I bought my pool from Westrock and It was the perfect pool and kit for my yard at a fair price. They delivered it before it was promised. Adam was my salesperson. He was great, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. He never tried to push anything I didnt need and is continually helped me when I return with questions about the filter, water, and maintenance. In Fact I am heading there today to get my water tested for a free evaluation to see where all my levels are at. I highly recommend them over any other pool sources in the area.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! A few months back my husband and I went in to hopefully purchase an above ground pool. Adam listened to our needs and recommended the right pool for our space. The price was reasonable and Adam worked to give us a discount since Dan is a city employee. We were told it would be a few weeks to get the pool and then they would recommend some installers. When we were leaving they even let us pick out ANY float we wanted. SO AWESOME!!! Our pool came in and they delivered our pool the next day.So here we are installing the pool and the one of the filter tubes, which comes standard, is a bit short. I called and spoke with Adam (who remembered me) and he immediately said come down and we can cut you new ones whatever size you need. There was no charge to us. That is truly the way to do business.P.S. When we walked in today there were employees there to greet us and help us immediately. :) If you are in the market they have pools now! Ask for Adam!
Bought a pool from Jeff 2 years ago. The first year was great!Last year, needed help with stabilizing the blue water & scheduled an appointment for a service call, they were supposed to let me know/call, when they arrived, and inform me of what needed to be done. They didn’t show up on the right day so I was not expecting them. When they finally did come, they added chemicals that i already had in my garage, but they wouldn’t have known that because I literally didn’t even know they were there.I was charged for service & materials, which I disputed.THIS YEAR, I called for another service appointment, my mistake!I was transferred to Peter, who was discouraging the service call and requested me to test the water & send him the picture of the test strip so he can try to advise me what needs to be done. Sent the email with the picture, as requested, called to let him know I sent it, he told me he would call me by the end of the day, never received a call. The next day I called again to follow up & Peter again stated he was finishing up with a customer and he would call me back within the next 10 minutes, reiterated “10 minutes”. Today is the 3rd day that I’ve been waiting on that (10 minute) callback.When my husband called and told them I was waiting for a call back from Peter, Peter stated they are very busy and he didn’t have time to call me back & didn’t have any house call appointments for at least a week.Seems to me, that once you buy from them & they have your money, you’re on your own. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY POOL STORE IN TOWN, so needless to say, they lost my business! I would advise you to go elsewhere if you’re looking for satisfactory service.
I’ve never left a review on anything in my life. My parents go down to the shore in the summer and the pool at home has not been opened on quite some time. We used west rock to redo the liner and get the pool up and running. We called in March and were told the liner would take a while to get in which is understandable. Every two weeks or so we would call for an update and could not get one. One of the times we called we were told the lady that handles customer service was at a bridal shower? So eventually the liner shows up, a few days later (on a Sunday) 4 men show up to our house unannounced in a uhaul van to do work on the pool. The main worker walked right into my yard and took a piss on the shed and they got lunch basically before they did any work and set up on our deck put the umbrella up and made them selves at home. Not to mention this is all on a Sunday and it was unannounced that they were showing up. They didn’t have everything they needed and the pool was never finished. We called in the beginning of March it’s 90 degrees in June now and the pool is still not operational. At this point we are going with a different vendor to finish the job. West rock pool co has to be the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I heard it’s under new management because years ago I know this was a good company. Do not use west rock pools absolutely terrible experience that’s still not over.
This place does not deserve any stars. I do NOT recommend you purchase anythng from this company. I have received extremely poor service and follow up. I started on my quest for a new heater for a very expensive SPA I purchased in 2016 from Westrock. In March 2020 I called stating that my heater broke. After over 2 months they sent someone to confirm that I needed a new heater. After a year of follow up phone calls, I never got a straight answer. First my heater was ordered, then not ordered, then they had to send someone out again to confirm the serial number and still no heater. Ive spoken to numerous people, went through 3 Service Managers and no one was ever able to provide an update. No notes, never a call back or the interest to solve my problem. A year and a half later and the owner tells me I should call the parts company myself (very rudely) as they cant get parts because of Covid (this was Monday). I called the SPA manufacturer, ordered a heater and just received confirmation that it was shipped all in a weeks time. The SPA was sold to me with a four year warranty but Westrock did not live up to that and basically told me they could not help me. I spent over 6500 for this SPA and Westrock could care less. Do NOT purchase from this company...you will regret it.
