We’ve never used or gotten services from Westchester gate, however we caught on our camera that they drove over our plantings through a tiny opening in our driveway gate the other day destroying our property.

This company looks only for your money. They told me they could repair a gate that was installed 8 years ago prior to me signing contract. The gate technician came and twice tried selling me something. The first time the gate was corrected. After a week or so my second gate was not working correctly. Was opening and closing halfway. The technician came after he tried get several times and was working when he was here, then he finally after about 50 times opening and closing did not work properly. He said I needed to possibly change a few things but that I could live with it since that gate gets opened only twice per day. I told him to send me proposal but that if it was ok for about 1 year I would probably change next year. That same night both of my gates have not been working. The owner said I needed new equipment. Didnt even bother saying we will come out and take a look if what he did other day was correct or not. He just wanted to sell equipment and blame on possible storms. I told him that I went through several hurricanes and nothing happened and a little thunderstorm would cause both gates not to operate AT ALL? He said he would not service me any longer. Do not hire this company!

Westchester Automated Gate is dishonest and fraudulently tried to sell us an unnecessary gate replacement system at exorbitant cost. Another company fixed our gate in twenty minutes.
