Went in for inspection, my appointment was at 9am, I was greeted by Paul who was very friendly. Paul asked me when I needed my truck back, I shared that I needed it to pick up some building supplies that had just come in. I got a call back within the hour notifying me that it was done. My experience with Paul was excellent, quick, efficient, professional and friendly. West Herr has been my exclusive dealership for the last 7 years and they continue to earn my repeat business. This was my first car purchase and the process can be stressful. I was able to get my car the same week because of Kevin and Grace and I couldn’t be more happy! I was well taken care of and Kevin made the buying process stress free. He went above from the beginning to the end. I got to leave in a 2019 Honda Civic and I wouldn’t have gone to anyone else ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Ripped off! Would give 0 stars if possible. Do NOT recommend.!! I went to get an annual inspection on 2/16/22 for my 2013 Honda after my brother checked the basics on my car. The technician quoted $1016+tax as a deal to replace rear brakes. My rear brakes had just been replaced less than a year ago and under warranty. (I drive less than 10,000 miles/yr and keep my car serviced) Instantly, his facial expressions and tone changed with me. He appeared frazzled and shocked, began conferring with management several times. He came back to me continue to insist I had to replace them or “fail inspection.” I told him to fail my inspection, and still had to pay the $21. (Car passed service and oil changed there prior month) I there and I went to another auto mechanic shop … surprise, surprise my inspection PASSED without needing any work. Stay away from west herr.
Wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere. We got conned into buying a THREE THOUSAND DOLLAR warranty and made sure there was specific coverage. After we got lied to by the woman in finance, Kevin proceeded to promise us this warranty. Only a few months later we experience an issue and to our surprise? No coverage. What a sleazy disgusting and foul thing to do. Was looking to purchase our next vehicle through them because they swayed us with their customer service in person but they’ll say and do anything to make an extra buck from you and it shows. If you want awesome service get ahold of Nick at Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Avon. Tell him I sent you and I promise you will not be disappointed. West Herr Honda your lack of honesty and integrity disgusts me.
It was an amazingly pleasant experience working with Martin from Westherr Honda. Having previously talked with him over the phone, when I met him in the showroom it was evident - he was a seasoned professional who knew his cars. He listened to me, understood what I was looking for and helped me shortlist/finalize the car of my choice - color & interiors. All through the 6 weeks wait time, he stayed in touch, and kept me informed on the order progress which made the entire car buying experience lot more enjoyable. If you are buying a car from Westherr, I highly recommend you talk with Martin Ford first.

This location was the last stop of a long day of car shopping at various dealerships which left me feeling both frustrated and overwhelmed. But the salesman Kevin at West Herr Honda, was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely helpful and personable while being genuine. He took time to hear my concerns and needs and got me set up with my new HR-V same day. Could not be happier with Kevin or the rest of the staff I had the pleasure to encounter during the transaction at this location. 10/10 will buy from here again.
Mark and his assistant Dan went above and beyond to make sure I could get a Ford Escape with lower payments than I was paying. They were able to get my payments $40 lower than I was paying. They put a lot of work in finding me the perfect vehicle with a bumper to bumper warranty for 4 years.
West Herr is all out fantastic! I worked with two salesmen on the purchase of a new CR-V recently. The experience was one of the smoothest and transparent processes ever. I wanted a car and i had been texting Marie for months about it. She told me about this website they use which banks will mostly likely accept in your price range. I needed a co-signer only because i’m 18 and don’t really have any credit/auto history. I was able to get a car within a week. She’s the sweetest and will help you get into something you love in your price range. Jessica , the finance lady. Sweetest person ever. She helped me with telling me what i would and wouldn’t get approved for. I told her my limits and she helped work around them. Would definitely go back for my next car !!I would recommend you go in and work with Marie and Jessica!
Ive worked with Manny Torrado for many years with leasing my cars. I truly appreciate his straightforwardness and honesty. I have done business with West Herr for over 15 years and have had my vehicles serviced at the dealership. I have found everyone at the dealership, regardless of location, to be polite, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They make it easy to buy, lease and maintain my vehicles. I cant see myself going anywhere else.
My husband and I went in to West Herr Honda on Thursday, May 26th at 5:30pm (they closed at 6pm). In spite of the shortage of vehicles, Norman Daniels helped us pick out the perfect car for our son. We planned to go back the next day (Friday) to take delivery and even though Norman was off from work he graciously offered to come in. We chose to take delivery on Saturday instead. My air conditioner fried while on the road on one of the hottest days in June - heard a popping noise while it was running then had the pleasure of feeling hot air blowing on me. Thought it was a blown seal, but was sad to hear that the condenser and several other components went as well. I had to wait almost 8 days for an appointment, then an additional day after my appointment waiting for parts. However, it now blows ice cold and just in time for more hot and humid days!!
The place is clean and has enough room to maneuver around. Friendly staff, not pushy.Right now, like every other Dealer, their supply of available cars is limited. As for used cars, I only test drove one. It had not been serviced yet and needed work. Bear that in mind if you test drive one, but that could be true for pretty much all dealers

