I had the pleasure to work with Matt M. He made my entire car shopping experience effortless. It was not your stereotypical dealership just trying to make a Sale. He listened to my needs and even after I made the purchase he still kept in contact with me to make sure I was still happy with the vehicle. Greg in finance worked so hard and spent hours on the phone with banks trying to strike a deal that I was looking for. He explained the service warranty in detail and went through all of my payment options. More importantly both Matt and Greg explained all the paperwork in detail with me before signing anything. The receptionist Theresa was also very kind and helpful, and was stocking the beverage station when I walked in making everything look clean and presentable. I would recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to anyone I know.
Michael in the service center has great customer service skills. He kept in contact with me , secured a vechile from Hertz for me to use while my Rogue was being fixed. My Rogue was fixed in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly. Pleasant experience ☺️
I have delt with this dealership and its service department since buying my first Nissan in 1989. The service department especially deserves praise in finding and fixing any problem(s) my cars have had. And at a fair price. In addition to that, I have felt that I have always been treated very professionally, courteously and, as time passed, with personal friendship. Total professionals. I’ve been going to a different dealer for my other car for years and have been here a few times in between for my Nissan. It’s completely night and day between the two. This dealer actually treats service as part of the buying experience and not just an add on after the fact. Fast, clean, service with professionalism was my experience.

I had my tires rotated at 5,000 miles. The service was easier than making the appointment. I am told it will be better next time if I use the direct number I was given.I didnt get the oil changed. It is much cheaper at Delta Sonic.
Overall experience very good. My salesman Len was informative and knowledgeable which made the buying process pleasurable. Also Jeremy in finance had looked further into interest rates to find lower than expected which was very much appreciated.

West Herr employees made drop off and pick up so easy. The work was completed and the inside and outside of the car were totally cleaned upon repair. I was so impressed with the effort they put into the completion of the work they were to do. I was happy I chose them to do my collision repair.
Highest quality workmanship! Customer service, in light of the effects of the COVID Pandemic, was excellent. Parts delays experienced were to be expected, couldnt be avoided. West Herr Collision carries on the reputation Ive experienced with the entire West Herr family of dealerships over the past 40 years.No relation to anyone at any West Herr facility... just a REALLY satisfied customer - over and over again!
2018 Rogue inspection, oil change, tire rotation ... staff identified other maintenance items to address, but there was no pressure at all to proceed. We selected a couple of items to address immediately and will handle the balance at a later date.Staff is always courteous, kind, and professional.
I received a call about the possible great deal on trading in my vehicle. I went in and my sales rep was great he asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. That’s were it all started. I had no idea this day I was purchasing a vehicle. He went through a lot of SUV’s to fit my family dog and price range. As well as the car fax. My smiles were just getting bigger just by watching him search out and let me test drive every car he thought would be great. . The sales rep and the warranty sales rep went over and beyond to find me better rates and a better price on my vehicle. I was so shocked with the complete out come of this purchase and experience. I thank West Herr for going over and beyond for my family and myself. Also, the two reps who took care of me, were so nice to my grandkids. My grandkids ages 5 and 7 both said they were nice to us. That’s because of the treatment they received.

I love West Herr.....whenever I bring my car in for service, the first person (mostly) is Mike W.....Im usually satisfied with my service. but Mike always seems to go that extra mile for people (as do the ladies at the desk also, sorry im at a blank for their names). I usually need to wait for my car, so I stay there. I watch/listen (whether intentional or not) to Mike as he helps everyone with the same kindness, no matter how hes treated by some customers. And believe me Ive heard some people that were not so nice at all, like theyre the only ones to be help....and Mike manages each situation and wins them over....I must say I truly believe Mike is an asset to West Herr!!! Tess in service is the definition of customer service. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. She even offered a car wash after my service. I always have an awesome experience at West Herr Nissan which makes coming back feel less like a chore!

The service was excellent, but because of Covid and supply chain issues, it took two months to get it in than another 30 days in the shop. I realize that West Herr had no control over the outside factors. The person working on my kept me updated on the progress and issues.

