My husband and I wanted to share the recent outstanding experience we had with West Rock Widow Fashions, the team of Rob and Lorraine. They did a stellar job installing new, state of the art Hunter Douglas blinds in our master bedroom and the Nantucket window shades in multiple windows of our house.Rob and Lorraine are very pleasant, professional and efficient to work with. Their high level of competence, customer service and the product value proposition they delivered were excellent. I would highly recommend West Rock Window Fashions to all potential customers on the market now to upgrade and or enhance their blinds.

I have been a decades-long customer of Westrock and was so sorry to see Sally and Mike go. However the new owners are just as wonderful. I was having an issue with a shade and Robert promptly came over to assess the situation and fix it. He was knowledgeable, careful, courteous, efficient, and most of all able to fix the issue. I would have no hesitation calling Westrock for anything related to window treatments. Its comforting to know that Sally and Mike left us in such capable hands.

Mike is awesome! I love my window treatments and really enjoyed the experience of working with Westrock. He’s a great people person. He came into my home and made solid recommendations appropriate for the space and my lifestyle (with 3 young boys). The styles and fabrics are beautiful and excellent quality. I won’t go anywhere else for my windows. I highly recommend working with Mike...it’s worth the price.

Theres a reason Westrock Windows have been in business for over 32 years. This is a family owned business that makes you feel at home soon as you walk into their showroom . Their honesty, their expertise and pricing is such a plus. Hunter Douglas choices and quality is amazIng. I couldnt be happier with the 2 rooms of window treatments and their installation.

My entire experience with this business has been excellent from the free quote to installation. They were completely knowledgeable about the products, installation, what issues may arise, and working with me on the best fit for my design for both aesthetics and price. Their scheduling is flexible as well. They were personable and professional, which gives you the comfort that you can work with them and trust them to get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone, and would use them exclusively in the future. It is rare to find businesses that can win your exclusive business. This is one of them.

Mike & Sally at Westrock were nothing but the best! From Sally helping me pick out the perfect shades and colors. To Mike at installing my blinds and curtains. I would recommend them to everyone. Can’t wait to move into a bigger home to have them fashion all my windows :) Aplus plus service.

I found them when looking for a local Hunter Douglas dealer. I had had it with the big box stores. Mike and his son Chris came to my house w samples and did not try to sell me the most expensive product. Rather they looked at my needs and lifestyle and suggested what would work universally in my home. EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT prices, and excited about the new look.

Loved the expertise and experience with Mike & Sally. I went in thinking I wanted one product but they knew having young kids, I was better off with another. They came, measured and installed saving me the hassle of trying to figure it out. Couldn’t have asked for more!!
