7. I see that they have a couple of customers ahead of me and the workers are busy so I just waited patiently by the door. There were only 2 people working in there. The owner and probably his mother. There were probably only 5 customers in there but they were slammed. The older lady looks over to me and asks me if I needed help and I told her and the owner what I needed. She told me I had to wait b/c everybody came in for balloons at the same time. I totally understand, small business: a lot of customers will cause slow service. I wait about 30 minutes before the owner is able to help me out. I tell him once again what I need and he tells me they are sold out of the gold 2s and that they only have rose gold 2s. I mean to make me wait 30 minutes to tell me you dont even have what I wanted is ridiculous. These balloons arent even cheap at $12 a piece. If i didnt waste 30 minutes there i wouldve left. Probably not coming back to this place again.

Great, honest and hard working people. Ordered a bunch of balloons (maybe 50) for a graduation and they were so patient and welcoming. Love this store!

For the past year Ive been going here i had my daughters baby shower chair done here and they did a great job I also rent tables and chairs and hes very flexible if you cant bring it the next day.customer service skills in this place is great and Ill be doing business with them again..great job

Girl in the front counter was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She was excellent and helped us get what we needed.
