Gave me a chance to trade in my expiring lease vehicle, and drive off in a new leased vehicle the same day. Everything went smooth, and they were easy to deal with.
So I did not buy a car I put 200 dollars down to hold it but they took too long I have yet to receive the money back!!!!!! Ask the Saleman he said he put it through this is why I wont be buying another car anytime soon from West Herr I give rave reviews but this is horrible
Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships in the past have own many cars my experience here with a used car manager Chris T. Was light years above any dealership Ive ever worked with we left buying a used 2018 that saved us probably $12, 000 over something brand new. Only 11,000 miles.He led me in a Direction that allowed my daughter to buy the best possible vehicle, For the least amount of money and put an extended warranty on the vehicle which far exceeds buying brand new Class Act 5 stars highly recommend.
Will not go anywhere else for a vehicle purchase. Erica Bieler is the best sales person. Go see her if youre in the market for a new car or truck!
First time going for a oil change for my new car. They took my car right away, and told me and hour.It took exactly an hour! I was happy.They have refreshments for the customers, and vending machines for snacks. There was no one there but me. It was nice.They were all super sweet also. Made for a pleasant experience.

Need a new car for my daughter. I found the best online deal but it was in Rochester. Went to my local dealer in Wrights Corners and they would not even try to compete. Went to West Herr Ford and they came within $200. Not at first, but I was firm and ready to buy it then. By the way George and the guys in the parts dept. really know their stuff was buying there when it still was Muck Motors. Great job, thanks!
Nice selection of cars. Was disappointed completely today in my search for a car. It was a beautiful day and no sales people came outside at any of the dealerships to even acknowledge we were there. If you know nobody is serving the customers at least post the prices. I dont feel like I should have to chase down someone to spend money. IMO
West Herr, Chevrolet, Orchard Park, has the best Service staff. They are always friendly, listen to my concerns, and have my car ready in a timely fashion. I will only purchase my vehicles there, and service them there too. They are THE BEST!!

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Ended up buying a new car and driving away the same day. A month after buying it I got a call saying they had messed up paper work and titled the wrong car over to me. 3 months later they are still giving me the run around and won’t register the car I drove away. I received title and registration in the mail within three weeks for the wrong car so why should it take so long for the right title and registration. They lost my business. Clowns
If I could give them a negative number I would. I took my auto in to have the windshield wiper fluid holder repaired as it was not holding any fluid.They informed me that it was not covered due to a small bumper swipe on the drivers side. Okay, not a problem so I thought. Well when the bill was presented to me, the part was $66.00, labor $222.00 not including of course sales tax. I was flabbergasted.. Upon my asking my service rep why a $66.00 dollar part cost $222.00 in labor. He stated that there was alot of moving of parts to get the container and tubes out and back in again. I asked their hourly rate, his response $122.00 per hour. Almost two hours to remove the old and install the new. I find that a bit unbelieveable. Possibly because I am a female and I didnt ask for a ball park figure for the repair. They must have seen me coming.. Totally feel like I was taken advantage of. PS: I have about 4 small bumper swipes including the above mentioned. I asked for a collision quote $4472.88. Needless to say... I will not be taking my vehicle there for any type of work. Had the collision priced at an independent collision shop, $2512.00. And I only thought auto sales man are slick and shady. Now I know.. If you value your hard earned money, stay away from them.AS A FOLLOW-UP: When West Herr responded to my accurate review asking for my contact information including the location of the rip off, I responded immediately via private email. I have not heard at all from them even after sending my contact information. I am not surprised as they are a huge corporation who does not value integrity quality service to the everyday average person. Again...stay away from them.. total ripoff.. and I do not appreciate your fake concern and the grandstanding for the sake of having the public think you actually care to make a wrong a right. You make me sick!!
Test drove a couple cars, the only problem is that they dont have any to buy.
Took my car in for a replacement parts. Got appt quickly. Tim in service department was very nice, polite, and respectful to all the customers who came in. Then received a complaintary car wash when work completed, which I appreciated. Tim then walked me to where my car was parked, thank you!