About 2 months ago, I bought a pool cover pump for our above ground pool. Unfortunately, this pump didn’t last. Today, I came back to west rock pool to get another one or maybe try to see if I can get a replacement with a discount. The guy who was helping me, not sure if he was a co owner of this place, didn’t give me a discount but gave me a brand new pool pump for FREE. The guy was very professional and didn’t even bother to ask me proof of purchase although I brought the old pump and left it in my car. Without any hesitation, he told me to grab a new one. I was surprised! Definitely customer service and satisfaction exist in this store. Again, big thanks to Adam! I got my early Christmas gift. More success on your business guys
Dear Ian,I have been in the swimming/pool industry for over 15 years. We’ve probably tried every service company in Rockland from the small mom and pop one man shows to large franchises. Every single one has let us down. Either they were unreliable, uncommunicative, or didn’t know what they were talking about. Some of them charged us for unnecessary repairs and some of them just refused to accommodate our schedule. Westrock has been a pleasure to deal with. The pool at is constantly in use which makes it very difficult and annoying to service as there is a constant stream of swimmers using the pool. Often times, you guys come only to be sent away. I can’t even imagine how frustrating that must be! Nevertheless you haven’t given up on us and continue to take care of the pool. Ian, you are such a pleasure to deal with over the phone. I recently took over the maintenance of the pool so you’ll be hearing from me quite often! I really appreciate your patience with my and my numerous requests. Thank you for always being so accommodating and willing to tolerate my constant badgering. Dealing with customer service is never easy- there are some crazy people out there (I would know- I’m one of them!) and you haven’t lost your cool with me yet and I know that must take super human strength. I appreciate everything you do Ian! Looking forward to working with you for many more seasons.Swimcerely yours!
We just had a pool put in from Westrock. The entire team was excellent. Just like any construction project there are issues that pop up. We were not the exception. However we were lucky to have Andy and his staff in our corner. Andy and Adam would email or call us back immediately. I would also like to thank Bobby and Joan for all there help.With there experience any issues we did have were corrected immediately. The job was done in a timely manner. Adam came out to my house and spent 2 hours to on how to use and properly maintain my pool. 2 months later he is still answering my emails quickly. I had done research for almost 2 years on putting a pool In and with meeting a lot of different contractors. I couldn’t be happier we picked Westrock Pools. There is a reason they have been around for 50 years.
I never give reviews but I had to this time. I just went to Westrock pools in Nanuet, and had the most wonderful experience. Just bought a hot tub for my family and the service they gave me was outstanding. After I purchased the spa, the salesman asked if I could wait one minute so he could introduce me to the owner. The owner came out of his office and thanked me for buying a hot tub from Westrock, and after speaking with him for over an hour he went and decided to give me a 500$ discount of store credit FOR FREE!! How nice it is to deal with a local company that not only cares about their products, but their customer service. I recommend Westrock in Nanuet to anyone looking for pools or spa hot tubs -C.R.
We bought our above ground pool at the start of the summer from Westrock. The staff, especially Adam and Andy, were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The materials were delivered promptly. They accurately advised us on every step of the construction process. We definitely will continue to use Westrock for our future pool needs.
I had major issues the last couple of weeks with my pool. These guys could have sold me anything and I would have bought it. They were all very honest and was able to help me and spend minimal amounts of money every time I walked in. You have a customer for life, thank you all for your help. I can finally go swimming again. Hahaha.
