Very friendly staff, they worked with me on the financial stuff to get the loan for a used F150 with mechanical insurance. I have just one issue with the truck is the power 110 outlet is not working, I have not called them yet about that, just picked up the vehicle yesterday. But will do very soon. Plus cant get the sync going, but that could be me not knowing what I am doing or dont understand about the sync system.

Quick Lane is an easy place to get your car serviced. I was planning to wait for my oil change and inspection this morning, but Jason let me know they were quite backed up and offered me shuttle service. There was great communication through the whole process and picking it up was quick and easy.
I was referred by someone to Jim Clifford. It was an incredible experience!!! They treated me like royalty. The whole crew, I mean I never had such a great experience with a car dealership and the employees that surrounded Jim were great. They make you feel like they knew you forever. Second time having repairs completed on my vehicle. Amazingly efficient, in and out so fast. Quality repairs, no hassle car rental. They deal with my insurance company and text me when my Jeep is fixed and ready to be picked up. I highly recommend this collision shop!!!!
I need my flat tire repaired and it was a six hour wait. Jennifer suggested that I leave my tire and told me that I would be able to come back in the morning to have it put back on my vehicle. I also stated that I needed an oil change.She called me that evening to let me know that the tire was repaired and that she would get my vehicle in right away when I returned in the morning. Jennifer was true to her word. I was there less than an hour. She was very polite and professional. Thank you for your service!

I couldn’t get an appointment at a regular west herr service location that worked with my crazy work schedule. I heard about the quick lane and called immediately to see if they could do an oil change on my Jeep Compass and was informed yes. Upon arriving Jennifer was so bubbly and took me immediately. I was a little disappointed to have just bought a car from them and realized as I was driving off the lot that they didn’t fill it up with gas. That’s okay though - everything else was great!

Great place to purchase vehicle, it was my first time buying a used vehicle and a truck. I didnt expect it to go smoothly and had a few concerns but the salesperson made sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely love how it drives and all things considered the very reasonable price. My delivery time was in morning and (other than the fact when I left the gas tank light went on- good thing I noticed before hopping on thruway!- only reason Im leaving 4 stars..DETAILS) even though I didnt leave til 4 pm he made sure everything was looked over and ready and stayed in constant contact with me before I took delivery. Needed emergency repairs and I was 650 miles from home. Service dept was able to get me repaired and on the road in only 4 days over a weekend. Had to order the part and install. Others I called told me 2 weeks just to get it seen. Thanks to Joe and the service dept..
Took my truck in for its first oil change. The Ford App Oil Life Sensor said the oil was at 50% life. After the service was complete and I was charged for the oil change I noticed the Oil Life Sensor never updated to reflect new oil being added. Waited several days and all that has happened is the Oil Life Sensor is reading the oil life at 49% now. I’m left to believe that the oil change never occurred and I was charged for a false service.

2020 Ford F150 Oil Change, take care of backup camera recall & needed another key fob that was lost. Was supposed to be appx 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. Stinks when computers are not working and no one bothers to call to give you an update. But West Herr Service Team Lead, Corey, made me feel like a valued customer in the long run.
Very knowledgeable. Turn around time is pretty good too. Prices are comparable to other locations, and you can bring your own parts in some cases. That helps make things cheaper. Going to rockauto to get parts might be helpful to some people.
Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and outgoing. He texted me to keep me updated as to the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Unfortunately, the work took longer than anticipated. However, I appreciated the good job and the discount applied to my final bill. My car drives much better. I am happy with the result and feel much safer with my brakes, and the tire repair. Worldwide supply chain issues are not affecting West Herr Ford! Worked fast to replace stone cracked window om my 2022 escape. Joe D at Orchard Park was great with handling my needs and get system recalibrated. Bob the manager went out of his way to shuttle me when it was needed. Highly recommend any glass work be done there.
There is NOTHING quick about “Quick Lane”I was third in line in the morning and it took over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. That is unacceptable.I bet if the Wrenches were paid on scale and not per hour, I would have been in and out in 45 minutes (which is more reasonable, considering my arrival time, where I was in line and the service required) and the labor rate charged would have been less….Not happy in the least with the service there

Recently I went to West Herr for a NYS safety inspection as well as tire issue. I had a blow out several hundred miles away from Buffalo where I live and was headed. I had AAA change my tire on side of the NYS Thruway. A donut tire was put in my car which youre not suppose to drive more than 50 miles on. The tire blow out was on the inside sidewall. I had to purchase a new tire in Canajohare NY, saved the tire and tried to put in a claim under a warranty I purchased for these type of incidents. I tried to make a claim with the insurance company through which I had coverage. This was a complete waste of time. After a half hour on the phone I finally was able to speak with a live person. What they wanted me to do was outrageous. Why didnt I get authorization first? copies of multiple things, photos, etc. After an hour on the phone I finally hung up disgusted. If it hadnt been for Bob from your service Id probably still be attemping to resolve this matter. He took the tire and said hed take care filing a claim. Bob called me later that day telling me that Id be getting a reimbursement check shortly. Bob should get a gold star for customer service.
I already had an appointment set up for a New York State inspection with west herr Lockport Honda when as I was driving a giant rock hit my windshield and broke it. West herr took care of everything. Cleared it with insurance and used my current appointment to do an inspection and fix my windshield at the same time. Great work and very convenient. They even provided a shuttle ride home and back while the work was being done!
Service people were great. Major issue was supply chain. Had to wait 3 days for a tire. Once tire got here, got the car within hours.
My car was dropped off at 230 was told 3 hours, returned at 545 and the car hadnt been moved. When asked I was given an eye roll and we are short staffed. Due to needing the car for a trip 2 days later I had to have it done so returned an hour later. I was not charged however my tire rotation was not done, which is why I use quick lane. This is my 2nd bad experience with this place. Will not be returning.

