Fredrick was amazing getting sarah and I into a new vehicle the same day we stopped in. He was able to get us a lower rate a better vehicle and worked proficiently between us and also another customer at the same time. We never felt like we were being ignored or pushed toward a certain vehicle for his gain. Everything he spoke about he did with great knowledge and answered every question also getting us great warranties and coverage! Bree was perfect! She was patient , friendly and accomadating every time I called. Bree took care and went over the top to assure me that my every concern with my car and important content in the car would be safe .She called me promptly when I left a message and the incoming storm that will prevent me from picking up my car promptly will be not a problem for The dealership..I am 91 and worry about “ stuff”. Bree has me feeling at ease . I am super happy with her helpfulness and attention to all of my concerns.West Herr is a great dealership because of the people who work there, like Bree.

I told them we didn’t need an extended warranty or service plan, but they took advantage of my mom and sold her one anyways. Then, we kept calling to try and cancel it and they gave us the runaround and never called us back. These people tarnish the Toyota brand and I will not do business with them again. My next call is to corporate HQ to see if they can help hold them accountable.
As a repeat customer, I had a very sour experience with sales causing me to purchase my Toyota 4Runner Nightshade elsewhere (I also still like to remind them they lost a really big sale because of a cocky salesman who treats women poorly!!!)However, I still return to West Herr Toyota for my scheduled maintenance. The service department from the moment you enter has always been very polite and speedy when Im there for regularly scheduled maintenance. They keep track of what services are due so that I dont have to. I appreciate that they review a multipoint inspection at each visit.
I was interested in purchasing a Toyota Prius Prime and went to West Herr because there was a demo vehicle there. I dealt with Russ Bieler. I took an instant liking to Russ, who was friendly and informative and willing to help me with what I was looking for. No pressure tactics were used. I wound up ordering a car, intending to sell my existing vehicle privately. When the new vehicle came in, I was offered an excellent deal for a trade-in and we reached an agreement after a minimum of negotiation. Russ and everyone at this dealership were a pleasure to work with. I had a previous good experience with West Herr and highly recommend them. I won’t go anywhere else.
Patrick B (Salesperson) and West Herr Toyota Orchard Park was a complete pleasure to do business with. In October 2021, I was in the market to buy a new vehicle, but the specific one I wanted, Toyota RAV4 Prime, is not sold in the state I live in. Due to supply chain issues and production, RAV4 Primes are extremely hard to find.Most dealers that I called are only selling them to local in-state residents or adding huge markups (~ 5 to 10K or more!). The few Toyota dealerships that do sell to out of state residents AND at MSRP generally have really long waitlist (6 months or more).I chatted with Patrick at West Herr in late October and he said that they could sell me a Prime at MSRP but the wait could be 4 - 6 months if I was set on a specific color, but it could be sooner if I was flexible on color. He was friendly, professional, and 100% transparent and honest from the 1st time I chatted with him.On November 11, about 3 weeks after I left my initial deposit, I received a call from Patrick asking if I was open to the silver/black color and that the vehicle was set to arrive in early December. My wife and I decided that the silver/black color was fine. Patrick was also helpful in adding / removing options/accessories that I did not want. The best part of the whole experience was that there were no surprise dealer add-ons, packages, markups, etc.This was my first time buying a vehicle out-of-state and having it shipped and Patrick and West Herr Toyota Orchard Park made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. He was very communicative and gave me updates on ETA, took photos of the vehicle when it came in.The paperwork to sign and buy the car was still done on paper and sent via FedEx. The only way I think it could be faster is if that was moved to digital/DocuSign. Nonetheless, the whole process was relatively quick and easy.Patrick even came in on his dayoff, December 24th, when the dealership was closed, so that he could meet the truck driver and load up my RAV4 Prime. The vehicle was delivered on 12/30 and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the service we received from Patrick and the staff at West Herr Toyota Orchard Park.
It is pretty amazing how in sync and upbeat everyone isColleen handled our paperwork and some how or another - made it extremely painless.I guess the best way to describe it is it is a very well organized group that all work very hard together.I realize these things don’t happen without a lot of effort.MAJOR KUDOS to all.Very, very impressive!!!!Thank each and every one you for everything!!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the garage and the customer service rep was waiting for. She reminded me that I was not due for a an oil change yet so I like that. She said the tire rotation would not take long and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. I happy with the service!

