Got a top tailored here, they took in the straps and tailored the sides which were too big. They did a good job, I’m happy with the result and will bring more smaller alterations jobs here. Will update this review once I get more items tailored. Price was reasonable too.

Incredibly unfriendly and moody, it is AFFORDABLE, but that is what you get for cheap product, terrible costumer service. unreliable on the alteration pickup and ZERO courtesy whatsoever. I hope the owner reads this to address an issue

I dropped off a black sequined top and a large wool sweater -- both were beautifully cleaned at a reasonable price, and the woman at the counter was very nice, remembered my name (which was good since I lost the piece of paper). She didnt need it because she not only remembered my name, she knew exactly where my items were. And it was my first time there. Ill be back!

They ruined my shirts and theres not even a sorry. Dont come here if your shirt has shell bottom on it. They would break the bottoms and wont even say a sorry. They will blame that everything is your fault because they wrote it in the disclaimer in the receipt, which is given to me after my purchase. They wont try to notice you that the bottom is dangerous and subject to cracking. I had my shirt cleaned in other stores various time and that never happened. Finally they replaced my cracked bottoms with unmatching ones. Horrible service, horrible attitude.

Well, I spend over 400$ to these people only in 3 months. You want to get anything tailored? They never going to tell you how much it is going to cost, they do it and then they charge you whatever they want. Im a fashion designer and I left one jacket, for the lining. I asked her how much it is going to be and she said I dont know I will call you and let you know, they never called me to let me know, I came back and she said my jacket is done.. I paid 200$ for putting the lining into the jacket. I didnt say anything. I got offended but I didnt want to fight over something has already done. Last month, I bring 2 dress to get their hem done and I paid extra for the ironing. And I asked her how much is it going to be again, she said I dont know again. I said this time please call m and let me know so I wouldnt be surprised, they were busy for few days so I didnt want to rush them so I said inform me I never receive a call for 10 days, I called them and asked if she going to call me back about it. She said oh honey its done I went there, got my dresses, I paid 60$ for the dresses I bought far cheap. They were in a bag looked all nice and done so I just put it in my closet without taking the bag off. Yesterday I wanted to wear the dress I took it off first I tried the one in red and wow it was ripped all the way down, I took it off I wore the other one and went back to the shop. I took the dress exactly with the same bag same hanger all clean never worn yet. And I told her nicely that they forgot to sew this part. She got mad, took the dress with the hanger and said I should come tomorrow. I went back there today, I asked if its done, she throw the dress on me, did a wrinkly ball of it, she said she wont going to do it because she said its not her fault. Well I asked her, why did you take the dress out of the hanger made a ball of it and let it stay wrinkle. I know they have security cameras and there is the proof how I bring the dress out there. She ignored me, she acted like I dont exist. I asked her for the manager, she kept ignore me. I called the police, the police came in, she played the angel all of a sudden the evil face turn out to be a candy. Police told her to call the manager and she kept call them but she said David (manager) has his phone close. Police left a note for her to show David when he shows up at the shop. I know she wont show that note so I will make sure I go there everyday to see the manager. Or I will figure it out how to reach out the top person. I dont know how can you act like this to a person who makes business with you. I normally never write reviews even I have bad experience but these people really fake, they steal from you and they are rude. I hope you guys get what you deserve in life, a business doesnt work with bad jujus.

Am disappointed to say that nothing at this cleaners have changed. Not only did they rip my favorite white shirt, but also tried to hide it and then when caught red handed, tried to pull out an excuse that the machine did it. Intolerable customer service and inadequate professional service. Need I say more? Fellow people looking for a reliable dry cleaner, please save your money, and go elsewhere.

Great, super fast service. Very reasonable prices. Woman who works there is beyond nice & always remembers me despite never having my ticket. Cash only if less than $50 — don’t forget! Very high quality cleaning.
