Excellent attention.A small store, but cool and with good variety.Of the model that my son wanted, there was only 43 left and he needed 42 and although the kid insisted, the salesman (Jack) was very honest and told him that they were going great.How in the end we did not find their number in other stores, we returned in the afternoon and we bought them.The other vendors are also quite attentive, but Jack, a 10.

2019-06-14A hidden gem with a pleasant staff. They have some fly rarities. They had a pair of nikes in a green Colorway that was so funky i had to get it. I will definitely be frequenting the store because of their selection. I even had a green Peppermint shirt to match

2018-10-17I needed some new running sneakers and had no idea what to get. Mike and another employee really helped me out. They showed me different shoes and different brands from Adidas to Nike, I tried on a few different sneakers and they were very knowledgable and helped me understand both the pros and cons in both brands product and explained to me what shoe would benefit me more during my workouts. I am definitely going back here whenever I need sneakers, these guys have exceptional product knowledge. I might even join the weekly run club they host! Awesome store with awesome people, definitely one of the cities last gems when it comes to sneaker shopping!

2018-09-16Stopped in here on 8/23/18. Got a fresh pair of Adidas for me, a pair for my brother, and a West NYC t-shirt for my son. Received very good customer service. They had a wide variety of sneakers to choose from. I recommend any sneaker head to visit this store. Ill be back on my next visit to NYC.

2018-06-15I can’t remember the last time I have received exceptional service, until now! This was my first time shopping with West NYC and I couldn’t be more happy. I purchased a pair of Adidas Uncaged Ultraboost for my husband- West NYC offered a deal I couldn’t resist. Not only did I receive a great deal but the shipping was incredibly fast. I purchased the shoes on a Tuesday afternoon and received them on Thursday. If you are looking for a great experience- look no further! Thank you West NYC:)

2018-09-08On September 8, 2018 I went into this store for sneakers the (owner) im assuming was very rude. I wanted to try on sneakers on a particular chair & the owner screamed in my face no. He tried to act like it was a joke but it was racially motivated. I will never go there again & I will post my review on every social media outlet.
