I regularly get my car washed and waxed here. I always leave super happy with my car looking shiny and better than when I bought it. Recently I had a disaster where I left my sunroof open overnight during a storm. These guys saved me. I didn’t know what to do to quickly prevent mold/smell. My car looks and smells great now. They really came through and I was able to get this scheduled in under 24 hours. Tee, the owner, is very helpful and always pleasant. He will share his recommendations for what services could help you most, without being pushy. I just hope as the company continues to get the praise they deserve I will still be able to easily get appts 😊!

Very nice little shop on the bottom of Battle Hill in White Plains. They do all sorts of auto detail services, tints, ceramic coating, etc. I brought my car in for an exterior wash and the car came out looking fresh! Please see attached photos for the washed car!

I borrowed my brother-in-laws vehicle for several weeks while east. Mom always said When you borrow something, return it in a condition better than how it was loaned. Westchester Auto Spa helped me do exactly that. I had never used their services before. They were top notch by all accounts. Prior to the detail, the vehicle had: stains on the front seat, windows that one could hardly see out of, and the dirt and grime cars collect over the course of time. The car was beautifully appointed upon its return to us. Stains were completely gone. Windows were crystal clear. And the vehicle looked like new. Work was completed early. The quote was exactly what was charged. And the Westchester Auto Spa team were world class professionals in their client handling. Great job guys! Bravo and congratulations on a job well done!

I have been looking for an auto detail company for over a year, and last night, I came across Westchester Auto Spa HQ during a Google search. The fact that it has a 5.0 rating with recent reviews captured my attention. I read several of the reviews and decided I would give them a try. I was able to book my appointment online. When selecting the package, I was pleased to see the company provided the approximate time required for the service. I chose the Bronze package and it stated 6 hours. I didn’t want to wait, and I certainly did not want to have to get a Lyft. As I scrolled down, I saw an option to arrange for my vehicle to be picked up and dropped off at my home. At this point, I felt very good about my decision to give Westchester Auto Spa HQ a try. This morning, the owner called to thank me for selecting the company and to get my address since I am a new customer. He asked for a convenient time to retrieve my vehicle and said he would call when on his way. He called exactly at the time he stated and called again when he was close. He greeted me, did a 360 video of the vehicle, asked if I had a specific time for him to return my auto, and promised to have it back BEFORE that time. He called me when he was done and again when he was close. He gave me details of the work performed, asked if I had questions, recommended additional services, and to my surprise, he told me that going forward, because of the excellent condition of my vehicle, I could choose a less expensive package. I was impressed with his honesty, auto detail knowledge, and passion for the business. It is evident that customer satisfaction is extremely valuable to him. He treated me like a valued customer. I highly recommend Westchester Auto Spa HQ and I will ONLY use them!!!! I do not recall ever having an excellent experience like this with an auto detail company. My vehicle looked better today than when I purchased it. It is difficult to impress me with professional customer service, but I was impressed today.

I’m still in awe of how these folks made my 11yr old car look brand new! I booked a Silver Treatment and window tinting as my wife will be taking over our old car and I wanted to give it a little more life and they succeeded!Professional and great communication from start to finish. I’m already planning on taking my next car there for tinting and future washes.Highly recommend!

This place is the best and the staff are really wonderful. I had an amazing experience and my car came out looking like a just bought it from a dealership. I also spilled a protein shake awhile back and my car smelled like death. I tried everything and even took it to several auto cleaners and the smell wouldnt go away.this place saved my car and they were able to take the smell out and then some. Im absolutely grateful and thankful that they were able to fix this problem. Im totally in love with my car and i would highly recommend them million times over.

I cannot tell you how SPECTACULAR the detail was on my Audi Q5. We had the silver level detailing package. The car was in definite need as I have not had it detailed since the beginning of pandemic. I sat inside, and it felt like 2018, the day I drove it off the lot from the dealership. A++