I cannot imagine an experience going this bad. The communication from westrock was terrible from the start. Not knowing when things would be scheduled, contractors and sub contractors showing up without warning (after having to call westrock and continously ask for updates.) Every single time we called, it was as if no one there knew who we were or that they were installing a pool for us! I will say that the two gentlemen (sub contractors I am sure) who showed up to assemble and actually install the pool were very nice. The pool liner however was installed with the seam going a very odd direction. We purchased a pool with a salt system. I have never owned a salt system. It seems logical that part of the install would be installing said salt system, and perhaps (maybe I am reaching) show the customer that it is installed? Instead, I was left with all of the packaging and construction debris to dispose of, a very large pile of salt bags, various stair rail parts, and of course a salt system in a box. After several months (now it is early winter) of westrock calling us and demanding the final payment, we agreed that they would come back and hook up the salt system and in early spring when the pool opens, they would come test it and receive the final payment. Of course... several more months go by and westrock calls us to threaten collections actions, the owner Andy says to me stop being a deadbeat and pay your bill. Are you kidding me!? I am paying him because I do not want a credit hit if he reports this to collections. But if possible, I would take back every penny and have them come take the whole pool back. There are many other pool companies out there. We chose the wrong one. PLEASE. do not make the same mistake.
We recently had a semi inground pool installed in our yard. All the staff at a Westrock has been amazing but I worked mainly with Jeff our sales rep and Adam our coordinator. The have been cooperative, pleasant very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their services.
While speaking to them inquiring about pools, the sales personnel and owners were pleasant, accommodating and attentive. Once we made the purchase and they had our money the service and attentiveness went down hill. Do not purchase anything from these parasites. The use subpar day laborers as contractors to install your pool who will do a terrible job installing it, destroy your yard and leave half of the installation without completion. When you call to complain the sales person and owner will tell you to take it up with the contractors and that Westrock is not responsible for the contractors even though they refer them to you. When you call to speak to customer service or your sales person you, they will always tell you the sales person is busy with a customer and you will never receive a call back. They are only in it to rob you of your money and then drop boxes with your pool on your lawn and wash their hands of you. Sales and management have the worst work Ethic imaginable and to add insult to injury are cynical and sarcastic when speaking with you. STAY AWAY AND BE AFRAID OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM, BE VERY AFRAID.
Extremely disenchanted with their service. Was in the store 2 weeks ago trying to order a pool. I told the associate what size we were interested in. And he discussed being able to install it in July. Obviously with everything going on I jumped at that. I wanted to put a down payment that day. But instead was told to go to my towns building department and find out information. Since then I have been reaching out daily and the associate is not responding. When I called the store today they told me September install. Since I never put a down payment down and the pool was never ordered. Meanwhile I have all the text messages with the associate. Where he told me the manager Terry was going to be getting back to me. The manager was who I spoke to today. Obviously they have enough business that I’m not really important at all. Sucks to feel like that
I have had the pleasure of doing business with Westrock for two years now, and I felt the need to leave this review. It is rare that you find a team like theirs. Over 50 years in business, and they are still going strong. Ultimately, the prices of hot tubs and pools are what they are - The most important variable in a purchase like this is the customer service you will receive, and the reputation of the seller. Westrock is unmatched in both categories, and I highly recommend them.
Andy and Bobby have a very talented hard working team and are very hands on. I did a lot of research before going with Westrock and they blew away the competition in every category! My neighbor already purchased a pool from them as soon as he saw their quality and how fast they work. A+ guys.
Ten years ago we hired WestRock to install a hot tub. They did an amazing job and the hot tub has been fantastic for so many years. Last year we decided to install an in ground pool and our choice to use Andy and his crew at WestRock was again a great decision. We were very pleased with the entire process and are loving our new pool! Thanks so much Andy!!
Just had to say how pleased we were with the experience we had purchasing a Semi-In ground pool. The staff in store was extremely helpful, got the permit and install all within one week my kids were swimming in the pool. The most amazing part is that with the purchase of the pool, they donate $200 to Jawonia, which is truly a beautiful thing. Its nice to do business with a company that gives back to the community!
My wife and I just spent $450 on pool supplies. We were helped by Adam. On our way out we saw sign that said 10% discount for heroes, which we both qualify for. We had literally just paid but he said we’re “too late to the party” and can get it next time. Except we just bought supplies for the season and won’t have another big purchase and certainly not there now.