TL/DR: Great Service! Rav4 owner is Happy.I scheduled an appt for the 45000 mile checkup. The first call went great. CSR helped me find a basic recall check up on our battery. Nothing found out of the ordinary they replaced it no charge. They gave us a reasonable quote for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and inspection of the entire vehicle. Theyre service manager Steve went over everything with me before they started and asked me politely if I was interested in a few things recommended, I declined. He was hoping to get me out of there within the hour and when they couldnt get our vehicle done within his time frame, steve Comp us the tire rotation. Thanks for taking care of us Toyota of Orchard Park!Ill be back for tires next time.
When you purchase a new vehicle make sure to take it on a VERY thorough test drive to make sure there are no signs of vehicle being a lemon (4 runners in particular with random shimmy’s between 60mph-70mph) & look over the vehicle in the service bay in the light to make sure it wasn’t all scratched up from the detail during PDI. Also check vehicle all over and document picture or video of condition incase it gets damaged during service. Although the dealership made my issues right that I experienced minus the random issue that seems like a lemon, this stuff should never happen in the first place. Nobody should have to worry about taking there vehicle in for a simple oil change, hopefully future trips won’t be so stressful. YOU pay big money for a nice vehicle, not West Herr.
We had a tremendous experience purchasing our Camry through West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park.After purchasing our previous Camry through them, it was a no brainer to go to them again when the time arrived for our next car.After contacting Pat Byrns about our search, as he had sold us our last Camry there, he guided us through the process, which is a lot different than past years due to current supply issues.We were able to order exactly the car we wanted, and after just a couple months of waiting we were driving off with our brand new Toyota, as ordered.The entire experience was seamless, and everyone at the dealership that we dealt with were very efficient and professional in helping us along. There were other associates that helped us throughout process when Pat was not able to be there in person due to our schedule, but he even found another Patrick to fill in when he wasn’t there ( adding to the seamlessness of the experience).It couldn’t have gone any smoother, it was not the ordeal we thought it may be and we will easily go there again and recommend that other people do so as well. I went in for them to fix my dashboard lights because they aren’t working. They said it was because I had the dimmer switch way down. I’ve had the car 7 years and I’m aware of the dimmer switch and I moved it up and down and there was no light. He told me it was working he just moved the switch. Well guess what NO light on the dashboard!
I have a 2007 fj crusier with 525,000 miles on it serviced by west Herr of orchard park. Paul the service manager is the best there is anywhere. With his knowledge and the mechanics that work there this should show people that this place is top notch. Enough said!!!!!

My wife and I do not live in New York. Herr Toyota had the new RAV4 Prime that we wanted. We reached out to Herr about their willingness to sell out of state. We were put in contact with Patrick B. We are absolutely pleased with the entire process! Well done Herr Toyota, and well done Patrick! We had great communication, full transparency, quick replies, impeccable service, everything went perfectly. We picked up the vehicle in person. That process was quick, safe, and pleasant. I try to find something that a place could improve on, and in this case, I cant find anything. To be clear, we have had good experiences at other Toyota dealers in our state, however, they do not yet have availability on the RAV4 Prime. I absolutely recommend West Herr at Orchard Park, and Patrick B as well. We are very happy with our new Toyota.

