I’m getting very disappointed with West Herr Toyota Williamsville. This is the third time where I bring my car in for service just to have to bring it back the next day. The first 2 times were related to my tires where I brought it in because the tire pressure light was on, and after I take my car home it was still on. And the third time, my maintenance require light is on. I brought it in yesterday and now it’s still on. This tells me their service crew doesn’t care to do their jobs right. And, they wanted to charge me $160 just to see why my car is making a whistle noise, even if there’s no issues. I think that’s just ridiculous and tells me West Herr Toyota is a money grabber. I’ve never had this terrible experience with West Herr Honda at all. Very disappointed!!!
Scott Flick was a tremendous help to me. I was having issues at another dealership for over a month, then I got referred to him, went to look at a car and within a few hours, I was pulling off the lot with my new car! Overall, this is a great business and dealership and I highly recommend going here if you’re looking to buy/lease a car.
Tom Bull found a vehicle coming in sooner than the vehicle on special order. The only difference was interior color. It shortened the wait by several months.The vehicle was prepared and ready for pickup in one day. Very quick.The only constructive criticism is that the vehicle fluid levels should be checked and filled before delivering the vehicle to the customer.All in all, the buying experience was very professional and efficient. Much appreciated!!
Adi and Tom provided me with the absolute best experience during my car leasing process. I have a limited budget, but with their creative problem solving skills and patience, they were able to put me into my dream vehicle at an EXTREMELY reasonable cost. I am so grateful to Adi and Tom for making this formerly stressful process so much easier, and fun! My recent experience with Adi and Tom was my BEST experience since being old enough to drive and lease/purchase my own vehicles. I thought three times the charm, and this time my experience wouldn’t be horrible like my previous 2 times with this dealership. I was wrong again. West Herr you have officially lost my business, once again you have shown how terrible you are at customer service. I’ll give Adi credit because he did help me with getting the car and he was very nice. That being said I was led on since November that my car was going to be in. Finally I received a call that it was in. The offer they made for my trade in was so disgusting low, that I lost the desire to even do business with them. Don’t do business with these people, save yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else, where they’ll actually be willing to give a fair offer.
I needed a vehicle right away. Saw a few online I was interested in, so I headed over to see them in person. I worked with Danny to see if we could put a deal together on one of the cars i saw online. In the end we were able to get a deal made and Danny made it a painless process for me. I would highly recommend him and the team at West Herr Toyota.
Jessie was very helpful during my recent visit. She advised me that my tires were fine for the Summer but that by Fall I should look to replace them. She gave me prices for tires that the dealership carries and other information about tires so that I could compare prices and brands.
Found a Toyota Avalon online at West Herr Toyota. Made an appointment. Went in and met with Eric who had both cars waiting for me to test drive. I put a small refundable deposit down but kept looking. I drove three more vehicles at different dealerships. Ultimately I decided on the Avalon limited because it was the best car by far. This was a no pressure sale which I appreciate. Thanks to Eric the salesman, Joe the sales manager and Dan the man in finance. Best experience ever buying a car. If youre looking for a car in wny consider the West Herr auto group. You wont regret it.
I recently purchased a new vehicle with West Herr Toyota, I worked with a great salesman, Shawn, and he made the purchase process very simple and easy to work through, gave me great information, and always repsponded to emails and phone calls immediately. I am very satisfied with the customer service and my purchasing experience with West Herr, and very happy with the car I purchased. I will be recommending to friends and family for sure.
Shawn was wonderful and a true help. He answered all of my questions anytime of day and worked to make sure my new Rav 4 fit my budget with my trade in. There was absolutely no pressure and the whole experience went at my place. I will definitely go to him for all my car needs!
I had an excellent used car buying experience at West her Toyota with Bill Coppola the car guy. There was no pressure, he talk to me about smart pricing, and worked with Dan in a financing to help me get get a loan through on of the many lenders used by Westherr. I appreciated the professionalism, service, and agility. I would recommend Bill, and Westherr Toyota to anyone!
Josh is a friendly, no-pressure sales guy. He helped me get the car I wanted and made me feel well-taken care of throughout the process. He is a good communicator and responded quickly and efficiently to my texted questions. Ask for Josh and you will not be disappointed.

