Huge co-working space thats dog friendly! Love the interior design of the conference rooms and common areas. Youll see a lot of freelancers and small startups working hard in here. Dont miss the special themed events they throw for tenants!
I have been working there for almost a year now and let me tell you the staff truly embodies care and hospitality! They are incredible and are worth your business! They got your back and they make sure to take care of their people with so much love and dedication! Outcycling wouldnt be as successful without their help and love!!! Please consider your business especially if your near by!!

I have an office there for a few years now. Its hard to move my business so I am there. Many members are worried about being critical because wework does what it wants. But this place is disappointing and I wouldnt do it again. Glass walls so no privacy or quiet. Unprofessional staff, common areas that are always reserved, the list goes on.
Good central location, but unless you have a private office the level of sound from the boom box speaker system makes you think youre in a disco. So 5 Stars for the hep quality of office, and many less for not knowing that people come here to work.
Very convenient location, super close to most public transportation (majority of subway lines, port authority). Standard wework setup, the kitchen area is a decent size in the 8th and 9th floors. The phone booths are pretty tight and a little too dark for my liking. Conference room seats are uncomfortable hard bucket type seats, combine that with the table being too high, you will quickly get carpel tunnel of you plan on typing most of the day.
Good workspace, if youre on the open space option, go to the upper floor. Nice balcony and pingpong table, though only two phone cabins on that floor
Wifi cannot support the number of users in the building and often goes down. Four elevators for 1000+ tenants. Under-staffed, and turnover of staff is very high: those who work there often do not know whats going on, and seem to have no idea how to manage an entire building. Inconsiderate tenants: making messes in the bathrooms, being rude and condensing to the cleaning staff, and even fishing out fruit from the daily fruit water which is for everyone. Poor daytime security. Poorly organized events: events are often announced with the wrong information, and without enough materials for attendees.
Excellent work place! Went there for a job fair. Very interesting how they organised it, beer in the lounge with ping pong for people to mingle. Definitely suggest people to visit if you get a chance! :)

WeWork is a very fun and collaborative shared office space. The building has a very modern feel and has numerous meeting areas to host whatever your business needs.
Cool spot. Overhyped. Plenty of locations but not accommodating in any way. Staff treated me like chum. I travel a lot for work and will avoid using them because of the way I was treated. Mind you, this was multiple locations and not isolated to one.
Im not a big WeWork fan, but I have to admit that theyve built a great work space at this location. I was quite envious of my friends office space along with the great common areas.
2nd largest Wework location in NYC. They have 13 floors in the building and is dog friendly! Great interior design and a nice place to work at.
Best WeWork location in Manhattan! Easy walk from PABT. Access subways quickly. Logistically, a perfect spot if you need a base of operation in Midtown.
Like all WeWork locations - a nice place. Still under heavy constructions so could be very noisy upon entrance, and elevators dont support all of the traffic inside during peak hours.
Really reminds me of the Google office methodology. Great spaces, lovely design, amenities and shared resources. Really a great space! And the terrace view is awesome!
This place is great. Office space by the inch while smaller then what you could get on your own for the small business much more effective.
Not the best WeWork location in the city but they do have a great rooftop, which is amazing in the summer.
If you like waiting for elevators look no more! You can expect a long wait EVERY time you want to get to your floor and multiple stops in each direction
7th floor maintenance is spotty. Bathrooms are dirty and no hand towels toilet paper. Kitchen area isn’t restocked at times.
Ive been here once to do some work on a trip to NYC last Fall. The place was clean and quiet and was able to get some good work done. Would visit again.

2022-05-22As a wework longtime member, it was disappointing, the employee at the lobby on Friday was extremely rude and definitely didnt want to help anyone there, not only me, unfriendly attitude. The staff on the 17th floor, the gentleman was very nice and friendly. It needs some good maintaining, the sofas textiles were ripped. Location wise, was great, only a short walk from my hotel.

2020-08-01Just perfect! Ive said before, months ago and say it again! At first, the plan was to stay for a few months, but for me, it is hard to leave. This place is so inspiring to ambitious creators and all kinds of work development. Through these times, I have seen how much this WeWork care for quality, and every time I get here, the vibe is renewed and empowered. Thank you all. It takes an honest effort to keep things this cool and a bit of gratitude to recognize it.

2018-12-06Awesome decor, daytime staff is friendly and helpful.. Early morning security folks were unfortunately a little rude. New elevator policy was poorly implemented and the process for bringing in guests was poorly communicated. Other than that.. Pretty cool place to work

2018-05-16Do you enjoy waiting in line? Have you ever wished you could experience a fourteen floor walk-up? WeWork Times Square is for you, if so. Only two of four elevators are available due to construction. Either you wait in line for an elevator - ten minutes or more at peak times - or you walk the stairs. Otherwise its a nice space. I would avoid it until they finish construction.Updated in May 2018. Still one star. Though its not as bad as during construction two years ago, there are still elevator issues; sometimes waiting 5-10 minutes in a long line to go up or down. Still no designation of express or skip floor elevators. If you get an office here I would do so only on the fourth or fifth floor so that you can plan on using the stairs.

2017-10-04Pretty cool space to work. Sometimes daily services and building maintenance are lacking. Rooftop deck is amazing! They host great weekly educational and leisure events.

2017-12-21The only positive is the view from the roof. Sharing experiences from the upper floor. Our office goes days without being cleaned, and I dont mean swept or mopped, not even the trash gets taken out. The communal mugs are constantly missing. The restrooms go days without being cleaned or restocked, despite dozens of people using them daily. And this isnt unique to my floor. Wifi drops..and the staff represent themselves like college freshman on a tinder date..I would not recommend this location. I hear others are better, so check those out before the TS office.