My wife and I recently bought a Subaru with West herr. The whole experience in general was very accommodating. On top of exceptional customer service they provided warranty options which proved themselves within weeks, repeatedly.(nor their fault our ours). Wife was cutoff and blew out the tire and rim. Took a bit because they had to order a rim and tire. Courtesy vehicle was provided. Then again about three months later had a flat tire. Completely covered with warranty and exceptional service from West Herr.
My daughter just leased a 2020 Nissan Rogue. We had a great experience with the entire staff. Our salesman Brad S was very nice and Nate the sales manager couldnt of been more helpful. We even got to meet Scott Bailor who was very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I love this dealership and how friendly all the staff members are. My daughter got in a fender bender with my car, and when they gave me the list of what needed to be fixed they did not force work I told them I didnt want done.Also, we have bought 5 cars from West Herr. Ive never had a better car buying experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. My husband and I drove about an hour to this dealership specifically and I would do it again when we are ready to buy our next vehicle. Place is real greasy. They gave me the run around, told me things would be covered and ended up not covering it, gave me quotes that were hundreds of dollars off. Just really shady, ya know? The staff has made some really off color remarks while walking around and can be overheard by the customers.The service that they did end up doing seemed really rushed and shotty. I had to end up bringing my vehicle to another shop to fix what wasnt fixed here.Just a really sleazy place.

Purchased a subaru forester there and am very pleased. I knew exactly which vehicle i wanted and they had it ready for me upon my first visit along with multiple finance options. They didnt waste my time trying to upsell or get me into a more expensive vehicle, just helped get the paperwork completed and out the door. Very good service so far, and a nice cup of coffee while they got all the paperwork in order.
Purchased a brand new ram here and we always service our vehicle with them for warranty repairs. However, I was quoted a grand for brakes and rotors. I did the work all the way around myself and saved my husband over $750 in labor costs. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here but basic maintenance should be done yourself. If I can do it, anyone can:).
I bough a Kia from west herr on 12/08/18 the engine blew up not even 2 weeks later. After 6 months of waiting for my car back I get it. I’ve only put 20,000 miles on this car and now I’ve been told the engines bad again when I try to trade it in somewhere else. Saying it’s only worth 3,000. I bough it for 12,000 a year prior. West herr SOLD ME A LEMON. And now I can’t even feel safe with my one and three year old in the car. And stuck with a 25 percent interest and 13,000 owed on a car that I can’t trade in anywhere for more than 3,000. UNBELIEVABLE. You don’t do this to honest hard working fathers.
Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people. They are the epitome of used car salesmen! They will tell you one thing but sell you another...sit at the desk and lie to your face. Now a $100 deductible turns into a $100 diagnosis fee and who knows what the repair will cost till the repair is done. ???? The loaner you are promised with your vehicle service contract is non existent when comes the time to need it. Fast talkers!

Subaru really takes care of Veterans and Sean was more than happy to take as long as we needed for me to feel comfortable with all the exciting new (to me) features my 2018 Crosstrek has. We visited West Herr Dodge in Orchard Park. We were greeted by a salesman (Aron) after a half hour of browsing. We were interested in a Dodge van. I told him what we were looking for and our price point. Though our offer was slightly low balling the price of the van, we had done our research on how much theyre selling for on the market currently, but he didnt budge a dollar. He didnt even try to find us something else in our price point. After 10 min. he made us feel like our money wasnt good there and we walked out. We bought the same van up the road for $7,000 less then their offer. Thanks for being a lousy salesman, Aron!

Have been doing business with West Herr for quite a long time and would not go anywhere else. They are extremely professional and very customer oriented. Recommend very highly.
VERY poor customer service. Misleading management. If not for the help of one particular sales associate, these people wouldve been NO help. Despite all their empty promises, not only from sales, but all the way up to the general manager. Not to mention they lost the leased vehicle we turned in. For four months we were getting calls and letters from GM, all the while the dealership had the vehicle in their possession. GM was trying to charge us because someone there didnt do their job......for four months. It was just a complete debacle....a sham, just to make another sale. Go to Basil or Fuccilo....or anyplace else. Being the biggest has gone to their heads
Got my car but was completely abandoned after the sale checks were cashed. Had to pay for an oil change not even a month after buying the car, they did not cover, the found out they were not honest with the warranty they sold. 4 months later they did not provide the owners manual they said they would either.
This is the place that my wife lease is her car from they always give a great service I had to go and drop her off here for her windshield to be repaired they did a great job and I always recommend West Herr for your Automotive needs in the Hamburg area and wherever West Herr has its showrooms and service centers :)
Called and spoke with Steve in sales for almost 30 minutes about a vehicle I was interested in. He took down all my info and never called me back. Regardless, I bought a very similar vehicle today from Jim Murphy Buick GMC in Springville.
I have not been to a West here since my experience back in 2013. The sales guy then only offered me $50 off and 13%apr. I went to make Smith they gave me a deal and treated me more like a normal person Ive purchased 13 vehicles from them in 4 years. I just came to another westherr because they had a used car and I was looking for a new car for my wife, nothing has changed they only took five $500 off the new car that was at sticker and not only did they not let me leave the general manager came over trying to force me to purchase from him and I had to raise my voice to let me leave.

