Went in really to browse with my pretty lady. The stuff here is nice, I can’t really speak to the value compared to tiger places but what I saw and felt seemed pretty top notch. Store was empty so I could browse with ease and this location is really easy to reach.

Very nice store in the Walt Whitman Mall. access is to the outside not within the mall (which is actually pretty good during Covid). very helpful staff but they dont have a lot of items in stock at the store

My wife and I recently bought a bed from this store. After a day or two the bed was squeaking so we called and were told wed receive an email and to respond with photos which we did. A day or two later at 2:30 in the morning I hear and feel a crash. The bed had broken. When I call the store they say theyd order a replacement and gave me a delivery date 4-24 days later and explained its usually somewhere in the middle. I explain to them my wife is pregnant and we cant go that long without a bed. Managers Stephen and Michelle did absolutely nothing to accomodate. Simply said there are protocols and processes in place that we have to follow Ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

They are the absolute worst! Do not order anything from this company. I even gave them two chances. I ordered two rugs and one was damaged. After spending a couple of days (an hour each conversation) they finally agreed to take back the damaged rug. The problem was they didnt refund me any of the money. That took several more long phone calls to resolve. I figured that must have been a fluke so I recently ordered two ottomans. I paid cash in the store. For some reason they put that cash on a gift card and when I canceled the order due to being backordered I can only get a gift card in return. There is always a problem with every single order. Learn from my mistake and stay away!

I cannot say enough about the customer service from this store. Specifically from this location. Mark the manager help me resolve an issue I was having in seconds. All the employees at this store go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

A really nice West Elm experience! Nice store - though not gigantic so you won’t find everything here, but overall it was a nice experience relative to West Elm in NYC. Just call ahead and check to make sure that the items you’re shopping for are on display. The only thing I didn’t get to see was TV/media consoles, but otherwise a good store.

Do not purchase furniture from west elm! I received my furniture completely wrong! A bed that had two of the same sides so it wasn’t able to be put together properly! My couch half the couch was down and half the couch was hard foam! Over 10K I spent in this store and I have been trying for over a month to get west elm to fix this situation and they don’t even care to get back to me! I am looking into it I can do anything about this legally.

Two stars because I generally like their design and the quality is reasonable for anything that is completed and made on the show floor (can be put in your car immediately). I do not recommend tables from them because myself and a number of friends had a bad experience with surface scratches from minimal use.Now if you are ordering furniture to be delivered, you must have heard about delays however it has gone to another level of a pure BAIT & SWITCH. I ordered a couch on Sep 3rd with the expectation of getting it by mid-November. In fact, I selected a vegan leather because the delivery timeframe was weeks before a standard leather order. A few weeks pass, then the timeframe moves back to early December. I called them and made it clear that I dont appreciate bait & switch as a customer and customer support told me that supply chain is like the weather and they have no control over it. The delivery date then moved back again to mid-December - first week of January. Nov. 24th (2 weeks after I was supposed to receive my item) I was billed the FULL AMOUNT on my credit card although I still have no couch from them. They said their corporate policy is to bill upon shipping from the factory. Now Im thrilled that they actually were able to scrape together the pieces to make the couch, which apparently float in and out of the factories like the weather, but its outrageous that I was billed thousands of dollars with NO PRODUCT delivered and NO FIRM DATE as to when it will be delivered. Unbelievable service from a brand that clearly has more business than they deserve.

Love all of their merchandise the model of a new home build we saw had all of West Elm drapery & it looked beautiful. Lucky me I caught a great sale & placed a large order. Cant wait to move in & hang them in every room there so light & airy just the right touch

RUN SCREAMING. My partner and I trusted the General Manager with our order. Massive mistake. He promised delivery weeks ago. They had no trouble charging us, but the delivery neither has arrived nor is even anywhere in their system. If you like being lied to, taken advantage of, and frankly ripped off, then enjoy West Elm Huntington. My attorney has the case now.
