Absolutely the worst! Price gouging, deceitful, robbery, no either way to put it! Into city to visit our son for one day. Second garage we tried. Pulled in he took one look at us, chevy truck, PA plates, said $100 for overnight. Yes 100$..Ill show their price list. Picked it up today he said your 1 hour over 24!! $195.00 yes, thats right $195.00! Despicable price gouging. Will fight thisNEVER GO HERE.. check the prices posted! The woman listening to me said fight this for sure

Looking for a place that will scratch your car? Look no further! Parked here today when we went to a concert. I typically walk around the car before leaving a garage but today I felt bad because the valet was by himself with a lot of customers. I drove out and stopped by the GW before getting on the highway. Looked at the rear bumper and it had very deep scratches that were not there before. Thank you West 184th Street and Broadway parking garage for the new scratches on my bumper!

Horrible parking place, my boyfriend pays all this money for monthly parking and the customer service is horrible, his car appears with more scratches then parking outside and everytime we complain management just says it came like that , his car was left on all night and when we went to complain the manger said “impossible we dont do that” and the car has an app that notify the cars every move. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARKING LOT TO ANYONE IN THE AREA

I purchased a month spot on Spot Hero for this garage. Upon entering the garage I told the gentleman helping me that I only wanted to purchase a spot for a month and had already entered my credit card information. to pay. He handed me a form to fill out that looked like it had been printed on a printer running out of ink so some of the paragraphs were difficult to read. To be safe, I told the gentleman that I only wanted to park my card there for a month and had paid ahead with Spot Hero. He said I still needed to provide my credit card information in case I decided to renew. So I did. I had started my rental in the middle of the month so I told him I only need this spot for a month. Can I cancel it right now so it doesnt renew? He said to cancel was simple, all I needed to do was email them my written notice of cancellation. I asked him, when do I need to do that by? He said 5 days before the end of your month. So I emailed and cancelled a week before the end of my 30 days to be safe. I see on my credit card that I was charged $140 extra from the garage. I call to see what the issue is. A woman named Elaine calls me back and I tell her what the issue is. She tells me thats incorrect and when you use Spot Hero and start in the middle of the month that even though you only purchase 30 days, you are required to stay longer. I asked why the gentlemen who helped me when I first arrived didnt tell me that. I told her what he told me and she says Thats wrong. What did he look like? Who told you this? I said he had bleached blonde hair and glasses and she said Thats ******. Hes a manager and he should know better. I said well thats what he told me. If he had told me I was required to stay longer than a month I would have went elsewhere. She states You didnt read and thats not my problem. The charge stands. I asked how thats fair when a member of her staff gave me incorrect information. She said Im going to write him up. OK? That doesnt get me my money back for a service I canceled. I told her I didnt think that was fair and wanted to speak to her supervisor. She kept saying The charge stands over me like a bratty teenage while I tried to speak and then hung up on me. I have literally never been treated so awfully by a person in management in an establishment! Come to find out, one of my co-workers and her husband had a very similar issue with this same manager at this garage when they tried to over charge them due to the size of their car. They have a list of which makes and models of vehicles are in the oversized category. They had a crossover that doesnt appear on their list of cars that constituted the oversized charge. Elaine tried to tell them they had to pay the oversized fee regardless even though their car wasnt on the list of oversized vehicles. My co-worker said she instantly knew what manager I was talking about when I started to tell he what happened. She said they took their business elsewhere and her husband had gone many rounds with this Elaine character. When I took my car out today, I called ahead to have it brought down. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would bring it down and I asked him what time it would be ready to pick up. He said Im getting it. I said, ok can you tell me what time I can come get the car? And he then hung up. In the words of my co-worker Literally, I would park my car in the middle of the street and. take my chances than go there again. There is non-existent customer service, poor communication about garage policies, and the staff is RUDE. Thank goodness my credit card company is getting my money back.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst business practices and the attendants could not care less. I went at 8:45 to get my car and waited ten minutes in line to be waited on only to be told my car was there exactly 2 minutes too long because of THEIR line and was charged $15 extra on top of the fee i already paid for my car. $15 for spending an additional 2 minutes in their garage?? i cant believe it. I explained to the attendant that there were 5 people ahead of me and thats obviously why it was late and he was dismissive and refused to listen. I was given a number to call and the number was a dead end. Do not park here unless youre being chased by an ax murderer and this is your only place to hide, but they would probably charge an additional fee for that as well.

Buyer beware! Wish I had listened to other one-star ratings. I made a reservation to get a good price and everything seemed okay when I dropped off my van. (Except the attendant didnt speak English, but that really didnt bother me). However, when I came to pick it up that afternoon they charged me $75! I had reserved my spot online and everything so it was supposed to be less than half of that. Very dishonest. I could have parked in a much closer and better garage for that price. :-(

I Tried to return my Hertz Rental Car at 11:30AM Thursday 8/6/20 but no Hertz employees there and the office was locked. The manager of the Parking Garage Jose came up to my car and said Hertz employees were not in and if I did not leave his lot in 1 minute he would charge me for parking and if I did not pay he would call the police. What a low life power trip... its a parking lot. Shockingly rude!

Excellent customer serviceHard to find, had to use my GPS then realized it was INSIDE the parking place.They took pics of the car before which was something I believe EVERY car rental place should do.I enjoyed the Veloster thanks 🙏🏽

I thought it will be a great garage to park my car for a snow day. I came in, asked for availability; the guy was having a bad day, didn’t even look at me, and made a sign with his hand telling me I have to leave. When garage was empty!!! He didn’t even talked to me. Ridiculous!