This was the most upsetting experience I have ever had. I will say that the call center staff was extremely pleasant to work with, but the dealership itself not so much.I dropped my car off on Wednesday night prior to my scheduled appointment for Thursday. Upon getting in the runner asked my name I provided it, they proceeded to inform me to go inside and speak with the associate When walking in the associate was on a phone call that seemed pressing, it seemed complicated and so I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt with how she was acting when I approached the counter. She was very blunt and to the point, but she could tell I had never been in this particular dealership before. When asked if I had any questions or concerns I expressed my concern about why the check engine light was on and she just looked at me and said nothing. She then said she would call me in the morning after the car had been checked. Mind you, my appointment was scheduled for 8:40AM Thursday morning.Fast Forward to Thursday - at 9:00 in the morning I got a phone call from the dealership from a sales rep, saying he saw my car had come in and wanted to buy it off of me. I politely declined the offer even though he persisted. At noon I called and left a voicemail for the service desk associate. When 1 o’clock rolled around and I hadn’t heard back I called again. Again it went to her voicemail, so instead of leaving of another voicemail I hung up and called back asking to speak to anyone else in the service department that was available and could help. Ispoke with a gentleman he was helpful and stated that he saw my car was in theshop and then said but your service desk associate is here and said she will call you back upon completion of the test. He said she saw my name and number on the ID and was able to provide the guy service associate an update.At 2:00 I received a call from the associate I had been working with stating that my car was done, the cost of the repairs which they stated would be over $1200 to replace hoses and a fuel canister should I choose to have the repairs done, and getting the shuttle out to get me to the dealership to pick up my car.When I got to the dealership I was guided to the cashier who again very friendly and very helpful, I wish I had gotten her name. She informed me that my information had not been brought back to the cashier for payment to be completed. She then asked if I would like her to go get the documents from the service department and I kindly replied yes please.This whole process was such a sad experience. I was hoping to have a better experience because of West Herr’s reputation and longevity in town. I don’t like to give bad reviews, that’s why I supply facts when I do. This just really makes me so sad. I won’t be returning, which I am sure won’t bother them one bit.
I dealt with Russ Bieler recently to purchase a new vehicle. Upon finding out we would have to order a new vehicle and wait months, we decided to look at used vehicles. Russ went through our choices and brought up multiple vehicles for us to test drive. We found one we liked and Russ moved us through the process painlessly. We were to pickup the vehicle the following day but they could not get in touch with our insurance company due to the Holiday. Russ still worked things out and still delivered our vehicle as promised. He was able to get the insurance worked out on Monday and actually sent someone to our house to pickup the vehicle and take it back to switch the plates, put in a remote starter and the clear coat. He then had it delivered back to our house. What a great experience for us and all were very professional dealing with us. My whole family drives West Herr vehicles and we will be back for our next one!
My 15-year-old car with over 200,000 miles could not be diagnosed by my regular shop. It then got towed over to West Herr for computer to be programmed and hopefully fixed. The car was there for a very short time and I began getting calls about the possibility for my interest in selling it to them. The service ticket was in my name and I have gotten calls asking for my deceased father even though the service ticket was in my name. It upset me that they were calling and asking for him on my phone. Now I know that that’s my own personal issue with that but I can honestly tell you that no one in their right mind wants a 15 year old car with over 200,000 miles albeit in pristine conditionNow after explaining to them that I am not interested in selling it and a price tag of $500 to just diagnose what’s wrong with it it’s sitting home in my garage dead.If I had been interested in selling it Or a newer model car I would probably be driving one by now. There’s a reason I don’t go to dealerships. Now I feel as if I’m going to be on a call list and also a text blast as well now that they have my number

Absolute 5-Star experience. They had a team to help me with everything and were very efficient. Bill and Marc were available anytime I had questions and I got an answer and options presented to me right away. When I told them I did not want what was originally quoted to me they came up with another vehicle that better matched what I wanted and it was perfect. After I got my car they followed up to see how everything was going to and I liked that because they werent just done with me. Definitely a place you can trust!
Quickest and easiest car buying experience in a long time. Worked with Mary Jayne Muraco who was able to beat the supply chain nightmare and snipe the exact vehicle I wanted, right down to the color and trim. Pricing was fair without the markups some competitor dealers were asking for, and while I did have to wait a short bit for the vehicle to arrive, deal was locked in and there were absolutely no surprises at delivery. In fact, delivery was also the quickest Ive had in a long time.5/5 would buy from again.