Norman Daniels at West herr Honda made my buying experience a breeze and so easy on my wife and I! Due to the high demand in new vehicles I did have to wait about 2 months for my car but Norm was very punctual and kept me updated when he had new information! Very helpfull, i have been buying cars off the side of the road and craigslist for years due to a bad dealership experience. Highly recomend Mark Milleville very Friendly and helpfull. Also I had my 2 younger children and many people there were very helpfull providing snacks and coloring books. A great place to buy a car
Have been taking my Honda here since we bought it. Usually no problems. But this time I felt like I was being talked down to. I was told some things that didnt make since. And when I told them that the tire indicator light keeps coming on and has been doing this sine since we bought it. I was treated as if I was a child. Now I find I can reset the indicator light myself. If I had been told this I wouldnt of had to keep going to the dealer, which was a big pain. Not sure I want to take my car there again.
James Yarger has been our go to car professional for at least 15 years. He treats myself and my family with honesty and integrity. He continually works with us with pricing as well as service. By far the best dealer that I have ever been to. Martin Ford is a great salesman; he was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (Honda Clarity 2020). Due to Covid, we arranged the pricing and pickup details before actually going to the dealer, and I was able to walk in and leave with my new car in about 50 minutes! Service is top notch. The inside was well spaced out and all of the staff were wearing masks properly. Definitely go here if youre looking for amazing pricing, service, and experience!
Please service good but I don’t know sales man I used 2016, they have to explain and do favors of Costoner but he makes me 79 months payment, I know only 72 months I can’t fight with them now please makes sure do for Costomer not only for sales person , now I start to use different dealerships due to that’s reason

Everyone I delt with was amazing. From my salesperson Gerry Signore, financial guy Chris. Sorry Chris forgot your last name. All the ladies that helped get things organized and started to make things fast and easy for signing. Probably the top 1 or 2 experiences with selling or buying a car Ive ever had. Never felt pressured at all. Highly recommend this place!We drove almost 4 hours to get the car we wanted since our local Honda dealer didnt want to even talk about it. My experience was with the service department. Paul was the gentleman who pleasantly greeted me, took care of my car. The service was fast and completely satisfying. Our family was looking for a new 2nd car as our last one started giving signs that it was ready for a change. Greatest thing about West-Herr - compared to most dealerships - this place is always PACKED ! No hassles from a salesperson pouncing on you. Easy scheduling.Representatives were knowledgeable and friendly.I did have to call to check on the status and felt like the hours spent on my vehicle were a little long. I had front to back roof rails installed and everyone was saying about an hour. My labor charges were $130.00. I was quoted around $300-$350 for parts and install and paid $404. Everything was great and I know they were installed well. I just feel the dealerships work the hours spent in their favor.

Brought my CR-V up late Monday morning for an appt in the service department due to issues with my car. Got checked in quickly and really didnt wait long before they were able to determine the cause of the issues. They had to order the part, but got me set up with a rental car quickly and easily since I live 2 hours away. They had it fixed quickly once the part came in, as Dale notified me the next morning (Tuesday) just before 11 am. I was able to drive up later that day, return my rental, and smoothly and quickly pick my car back up. It has been running great all week now with no issues. Thanks West Herr!!
I have never had a negative experience dealing with West Herr. I have been using West Herr Honda for all my maintenance over the past few years and I have been very happy. The service department will give you recommendations on different things you may need but are never pushy or trying to sell you anything. I bought my car from the West Herr used car outlet but will likely buy my next car from this location especially because I imagine I will be sticking with Hondas, great car so far!
Nice people to do business with for the most part. My only concern is with the warranty that West Herr always tries to sell you. The warranty is a bit expensive and they tend to pressure you pretty hard to buy it. This is the second vehicle I purchased from West Herr and dealt with the same Warranty speel both times. I dont like warranties and made that clear, but they still put the pressure on until I gave in. Other than that, they were great to work with.

