Used their ready mix for my barn and a few patios. Will is a good operator and they are less fussy with things than some of this big companies with them shiny trucks. Quality stuff -nice cement & finishes well.

Their concrete is consistent and good quality. I have had some minor problems but nothing that cant be worked out by a phone call. Their trucks are a little older but their drivers are all solid guys. Id recommend these guys to anyone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Our first order with them they mixed up the day while we had our crew waiting. The second order they mixed up the specifications on the concrete. I had a conversation with the owners wife about these mixups and all she could offer was we never have these problems. Then my foreman called for a third order on 10/5/20, they LIED to him about their delivery schedule saying we have the farmer taking all our loads until 10/29/20. When I discovered they were indeed scheduling deliveries the days we wanted (any day the week of 10/12), I called back and spoke with the owners wife who was highly derogatory and insulting. The company not only cannot get orders and mixes correct but ACTUALLY WILL LIE to customers. This is highly unprofessional and I my recommendation is to not use them for your concrete projects.

Driver was GREAT! Assisted in anyway possible. However, concrete has cracked since pour, question mix, only 1.4 years old. Frustrating

We have used this company twice for different projects. They installed a patio & another time a sidewalk / stairs. Workmanship was great, cost was fair, and customer service was excellent.

I called because I am looking to construct a new business site in western New York. I had a few questions and called and asked to speak with a manager. Right away the man on the other end was snappy and rude, and stated hes not interested and hung up as if I was selling something! I was looking for a good small company to help me build my next office, mainly because I love to support small businesses. But since the man that picked up thought I was some sort of telemarketer without even asking why I was calling was so very unprofessional. I said the name of my business and he automatically assumed it was a sales call and hung up. What kind of company doesnt teach their operators to ask what the intent of the call is?I usually dont like to leave negative reviews, but customer service and good service are vital in ALL areas of the business, including the operator. I will be giving my business to a company who knows how to operate professionally.

This morning I was driving home down main. One of there mixing trucks passed me n threw a rock at my windshield, instantly cracked. I followed the mixing truck into there east main location and spoke with the driver who gave me the office number to sort the situation out. I called an older lady answered the phone and I explained what happened. She was immediately rude, saying he insurance company said that they are not responsible for any rocks kicked up by there trucks on the road, and hung up on me so I called back and asked to speak to the owner, which she told me she was, proceeded to tell me she said everything she needed to say n slammed the phone down in my ear. Well lady the rocks that are in road were caused by your truck leaving that muddy location. So this is your fault and you should be held reliable! I didnt even want to give you one star, Im not even sure how your still running a business with a nasty attitude towards people.UPDATE: I am confused on the comment you left me. i called you 3 times the day my windshield was crack it has since spread. i do not have glass coverage on my trail blazer. i callled safelight for a quote $209 is what its going to cost me for a stone that came off your truck! I wasnt asking you to take responsibility for damage, i couldnt even get apology from the company

My mother had a porch replaced and the crew was great. Prompt, a neat job, and polite to an older lady. I highly recommend this company.

The absolute worst company to do business with. They do not follow through with their commitments and worst of all the owner is completely unresponsive regarding emails and phone calls once there is a problem. Absolutely terrible. I would give it less than one star if possible