West Herr Toyota is a place that I trust and rely on for taking care of all my service needs and new vehicle purchases. I recently ordered a new 4 Runner through the help of Veronica in the Sales Department. I could not have been more satisfied with the whole process. From the time it was ordered to the day it arrived arrived, I was updated throughout the entire process. The day the vehicle arrived the team was able to put everything together so that I could drive it home the same day! Another reason that I chose West Herr was due to many local and national dealerships have been marking up their new vehicles thousands of dollars over MSRP this past year. West Herr said, that they would not do that to their customers. I was also very pleased with the trade amount that I was given for my Toyota FJ that I purchased from the dealership new in 2011. Any first time buyer can agree that walking into a dealership is extremely intimidating. From the things that you hear online to the experiences that others have shared can be overwhelming. I went to three other dealerships in the area where it did not seem as though the salesmen truly cared if I got the best deal for me, instead they seemed to push me in what would be the best deal for them.My experience at West Herr Toyota was the complete opposite.I was helped by Courtney, who is an extremely personable person. She helped me find the perfect car in the price range that I had set. She went above and beyond in getting me not only the best deal, but also to explain everything as she went along. Not to mention, she answered any questions that I had without a hassle and is still doing so after my purchase of the car. Truly the best service I have ever had, extremely appreciative of the work theyre doing over at West Herr Toyota.
Everyone at dealer very nice..However reception girl lacked communication with service mgr..went in for fob not working..girl told me to put fob in cup holder..service Mgr was not told where it was, and put battery in fob already in ignition..that one already worked..left dealer. Upon checking other fob, it still didnt work..went back to dealer where they did put a new battery in bad fob..Unfortunately it still didnt work..Will cost $300 or so for new one..Too much $$ ..
I recently had great experience working with Jason Peters at West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. I was looking to secure a deal for a new Toyota RAV 4 for my father, his lease is up in May. After talking with a few salesmen at other dealers, I was recommended to Jason by a friend. After a bit od discussion about the vehicle and options on the car my wanted, color, extra features (my father had to have that Siminoz coating) we discussed my fathers current RAV 4 equity, and came to an agreement on the new lease final cost numbers.Jason was very straightforward with everything and it was a no pressure process. Jason did say that due to all of the backups and delays with the current state of the world, the car may not be in until March, but since my fathers lease is still going until May - we have plenty of time to get his new car in. I put down a $100 deposit, Jason reviewed it with his manager and then printed out the agreed upon details and prices. My father will be getting his new car in March of 2022. On Christmas I gave my father a card with the new lease details and he was more than thrilled!I am an strong believer of word of mouth, referrals and writing reviews (this is one of many) and so I will be posting a follow-up on how this deal was finalized and the entire process when that new RAV 4 is actualy in my fathers driveway.Thanks again Jason - I will be sending people your way! I unfortunately opened my sunroof on accident during the snow storm I called brought it right in because it kept automatically opened as soon as a team member came out he got in and it instantly closed maybe because it was in a heated garage it closed right away but the service never gets let down and they keep up to my standards love west herr
Pretty good service, employees asking if you need anything. I only spoke to one employee for my purchase and he wasn’t too pushy like car dealers normally are. Which I appreciated. Prices are pretty high. Overall I don’t think anyone has a great time buying a car unless they are loaded. Lots of paperwork, very stressful. But not to bad of experience. Employees were nice. First experience buying a car was here.

Fantastic experience purchasing my car from here. Worked initially with Jessica and then mostly with Emily and they were both excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Emily kept me informed about the progress of my special ordered vehicle which is in high demand. I generally do not give reviews, but this dealership was so good that I felt that I had to recognize this level of service. In addition, they had the car delivered to my house a couple of hours away from the dealership. Overall, the experience was seamless and I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.
Emily was very helpful and easy to work with. She responded quickly to all of our questions.1/24/22, took the highlander in for routine maintenance. Waiting area is very spacious and comfortable. Nice to have a selection of coffee instead of one coffee pot that you find in other places. Steve in service was super nice and efficient.
Veronica Lorenz-Waring is very caring and thoughtful and always putting the needs of the customer first throughout the car buying process. I told her what I was looking for in a vehicle and she found what we wanted within 24hours. She made it so easy for me to buy the vehicle and accommodated me at every turn. The team here is great from purchase / lease to scheduling a service appointment Team Vogel is always there to help you with any questions or concerns. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable with a drink of your choice but you get into details on the vehicle your looking for. The service team always gives me my SUV back in the same condition I give it to them in. I really appreciate that it’s doesn’t smell like it’s been in a shop. Everyone is alway very friendly and customer service is superb.
My sales person was Veronica. She was wonderful, professional and friendly. She explained everything to me, and made me feel comfortable, and if I had any questions, she answered them. When I was ready to leave, she came to the vehicle with me and went over how to set up all the technical stuff.I highly recommend West Herr Toyota and especially Veronica.