Dale went well beyond handling the scheduled service for my vehicle to check items I had not noticed like the level of tread on my tires and cleaning up a flooded interior after I had accidentally left the sunroof open and a major rain storm soaked the interior. He cleaned up the water, put the heater and fans on in the interior and by the time I picked up the car, it was in perfect shape. I have always had great service at this dealership but this was exceptional and I am truly grateful.
I dropped my CRV off for a next day service appointment, used the shuttle to drop off and pick up, which was easy and quick. Jennifer was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole experience was very good and easy from start to finish, seamless. I would highly recommend this store for service.
Love dealing with West Herr. Ive bought several cars from them this year and both times they were a pleasure to deal with, no pressure, very responsive to questions when I communicated on the web. The sales staff all worked together to out this deal in place and they were spot on with the trade in offer. Gave me exactly what I wanted right from the start. Love my new (used) Nissan Rogue.
Took my recently purchased car from the dealership back to have a noise inspected. Sounded like the brake or rotor needed repair. Got a quote to replace both front rotors...$420! Just rotors, not including brake pads. Thought it was high, so I purchased the parts myself for much less and did the work myself. After I pulled off the driver side wheel, the problem immediately jumped out at me...A bolt that held the driver side caliper in place was missing! How did a factory trained, certified specialist miss a missing bolt? Their misdiagnosis of my problem put my safety at risk and would have cost me hundreds of dollars...and for what?? A missing bolt? Its a shame because I have purchased 3-cars and leased another from this dealership. Never again.
Love going to West Herr Honda. The staff is always on point and professional my car always runs great when I leave and they don’t gouge my wallet either. Recently Paul hooked me up with all my services. He was amazing. Even got me the information I needed on a few replacements I needed due to parking lot damage 😂. And he responds to all my requests through text now too so it’s super quick and easy if your on the go a lot !!!Just had my car in to west herr Honda again and of course satisfied as always. They fixed the trim on my car from some parking lot dirt bag that hit with a cart or a door and didn’t leave a note of course. They refinished my rims now they are shiny and non pothole scarred :). They fixed a leak in my ac condenser also which was covered by warranty now my air is super cold again :).
My Honda Pilot was in for NYS inspection. While everything was good enough to pass I was advised that there were some things which might become issues in the near future.After an explanation of these I chose ti have some addressedThere was no high pressure sell. Repairs were done in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with at the dealership were pleasant and helpfull.

In a time where they are shortages on chips and inventory, they worked hard and fought for me to get the vehicle I was looking for. They searched the area for what I wanted and the took the time to go over all the features of my new vehicle with me to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. David Gallegos, the financial services manager, was also extremely helpful going over all the potential loan options and additional warranties/packages that were available. He helped me picked the options that worked best for me. All together, wonderful experience and very helpful staff!

