I went there just looking at cars not expecting to buy one. I knew I wanted to get into a Jeep that was affordable for me and I could buy it by myself no co signer. We looked around outside for a little bit and when we went in Sam was available to assist us. I told her I wanted to keep my payment around where it was and wanted to be in another Jeep. She did some digging and had me look at a few and then let me test drive a 2018 Jeep Compass. I drove it around the block and fell in love! She then tried her hardest to get my payment as low as we could get it! She did an amazing job getting me in the car I wanted and made sure it was covered so I would be safe! All around great experience and i’ll definitely be back to get into my next Jeep!

Absolutely bad service honestly. I cant begin to explain the nonsense Ive had to deal with. Customer service is poor at best. Anytime my truck goes in for service its just pushed aside. And it sits and waits there for weeks. Ive had nothing but problems. They tell me they will get my issue resolved. But cant even write down the right information. Its been a logistical nightmare. And all the stuff that was gonna be taken care of suddenly isnt. I never had this many issues with Basil, never again will buy another vehicle from any West Herr.

Walked into the showroom and was helped immediately by a salesperson. I was looking for a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star with Cold package, Hemi, and twenty inch tires.They didn’t have what I was looking for on the lot. I bought 4 of my last 6 cars at West Herr. 2 I didn’t one was an amazing deal, the other because we bought a slightly used van from relative. The sales associates were outstanding. Last car we bought we wanted to switch from a sedan to small SUV/crossover. Our sedan had a transmission problem. Not new transmission but significant. Again bought from West Herr salesman was great. Finance mgr as we were signing papers added in a warranty I didn’t authorize and when I said no patronized me saying I bet you wish you had it in this one. Gave us nothing on that trade yet sold for 10k a month later. We’ve continued to bring our vehicles for service. Specifically Dave at what was Mullane and now West Herr has been a pleasure. Had a problem with my Town and Country brought it to Lockport they said $6000 for new transmission I asked for trade price gave me $500. Instead I called AAMCO. They towed from West Herr, performed diagnostic saw fix and did so for $500. Several weeks later still fine. I don’t blame Brett he was polite and I’ve used before no problem. I blame West Herr. They’ve lost a customer. For service for new cars period. I have no faith that they will deal with us honestly.

I went to West Herr to see my options for the end of my lease. Ryan worked with me to buy out my lease and use the equity to get a new vehicle. The lease buyout was easy as West Herr took care of all of the details and kept me informed each step of the process.
I called the dealership and they were able to get me in within 2 days, fix my car within the few hour time span that I needed it done by and didnt try an sell me anything my car didnt need. They kept in full contact with me to let me know what was going on and the price. I was very happy with my experience.

My dad and I had great service with Mullane Motors! We came in with a car type in mind and our saleman, Bruce, was eager (but not pushy at all) in helping us finalize our decision. Though we arrived later in the evening, he took us out for a test drive and was very courteous about answering all the questions he was presented with. I came in for service to myvehicle and was helped by a young lady with an airpod in her ear. She was very nice although all she did was greet me and have me pull my car into the garage. Beyond that she just had me stand there until one of the older guys was available.I don’t want to sound like an old fogey here but I feel like if you work in customer service maybe take the AirPods out to make the customer feel like they have your undivided attention. After all I did come in to spend hundreds of dollars.All that aside, they do good work.

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass, which kept stalling out on the way to work. Call the service advisor and they told me to bring it in for an oil change and system check. Very pleased with the service and communication. Got an appointment the same morning. They provided a shuttle ride to my granddaughters home while I waited. They had me back on the road with two new batteries in a couple hours. Great professional friendly service.

I missed my appointment for 10am oil change and tire rotation. Clearly my fault, I called to see if I could still come in and they said yes. I arrived and they said they didnt remember which is okay. I guess the person who answered was on lunch. But thankfully they still took me and said it was gonna be a longer wait which I was fine with. They had me out of there in about 1 hour and a half. Appreciate you guys for not turning me away.

