Great place to shop. Great selection of plants to choose from. More expensive than Lowes or Home Depot but quality of plants very good. Family run small business.

The quality of their stuff is good (though the same as everywhere else) but the guy who answers the phone is just dreadful. Told us pavers werent in stock, we visited the site to look at alternatives and it turned out they did have them he just hadnt checked. At the end of the job we had one pallet left over and asked to return it. He told us we could (for a 35% restocking fee) but then when we called the next day to schedule that return he then said they couldnt. Theres too many supply companies around here to be dealing with this poor customer service, so wed suggest using others for larger jobs where youre not just picking up the stuff yourself (their staff on-site were great).

Ordered a truck load of topsoil delivered to my house recently. While the order was being delivered, the driver accidently ran over part of my firepit causing damage. It was obviously an honest mistake. Spoke with the owner Tommy who immediately made it right. Very professional and good guy. Used Whispering Pine Landscaping Materials for the past 10 years and have always been happy with their products and delivery service. Sometimes s*** happens, but they did the right thing by the customer. Ill continue to use them and recommend them. Thanks again!

Wonderful place to service your lawn equipment and buy landscape materials! The owner, Thomas is such a nice person, while his staff is so attentive. Saul and Sergio really do such a great job servicing my lawn mower. While the young gentleman, George, works so hard up on the top when I need landscape material. Anything from Unilock, to mulch to bluestone to topsoil, they are number one in my books! Great people, Great service. Id give them more stars if I could!!!

This place is a disgrace! Especially manager Saul who is rude and disrespectful to women! Sergio was a sweetheart, the owner Tom who I went to get he came back with me because the way Saul was speaking to me and continued to let him yell and speak to me very disrespectfully! I am still in shock how an owner lets his worker speak to a customer like this! This is why I will never shop with them again. Tom the owner did absolutely nothing to stop it so unprofessional and nasty, they can keep there products!

Absolutely awful. I would give 0 stars if I could. The corsage and boutonniere had the smallest little roses I have ever seen. I think a 2 year old could have made better ones with the flowers she found in the woods behind her house. They were so bad we threw them out right after we picked them up on prom day. Shoutout to Mahopac Florists for making the most beautiful corsage and boutonnière in an hour on prom day. Do not use Whispering Pine unless you want to waste money.