Paul is great and super helpful we would recommend him if you are in the market for a Ford/Lincoln!We had a few bad experiences at other dealerships in the area and the experience here was the complete opposite. Marie communicated everything to us thoroughly every step of the process from the very beginning to explaining every button in the car we had a question about before driving out the lot. Before we even came in, she set us up with a virtual appraisal, set up our financing, insurance and all the paperwork.The finance manager Phil was very friendly as well and explained everything to us so it was easy to understand and not overwhelming. He was patient with any questions or concerns we had and we really appreciate his opinions in helping us choose our warranties.Overall, we had a wonderful experience here and would happily purchase our future cars here and would highly recommend going to West Herr if you are in the market for a vehicle! Jennifer Brook, my service advisor, greeted me warmly & showed me how to tweak the settings on my vehicles computer. I get my husband’s Subaru service texts & he gets my Honda emails. We have tried to get this straight for 2 years. I believe Jennifer has finally fixed it. She looked at more than one program & fixed them both. I needed to lease a car. My West Herr sales representative was Norman Daniels. Norman is a skilled professional who provided service that exceeded my expectations. He is personable and knowledgeable of the West Herr products/cars. After listening to me, he carefully explained the car leasing procedures, value of the Honda HRV, and how that particular car would suit my needs. With his help I was able to make an informed decision and drove away a satisfied customer.
Always a great experience from the time that I bought my car from Erik B. to the time that I went in for a first service appointment with Dale C.! Even that guy who assisted me when I guess I was visibly confused as to how to go about getting the car serviced. For someone who is always stressed out about driving due to the fact that I have only started at age 40, dealing with them is one very positive thing that I only wish all consumers would have the opportunity to enjoy! I had a terrible experience at a different Honda location where the finance guy was super aggressive and pushy about getting extra warranties and coverage that I had made clear I did not want. I ended up going to West Herr Honda and had an amazing experience. Martin was so welcoming and friendly. The whole experience was so much better and I even got a better deal on my trade in for my 1998 Toyota Corolla. Walked away from the West Herr location with a huge smile on my face!
We live in Rochester, NY...saw a car we were interested in at West Herr in Lockport, NY. We called to check on availability before driving there. From the first phone call to the salesperson, Marie Tabaczynski, to taking delivery of the vehicle the SAME DAY, it was a great experience. Marie had the vehicle ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. She told us at that she treats her customers the way she would want to be treated, and she definitely lived up to that statement. The negotiation process was straightforward. The finance team worked to get us a great rate, much lower than our bank would have been able to give us. The whole process was efficient. They prepped the vehicle (including an oil change), did all the behind the scenes work with financing and paperwork, and we were in an out within a few hours. I cant say enough about the interactions with all the staff we interfaced with (Marie, Scott, Dave and Chris). I would highly recommend Marie and the team at West Herr Honda.

Eric Giardina who I bought my last car from and pays attention to detail I had to call when I saw the new 2022 Honda Civics drop. The service department knocked it out of the park today! Having been a fleet manager for many years, I have a natural distrust for dealerships but West Herr Honda has NEVER tried to sell me something my car didn’t need. Today, I had 4 tires replaced, trans flush, brake flush, inspection and a major recall. Dale took great care keeping me informed and I was out in a little over two hours. 👍

Did not have the car that I made the appointment for. I was super disappointed. I will say the man who sold me the car I did end buying, was very very nice. I believe his name is Eric Arden or something similar. Although, they had two different men try and sell me extra insurance for the car. For repairs and such. They were the absolute pushiest people I have ever met in my life. I was truly aggravated and still feel aggravated just thinking about them. I understand it’s a car dealership and that’s what they do. But they seriously couldn’t take the hint that I did not want this extra coverage. I really don’t know if I would recommend them.
We purchased a vehicle at West Herr Honda from Erik Arden years ago and when it came time to purchase another we called Erik. He was very helpful, quick and straightforward. We were able to get everything accomplished in one day. Erik and West Herr were very accommodating to our requests to take delivery of the vehicle outside. I had a great time working with Kristina! She was nice and listened to any questions I had. With demand on the rise I know it can get stressful at alot of other places but this was smooth and delivered much MUCH sooner than I expected. Exceeded and surpassed my expectations with this whole Covid problem still lingering.

