I cant thank Bobby enough. He fixed my older mac book air faster and cheaper than I could have ever imagined. Being used to Apples prices and wait times it was really great to get my computer back so quickly. I paid half of what I thought the lowest I would have spent at Apple. Bobby was really nice and friendly, along with the easy curbside drop off it really was such a good experience. I will certainly be going their again for my other devices.
Westchester Cellphone and Computer Repair has top name brands at competitive prices, but what really sets the business apart is the customer service. I have shopped there multiple times, and the proprietor takes his time to explain the differences between the products and the technology behind them. If an issue does arise he troubleshoots the issue in a manner you rarely see at chain stores. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a thorough repair or technological product.

Owner was so courteous, friendly and professional. Great value for great quality work. I will not go anywhere else when I need my electronics repaired.
Five stars!! ten if I could, I needed my battery changed urgently, after hours and I contacted Bobby (owner) he was on a call, but withing an hour he was at the shop working on my phone. Took less than 20minutes and my phone is now working better than before actually like new. Awesome technician very knowledgeable and very competent. Bobby is incredible! Expert service, friendly service and great prices. My sons phone got run over by a car and looked really bad, exposed parts and everything, and now its good as new. Hopefully we dont need to, but Ill only come back here for repairs if we ever do.
Just wanna say that I was very, very pleased and happy with the service here!! My battery port was broken and I called everywhere and this was the ONLY place that would fix it in less than the week that other places told me. Not to mention the complexity of my phone!! I took a chance on this shop after a wasted experience at Apple Store replacing the battery on my Iphone. Bobby checked it all out and we made appointment to change the battery to a more powerful one. 20 minutes later the phone was ready and the difference is dramatic. Great shop, great guy.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a phone/ipad screen fixed. My phone screen looked like it was hit by a hand grenade. It was fixed in a hour and looked better than when I first bought it with some nice tempered glass. Pricing was extremely reasonable also. It would have cost me around $200 if I brought it to the apple store. The cost of the repair was at least 50% less than their quote. Great place, great prices, great service!

Went to fix my iPhone for a cracked screen and now it doesn’t have sound and won’t vibrate. On top of that man at the counter was being extremely rude and kept cutting me off. Might be because I was a woman. I keep calling the store but I get no answer and went to go in person the store was closed. I really got ripped off. Don’t go here!!!
Bobby is offering quality service and parts for a reasonable price. Its funny we even have to mention it because all vendors should be doing this, but all too often you get less than your moneys worth. Not here. He goes the extra mile and he gives you just what you hoped for: value, performance, and quality. I cant recommend him highly enough.

This place was great! I broke the screen on my phone and didn’t want to spend a lot of money on getting it repaired and then I found this place. It was fixed in under an hour and the price was great. Now my phone is all fixed and I didn’t have to pay a large amount of money to fix it!

2022-06-14A completely positive experience! Getting tired of charging my 4-year old phone multiple times a day, I wrestled with the option of buying a new one or changing the battery. I chose to get a new battery. Everything was done professionally, quickly by nice people who just happen to be experts. I will certainly continue to come for technical stuff and urge you to also.

2022-07-23My Samsung screen was cracked and I really didnt feel like trading it in for a newer one since it works amazing so I went looking for a repair shop and most wanted double what this place would charge. Even after one screen didnt work properly due to a manufacturer defect, Bobby was able to make it right and get the phone back up and running. Thanks again!

2022-07-01A total disaster. Never ever have your screen changed here. I took in my 12 pro max. They put in a defective after market screen. My background turned pink and my phone was constantly shutting down. They tried to tell me they would remove a device on my old original apple screen and solder it to the new screen to fake out the device to think it was an apple screen to get the notification to go away. They made two appointments to change me screen and cancelled them both. I asked for my screen to be returned to me and was advised they would fedex it so I could get the screen replaced at Apple. Needless to say it never arrived. I asked for a refund and received no response.

2018-05-11Wow, so a tech was dispatched to me in less than an hour to repair my iPhone 7 Plus. Apple and other shops charged well over $200 and dont even come out to me like wccpr does. The tech was professional and got the job done in less than an hour. Would highly recommend for any one who is short on time, does not have transportation, needing repair asap...

2021-01-28I took my MacBook Pro to Bobby at Westchester Cell Phones & Computer because on of the speakers was blown out. Since I use my computer every day to teach students I really need two excellent working internal speakers. Bobby was timely, professional, responsive and very fairly priced. We made an appointment for the services- everything was done right on time so that I did not have to lose time from work. I would not hesitate to take any of my devices to Bobby. He is very professional and the quality is excellent!

2020-08-10I have an iPhone X that had a problem with the charging port. Went all the way to the Apple Store only to be told “I could get an appointment in a week maybe”. I called Westchester Cell Phone repair at 4:30 pm, brought my phone at 5:00 pm and it was fixed flawlessly at 6:00 pm. And both the owner and the storefront manager were super nice, extremely helpful and great, great service. I can’t say enough nice things about the whole experience, and to not have had to wait a week for an appointment (and then who knows how long for repairs) for something as essential as one’s phone was a blessing.I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. They treated me and my work with the kind of quality service that’s rare these days. Please support them.
