My Name is Benjamin and I was walking by on or about April 18, 2022 when I witness about 3 employees and volunteers verbally attack a person on a yellow scooter just because he was unaware of a minor thing , The young black male was humiliated and treated like a criminal by the staff members at West Harlem Group Assistance which was inappropriate and unlawful bossiness practices in the community , I hope that the staff members dont further violated the young black male rights to avoid a potential Lawsuit. This incident happen on the corner of 142nd Street, Lenox Avenue, New York, NY

Th he buildings owned by this management office are continually getting worse and worse. The front door locks were broken for months, packages were being stolen, elevators always breaking down, no water pressure( if there’s any water at all). Our oven was broken for NINE YEARS. Our microwave has been broken a year. The finally fired the last horrible maintenance man after years of him doing NOTHING, and now the poor new one has so much to catch up on. I’m in the process of moving and when my new renters called WHG to verify my current address, whoever they spoke to on the phone told them that west Harlem group didn’t own that building.

My landlord or shall I say slumlord doesnt give a damn about her tenants. Ive been calling about my bathroom & window & my childrens bedroom and they NEVER got back to me. She honestly doesnt deserve my rent at all. Terrible people.

Horrible office management. They really dont know a thing about customer satisfaction. Will prolly never pick up the phone if you try to call their office and even if they do most of the time you will be transferred and never heard again. Just a horrible place in general because I normally never leave reviews but i think people need to be informed.

Omg I was going to relocate and I saw one of their properties it was disgusting it has mold I mean completely everywhere and you could see the mold spores I will never ever rent from this company. They should be ashamed. They are slum lords are prejudice please don’t waste your time take your money elsewhere.

These people are horrible and they don’t respect the workers they threaten they by telling them that if you don’t go along with us then you will get fired. And how I know that because I got fired for speaking out against an unjust dealing towards me,, so don’t work for them !

Very bad record keeping and always losing paperwork. High staff turnover. Overreacting and argumentative building manger. Very slow with repairs if at all(after multiple callers).

The management is very bad,they dont maintain their buildings .ive been waiting for my shower an ceiling to get fix over a year an no results.u call them an no 1 ever answer back.u call 311 make complained an they dont seem to care of any violations