Electronic problem with my car I googled and could have written what I read on 4 forums. Service looked at it and put me in a spot by saying battery died, I needed new battery. Picked up car, same problem so wasnt expensive battery. Service had my car for 5 days, picked it up, discovered one key didnt work when I got home. Service did not request bringing 2nd fob for programming. Had to bring car back for third time to reprogram 2nd key. At this point I demanded being compensated for all the unacceptable problems. WestHerr did give me service credit for half the price of the battery finally. I have had all my service done there, usually satisfied but this time was not up to par. They need to do better. Three stars only because they did compensate me, should have gotten full refund for battery.
I was a little disappointed that they kept my vehicle all day when I dropped off the evening before. I also had to call a few times to know when my vehicle would be done before I got a call back. Then I was charged for work that probably should have been covered with my extended warranty. I am not sure I will bring my vehicle there again to get repairs or recalls to be honest. Its the second time I have had an issue with their service.
I appreciate coming to West Herr Honda because they always treat me with kindness and patience. I have never felt the pressure you sometimes feel at some dealerships. I bought a brand new car 100% virtual. I found the exact car I wanted, contacted my salesman, worked the numbers and even spoke to the F&I office all online and on the phone. The delivery took 10 minutes at my home. There’s no other way to shop and no other place to shop than West Herr. Bob Michael and Kevin Szymanski are flat out master class professionals.
West Herr Automotive Group is by far the only dealership I trust. Their employees very easy to work with. I shopped a competitor and was extremely uncomfortable with their process. I presented their offer to West Herr Honda and they were able to beat the competition with ease.I want to give a shout out to Glenn at West Herr Ford in Rochester for putting the deal together for me and showing a great deal of patience. My experience at West Herr was great! I must say, it was a long process and long day but Kong Gao gave the best customer service and made sure that my needs were met. I actually had been car shopping since August and did not have any luck with other dealerships. West Herr definitely put an end to my searching. Heidi Gebler is the best salesperson in all my years of car buying. She listens to what you are looking for but is fast and efficient and is not pushy at all. I highly recommend her for her knowledge and professionalism. She can also show me any car under the West Herr umbrella without me driving all over town.
Disappointed with West Herr again. Communication between Parts and Service is nonexistent. Had some routine maintenance scheduled with the service department on 3/30/21. I needed new floor mats and a new key fab so I ordered both on 3/24 and the guy in parts dept. assured me the key and the floor mats would be there when we brought the car in for service. Well, no key and no floor mats were ready. I almost didn’t even expect the parts to be there. I’ve ordered parts before from West Herr and not once have I ever received the parts or a even a phone call back. Communication between departments and communication with customers is woefully nonexistent.
I would like to thank the West Herr team. They were so helpful and kind. Thank you James, John & Phil. James went above and beyond a sales guy could go. This is my 2and CRV.West Herr Honda is the way to go and ask for James Y. That was for July 2020.But for my inspection today Dale was awesome checking in and the cashier was awesome too. I have always had a wonderful experience with WestHerr Honda!I can bring my car in for an oil change and inspection, wait in their waiting room, have a free cup of coffee while watching TV and in less than an hour the work is complete and I’m on my way. I found this dealership to be customer friendly. Sales person Erik Arden answered all my questions and we worked out a good deal. I told my sales consultant, Kelly Hartway, at West Herr Ford that I was interested in the Honda Accord Hybrid as well as Ford Hybrid. She brought in an Accord for me to test drive, and I also test drove a Ford. She secured a quote on an Accord from West Herr Honda and quoted me on the Ford Hybrid. We discussed +/- on both vehicles. I told her I was leaning toward the Honda so we picked out colors just in case. The next day I informed Kelly that I was going with the Honda Accord. To expedite the purchase, Kelly requested various documents to forward to West Herr Honda and she set up an appointment to make my purchase with Sara Orsolits—the Honda sales consultant. Sara was quick to respond prepare the paperwork. It was a pleasurable experience working with Kelly and Sara. They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and were exceptional at developing a positive relationship with me as Im sure they do with all of their customers.For 25 years, I owned and operated a company with 50 employees. I would consider myself very, very lucky to have excellent employees as accomplished as Kelly and Sara.The support staff at West Herr Honda were very friendly and helpful.