Westrock constructed an in-ground pool for me 18 years ago. I dealt with Steve and Robert, the founders of the company, and Andrew (Steves son), and the experience was delightful. These are great people and treated my family and I as their own. The company is now under the very capable leadership of Andrew (Steves son) and Robert. Andrew and Robert stand by their product. Then there are Ronnie, Terry and Nas. Three great guys who really know their stuff and always take the time to help. They build such a quality product that I have had virtually no issues other than the normal wear and tear items that need to be replaced over time. Even at that, they used such quality supplies that the average age of such items far exceeded expectations. I also brought a Dimension One Spa that they had recommended over 10 years ago and I have never had any issue at all with the spa. Just another example that they only build/sell top quality products. I have referred friends in the past and they are always pleased with the experience as well as the final product. If you want a quality pool constructed by a quality organization, you need look no further than Westrock Pools.
If I could give no stars I would. Never answer the phone. Took an order for a pool ladder.told me to call Tuesday (1 week) to see if they got it in. Called Tuesday to Thursday and no one picks up. Wasted a trip on Thursday to see if it came in. The same person who took my order was clueless. And it wasnt ordered. Was told I could put a deposit and it would arrive in 2 weeks. Told them no. Went online and will have the same one for $150 cheaper by Saturday. Never doing business with these people again. Its a shame as they were very organized when I bought the pool from them. Guess if you dont spend over $8000 they dont care about you. Sorry Westrock. Lost my business and will never recommend you to a person I hate.
I first had dealings with Westrock Pools and spas 10 years ago when we decided to have an in-ground pool and stand alone spa installed in my home. Westrocks owner Andrew Bari came to my home and helped me to decide the right sized pool for my home. We had several different local pool companys in for estimates and we were most impressed with Westrock considering they have been in business decades longer then the local competition, it is a decision I never regretted. Besides the beautiful pool that I had installed, I made a very good friend whom has always bent over backwards to accommodate and resolve any issues I have had. Any business is only as good as the person who leads it and I can say on good authority that you will find no better then Andrew Bari.
I have been with Westrock for the better half of 15 plus years ..they installed the most magnificent pool as well as hot tub...from soup to nuts they did everything for me and made the experience a pleasure. I did not have to worry about a thing. Now 15 plus years later they still take care of all my pool needs...their staff, customer service, repairs and in store service...definitely above all the rest. Would rate them 5 stars and would be glad to talk to anyone interested in using their service.....Andy, Terry, Bobby, Ron, Jeff, Phyllis, Naz and all the rest....thank you!
I am a first time pool owner with a small (15) above ground pool. Went to buy some PH reducer after the Leslies down the street was jam packed. Being a first time pool owner, I asked the guy that helped me how I should maintain the pool. He told me I needed metal reducer that was twice the price of the PH reducer. I find out after I get home after looking it up on the internet that metal in pools is fine and you get reducer to prevent stains. Given that I own a pool with NO metal parts whatsoever, I feel like this guy took advantage of my ignorance and ignored my questions except to sell me an expensive unnecessary product. Not happy at all with his customer service. Will NOT be shopping there again and would just say caveat emptor (buyer beware) -- know what you want/need before you go there.
Sadly we purchased a spa from them it was shady from start to finish. Andy is a a wee bit much and kind of a bs artist, you dont tell customers if you dont buy this spa i will just bring it up to my lake house, Really! As that is quite pompus. We wound up buying it from the sales guy and things just got worse between delivery and false promises of its arrival condition. Now we need service have been wating thrre weeks to have cal lor email me. Not sure if they will step up but it does not llol good. I would never go back there again for another purchase.
Horrible service called for an estimate on inground Pool no response called 2 days later. And let them know that I never received a call from them for my estimate the guy on the phone doesn’t even apologize and all he says to me is okay I will relay your message. Still waiting for a call from them. I’m glad this happened before I did business with them. Imagine what it would be like after they take my money. Smh unreal.
