This place has gone massively downhill. When i first started going to this location they had kind, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that always had good suggestions on what flavors to try. That staff seems to be long since gone at this point. Today i went into the store and spent $150 getting new coils (which they were out of last time i went), a new juice, as well as a new mod and tank for my fiance so she could have her own rig. i got home and put the two packets of nicotine into the juice as instructed to obtain a 3mg nicotine concentration. I put the juice into the vape and everything seemed fine until i took that first puff and it was TERRIBLE. Turns out the employee working today who has absolutely no knowledge of vaps whatsoever sold me a 6mg nicotine added juice which is ILLEGAL. So after adding the nicotine it was 9mg. I went back to the store and to cover for her mistake she tried to sell me more juice of a different kind to mix with the ILLEGAL juice she sold me to make the ratio more tolerable. In any case she eventually agreed to just give me different nicotine and another juice and said she would lie to her employer and mark the previous bottle as busted open. FIRE THIS EMPLOYEE BEFORE SHE COSTS YOU ANY MORE BUSINESS.
Have had mixed times here. Its hit and miss with who you get. Previous mgr sold me a mod, the mod died about an your in (defect this was my 7th mod in 6 years) and he gave me the run around.Not thrilled with things like that. He was fired but still had hit and miss sales folks. I rebuild and trying to find someone who even knows where wire is in the store is a mission. (yes i know most dont rebuild now)If you know exactly what you want, its ok. If you dont, read up on what you want to do, then go in with knowledge.The one I go to in Wheatfield on the Blvd has had the more knowledgeable folks.Prices are fair, selection is pretty good, all around its not bad its just the help. Few good folks but it is hit and miss.
I placed an order online for a new vape kit, this site was the only one with the color that I wanted, received order confirmation, then a few hours later received an email from a Kristin, stating their system had flagged my account as fraud, and that I would need to send them a copy of my ID, which has never happened from any of the vape shops I have ordered from in the past. Vape websites always first have you verify your age, and your credit card zipcode must match the zipcode that your credit card company has on file for you, otherwise your order gets rejected. I used to live in this part of NY, so I know how closed minded and discriminatory businesses can be against people for whatever reason. Since they dont know my nationality, I believe it was because I live out of state. No worries though I learned my lesson. I went to Yeti vapes website, (awesome place, never had had any issues when I was local or once I moved) and bought a new kit and vape juice there. My order is already on the way. If you havent been to Yeti, youre doing yourself a disservice. They have awesome juice and awesome staff.
Bought juice and hardware from them many times, vaping for over 5 years. staff is always helpful, they have a great selection of awesome juice, both house and retail. theyre selection of authentic and clone hardware is head and shoulders above most shops Ive been to, prices are always competitive and staff is always friendly. A+ hands down.
I used to go to vape E’s in Tonawanda until I realized that house juices are terrible and premium is definitely the way to go. I don’t recall the name of the guy who helped me but he was very personable and helpful while guiding me through their wide variety of flavors. He ended up selling me the BEST juice I have ever had the pleasure of trying. Even if it was sort of a “cop out” because it is a well known main stream juice flavor that I just happened to not have yet to tried yet (Dinner Lady - Lemon Tart). I will definitely be back to see what delightful I will end up with next.
I have been going to Wet Vapes since they opened. I live comfortably in between several locations however i choose the Sheridan drive location every time. Noted exceptional service from employees Jeff and Jason, the rest of the staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.
The customer service here is terrible and the employees seem to be more interested in their own well being and their own vape products than the customers. I would not recommend in any way. I went to RAB vapes on Millersport hwy and the customer service was 1,000,000x better their was a nice young lady behind the counter who welcomed me with a huge smile, much more welcoming.
Impeccable customer service and amazing depth of knowledge regarding products and catering to different uses and preferences. This is the best place in Buffalo to meet all your vaping needs, including juices both from their own clean room and the brands they sell. The positive vibe in there is all you need to realize that this place is not just a business to supply and make money, but more to satisfy consumer demand!
Alright prices, very poor customer service. They mocked me for getting high nicotine juice, like I was crazy. They seem disinterested with customers and I will NOT go back. I have been going to Yeti Vape since and I will continue going there for great deals and service.
I upgraded from the vape pen to the Smok Baby 80w about a month ago from my local wet vapes. 2 weeks in, I started having battery connection issues. I took the device back to the store and they told me I had broken it when I dropped it, so I got a new one. Low and behold, 2 weeks into the new mod, and the same issues are happening. I was in the area, so I took my business to this wet vapes. Not only did the employee fix my mod for me, but took the time to explain what the issue was, so I was able to go home and fix my other mod! My local wet vapes employees could learn a thing or two from him...there were 3 workers on that day that all told me I broke it!
Where do I begin... Id give it no star if it was an option. I went in there yesterday trusting the worker to help me since I have never vaped before. I told him Id just recently quit cigarettes and that I basically only smoked 4 to 5 cigarettes a day. He thought itd be a good idea for me to have 30mg of nicotine in my vape. Not to mention, he took my vulnerability to being new to this as a money making jackpot by pretty much lying to me saying certain juice was only for the one vape I bought which was a lie.$63 later I get home to vape and even after the smallest hit on the lowest setting I was coughing my brains out. Never again will I ever come back to this shop.
Everything is very overpriced, The mod I bought looks like it has been used before, and has scratches on it. I also bought a different mod from wetvapes before buying my Sigelei 150 watt, and within four days, this mod wouldnt charge anymore. You could go online and get juice and mods for a lot cheaper. Very displeased with the quality of the products and service. Never shopping there again.
THIS LOCATION IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! I HONESTLY, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! LOL REALLY...I DONT...ALL ITEMS ARE WELL KEPT IN STOCK, AND CLEAN! (sometimes they run out of certain juice, or coils, and they AT TIMES... can be defective.... BUT they DONT make the coils so thats NOT their fault! Whenever I have had any issues with a defective coil, they take care of it. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MISTREATED! CHRIS, ROB, TYLER, SID AND ALL OF THE STAFF ARE SO WONDERFUL AND KIND! Ive been going for MANY YEARS! THEY ALL HAVE PATIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE, AND HELPFUL. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Bought a tank that was exclusive to this place, got a crack in the glass and was told by the counter person there is nothing they can do due to policy. I have sent many people here and have spent hundreds of dollars here myself. Poor customer service even to a regular. Very disappointed. Time to find a new shop
People dont know anything about vaping they wont fix a broken mod in Warranty try to sell anything to anyone place sucks dont go there also bought tanks that leaked and all they could do is give us a discount on another one act like they know it all if you want go service go to juicy vapor they are all nice and helpful
Placed an order online for store pickup. Went to pick it up and purchase a vt200 andwas told that it had been shipped instead. Expressing that this leaves me with no coils for the weekend, i was met with a chuckle and oh well itll be there in a few days. So I walked out without purchasing the VT 200 and will be getting it from somewhere else.
I usually go to VAPE E in Tonawanda because they have great flavors and mixes, but they are closed when I arrived - so I went to Wet Vapes. Upon my arrival I asked for a 50/50 blend (50% VG + 50% PG) but was told they do not do that? Why I asked? Nobody asks for it. Ok. But thats been my mix since I started Vaping, and I know that Juicy Vapor will do 50/50 too. I ended up getting some juice, but if WetVapes cannot offer the mix I WANT, theres no need for me to go back.Suggestion to owners: Listen to the customers who want 50/50 or never see us, unless youre making a killing in sales offering restricted mixes.
Skinny blonde kid at counter is a little vape snob. Asked what were some new juices to his associate long haired cat. who kinda laughed at me when I asked and blondy, while taking care of his own customer , butted in and felt the need to ensure it’s all new and asked rudly and very jokingly if I wanted to see a menu. Karma kid. Hope u burn your lip on some hot vape juice. Dilly dilly

