This is a large house right on the Atlantic Ocean--truly the best part of the house is its location. You have your own walkway directly from the house to the ocean. This was important for my family as we wanted easy access to the beach for my parents so we could take daily walks on the beach. We had the beach completely to ourselves in April--this is a quiet neighborhood. There are views from virtually every room of either the ocean or the bay across the street on the other side of the house. There is plenty of open space inside the house and separate gathering spaces even within the open living area. We were a family of 7 and each found spaces to work remotely and zoom. The gas fireplace was nice to have on some of our chillier days. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for basic cooking. The master bedrooms are very spacious with huge bathrooms which include jacuzzis and beautiful views--would have been nice to have one of these master bedrooms on the 1st floor for my elderly parents as the stairs leading to the 2nd floor are quite steep. None of the outdoor patio, pool, jacuzzi was open and available at this time of year so cant comment on those and we did not use the hot tub. Rose was attentive from the beginning, offering restaurant suggestions and checking in with us from time to time.

We have rented from Rose and Harry Grant for 14 years ! The serenity of being here is worth everything !In addition to the comfort and the best feeling of being on the ocean and hearing the soothing waves, Rose and Harry are amazing people and take pride in providing you with the best vacation ever ! We have had unbelievable happy fantastic memories ! Great family vacation spot !

I recently stayed at Roses beachfront estate, and I could not be more impressed. The house was absolutely SPECTACULAR. It was even better than the pictures which, I know, doesnt seem possible.It was immaculate the floors and counter tops were literally sparkling. I loved how open it was with so many windows each with a magnificent view. The walkway to the beach you cant beat. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the beds were amazing... I could go on forever. Rose was an incredible host and was so responsive checking in to make sure everything was alright... Everything was PERFECT. Rose is lovely and the sweetest woman who I look forward to renting from again. I cannot wait to go back. My friends and I rented for a weekend in January for my birthday and I couldnt have asked for a better weekend. Thank you Rose! This was by far my best experience ever renting from anyone!!!!!!!! I will recommend this house over and over and over again. Thank you for making your home a home away from home for me ❤️