Last year prior to the holidays, my husband and I had a bunch off pool companys come over to our home. From the moment Westrock came into our home I knew that they were the company that I wanted to deal with. My husband didnt feel the same as I did, so we saw 3 other Pool companys. We deceived to go into contract with Westrock in early January. We were very nervous, they started the pool in the middle off March, and its April 8TH AND THE POOL IS FINISHED. JUST UNBELIEVABLE. They have a crew off an army that has transformed my backyard into a resort. Bobby, the foreman on the job and the owner off the company were just great. Every one that I have dealt with from Westrock from day one have bin kind and considerate to all my crazy phone calls and questions. I just brought a gift in to Joan in there office and I was greeted by there staff as If I WAS FAMILY. Great local business I we will recommend to everyone.
Westrock installed our pool seamlessly and right on schedule. We are now in our 10th year and have had zero problems. We have continued to use Westrocks services for the last 10 years. They have always been very professional, prompt and accommodating when needing service. You wont be disappointed with Westrock. The owner, Andy, and his team are always very friendly and accommodating !!!
Stopped in on a rainy Sunday, dreaming about getting a pool. Andy introduced himself and shared different options and prices with us. Before I knew it we were sharing personal stories - my son has been sick for over three years - and the struggles we have faced. The pool we wanted was just too expensive for us, but Andy went out of his way to make it possible. Before we knew it, we were dealing with a caring human being instead of a saleman. Andy went out of his way to be to show compassion to our whole family. What an amazing person! Thank you Andy for making our dream of pool ownership a reality! In todays world, it is so refreshing to find someone who looks beyond the dollars and cents in order to help another person - and their whole family. Thank you Andy!
My wife and I have saved for the pool of our dreams for years. When we went to Westrock Pools we met the owner Andy who turned out to be an honest and sincere businessman who wanted to help us make our plan as special and unique as we are. His partner Bob an older gentleman we found out has built thousands of pools and Andy drew on his experience to create a negative edge pool that my wife absolutely loves.I would highly recommend this company and the man to anyone looking to make an informed purchase about a pool and a company who will look out for their best interests.
THEY BROKE MY POOL AND REFUSE TO FIX IT. June 1st two men came and opened my pool and left the electrical control panel open knowing there was going to be heavy rainfall that night. I called Sunday morning when I found out the system was unresponsive. Monday June 3rd they promised someone would be out there at 4:30. At 5:30 I called and asked where they were and was treated poorly by a rep named Adam. The manager/owner Ken apologized and sent a rep out to check the pool the following day - the rep said to call an electrician. I told them Wednesday morning, June 5th, they need to call someone to fix my pool or I want a refund. He said okay fine I’ll call someone. I have not heard anything from them since so today June 10th I called and asked for the information on the electrician and he refused to give it to me and then HUNG UP ON ME after I told them there needs to be someone here today or I’m calling American Express to reverse the charges on my card. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I want to thank you Andy and his staff for being so kind to me. My family has Owened a pool and westrock has opened and closed my pool for years. They realized that I didn’t call them for a pool opening, Andy had his office call and I told them that my husband lost his job, and we couldn’t afford to have the pool services this year. Then , the next day west rock was at my house and opened my pool , dropped off chemicals for the season and cleaned my pool. I called and the message the office said was Andy said no charge for the season and I was flored by his genorosity. I can’t say how much this meant to me and my family . Thank you westrock . I will. After having awful experience at a well-known Rockland pool company, I switched to Westrock. That was 16 years ago and nothing has occurred to change my choice. Ive always been treated with courtesy. The service staff are accommodating and thorough in their work. In particular, Im grateful for Andys advice and assistance and for Nazs remarkable knowledge on maintenance of water quality and problem solving. I couldnt ask for more and have been happy to refer others to Westrock Pools for the best pool advice and service around! Thank you all.
The folks at Westrock Pools were very helpful in guiding me in what I needed to getting my swimming pool going. I live in Westchester the drive was quick and I was served as soon as I entered the store with the most professional staff. The pricing for my parts were far lower than what I expected to pay. If you live in Rockland county this place is a no brainer for everything you need regarding your pool needs. If your coming from Westchester and want fast service and do not want to stand in line all day. Westrock Pool service is a hidden secret. The little drive over the bridge will reward you with incredible savings., knowledgeable professionals and satisfaction that your getting the most for your dollars.