One of the salesmen here at this dealership took advantage of my elderly in-laws and sold them two leases that they can barely afford. They stacked multiple other programs on top of their lease price and let them walk out the door with a $500 a month lease on a base model Jeep Renegade and over $400 a month on a base model Ram 1500. They looked at their income and knew they couldn’t afford it yet still took advantage of two people who didn’t know any better. I honestly have no clue how they even got approved for these leases by Chrysler Capital and the fact that the dealership facilitated this deal is insane. To say I’m disgusted by this and the lack of a conscience on the salesmen who sold them their leases is putting it lightly. They knew they couldn’t afford it. All they cared about was the commission they made off of this sale. Now we are struggling to get this lease turned in early to try to help them. This salesman should be ashamed of themselves.
The entire experience was the definition of proper customer service. There was a customer care specialist who gave me an appointment the very next evening, the entire staff was welcoming and professional (especially David) and the work was done within 30 minutes.....this was an awesome customer service experience!
This was the quickest new car purchase ever. Test drove the car, decided to buy and came back two days later. All the paperwork was ready, no waiting around. Signed everything and was out the door. Very positive interaction.

Unfortunately Im very disappointed. My 2019 Jeep Wrangler has now been in 4 times for the exact same issue that they seem unable to correctly diagnose or repair. This is unacceptable to me as Ive been stranded and left without a vehicle when it wont start and no resolution with the dealer.

This dealership keeps spamming me with constant, repetitive, email requests to trade in my vehicle, but the unsubscribe link contained in their emails is not dynamic and DOES NOT WORK! I contacted them to end this but yet it continues. Not sure if this is deliberate or not, but this is an unnecessary annoyance and will definitely influence my opinion about ever doing any business with them.

Although they were super busy, they were understanding of our dilemma and fit us in (when no one else in the area would), to take care of our vehicle. West Herr CDJR in lockport is an excellent dealership. In 2019 I leased my 2019 Ram 1500 classic warlock. The sales department makes buying or leasing a hassle free relaxing experience. The service department is probably the best around in my opinion. I just had my warlock in for service this week for a hard start condition. They diagnosed a faulty fuel pump and three injectors that were not working properly and replaced those components under warranty. My service rep Joe was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and sent me text messages keeping me updated on the status of my truck. Ive been satisfied with every interaction Ive had at this dealership and have even recommended them to my family and friends.

My husband and I worked with Matt Wilkins at West Herr in Lockport to lease a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Initially we wanted a Dodge Durango, which we test drove and loved, but the payments were a little out of our price range. Matt worked with us and let us drive the jeep for an extended amount of time to make sure we were comfortable. The paperwork process was a little disappointing but the sales manager Ben called me a day later to apologize and make things right which I really appreciate. Matt is a fabulous salesman. It was easy start to finish. The only knock I’ll give the deal was the detail of the car. It’s a black car, that being noted the exterior prep wasn’t the greatest. That being said I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

My sales guy was Cody (I can’t spell his last name), and he’s an amazing sales guy. Every other dealership I went to didn’t take me seriously, because I’m a young female, and Cody helped me find the truck that’s right for me. I found a nail in my tire right before the holidays of course, and I was able to make an appointment super quick to get it looked at and I had a brand new tire driving off the lot in under an hour. Brett was super helpful, always great service here!!

West Herr Collision repaired accident damage on my 2020 Honda HRV that I lease from West Herr Honda. Repairs were made and I can rate them 5 stars. But, service itself, I can only rate a 3.5. My vehicle was not detailed. My vehicle had the body work completed, but my vehicle was not washed, not vacuumed, not cared for as I had expected. I have had accident damage repaired by Commercial Body Shops in past years and my car was returned to me clean, detailed, and like brand new. Disappointed in West Herr Collision for not performing a better job at least by washing and buffing the vehicle. I also have a grease spot on my driver seat that was not there before.Hope I dont have any more accidents that need repaired here. Or, I guess I will know ahead of time it will be returned to me with only collision repair...nothing else. Lesson learned.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done to fix my car antenna on the roof. Dawn was very competent and friendly and to my pleasant surprise the bill ended up $400 less than quoted. When they got into the job there wasn’t as much damage as thought. Now that is a shop that I trust and will recommend