Got a good deal on a factory ordered 2021 highlander hybrid. Factory made a mistake on order and did not install trailer hitch and the dealership corrected by installing at factory ordered price. Which was appreciated. Sales team and general manager were good to work with. Would buy from them again.
I had to go in for inspection, was told a specific price for the cost of my brakes and it cost me 500.00 more? They finished I paid left and drove about 5 miles down the road and the hood of my car popped up. I closed it started to drive and got up to 55 miles ph and the hood popped back open again. Closed it again thought it was closed and started to drive and again it popped open a 3rd time.I called they told me to bring it in and theyd check it! I prayed the thing didnt pop again!!!!I really didnt want to cause an accident.
This is my fourth lease from West Herr, and for good reason! Bill and his team are easy to work with, honest, and I felt truly looking out for my best interest. The pickup process was a breeze and all the details about my contract and vehicle were very clearly articulated. No reason to look elsewhere with this great customer service!
I had a great experience at West Herr Toyota. I was in the market to buy a Rav4 Prime and Toyota does not sell it in the state I live in. I got to work with Patrick Barber and I consider very lucky to work with him. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable buying a car from him even though I was a out of state buyer. I went to the dealership to pickup the vehicle and he got me in and out in about an hour. I really appreciate all the honesty and help from this dealership and highly recommend it.
This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a new / used vehicle. Mr. Vogel and everyone I met on his team, Cord, Mitch, Frieda and Steve were all extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I placed an order for a Toyota Sienna with Bill at the end of August expecting it to arrive in November-December. I was able to do a virtual appraisal for my trade-in in the meanwhile. In the beginning of September Bill texted me to let me know the exact car I ordered was available due to another buyer backing out, and would I want it. I was able to do much of the paperwork online, and 2 days later I drove off the lot with my new car. The dealership was like a well oiled machine: I was in and out in under an hour!

Jon, the first agent I worked with, did his best to work with me and accommodate to my needs. However, the information he presented to me was so fast and called for quick decisions that I missed an important part of the deal— that to get me to the monthly payment that fit my budget, I would need to pay an additional thousand dollars plus COD. When I came the next day to pick up the RAV4 I was not expecting that additional payment. I was able to do it, but did not get the deal I thought I had. It was a good deal nevertheless.Theresa was great in handling the final details.

Due to this challenging time, she spent extra time, work or not, connecting with me, her manager, and other locations as some vehicles have been in high demand and lower supply. She was able to introduce me to a ( a new truck ) as I switched from Jeep. She and West Herr remained true to their offer on the exact fair the exact truck I wanted.She personally delivered it to me from the south towns to the north towns and even came out again to grab it to install an after market convenience item, and returned it same day. This was the third time we have used the dealership and delt with Jeff in sales. Not only are all of the vehicles we have had through our experiences excellent, but the service provided to us throughout has been beyond excellent. First and foremost Jeff is incredible to work with. He listens to what you really need in a vehicle and goes way above and beyond to not only find you what you need but also stay within budget when doing so. They have always been great every time I go there. I just got my inspection done and my wipers needed replacing for the inspection but they changed them free of charge because I had to wait a little longer than they initially told me. They have been so great to work with for all my car needs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav 4, it is the second one we have, the first one has 185,000 miles on it and it still looks and runs great. I purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Tacoma from West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. I purchased it brand new because I don’t want to deal with having mechanical issues that force me to take time off work. When I got a recall notice for my truck, I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, and I took the day off work, and took it in to get fixed. They said it was going to take three hours. I asked if I could get a loaner car, and they only offered shuttle service. I asked to be dropped off at a nearby mall, but my driver Rainy (not sure of the spelling) could tell I didn’t really want to go there. She said “ you don’t want to go to the mall, where do you live?” I live about 35-40 minutes away, and she drove me all the way home, and after my truck was done, she came and picked me up. She was super friendly! Talked like we had known each other since high school. I had a very unpleasant experience (had to take the day off and sit in a dealership) turned into a very nice one, all because the shuttle driver Rainy went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I don’t know how much she makes, but honestly it isn’t enough. She single handedly kept me a West Herr customer. My biggest regret is I got so caught up in conversation that I totally brain farted and didn’t tip her. Now I’ll have to make a special trip in to do that. My wife and I have bought 3 new vehicles from West Herr, and they have been very good so far. I would highly recommend them.
Our sales person , Jason Peters, has become a friend in that he is not a pushy salesman and really try’s to “know” our wants and desires. We just bought our 3rd vehicle from him and each time he has been right on target. No arguing or dickering. Just gives us his best deal. I like his style. I will go back again but will want to deal with Jason.
Colleen, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had to finance part of it and it went smoothly and everything was explained well. We picked up our car, they gave us a full tank of gas, went over all the aspects of the car, and set up our apple iPhone on Bluetooth as well as Apple car.