Sales department harassed me for a couple weeks after I visited the dealership for a recall service. Management made up a lie that I submitted a request to be contacted by falsely putting my information into the Kia national website.
Ive been in the retail field for a long time now. My experience at West Herr Jeep was very poor. I walked in looking to buy a brand new jeep and i seriously was standing there in their showroom for 20 minutes before i had to walk up to a salesman and request help. Very uncomfortable place and i will never go back!

Ive had problems with my 2011 Nissan Juke and Ive always gone to them and they have fixed issue after issue. I should have gone to them and bought a car from them instead. The only issue is pricing being too high for certain services, but other than that, they look out for you.

After spending 20 grand, we had several issues with my daughters car, emergency brake all rusted, back door handle popped off, etc, then we decide to check the emergency brake on the 2011 JEEP we bought, my wife hears pop, so we call, they said it would be covered, so it takes forever to get your car checked , anyway my wife calls to see if its done and over 1,000 dollars they said youve gone 5000 miles, well you tell me your vehicle just breaks after 5000 miles, BS, so we will never recommend you to anyone, this just happened by the way, were on social security, thanks for nothing Todd Ludwig, Leroy N.Y.

2022-04-18I bought my vehicle from Christopher Mendola at the Dodge Ram location. I found what I wanted and he had it driven in from a Rochester location within a day. I test drove it and within a couple hours I drove it off the lot. He was professional, efficient, trusting, no pressure. He went above and beyond to make me feel good about my new purchase and made the process so smooth and easy. Steve the finance manager was friendly along with the manager Jason. They take care of their customers and I left the dealership beaming and happy! Thank you!

2021-08-31My family has been a West+Herr family for a long time now, and theres very good reasons for that. Personally, I feel like I am getting the best possible car-buying experience, and I always feel like I have been given a fair deal. I just recently found myself in a situation where I NEEDED a vehicle ASAP, and I got one for a great price way quicker than I expected to. West-Herr is definitely my first choice when it comes to buying a vehicle.

2022-05-24What a waste of time and gas money at 4.60 a gal. Set up appt to test drive a hybrid and specifically asked if they had one to demo...of course they said yes and set up the appt. Drove from the south towns to Williamsville only to be told they didnt know the person texting me and they dont have anything to even show me. Let me just walk out the door. I know times are different but that was truly the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. Shame on you misleading your customers!

When my clutch blew I called for a quote, parts told me they had everything in to replace my clutch, based on that I chose to send my car there. Later that same day Frank called me and told me that parts told him that some of my parts were on back order and they had no idea when they were gonna be there. After 10 days of my vehicle sitting there with no work being done I was forced to take it to another shop. The fact that parts lied to me, and then dropped it on the service department to break the news, says alot about Westherr as a company. Never again will I take a vehicle there for anything other than an oil change and tires.

2022-04-07Terrible company to deal with. Took my jeep compass in to have a mechanical issue dealt with. To start it was almost 200 dollars to do a diagnostic test. It needed a crankshaft sensor (2nd time in 10 months). They gave me a quote of 800 dollars. I went to auto zone and bought the part for 18.35 and my mechanic did the job in 45 mins for 82 dollars. West herr said it was a 4hr job. Really!!!! I understand that they have to make money, but never in my wildest nightmare did I ever expect to get robbed blind. So before you have work done on your vehicle... Shop around!!! What a rip off they are.

2022-05-17Was really hoping things could turn around. Last year around october i brought in my car to the service dept of west herr chevy for an intermittent dashboard cluster. After paying a pretty penny for some positive and negative battery terminals that they said were the issue, they said it was all good! I happily drove off the lot and not even 10 ft down the road, the dashboard fails. After working out the proper fix with Matt (very kind employee), Its now almost june of this year and still no call or word on when the dashboard will be in. I understand part shortage and computer chip shortage but 7 months of no contact? Not even an Eta? Id like to see my dashboard back on eventually.

2021-12-16I am SO excited about my new car! Simon was extremely kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a lot happened in my life very quickly, but SImon made it possible for me to get some freedom back. 12/10 would recommend.