We decided to use West Herr in Orchard Park to lease a Frontier because we had an excellent experience with their Subaru service center. We worked with Kyle Genovese. From the moment we met him to the final handshake, he handled the entire process with great care and attention to detail. Kyle is very personable and despite him working with 2 other buyers at the same time, he was calm and still incredibly attentive - he juggled all of us quite impressively! He even had another guy jump in to help so we wouldnt be further delayed. We feel confident that he got us the best deal and he never came across as a typical sales guy and in fact was quite the opposite and came across as more consultative. He even called an hour after we drove off the lot to apologize for paperwork delays that were totally beyond his control (not a slight on West Herr - these things take time) and invited us back to walk through the bells and whistles. The entire team seems to genuinely work well together from sales to finance and the office manager even got me snacks when she sensed I was on the verge of hangry.Sadly, we didnt get to meet Steve Tasker or Josh Allen and that was the only negative but I wont take a star away for that.
Mike Wright was the service manager that took care of my car. He was a very nice guy and gave me a great deal on my maintenance (even throwing in the batteries for both my key fobs). I highly recommend Mike and getting your car fixed here.
Service was excellentMy check engine light came on, they got me in the next day, fixed it first thing in the morning & they found two more minor issues that were covered by warranty.I’ve mostly dealt with Michael when Getting my vehicles serviced and sometimes Pam & Tess. They’ve all been great

Service was good as has been the case each time weve gone there. However, this time, whoever drove the car from the garage to the parking lot [20 - 30 feet] had so much perfume on that driving home the 15 miles with all 4 windows down was not enough to get rid of the perfume smell. Awful, inconsiderate, and potentially dangerous behavior.

The experience was fine in purchasing a newer rogue. Just wished they could have given me more for my trade. They only offered cars on their lot, but maybe thats all that any dealers had... Therefore my roll over was large resulting in a much higher payment than I wanted. The newer rogue has more miles than I wanted but it is what it is. It has lots of extras that my other rogue didnt have. I am happy with my newer rogue.thank you.
Customer service was accommodating and friendly. Considering all of their, and the rest of the worlds, challenges with labor, parts and volume constraints they returned my vehicle to me in a reasonable amount of time. Only drove it a short distance home so cant speak to the quality of the repair as of yet. Seems good.

This is something that is important to me since I am the major driver of this vehicle.He took his time to explain the use of the shifter and it’s workings so we would not put it out of gear! I went to West Herr Nissan to get my back windshield wiper fixed around 8:20 AM in the morning. Around 2:00 PM I received a text that it was fixed and ready for me to pick my Nissan Juke up. West Herr Nissan has a wonderful service department and, the people are nice and respectful. Also my windshield was fixed properly in a shorts amount of time. I was very satisfied with the service I received at West Herr Nissan.

I got into an accident on 9/21/21 and I brought my 2021 Chevy blazer to their collision shop, and all I can say is AMAZING! I was able to drop it off the day of the accident, and they were able to give me an estimate right away and communicated with me on everything. I was updated on the progress of my car every 3 days. With everything on back order, which I understood, they did anything to make it easier on my part. I got my car back yesterday, 11/30/21, and you cant even tell I was in an accident. I would like to thank everyone at West Herr for all their hard work , especially Deborah, for keeping me in the loop on the progress on my car. I highly recommended them!!

We traveled to Nissan to look for and buy a new SUV. Though they didnt have exactly what we wanted on their lot, they found the one at another location and had it for us Very quickly. We were not rushed through the buying process and they spent hours making sure we were happy with our experience. We were given a personal tutorial on our new car so we knew exactly how to use the features. They even sent us of with a full tank of gas. We would recommend West Herr Nissan to everyone.

Dave called me to let me know the status of my car, often. However, he often told me it’d be ready soon ( early next week… Not!) Thurs… “like tomorrow?” Yes! NOT.It was very difficult to be without a car 8 weeks and 1 day.I had a rental for 21 days ( insurance covered)But after that my husband and I shared 1 car.I know about the shortage of staff and parts, I only wish he would’ve been more honest.It was very difficult to make plans as I didn’t know when I’d get my car back.
Nicole did an excellent job explaining all the features of the Rogue. I wanted leather seats so we discussed the SL package which I test drove and purchased. This is the 6th(!) Nissan I have leased from Orchard Park Nissan with Dan Francis as salesman. Obviously I have always been satisfied! I have confidence that Dan would advice me wisely. After my first Nissan almost 16 years ago I have never considered any other brand.
After having to wait almost 2 months for a new car to lease due to the pandemic problems, the staff were very helpful. They kept in communication with me and updating me on the status of a new car for me. They showed me every step of every feature of the car and explained how I can always reference the car book, website, or contact them personally with any questions. I was warned I may have a payment issue, but the finance manager really helped me get a good deal still.
Service staff was very polite and friendly. I did a drop off service and there was good communication throughout. Shuttle service was quick, I did not have to wait around. Car was done sooner than expected and I was able to be picked up right away and taken back to dealer for my car! I high recommend this Nissan service center