The Number that Mikeleft for me to text did not work even though it said I could text anytime. I did call only to get his voicemail. Never called or text me back until about 5 pm to tell me the vehicle was ready. I was scrambling because my ride to pick up vehicle had to go to work themselves so we had to rush there. I always bring my vehicle the night before so it’s there ready to go. It was only supposed to take a half day for the 2 recalls . Disappointed

Bob was great and got my vehicle done quickly even though they were backed up.
I called rather late in the day to see if they could fit me in for service and an inspection. I dropped the car off so they could work on it in the morning. They called just before closing to let me know it was ready for pick-up anytime the next day. I always receive great service which is why I am a repeat customer
Once again Mike Bettcher was very professional and courteous. The technician Steven Rachel is also excellent at performing his duties and taking care of my car as if it where his own. Very disappointed, when estimating my repair, a part breakdown should have shown that the handle can be dissembled and could be reused or at least offered as an option. I am no expert but 4 hours to prep and paint an 8 inch piece of plastic seems very exaggerated at $439.00 for a door handle repair. My fault for not getting a second estimate and for trusting my dealership. While both of the people I was in contact with were professional, if I was not in a rush for the work to be done I would have walked out in the beginning and gone somewhere else. Then to add insult to injury, after the discussion of the pricing another $140.00 item was then needed. Again I am no expert and know this very well could broken but the parts were never brought to me to see, my fault again for not asking.So for what it is worth, I would never trust West Herr for repairs if I can avoid it.
Took my Expedition there for repairs from a deer collision. Extensive damage was done to the vehicle..Nick kept me updated thru the whole process...The team at West herr did a great job on the repairs...Definitely would recommend them for quality collision work..

I have to say that the entire process was handled perfectly by all involved. There was a few instances where the other party was indecisive and nick had to shift gears to keep current with the changes, which he did every time. The lady at the front counter was also very helpful during our conversations. They also had the car in better shape than when i dropped it off. They vacuumed the rugs and it was nice and shiny when i left the lot. BONUS!!! Job well done.

Most recently Tyler assisted me with something that was outside of his job scope and it was more than appreciated. Sabrina has also gone above and beyond to work with and help me. Whenever my vehicle needs service, I turn to the ones that I can trust. The Westherr team has proven this time after time, they are the go to people. After deer vrs car, Collision south did a great job on the repairs. It wasnt my insurance co. network repair shop so it was a process ,Westherr took care of all the details. just be patient, the results a worth the wait.
I would’ve given this dealership 1 star but the salesman was nice until he basically started badgering me about why I was looking at other dealers , wanted me to put down money right away the next day to hold the car even though I hadn’t been approved (I get it, there’s a car shortage) but then also wanted me to get into any vehicle on the lot at that point as well . When I got approved I couldn’t even get answer on the phone from salesman or finance manager what my payments were and interest rate and I wasn’t going to waste time running out to the dealer before knowing. Second not so great experience at this dealership , first was 5 years ago when I bought my escape. I ultimately worked with the West Herr Jeep dealer and got everything I wanted with the best salesman and finance manager!
Hello! I had oil change/tire rotation performed on my Subaru. Smooth experience. I had to wait for service to be done because I didn’t want to go home and come right back. I was told an hour and it took a little over. Other than that, very smooth. I was able to use my Ford pass rewards with no issues. The staff was very friendly, waiting area was very clean.
West Herr did a great job fixing our car. We waited a very long time for the parts to come in, which we realize was not their fault. However, we did most of the calling to get updates on our vehicle. Other than that, we will continue to use them for their quality of work is impeccable.
Dean was great to work with. He walked me through every step from start to finish. I will be coming back for all my car needs.

When your timeline is a 45 minute wait time turns into an hour and forty five minutes when you are waiting there is upsetting. Then I get a bill for 84 dollars for an oil change and NYS inspection with a Ford point discount is ridiculous. I have been working for Ford Motor Company for 29 years, what a shameful experience for me.
Went to West-Herr for the first time Nov 13, 2021. I have been a loyal Basil Ford customer for 9 years but lately you are treated only as a number and when I had to wait 4 hours for an inspection I knew it was time for a change. I dealt with MO Darwish as my salesman ..he was great. Traded my 2016 F 150 in for a 2021 F 150 and am very happy. They said they would earn my business and did.

Tyler was amazing in customer service today he checked over my entire new car as my brakes were squeaking and verify that everything was fine. He took the extra step to lubricate an oil everything while I waited and also at my request put new wiper blades on the front and back of my vehicle, as my wipers were not working properly. They honored the sticker price at the time of order and X Plan. Also increased trade in value when a rebate at time of order was not locked in. Saleswoman Vaune Fresco was excellent.

The sale person, Mark Schrader, has been excellent and always listened to our thoughts and requests and found us the best possible deal. Although too soon to know the long term performance we are extremely pleased with the 2022 F150 we just purchased. We like the general appearance and inside comfort. 2022-05-18My salesperson never pushed, just offered information to help me make a decision. He was completely honest about the wait time for my Bronco order. I felt respected, not like just another sale.Shuttle service was timely and courteous. Financing was pain free. Id go back any time and highly recommend to others.

2022-03-23I recently had collision work done on my 2021 Durango. The employees were professional and pleasant to work with. The car took longer than expected, only because they had to order an additional part and it took a week to come in. I only found this out because I called the day I was told it would possibly be done. Comminication was very poor in the begining, but after bringing it to someones attention they did keep me updated. When I picked my car up the work they did looked great, although they could have done a little better cleaning the car up. I hope I dont ever need collision work done again but would definitely return to West Herr Collision.