Rude customer service. Need an estimate to replace cover and liner from storm and stated that they can’t come out for weeks and that estimates are not free but can’t even give a price on estimate. I guess they don’t need my business. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I love my new pool! At first, I was nervous about learning how to operate a pool and had trouble with my pool water. I was upset that I couldnt use my pool at the very beginning of the summer due to the water being cloudy and green. Yes, I became frustrated but Westrock stepped up and said they would do whatever was necessary to get my pool up and running. Two weeks later I was swimming in my pool. Westrock made a point of coming to my pool more than once a week to make my pool water clear. I cant thank them enough for their commitment and generosity.
A few weeks ago I gave them my CC over the phone for a retail curbside pick up. a few days later a 2nd charge for $512 was added to my account. I have tried calling them many times and emailed them. They never responded. I had been a customer there for 30 years. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE.
I had just got my house renovated within a limited budget and was wondering if I could afford a pool where I could relax with my friends and family during the weekends. My brother advised me to contact Westrock pools and inquire about Gunite pools. To my utter surprise, they promised me a pool of my dreams within a very reasonable budget that included skillful planning and installation. A big Thanks to Westrock pools.
I dealt with the owner Andy.... Lied and cheated me out of parts and repair work. This store is loaded with con artists and liars. Shop anywhere but here. READ REVIEWS ON YELP!! Almost three years later and Im stilled owed over 800.00 in parts. Nicest people till you sign and money is taken..
I still buy stuff from this company but i would never place any service call with this company again. not only that they charge to your credit card in advance and never bother come back to do the work, when you call in to complain they will just told you you need to talk to the manager and he is never avaible and then put you to his voicemail. when you leave messages he never call you back. then when you finally lost patients and called your credit card company to dispute the charge, the manager then calls you up and appears in shock and have the audacity to ly to you on your face that they came and did the service! Unbelievable liars!!!!
No service!! after installing a new liner, we still had a leak where the water comes back into the pool we called westrock pools they said they will send some one to fix it, i guy some 2 days later he tell me my problem is my skimmer, i said to the guy my skimmer ill take care of but i need my leak fixed, he said ok! i made the notes the office will call you, no 1 called so we called they look at the notes and says you need a new skimmer the totla will be $53, SIR I HAVE A LEAK NOT A LEAF PROBLEM!!!!im still waiting for some to come down again,if you do a service like this do your research before hiring them
DO NOT BUY A HOTTUB FROM WESTROCK!!!! MY FAMILY AND I HAVE HAD HOT TUB PROBLEMS A MONTH AFTER WE PURCHASED IT, CALLED EVERYDAY FOR TWO MONTHS AND WERE PROMISED EVERYDAY THAT THEY WOULD COME FIX IT. IT IS SUMMER NOW AND STILL NOBODY HAS COME!!!!!! THE CEO CAME ON THE PHONE WITH SO MUCH ATTITUDE TELLING US WE WERE OUT OF PLACE FOR THREATENING TO SUE, ALTHOUGH THEY NEVER KEPT THEIR SIDE OF THE DEAL.... 0/10 business
PLEASE,take my advise and dont sign a pool contract with this company .If you sign with them you deserve everything you get. first they will be all happy and go lucky with you but as soon as you sign this is whats going to happen,you will never here from your sales person again,what they tell you is in the contract will not be there,they will take a large down payment so that when you cancel they will keep it,in the middle of construction you will need something that is not in the contract and they will make you pay for it,before the pool is done they make you pay for all of the pool...keep in mind that when you make that last payment all of these items still have to be done,,,,,your final inspection,yard clean up,pool, they destroyed my yard leaving garbage all over with attempt at cleaning up. Bob dropped off his no speak English pool pros and you never seee him again. Caught a guy urinating on my neighbors bush. They advertise all professional they are not,they advertise you will love it, I and so many others I have came across while waiting to speak to Andy if he was actual in will tell you different. At one point I had ended up standing waiting for him with the same guy for the 3rd time we shared a similar story. Please hire a pool consultant to go over all your paperwork before you sign and hire that person to over see the job because they will cut corners to rip you off but smile in your face till the issues start.STAY AWAY

