Westchester Fireplace was extremely helpful in guiding me to purchase the correct gas log and fireplace doors . I was hesitant to try them because I saw some negative reviews but figured to give them the benefit of the doubt because most people who leave negative comments are most of the time just difficult to please in general so I went to them with an open mind. The gentleman I dealt with was Victor and he could not have been more professional or courteous to my needs then he was . He was very patient in dealing with all my questions and extremely knowledgeable on the gas and door products . I would highly recommend Westchester Fireplace and suggest you cast your own opinion about a company and dont always go off negative reviews

I just moved to the westchester area and never owned a home with a fireplace . I was seeking to do a gas fireplace into my existing fireplace and add fireplace doors as well . Westchester Fireplace was very helpful from the beginning recommending a local plumber to do the gas work and advising me on all the correct steps . I purchased a gas log fireplace and fireplace doors and I am very happy with the service provided by them . Thanks Westchester Fireplace

Westchester Fireplace is the place to go for your gas fireplace . I went to several other locations before settling and dealing with Westchester Fireplace . They were more knowledge than any other company I visited .They also gave me a very competitive and fair price and installed the gas fireplace for me . Try them out and see for yourself . If you are looking for a fireplace or gas log sets, Westchester Fireplace is a great place to go. Ive been dealing with the folks there for several years. My latest purchase was gas log set for my home. The people at this store were very easy to deal with.Over the years we have had gas logs installed, we also bought our BBQ from them too. Recently, we just added a Dimplex electric fireplace for our bedroom. The staff is fantastic and these folks will walk you through your purchasing options to make sure you are getting the right product or solution for your home space. Highly recommend!

Westchester Fireplace is the place to go if you are converting your fireplace to gas. Quality and service are excellent. After we learned the logs were on backorder due to pandemic demand, they were kind enough to install temporary logs until our order arrived. Matthew, the installer was very professional.

I just bought another gas fireplace log system from Westchester Fireplace . I have been dealing with them for the last few years and have always had a positive experience. They have a tremendous amount of knowledge and know what they’re talking about . I highly recommend trying them

Terrible customer service. All they do is lie to you about when the project is supposed to be completed. Then they forget about you until you call them over and over again to get them to actually do they work you paid them to do. Avoid, avoid, avoid—if you expect getting things done on time and correctly.