We recently leased a vehicle from West Herr and it was a great experience. The GM, sales person and finance person were super nice. A short time later I bought a camper and did not realize that Ram had a shortage of brake controllers. I was able to find one on line and called West Herr to see if they could install it. I explained that I was picking up the camper the next day and they got me right in. I heard the service manager tell the tech that, “it needs to get done or he can’t pick up his camper”. I had quite the difficulties finding a new vehicle after finally giving up my Dodge Dart and West Herr CDJR of Lockport was fantastic with working with me. Steve Whalen has been my salesman for years and I highly recommend talking with him. He helped me with the process of buying my lease on the Dodge Dart and this year he helped me with the purchase of my new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I have a few family members who have also worked with him and felt the same, he really knows his stuff! The only issue I had was with the guy who try’s to sell the extended warranty. He tried to push me into buying it even when my answer was no. He was also quite rude and condescending after I said no. I personally never needed the extended warranty and feel I never will, but everybody is different and I feel he should respect people’s decisions on that. Other than the warranty guy, everybody else I have dealt with at West Herr has been fantastic to work with. I highly recommend going there for you next vehicle.
It used to be called Mullaney Chrysler Dodge, and was a quality establishment. No since West Herr has taken over they only seam to care about $ and not much else.

Joe in the sales floor was great! He listened to my needs and what I had wanted and was looking for in a car. By the time I had signed he had taken care of handling registrations dj insurance for me. I hardly lifted a finger and was able to drive away in a new Jeep a day later. Mike in finance was also very great. I made an appointment online and I marked synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The confirmation email said synthetic oil change and tire rotation, but the receipt I received after my appointment was for conventional oil. Also, all the personal information was under my fathers name when I put my own information on the online schedule.
I bought a used vehicle from the Lockport Store and there were a couple of factory warranty issues that the team at West Herr have handled very efficiently and with great follow through.

Benjamin erikson and mr Hoover went above and beyond to make my buying experience the best and this is like the 7th time buying a vehicle from a dealer. I got everything I asked for and more . There were no smoking mirrors. These two guys treat you with respect and took the time to talk and show and get you out the door fast . Not like other places I have been that you sit there for 6 to 8 hrs. My total time there 2hrs the most. I will be going back to them for my next truck. A+++for Ben and mr Hoover. Wish I could remember mr Hoovers first name.
We were out car shopping last week because of necessity, not pleasure, and Bruce was very sympathetic and understanding of our situation. He walked us through all of the different minivans we were considering and was clearly very knowledgeable about his brands. Pick up was quick and efficient and he even programmed my cell phone into the blue tooth in the new car! Im confident that if I have any other needs (with this car or a future purchase), he will be there to assist me the best that he can. Although I did not use the shuttle service, but they do have one!Special thanks to David for walking me through the process with Casey, I think, to help me decide what additional services would be necessary or beneficial for safety and health of the car.To make the service even better, I would like to see it gets done a bit faster hopefully next time while I am waiting.

2022-02-04I came in during the last few days of my Jeep warranty with several mechanical issues. This location was able to get my car in the shop and fixed quickly and professionally. I sincerely appreciate that. Other dealerships are finding ways to tell people ‘no’ or to charge more for less service. This is the only dealership I have found that is still looking for ways to show they value their customers. Their work ethic says a lot about them - and it’s all good.

2022-03-04David Mullane at West Herr Jeep on Transit in Lockport made me feel so comfortable yesterday when I took my lease from this past July in for a “once over”. I was a little apprehensive at first as this was my first experience with the service department at this dealership. Every concern I had was addressed and taken care of by the “people in the back”. I thank them very much. David was easy to converse with as we did the final paperwork and then he walked me out to my car to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I drove away feeling very confident. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I have no qualms now on going back for anything I need. I appreciate this very much.

2022-02-28The service department is amazing. I got a post card for a recall, I called on Thursday and got a Monday appointment. They ordered the parts ahead of time so it wouldn’t take as long for me to get my Jeep. They also gave me a ride home, the driver just like the service members was professional and extremely kind. Please don’t go to any other Dealership, my wife also got her Jeep here, so easy and great to work with.

2022-01-25Dealing with Joseph Shaw was awesome! He is a great salesman. Management at West Herr is less than adequate. Management did not help Joe in getting vehicles to the dealership. They were not very professional. Joe how ever was very professional and a delight to deal with. If it wasn’t for Joe I don’t know that I would go back.
