2022-07-24VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! Bill Holland, the owner of Cavalier Homes, originally told us when we signed contracts with him, that this addition would be completed no later than early August of 2021. Well.... As of June 7th, 2022, the job was still far from completed. After many missed deadlines, incorrect/faulty installation issues, we will now have to hire other contractors to finish the job and fix the mistakes made by Cavalier Homes. The estimate to complete and fix the plumbing alone will cost $7600.00 and we have a lot more that needs to be completed and fixed, including a deck, which needs to be totally dismantled and rebuilt due to improper installation by Cavalier Homes, which he refused to admit was installed improperly even when the manufacturer of the decking boards said so and said that the way he installed it voids the 40 year warranty. Hopefully, this review will save someone else from going through what he have had to deal with for well over a year.
