Im sorry that I have to say that Westside is not the best place to go unless Medicare is paying for your equipment. They rent out used equipment and if you want to buy a new one you can apply your rental fee for another new one. I rented and returned a lift chair and rented and purchased an ice machine but the ice machine fuse went out. Westside said they dont repair it and told me to call the company that made it The company said the machine was so old that they dont sell them anymore but they would repair the fuse and return it to me free of charge. I received it back saying that they did their best to make it servicible. I think if I paid for a used machine it should have been usable in the first place. I felt like I bought a lemon from a used car lot. It went out on me right when I needed it most. They re-rent faulty equipment over and over until someone complains. Their rented equipment needs to be new! I Also, I also went to them to get a sling before rotator cuff because my surgery directions said to bring one with you to the surgery. When I told Westside that I wasnt sure if Id need it, they said I could return it if I got one after surgery but only had one in stock that wasnt my size and was very outdated. They suggested that I go to the Eastside Medical to get one my size. I did but was told I cant return it. Not a good practice to send someone all the way over to the other side of town and find out they have different policies on returns. Luckily I did get a sling at the surgery which would have cost me $150 at Westside and I wouldnt have been able to return it. Be prepared to wait to pick anything up as they are shorthanded and get the name of the person you spoke to for an order because the receptionist wont know what you are talking about! I suggest going to Lions Club or Volunteer Ambulance centers for better service and free rental.
Great customer experience! Courteous and professional staff. Installed a chairlift to the basement. Very responsive, quick and clean installation. Very pleased with the overall experience and highly recommend Westside Medical.
Just want to give a shout out to my guy Micah at Westside Medical. We bought a lift chair for my mom. Hes the best! knows the measurement and technical side of the equipment, but his customer service is ABSOLUTELY what stands out about him! Treated my mom w utmost respect, delivered on time , helped w paperwork, and put me at ease. I highly recommend the store and Micah. Thanks !!
Recently had a Bruno stair life installed for my mother. Jeff came to the house to confirm the lift would work with our stairs. He was timely and very professional/knoweldgeable about the lift and easily answered any questions I add. The lift was installed two days after the order and we couldnt be happier with it. I thought I had an issue with it the next day, called service and they were ready to deploy the installer asap to resolve. Luckily it was my own user error but it was nice to know how quickly they were ready to respond. Definitely recommend Westside as am very pleased with the service.
Ive dealt with Westside medical multiple times always pleasant to deal with. They exceed my expectations every time. Ive purchased everything from a Bruno lift, scooter and other various items from them. Micah and Kevin have that incredibly helpful multiple times Ive also used Westside medical for routine service on my lift to ensure its kept in great working order. Again I really would like to commend Micah for all his help several times with my scooter purchase hes incredibly informative and knowledgeable on the product and what they can do. They can also do modifications where necessary to accommodate different physical disabilities. Thank you Westside Medical, I would strongly recommend them as they have that personal touch, I also are very good with communicating when items are ordered and when items are ready for pickup or delivery.
This was our second experience with Westside. We purchased a platform stair lift. Kevin helped us in selecting a unit that filled my needs, allowing normal pedestrian access to the stairs, minimal interference to the existing building structure and ease of operation so I can get up and downstairs by myself. (our previous chair lift required assistance by another person.) Installation took one day,. The techs. were friendly and knew their stuff.

2022-04-28We were in need of a stairlifts for my wife. Given the sudden urgency and the limited finances, they were able to meet both our needs. They worked close with us to ensure my wife safety. Jeff and the Westside team was exceptional. They made my wife and I feel like family. I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service. 2022-08-06I have have relied on Westside Medical Supply for all my mobility needs for 10 years. Micah, Jen and the whole crew have been so helpful and supportive. They worked directly with my Dr and insurance company to help navigate the complex process and make sure I got the equipment that was right for ME. And Jon the repair tech is amazing! He knows the equipment inside and out and always gets the job done right the first time. So convenient that he comes to the house so I dont have to haul my scooter to their shop. Check them out ... you wont be disappointed!!

2022-06-30I am hopeful my original issues are being resolved. The owner and I spoke this morning and since then have been assured my problems are being addressed and if Medicare signs off on it I could have my hospital bed next week. Finally can rest easier and happy they have shown initiative to service my needs.

2022-04-18Matthew Presciutti is hands down the friendliest, dependable worker there! With my husband being released from the hospital, Matthew researched and found the perfect lift chair to fit my husband. I wanted to buy a smaller version- and Matthew could have made an easy sale, but he felt it would not have been medically safe for my husband. He researched other manufacturers, and really helped us to get the perfect fit. He also helped with handicapped items for the bathroom. I have purchased a scooter, bed mattress and many other things from Westside Medical. Matthew took the stress out of an awful situation. Kudos to Matthew Presciutti!!!

2021-03-31I have gone to Westside Medical Supply in the past to get a scooter. Each time the representatives are so helpful and pay close attention to your needs as a person and show so much compassion. The chair I purchased is a Goldentech chair. As you can see in the photos is reclines to the point where it is like laying down in bed. It is awesome!I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you so much Westside Medical Supply!

2022-08-12We had Ed come from west side medical supply to do a walker clinic for our residents at the village at unity. He was so friendly and helpful with our residents and their walkers and helped so many of our residents walk away with like new walkers!

2021-11-22I wanted to share our wonderful experience working with Westside Medical Supply and specifically the experience working with Micah Thaxton.Micah went above and beyond working with us over the past several months. Micah helped us rent a scooter for my wife who has mobility issues due to a medical condition. He was very helpful with this, but even more so when we realized we wanted to purchase one of our own.Micah took the time going over different models. We wanted something portable as we travel often for our sons sports tournaments and fields can be quite far from one game to the next.Supply chain issues which have been affecting many different goods did take place but Micah stayed in constant communication updating us as he had any new information to share. We have now picked up our new scooter and my wife is thrilled. Micah again took time out to go over the entire product answering any questions that came up.It was a great experience working with him and could not highly recommend enough about reaching out to him if you are in the market or possibly in the market for a mobility scooter. 2022-03-29Still waiting for a wheelchair that the Doctor, and Insurance approved a month ago. I have been given one excuse after another, and still dont have the chair. I called today at 1pm, and they told me it was finally approved, and the delivery driver would contact me today when he started his deliveries....at 1pm. Doubt Ill will ever see the chair, I should have just ordered it from Amazon. Such a waste of time.