2022-06-11Been my go-to since I moved here from a more vape-friendly state. Everyone’s been chill, given great advice and suggestions regarding NY vape laws, and they have exactly what I need any time I stop in. They’re expanding the footprint of their retail space right now and it looks amazing. I’m just as pleased with Wet Vapes as I was with the hometown vape shop I frequented for the last 8 years, and I’m notoriously critical. Can’t recommend them enough.

2022-02-08Dishonest and the worst online experience one could ask for. Ordering only worked in Chrome. Ordered over $100 but Free Shipping was not a cart option despite being advertised. No response to email inquiries. Short shipped me twice on back to back orders. The second time received a refund less the tax. If all goes well consider yourself lucky. If it doesnt, youve been warned.Edit: Not left hanging? Sent 2 emails 12/20 regarding difficulty ordering and free shipping. Neither received a reply. Called 2/7 was told I would get a call back, didnt, had to call again. Looks like they processed the tax refund after reading this review.

He listened to my needs and he came up with final selections. After getting out of the store and into my car to try them they were excellent. Im absolutely coming back here.

SHE ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME AND MY HUSBAND. SHE IS ALWAYS SO PATIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. 2020-11-16Ive had numerous small problems at this place. The girl that took care of me yesterday explained that a couple of the other girls will do longer be there. Im happy to hear this as I think they are dummies. Lets hope everything straightens out with the new great team that will now be there. Either way Ill still go back because they have the items I need.

2020-07-23I am very pleased with my recent visit to this location. I came in looking for a gift for my boyfriend , not knowing much about vapes, the sales associate Kayla was very friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction of purchasing the aegis boost device. 3 weeks later and my boyfriend is still in love with his vape! He and I will definitely be returning soon for another purchase. Thanks!!

2020-10-28Wide variety of products. I would rate a five but sometimes when I go in, some employees are nice and a couple times one of the girls was rude and had an attitude like she didnt want to help us find what we needed. Otherwise we normally have a very good experience and I go here for my vape needs.

2020-08-03We were not satisfied at all. My wife bought a vape pen from there, and was told that if anything went wrong with it within the first 2 weeks, they would replace it. Only a few days later The Vape Pen malfunctioned. And they would not hold up their end of the bargain, claiming that it wasnt a Factory defect.. they pretty much told us tough luck.would not recommend going there