I have had a lot of bad experiences at West Herr locations. Especially Nissan of Orchard Park. My sales guy Kyle at Nissan made me feel better though this time and Michael in service is also amazing. I can safely say they both have made me feel much better about West Herr and I hope they continue to help everyone else as well.
After a regular maintenance appointment, sometimes something goes wrong with the vehicle afterward. For instance, a sensor failed after my last maintenance check, the automatic braking system sensor failed. Fine, it was covered because I had purchased an extended warranty. Lucky. However, after that was taken care of, now my steering wheel is squealing when I have a tight turn. Really?
Went in for basic maintenance and oil change. Discussed future brake/rotor repairs. Able to wait to next visit, honest people. Comfortable waiting room with good coffee helps since I waited. Complementary car wash before leaving is a nice touch😊
Jenn was absolutely amazing at the Orchard Park location of West Herr Chevy. She took so much time with me & made sure I understood everything. She was personable and made this experience quick & easy. I will for sure be working with her & the West Herr team again in the future. I highly recommend her 😌
Peter did an amazing job on my rims of my truck ! They look better than new,he was very professional and worked extremely hard to get everything done in one day. Also Jerry and Brad at the Quick lane in Hamburg made the whole experience happen seamlessly! I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else. West Herr has been great to me for over 20 years!

This location is amazing!!! Always fast and friendly from the start to the end!! I never have to wory about them just trying to sell me something I dont need. The are upfront about what you need or will be needing in the future with no pressure. The shuttle service they have makes it easy to go back to work if you are dropping off your vehicle. The driver is very friendly and does not make the ride uncomfortable. Hands down if you need service or a new vehicle go here.

I had an excellent experience here recently when I purchased my Honda CRV. I was extremely fortunate to work with Angelo. Just bought a 2019 Nissan NV from out of state. Brought it in to have it looked over and unfortunately have the transmission replaced. All went really well. The staff was GREAT and the process for drop off and pick up was flawless. They even finished the work ahead of promised return time/date

West Herr Nissan is always very efficient in getting our vehicles in for service. They keep you informed on the progress, and return the car very quickly.
My car was in service for 16 days. I had a minor accident and my car was drivable. The delay was parts! I wish they’d have ordered the parts and then brought my car in when they were available instead of letting my car just sit there. I spent $200 on a rental I sure didn’t need to spend. I didn’t need to have a rental for quite so long. Other than that the car is repaired to satisfaction.
Love West Herr Nissan Orchard Park! I am on my fourth Nissan now. I started using West Herr when I moved to Orchard Park over 7 years ago. From the Sales and Service Department, to their Collision shop (I have sadly had to bring in a vehilce once or twice 😳 🤫) they are a top-notch dealership with fantastic customer service, quality professionals and impeccable attention to detail! I really don’t think I could switch to a different vehicle brand or dealership. I believe the only thing they could be missing would be a pedicure station 🤷🏻♀️ 💅🏼

Kudos to Michael and his staff . After having a bad experience at a Delta Sonic trying to get my 2 year old rogue sport inspected , I called West Herr and explained my situation. They had me come right in and in 30 minutes my car was inspected and all issues resolved. I will be forever grateful.

I specifically came back to John Kennedy again to get my new Nissan. He is the best salesman I have ever had. He is honest. Shows you all the deals possible. 2022-06-02Friendly and professional as always! When taking my car in for service the appointment is easy to schedule and I always feel taken care of from the moment I arrive. Patti keeps me in the loop the whole time I wait and my salesman Angelo who sold us the vehicle even stops in to chat and make sure I absolutely love the car! When the car is returned (complete with a complimentary wash) the door is opened for me and repairs checked to be sure I’m satisfied before sending me off! These guys know what they are doing! Would definitely recommend!

2022-06-21Mike B. and the West Herr team were very accommodating to assisting with purchasing my vehicle. Mike only showed me the cars I was interested and within my budget. I like the environment of when you walk in the building as none of salespeople are not try to swarm you to make a sale. It personally made me feel way more comfortable than have been at other dealerships in the past. I would gladly recommend West Herr to anyone to make the process of buying a vehicle go smoothly.

2022-06-01Robert Trembath was awesome!! He handled the repair process as a true professional. He made all the necessary arrangements for my vehicle. From the salesman,to the loaner vehicle,repair technician, to the paint department and clean up. Fantastic results .My Truck shined so much, I had to keep sunglasses on to look at it,for a week, till I got it dirty. Even a wash later, it still really sparkles. Bob made my experience incredible. Thanks for the great work ethic from all who worked on my truck.

2022-08-10I had my car repaired at West Herr Collision services. They were prepared for me to come on the appointed date and arranged for my rental car as well. The work was completed in the time promised and the result was excellent and I commend them on a job very well done. I have already mentioned to friends about the exceptional consideration I received at West Herr Collision. I believe they all should receive a raise!
