THE BEST!!!I was really lost. Needed my transmission repaired / rebuilt. Looked every place. A friend recommend I give John a call, turned out to be a lucky call. Great person and great work. Will use Westchester Powersport from now on.

Wonderful experience. I dropped off the bike with a last minute time frame and a trunk full of parts. John the owner worked with me step by step to get the things I wanted installed. My bike was a day late to my timeline due to an unforseen part missing. ONE DAY! Because they were able to get the part into the shop that quickly. When I got my bike back it was running in perfect condition, better than when I dropped it off because the guys had tuned it as well. I highly recommend this shop. Not a single complaint.

I started going to Westchester Powersports 13 years ago. First just for an oil change, then I had John (owner) do some exhaust/intake upgrades along with a Dyno tune. 13 years and 3 Harley’s later I’m a loyal customer. Since then I have sent countless friends and family to him and he always does a perfect job. I also have had a full blown motor build done by John and Joe(tech). They built me exactly what I asked for and it is the fastest most reliable build I’ve ever had. If you need an honest knowledgeable shop that will take care of you and not rip you off then this is the place. Best place to bring a Harley hands down.

I had John do the 1,000 mile break-in service on my beloved 2020 Harley Davidson Iron 1200. I just got home from picking the bike up and man, you can really feel the difference! Its almost as if the bike was sleeping before. She is awake now. I first met John in March when he inspected my bike. After talking to him for a few minutes I could tell that this dude knows Harleys and this is where I would be having my new bike serviced. The stealer (dealer) tries to scare you into having all service done at their dealership. F that. I saved some money and had the satisfaction of knowing the job was going to get done right by an experienced technician rather than some kid who just got out of motorcycle school.Thank you John. Respect.

This shop blows me away and Ill never go anywhere else ever again. I went here once years ago to have an old Suzuki dynod and didnt realize they also do maintenance and repair. Just brought my FXDC in and they were able to get everything i wanted done to it taken care of with no problem (I had a laundry list!). Ive never met a tech that knew as much as John, and this place is beyond accommodating. Youll be seeing me every year. Thanks for all the awesome work!

Great shop! John and team did a great job with a quick turn around as promised. Great collaboration and the set we came up with makes the bike rides completely different. Bike so much more smoother with so much more useable mid-range power. Totally recommend this shop!

I moved into the area and in search of a quality mechanic. I was referred by another shop to Westchester Powersports and was not disappointed. Spoke and met with owner John and couldnt have felt more welcomed. The work that was done on my 2000 Lowrider was fantastic. They really take the time and do it right. Not only will I be back, however i will also refer others given the opportunity. Having been to a lot of shops this is by far the best out there. Cant say enough.

I called to get a flat tire changed on my KTM, Joe was very nice to me over the phone. But when I went the next day Tuesday, it wasnt the same. John(owner?) was unhappy with my tire choice- Dunlop Q3+(only 1 of the top tires you can buy). Said Michelins better-ok, & Never uses Dunlops as they dont balance-out good. I was willing to try tire beads, as they cant balance single-sided rear rims- fine. When leaving I simply asked if theyre machine wont nick up rim, as mine is like new & Id like to keep it that way. He told me to take my rim & tire to Hudson Valley Cycles Id be much happier there- I couldnt believe it ! Ive never been in there before & will never again! Mind you, I was polite the whole time. But am a little knowledgeable as a rider my whole life(62 yrs old) & owned about 80+ bikes. If you dont ride a HD your not good enough?! Totally Rude guy. Ill tell all my riding buddies, groups/ forums about Not giving business here.

10 STARS for this shop, owner and mechanic. No need to look any further than here, you WILL NOT find anybody else more knowledgeable, experienced, fair and honest. These guys are the Gurus of the industry. All 3 of my motorcycles over the last 10 years have been serviced, upgraded, powder coated, torn apart and put back together, use your imagination! Any and all my needs and wants have been met beyond my expectations EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cant say anything but praise for this shop, you will not be disappointed! Thank you John and Joe for all that you have done for me and the rest of your customers, and continue to do for all of us keeping us safe and road ready! My brother and I each got our first bike from John this week and we can’t emphasize enough how informative, helpful and kind he was to work with.He helped us both find the bike that was the right fit for each of us, stylistically and physically, and answered our (many) questions over text message and spent time walking us through an orientation to our bikes.We had a comfortable and fun experience from start to finish at Westchester Powersports. Our bikes were not only ready for us when we arrived to pick them up but John noticed extra work to be done after we committed to buying and worked on each bike before pick up for no extra cost to ensure we were not only satisfied but most importantly safe.Highly recommend!
