I frequented this dealership and purchased a vehicle. It was an excellent experience.. my salesman Ashe, was wonderful. He showed me the vehicle, I came to see. He honored the price advertised on the internet. He was very personable and did not apply any pressure. I was able to take my time and make my own decision. He worked with me, within my budget and I was so very happy. I have had no problems with the vehicle and all worked out very smoothly. I would certainly recommend this dealership and they certainly earned five stars. I look forward to utilizing their services again.

I had a great experience with Ash. Car shopping is crazy now a days as you have to jump on something you see online right away. Ash was quick to respond and work with my schedule to go see the car. He was upfront about a couple things that needed to be fixed and got me a great warranty for a reasonable price. Also, I was never pressured or looked down upon when I was saying I would be paying for the whole car in cash, something I had been dreading with going to a dealership rather than using craiglist. Would highly recommend.

Picked up our 2017 Chrysler 300s about a week ago and couldn’t be happier. This was the nicest preowned auto experience purchase I have had in my life. I dealt with John and he was always attentive and responsive. The entire deal was 100% transparent. If you’re looking for a preowned car you need to check these guys out.

What a great place to get a car! The two ladies in the back (complete smoke shows!!)Did all my paperwork for me and even complimented my rear end. The gentleman in the front was also very helpful with his beautiful baby blue eyes and guerrilla hands. Will definitely return for more cars.

I chose to look at this dealership first NOT because I know the owner, but because Ive never heard one negative thing about the dealership or the employees. I personally dealt with Ash, and he was great! Definitely went above and beyond to get me approved. & not only that, he made sure to get me the car I wanted! Came in expecting there was no way there was such a great deal, then got there on Thursday and went for a test drive and was blown away, worked thought-out the weekend to get everything ready for when I picked up the vehicle and didn’t hide any fees or try to pull any tricks. Explained every fee that was associated with the purchase and made sure I didn’t have to wait any longer, signed 10 documents, gave the check and drove away. Amazed with the ease and simplicity, make sure you ask for John. They have multiple lots to make sure you check before leaving.

I give Wheel R’ Us dealership 5 stars all around. 5 Stars for their perfect customer service. 5 stars for their certified high quality cars they have in stock all with a great and reasonable price tag. 5 stars for their after purchase customer satisfaction care I recently dealt with Wheel R Us dealership for the first time last week, when I fell in love with a car I saw that they were selling from their website. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Jason, who was friendly and accommodating to all my questions I had about the car I was interested in. I instantly fell in love with that car after I took it for a test drive, so I decided to purchase the car that same day. Most of the reason I made such a fast decision to make a vehicle purchase as fast as I did, was mostly because of the atmosphere of the dealership and how I felt like I was dealing with a professional dealership, and not any of those pop up dealerships that comes and goes with not so great cars on their lot. Wheel R Us seems like they take a lot of pride in their business and have a lot of respect for their customers and that alone is worth my business.. The entire process from the test drive to the final sale of the purchase of the car was so stress-free and easy. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast and simple it was to purchase a used car. I have purchased cars from private sellers in the past with a lot more stress. Thank you Wheel R Us.Update Review (2/5/2021)I am retracting my original review and deducting 4 stars from my review with Wheels 4 Us. I give them 1 star. 1 month and a couple of days after I originally purchased this car, (a week after State Law Warranty expired) I decided to purchase a OBD-2 Scanner to make sure everything was up to par with my car. I thought there shouldnt be a code, because I didnt see a engine light on since owning the car and I thought I purchased the car from a professional dealership that can be trusted, I thought wrong. I received 8 engine codes for 4 different issues with the car. The first and biggest was Intake Flap Failure , Engine Misfire , Coil Malfunction, Oil Pressure Issues, thermostat. I also had a noisy air blower , issues with the serpentine belt all within a month after I purchased car. These kind of issues dont happen after owning a car for a little more then a month and under 4k driving miles, most of those issues were prior to buying the car. Now I know why I was never were offered a dealership extended warranty from the sales person (Owner) at Wheels 4 Us. They never even asked me. The first week I bought the car I started noticing the front end making a very loud noise while driving. I called Wheels 4 Us, they took a look at it, and found it was the tires making the loud noise while driving. They replaced all 4 tires for me, which was very nice. I would imagine at that time they had put a OBD scanner to the car to check the problem before realizing it were the tires, and I find it very odd that they didnt see the 8 codes on the cars computer. I find it very messed up that they tried to hide this from my attention. It really shows a lot about the kind of people running Wheel4Us and the type of business they are.. So for a month I was driving this car with a misfire and burnt out coil among other issues, only god knows the damage I caused with the motor. Long story short, I saved hundreds of dollars replacing the air blower , coil , spark plugs , serpentine belt on my own. Although the replacement of the intake and thermostat cost me nearly $2,600. I am over 3k in the hole with this car. I am very disappointed in this dealership, I may even be reporting this problem to the BBB. If I would have known of these issues before the NY State Warranty had ended, I would of asked for my money back. f you are deciding to purchase a car from Wheel 4 US, make sure to bring a OBD scanner with you or have a mechanic look it over..