We really like West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. Their waiting room is very spacious. There is a kids area with coloring books and a few things to keep them occupied. The free WiFi is nice as well so that I can work while waiting on our vehicles that are in for servicing. We like them enough that we have purchased 2 new, 1 used, and leased 1 vehicle from them. I do shop around when it comes time to purchase a different vehicle, but I seem to keep coming back to these guys each time.
This was my second time buying a new car from west herr toyota in orchard park. In both times Cord from sales helped us find the car we wanted. One thing i found different with my experience compared to all the other dealerships we had visited in both times is the following: when i contacted Cord in the beginning of the process, in the middle or at the end, the service was top notch. I mean, i always felt i was the only customer he had that day, even though i knew he had several at the same time he was servicing me. When i texted him, the answer was prompt and to the point. When he said something about the transaction, he remembered it without a need for me to remind him. All the details of our prior communications were in his head. He presented options, never had to retract any part of his what he had said. He was very laid back, you can tell that he actually liked what he was doing, selling cars but also helping people buy the cars they wanted. The price i got from west herr was very good and the service was best. They have an excellent team from the greeter to detailer that puts the final touches to the car. Even Finance guy Steve helped us find a better rate than what we had negotiated until that point. Car Insurance guy Mitch helped us add the car to our policy in 10 minutes.Manager Bill was very prompt and flexible when it came to price and options. When they noticed that i had to wait a little longer in the detailing process, they apologized and extended a check for us to have lunch dinner in a local restaurant. I didnt have a good experience with Brad in the service department. He had a chip on his shoulder from the moment I walked in. Everyone else was fine and helpful. Its too bad because hes the first impression; has a negative impact on the whole corporation. If youre not good with customer service, you should try another career.The service manager as well as the sales manager were already informed.
Took a 2010 Camry with 76k miles in to get an oil change and to get the check engine light checked out. The car was inspected by the East Aurora location before being stored for the Winter and everything was in the green, but after taking it out of storage and driving around for a couple months the Orchard Park location inspected it and showed almost everything in the red (only the car horn was in the green). I dont know if the East Aurora location wasnt doing their job or if the Orchard Park location was trying to rip me off, or if my car somehow transformed into a junker from being stored in the garage instead of being out in the snow.The only call I got that day was a salesperson asking if I was looking to sell the car and nothing was said about the condition of my vehicle, so I stopped by the dealership after work. It turns out the person who was suppose to call me forgot to, and proceeded (without pause) to list off a ton of issues with the car that would cost me over $6,000 to have them fix & replace the parts. The extended warranty they sold me covered none of it.I exchanged a few phone calls with them going over my options, and they kept using language to gently persuade me that my car is old junk and that I should trade it in for a new car. I decided to take the car to a mechanic instead, and when I went to pick the car up from West Herr I saw they left the glove compartment laying on the passenger floor and they removed the old oil change reminder sticker without putting a new one on. How did they drive the car to the lot without thinking to reattach it?That final impression of reattaching the glove compartment when I got home turned a 2-3 star experience to 1. Its probably a fluke, but it left my family wary of the service from this dealership.
Really great experience. I have bought vehicles from dealers before and it was always the stereotype. Not this time.... the stereo type was defeated. Make and every staff member spoken to was very friendly and no pressure was ever asserted. Mike my salesman was very patient and let me take my time and worked around my schedule with no haggling. I am very detailed and no tricks or turns were made or attempted. It was a pleasant experience to finally buy a vehicle without the nonsense. I am very happy with my new 2021 RAV4 XSE. Excellent, first class service! The showroom was very clean and they took every necessary precaution relating to covid-19. They found us an amazing car that we love at a time when supply is short. Communication was excellent from the get-go, keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. There was huge nighttime rainstorm that left major ponding on the New York State Thruway. Unbeknownst to me and many other motorists, we were about to hit an massive invisible barrier late that night at a major underpass.Several cars submarined and hit the Jersey barriers - and two semis went into spins. My brand new pick-up truck from West Herr joined them in this mess, but I avoided hitting anyone or anything.Fortunately, no one was hurt. I quickly called the New York State Police to let them know of the situation and that there was no warning - and asked if they would send a trooper there to at least get some flashing lights there.As soon as I started going again, I heard a strange and loud ticking sound from under my truck. Had no idea what it was or if I should drive it too much further.The next morning, I called West-Herr Toyota of Orchard Park/Service. They were booked up, but I told them what happened, and that I needed to take the vehicle on a business trip the next day. They were booked up but said to bring it in right away and they would put it on a lift to take a look at it.I brought the truck over and Brieann took care of me right away. She and a service tech took the truck and drove it to isolate the problem, then said they’d put it up on the lift and figure out what would need to happen.Within 20 minutes, they had pulled off a damaged heat shield and the broken clips from the undercarriage and replaced them!Long story short, service was backed up with appointments, but they went out of their way to help me. I needed my vehicle and couldn’t wait. Lifesavers!West Herr and Brieann are terrific!!!Oh, and so is Cheri Wenner who sold me my beloved Toyota!