I am a bit embarrassed about the reason I needed West Herr’s service. In my new 2022 minivan the reservoir for the washer fluid is on the right rather than the left as in all my previous cars. So in the dark of my garage I poured washer fluid into the coolant reservoir. Oops! But West Herr always does a great job with my vehicles. They scheduled me in the same day to flush it and replace the coolant. And Robin, my service manager was lovely about not making me feel stupid.
The West Herr team had me in and out pretty fast for my inspection and oil change tonight. And the icing on the cake was when I went to pick up my car and they had washed it for me! I’ve been coming here for years and after 3 leases I bought my last lease and once my daughter is ready to take over that pre-loved car from me, I’ll be getting another new car from West Herr.
Dont buy from them. Worse customer service. Before u buy car1. make sure they didnt charge u some unnecessary service.2.Make sure they change new tire because they try to skip3. Make sure change new oil4. Check ur down or trade in value because they disappear these money with extra added.Best of luck from buying buffalos worse car dealer.
Everyone and especially Thomas are very helpful, I will continue my business with you.One issue, after paying for repairs, I wasn’t told where truck was, and since it just snowed I had to clean off truck and go get it myself, it would be appreciated in inclement weather conditions to have someone maybe clean off vehicle and bring it up to clients,As a senior citizen who’s had a dbl Lung Transplant, it’s very appreciative to have service above what’s just required, like the old days, lol 😆Just FYI, ThanksMr DeMarco
Went to west herr express on main st that used to be a AAA service center. Dropped the car off at 855 am for oil change and inspection. They did not tell me they did not have inspection certification yet but did sell me a tire rotation. Then sent my car across the street to the west herr dealership for the work. Told them I would like the car as soon as possible. Called at 3 pm to advise car was done. When I arrived the tire rotation was not on the invoice but they assured me it had been done. So it seemed disorganized and slow. But everyone was very polite and considerate.
The quality of work seems to be very good. The customer service along the way was terrible with missed deadlines, unfulfilled promises and wrong parts ordered. Repair that should’ve taken two days took a week not because of supply chain issues but because of a poorly managed process.
Robin, the service advisor, was very professional and courteous, despite it being the end of the day after having what seemed like a busy day for the team. Thomas, the technician was very prompt and informative with his diagnosis of my vehicle and the team was very punctual with the return of my vehicle; thank you!🙂
I’ve purchased four vehicles from West Herr Toyota in Williamsville with the latest one purchased March 2022. I have always had a great experience because of Tom Bull. He is a great sales consultant; fair, straightforward, helpful. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and Tom Bull is by far the best dealership representative I’ve ever encountered. That is why I’ve returned there four times as my experience has been consistently good - no hassles, no gimmicks, no games. Tom makes the process easy, listens to my needs and delivers consistently. I highly recommend West Herr and Tom.
We have worked with Adi for a number of years. He works hard to listen and provide us with the vehicle we want and gives us good options to choose from. Even in this time of shortages he was able to come through and got us the right vehicle at the right price. He takes care of all the little details and works with us as partners, not just the next customer looking for a vehicle. Really exemplary experience.
Very disappointed. I took my car for service yesterday. I was recommended changing a tire and I opted to change all 4 tires and rear breaks and payed over $1600. I chose the best tires from good, better and best. I told the service guy that I am driving my kids to Ohio and need to make sure that the car is in excellent shape. The shop was closing so they finished everything in about 45 minutes. I got on the road today with my kids in a snowy condition and the red exclamation mark came up flashing within the first hour of driving. Luckily I was able to exit the highway and found a mechanic shop. 2 of the tires had 20 tire pressure which is half of what it needed to be. We finally made it to OH but I can not describe the stress that it put me through. If you dont have time to do a job that I payed for you shouldnt have agreed to it. Now I have to find a local shop here before I drive back to make sure we will be safe to go back to Buffalo on Sunday. This is unacceptable.
The customer service here is pretty bad, I waited weeks to hear anything back about my car. And to top it all off I got my car back dirty and caked with dust all on the inside of my new car. They did good work but just disaapointed with the state my car was left in and the lack of contact they had with me, after calling several times.
Update 3/2022:A great experience in the normal maintenance check. Comfortable place to wait while the friendly staff made sure everything was in good shape. And then the car was washed! Always feel like I’m in good hands with the West Here crew.Erik was fantastic from the initial call to the moment I drove off the lot. He reached out often, checked in to make sure he had the details right, and pretty much had everything in order. It was MUCH less stressful than my previous experience elsewhere.Although I don’t hope to need a new car anytime soon, I do know where I’m going. Thanks Erik!
We had a pleasant experience all the way around. My wife and I had requested a quote by email. We received a very good offer from the General Manager himself in reply. The offer was contingent to the condition of the leased car we expected to return at the end of the month. A salesperson was waiting for us at the entrance when we arrived. I guess he identified us by the the car we brought for them to inspect because he identified us by name. We thought we would be there for about 1/2 an hour for them to inspect the car and formalize the offer in writing, but once they took a look at our car they bent over backwards pleading us not to leave in the car and instead take the new car we were interested in. We ended up spending three hours there getting the deal we wanted, doing all the paperwork and receiving a spanking brand new Rav4 LE. When we left, we felt like they were happy and so were we. Everybody we met was SO accommodating and respectful that the experience was refreshing even though it turned out to be longer than we had scheduled. Kudos to Shawn Roberts and the West Herr Toyota of Williamsville team!
Jessie was great to deal with during my recent service visit. Her communication was great and on point. West Herr was able to get my vehicle in for service very quickly and completed the service within the time frame given. They even managed to sneak it through the car wash for me. Thank you!
I’ve gone to West Herr Toyota for my last three vehicle purchases. Every time I’m there, Tom Bull is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He makes the car buying experience easy and I also leave with a great vehicle. I will continue to go to West Herr for all my car needs
I would recommend if looking for a new car to come see what Erik from West Herr Toyota has to offer. He took the time to speak with me was very informative not pushy. Everything youd expect when purchasing a new vehicle. Erik was great to deal with did great follow thru right up to making sure every app was working in my car before I left the car lot. 5 stars! Scott helped me pick out a great car for a comfortable price, with great value. It was my first time going through the car buying process. Scott was incredibly thorough AND efficient. He listened to what I wanted (price, make,model,color) and narrowed my options down to 2 cars - making the experience a lot less overwhelming for me. The entire team at West Herr Toyota is outstanding. They went out of the way to work with me in the purchase of my new car. Patsy is the best, and made the process very easy. Went there to help a friend get a truck . well not only did he get the truck that same day he got a hell of a deal on it and even warranty with it when the original warranty from manufacturers was expired . most definitely will go there to get my vehicle when i get ready to purchase .