Service kept saying they fixed my problem but I found out from another service dealer that they didnt address the root problems because the warranty from the manufacturer doesnt pay well... so theyll keep fixing it until the owner of the car goes somewhere else or the warranty expires.Not recommended for sales or service
Our experience at West Herr Honda was amazing. Everybody was so polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The process of purchasing our new vehicle went quickly and smoothly. Just following up on my review below and the response received from West Herr Honda.Northtown Hondas Service did a fantastic job in getting my vehicle in. It ended up being the cooling fan and was 100% covered under warranty.Unfortunately I still have not received a call from West Herr well over a week since they indicated that I would hear from them.I recent purchased my 5th Honda Civic. This is my first buying experience with West Herr Honda. The other 4 were purchased at what is now Northtown Honda. I love the vehicle and have been very happy with my Honda experience over the past 13+- years. The overall buying experience at was perfectly fine.So yesterday it was 80+- degrees and I turned the a/c on in my new Civix for the first time since I purchased the vehicle. It didn’t work, it blows warm air. I went home read the owners manual to make sure I was doing everything properly and tried it again today. Same result. I called West Herr Honda Service explained my issue with my brand new vehicle that I purchased from them. Their response was sorry it’s going to be a week or so before we can get your car in. If you’d like you can bring your car up to Lockport and drop it off and we can try and squeeze it in but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to look at it. You can stay and wait for your vehicle or we can shuttle you to where you need to go and our shuttle driver works until 4pm everyday and can bring you back to the dealer if and when we can get to your repair.I thanked the person that I spoke with and called Northtown Honda. They have me scheduled for an appointment tomorrow.This is my first impression of West Herr Honda service and I don’t think that I need to see what a second experience will be like.
Martin the sales person was the easiest person I have ever dealt with. Everything worked out Great! I would and will highly recommend him to all family and friends! Great car buying experience. First time with a Honda but so far everything with the dealership has been A+.
The salesman was friendly and helpful. Not sure he knew a lot about the used van we bought. So far 2 days seems like a good solid vehicle. I was surprised to find it has auto start..a feature not mentioned to us. They did say no smoke no animals and one owner . They neglected to vacuum under the stowand go seat in the back however and that is where I found the evidence of where the smell was coming from..pet hair. Not a big deal and cleaned up easily...just a minor oversight and a little disappointing. Overall a good experience and hoping to use for many years.
I was very happy with Robin Miller at West Herr Honda! She was easy to work with as was Chris in the finance department. I love my car & was able to pay apx. what i wanted to for the most part. They went through a number of lenders to arrive at a credit union with best rate. There was NOTHING pushy about their sale of my HRV. I have been spreading the word. Great job & better than another dealer i chose years ago. Thanks West Herr.Update 9/2021I went back for service & they went above and beyond to fix 2 sensors that would not allow my HRV to pass inspection....I went & read my book for a bit. All the while, Jennifer would update me on the process & where they were in the repair. They only charged me $11 knowing the car passed most of the inspection. I was happy saving a little money too! This is why I bought a Honda from West Herr!

2022-06-13The team at Honda actually contacted me several months before my lease ended and told me if I planned to renew my lease I should begin shopping sooner than planned due to shortages and cars taking months to come in. Thanks to them, I was able to get my second lease and a brand new ‘22 civic sport with no issues. Ron Ramos was a phenomenal man to work with. He was very personable and made this entire process quick (as much as he could) and easy, getting me the exact car I wanted even during a shortage. He kept me in the loop about the delivery of my car, provided me all the necessary info I needed to get insurance transferred over prior to my appointment and had all the paperwork in order upon arrival. This is my second lease from West Herr Honda, and due to both experiences being pleasurable I plan to return for a third.

2021-09-06Bravo West Herr Honda! Excellent 5 star service start to finish. I met with the wonderful and professional Mark Milleville. If you’re thinking about buying or leasing a new Vehicle START HERE! First of all, the showroom has a cheerful atmosphere, is clean, well maintained, and they’re very mindful of Covid standards. It put us more at ease that Mark wore a mask while he worked with us. It’s one way businesses show respect to their patrons and we appreciated this. The friendly and helpful Mark helped us test drive the Honda CRV and HRV, because of his sense of urgency we got it all done in under 45 minutes. We really appreciated the way Mark asked questions in order to determine what our best options were. Of course during the pandemic many dealerships are running low on inventory so once you narrow down the car you want, you may be waiting months before it is available. The biggest advantage to shopping at West Herr (besides MARK) is their extensive network of dealerships and the available inventory for both new and used cars. It was refreshing to work with someone honest and genuinely interested in the people in front of him. He always offered solutions and remained positive and upbeat! Make sure you stop in and ask for Mark or give him a call so he can get you in the right vehicle ASAP. Places like West Herr Honda restore my faith in humanity! 2022-03-04I wanted to highlight Robin, Kristina, & John for the overall experience from start to finish of purchasing my new Honda. First I want to start by saying most people spend most of their time by going from dealer to dealer due to the salesperson or people involved not providing detailed information and or the slightest reasonable financial breakdown. Second, there is honestly no better feeling of reassurance regarding the benefits and perks of which vehicle you had in mind of purchasing. I had a question about whether to have the tires rotated and Jennifer checked with the mechanic working on my car to see if it needed to be done.Jennifer was polite, friendly and professional.The waiting room was clean, with plenty of space between the chairs.When my car was ready, Jennifer gave the paperwork to me and described everything that was done to my car.My car was waiting at the garage door for me by the time I had paid my bill.Thank you, Jennifer, for everything.