What thieves. Say they are selling name brand products and sell chinese knockoff which breaks after 1 week. They tell me to bring it to a motor repair shop in nyack at my own expense, then have the nerve to ask me to write a review after that. stay away or you will be scammed. Complete liars, unethical and wont standby their products
I would not shop at this establishment ever.... even it was the last pool store on the planet. Sales rep...jeff is rude, arrogant and outright unprofessional. Prices are much better right down the road. I have never been this poorly treated when i was about to spend 10k
Problem is that some of their stuff is priced very well but most of it if not specially the stuff behind the counter I need is a part 4 pool robot that cleans the pool they charge me $15 for a rubber o-ring I didnt found it online on Amazon for $3 free shipping but if you have to buy Clorox and the heavy stuff that stuff is priced well there but small things that you can get online I would not go there again for theyre overpriced the service is pretty good though the people are very nice

2021-08-19First time I contacted Westrockpool was to inquire about their pools and about the process, including a site visit to see the options available according to my landscape. The person who answered was pretty cut and dry and said they don’t visit the sites but did not bother to explain exactly how then was one to choose the right pool or how to go about the process, especially since this was a first time experience. Despite this unsatisfactory first impression over the phone, my partner and I decided to take a trip to their location to find out more about the possibilities on getting a pool. We were first greeted by a woman who was very pleasant and we wished later that she would have been the one handling our business. Instead we were passed on to this older guy whose sales tactics seem rather dated. We were able to get information regarding installation which dealt with the option of choosing one of their partner contractors. We chose the pool we wanted and made our initial deposit. Due to the time frame and high demand we definitely did not expect to have a pool installed overnight which was not an issue at all. What did become an issue was the lack of communication from any person we dealt with from that point on. Failure to let us know the pool we originally ordered was no longer available which resulted in us picking the second choice available. Failure to get a call back from their primary recommended contractor and unable to leave a message in their full mailbox, An unscheduled drop off of some pool pieces which was never arranged considering that our home is fenced. At one point, in a slightly upset tone in my part talking to the sales representative for our purchase, was told “SIR, THIS IS HOW THE POOL INDUSTRY WORKS”, something that I had a hard time absorbing since I comeFrom a sales background for over 20+ yrs. not to mentioned that he suddenly forgot my name and feltThe need to call me sir.After giving up on the first contractor, we were ableTo communicate with their second recommendation which was easy to get in touch with and coordinate with. The problem however is their refusal to visit a site prior to commencing a project which as a result of this, ended costing us a several thousand dollars more that originally budgeted. This was due to the landscape, leveling requires and additional pipe re routing which once again could have been all discussed if a courtesy visit had been done. In addition, the contractors brough in a machine to dig which was too big to fit through our single door fence which resulted in the contractors team to dig manually. The only thing positive was getting the pool installed sooner than later with about a month of wait. I would not recommend this company based on their poor quality of communication which clearly does not fit today’s world with so many ways of reaching out. Their store has a wide variety of selections which if this is not your first time getting a pool and you don’t require the walkthrough process like we did, this might be a good place.

2022-02-10We signed a pool contract with Westrock in March of 2021 for a new pool build. Everyone Ive worked with from Andy, Adam, Jordan, Cara, Ron and so many others have been wonderful. It helps that Andy was referred to us by family who have used Westrock before. Their reputation speaks highly as well. What ultimately did it for us is that Andy didnt commit to making sure we could swim in the summer of 2021 because of the covid supply issues. With that said, they certainly lived up to their promise at finishing the build and did so just around Thanksgiving. This summer we get to fully enjoy it and through them were introduced to the most amazing landscaper, Frank Miller, and electrician, Mike Massey. Its been a trying experience mainly due to the increased costs that were all facing, and its not an easy decision when youre building from scratch. I dont have experience with their competitors on price but so glad we went with Westrock!

