2022-08-08Booked mobility scooter for 9 am didn’t arrive until 4pm. They claimed it arrived at 1.30, the hotel said they were willing to confirm it arrived at 4pm. Only had 1 full day in Rome so had no means of transport. Didn’t use the scooter at all and was offered 12€ compensation. I paid 80€ Totally disgusted with the whole experience. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

2022-08-08The wheelchair turned up 2 hours late and was rusty. I contacted customer services to explain and they put the phone down on me.When asked for a refund I was told that I could keep the wheelchair for an additional two hours but this was not required.Do not use this company!