This is the absolute best car lot I have ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door someone greets you and everyone speaks and make you feel welcomed! Its as if youre an old friend visiting. Mr. Terrance Bowman the sales manager and Mr Bill Coppola my sales rep were AWESOME! I will FOREVER do business at this location ONLY! 2022-06-28Jessie the service writer took good care of me and kept me updated on my Supra’s progress. Don Farbo, the service manager was excellent to work with and was very helpful. Both of them looked into whether I needed a service or not before doing it. I will definitely go here again for service on this car.I just wished that I had seen the sign about letting them know to not have my car washed when I dropped it off. I was greeted so promptly (NOT COMPLAINING) that I didn’t see the sign until after I came to pick up my car. It had water spots.

2022-05-28The staff could not be nicer. Zack took care of me in minutes of my arrival and provided me with an estimate. He advised work could be done the following week and said they could provide a ride home while the word was completed. The young man Liam, who drive me home was so polite and pleasant. Everyone was professional and friendly. The office and the shop was clean and welcoming.I purchased my car at West Herr in Williamsville last year and found their service exceptional as well. There service department is also very clean, my service advisor Nick is great. I will continue to be West Herr’s customer for cars and service. No other dealership compare to them. Management must be doing something right!!

2022-02-22Super friendly staff; took less than 5 minutes to pull into the breezeway, check my truck in, and start signing paperwork for service. I wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with my truck, they found more than I anticipated. The best part? There was no forcefulness or pushing to get all of it done right then and there. The work needed and being done was explained thoroughly with pricing and warranty coverage. Lastly, they text you instead of calling right away giving a small, detailed paragraph of the work needed. It’s convenient so if I’m busy at the moment, I don’t need to look at my phone/voicemail, I can look right there and call when I’m available. Love this facility and will be returning!

2022-01-05This was my sons first time taking a vehicle in for service. He didn’t hear the price quote correctly and thought he had to pay $400 for an oil change and tire rotation. I called Jess immediately and she confirmed that he definitely did not hear that correctly. Super pleasant and helpful which can be difficult to find these days! Service completed timely, scheduling was a breeze.

2022-03-01As always, Tom provided excellent service all the way from making sure I was on a waiting list in order to get a vehicle before my lease expired, to finalizing the deal last week. My new Corolla has all the features I wanted. Tom had everything organized so that all the paperwork was ready when I arrived for pick-up of the car. Tom is a true professional who has the interests of his clients as his priority.

2022-04-28Overall excellent experience. Service was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is the total time it took to get my truck back. Not really the fault of West Herr as much as the current state of affairs. Waited two months for my truck due to parts on backorder. It seems to be as good as new though!

2022-03-03Kristen Lawrence was my sales lady and she was absolutely amazing! Asked what I wanted and needed and delivered. She knew what I wanted to spend and compared to 10 years ago dealing with a different sales person their usually really pushy and try to upsell you. She was just amazing the entire staff was amazing. The guy that was offering the warranty’s wasn’t pushy either he made me very comfortable and was very detailed and broke down each penny I would be spending. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different dealership after this. It was An amazing experience, everything about it was just perfect!

I took my car for a regular service check and yearly inspection and I was in and out of there in no time! The waiting room is sunny, clean and bright! Their prices are competitive and I see no reason to go anywhere else!