2022-06-05Absolutely terrible company.They sent two crews, both on the wrong date, too close my pool. Their “opening” performs only minimal service, so I was told to book a separate vacuuming appointment. Which I did. When I asked how much it was to vacuum my pool, I was told $95. Not $95 per hour, not $95 plus chemicals, just $95. The crew that came out didn’t bother to knock on my door, but they claim they were here for an hour, yet they didn’t finish the job. I spoke to them briefly about a leaky filter pump, and they said they would have the office call me about having a technician come out to evaluate it. I called their office to say the vacuum job was only half done and was told that my pool was “disgusting” and I had only paid for an hour. I was never referred to their website while booking the job, and had not been asked to sign their opening contract. Their customer service “expert” was rude, condescending, and refused to help. I explicitly stated that no one from Westrock should ever set foot on my property again. Two days later a technician walks into my backyard unannounced with a part that I didn’t order to fix my filter. I got a bill on my credit card three weeks later showing that they have decided to charge me over twice their stated price for the vacuum service. After calling customer service they agreed they should not have charged me for chemicals added when they did not obtain my permission. They refunded 20 odd dollars and are still charging me over $160 for what they very clearly stated would be a $95 service.This company is terrible, and I will never do business with them.

2022-06-16Ive used Westrock pools for years, and highly recomend them. They are Profesional and curtious, they either have what I need, or willing to get it for me. Brings me great happiness to have my family and friends use my pool every summer and Westrock helps me make that happen

2021-03-26We have owned a hot tub through Westrock Pool & Spa for 3 years. Throughout the 3 years we have had 2-3 issues with the hot tub and every time we try to get it serviced there are long delays in getting a repairman to the house and even longer waits for the parts.The latest issue began January 2, 2021 when the heater pump stopped working. We called immediately and had a repairman at the house January 17th. We were told it would need to be replaced and it would take approximately two weeks to get the parts and schedule an installation. Today is MArch 26th and still no part? We’ve spoken to the store manager & parts manager who always tell us “We will call the manufacturer and have an answer for you by the close of business today” Eight phone calls later from us and still no call back from Westrock Pool & Spa. Today I drove the 45 minutes to their location, met with the parts manager who was very apologetic but unable to give me any answers as to where my part is or when my hot tub will be functional.We have been asked by numerous friends who we used for our hot tub and ALWAYS tell them to never use Westrock Pool & Spa as they have the worst customer service department we’ve ever encountered.

2020-07-09From start to finish Westrock has been nothing but a true pleasure to deal with and there work is 100% top quality! We purchased our pool at the Homeshow back in Feb. Then soon after.... the virus hit and the lockdowns started. Westrock went over and above to get our permit filed with the town the day before the shutdown started. Because of this I was able to pick up the approved permit the day non-essential constrcution could start again. Within about 10 days or so Andy at Westrock had my pool dug and got the new pool up and running. He 100% did everything he said he would in the time frame he told us it would be done. No matter what he always kept his word to us and in todays day and age this was very refreshing! From start to finish Andy, Adam and all of the westrock staff has surpassed all expectations we had and delivered us our dream pool that we will be enjoying for years to come! The level of service does not end with Andy and Adam, I have been back to the store for items 2 or 3 times since the pool went in. From the moment you walk in the front door of the store you are greeted by a helpfull and friendly Westrock staff member asking how they may help you. From top to bottom Westrock is a well run business and treats there clients like family and just a customer. To me knowing a business owner cares about his clients and does everyting he can to make sure they are happy is 100% priceless. Service is just as imporant as price. And we received outstanding service and a great pool at a fair price! What more can you ask for!!!! Thank you Andy, Adam & westrock staff, you have earned a customer for life! We LOVE our new pool and could not be any happier!Ray Krok Jr.

2020-07-11We are really happy with Westrock, they were overwhelmed busy because of the Covid-19 situation but delivered as they promised. Our sales person Jeff was of great help and guided us through the process, they were responsive even though they were so busy. Bottom line is I do not hesitate to recommend someone make the plunge with Westrock, we are thrilled.

2021-08-02I want to personally thank Andy and his team of professionals at Westrock. We’ve been a customer of Westrock for about a decade. They also helped us remodel our pool a few years ago. Our pool heater recently broke and it was just outside of warranty. Westrock replaced the heater at no cost to us. If that’s not outstanding top-shelf customer service, then I don’t know what is. We let Westrock take care of our pool and all we have to do is swim. Thank you Westrock. You are the best!