2022-06-14This is one post I wanted to get out. I just recently bought a 2022 Toyota Tundra. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman(Patrick Barber). I have bought new cars before, but I have never felt more comfortable than at this transaction. I was treated with respect and honesty. He wasn’t pushy and honored everything he told me. As big a purchase as this was, I never felt pressure. I believe Patrick to be not only a great salesman, but more importantly an honest human being. I met a salesman but more importantly I made a friend. West Herr treated my wife and I with honesty. I would highly recommend West Herr and definitely Patrick Barber

2022-04-13Very happy with the service from Cheri & Brandon, my only complaint is the hard sell on the extended warranty. I asked many times if I HAD to get the warranty & could not get a straight answer. Even after both my husband & I told them no several times he continued to push, I felt like a hostage. I already had spent much $$ on the truck, couldn’t spend more. I wish salesman had understood that that & respected our decision, otherwise an enjoyable experience!

2022-01-15Steve and the crew at West Herr Toyota Orchard Park are top notch. Friendly, professional people and very smart and knowing of there work. My Tacoma frame was replaced with brand new components and with extras. At no cost to me, through the frame enhancement program. Dropped my truck off Monday morning first thing and on Wednesday afternoon my truck was finished. Awesome dealership if you want to purchase a new vehicle, maintenance of your existing vehicle or service, they even buy your current vehicle as long as it is a respectable vehicle. Grade---A+

2022-01-21I have been a customer since 2008. After a few bad experiences, I stopped going to local mechanic shops, and took my car directly to West Herr dealership in Orchard Park, NY. For most of my time there, I have dealt with Brad. I have always received fair treatment and reasonable prices. Recently, my 2011 Toyota Camry had a leaking radiator, but it also needed new spark plugs and work on the fuel injection system. The estimate given was fair, and it ended up being lower than the estimate. Though it was an unexpected fix, the problems were a result of age and miles. After resigning myself to the cost, I was relieved the car was being directly fixed by the dealer because I knew it would be correctly fixed. The work needed to be done, and had Brad (and his team) not looked over my car, I would have not known.Though West Herr and the service shop is always busy, the people there, especially Brad, make you feel comfortable and appreciative of the work being done. In addition, you will always know the work is being done by honest and fair people.
