Ordering went fine, go to get drinks... Soda machine only has diet drinks... Return to counter, same person who took the order, fails to understand that the machine is empty. Yells out the soda machine needs refilling and the response is .... What?. NOTHING ELSE IS DONE! Waited around for the order... Received order and another associate when told of the issue filled our cups from behind the counter.Overall, EXPECT POOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.
I bought a 30 pack 1/2 cheeseburgers and hamburgers. Also I bought there mozzarella sticks. Omg it was delicious. The staff was so pleasant.

Came here recently and the service is horrible where I waited 30 minutes for my order on Christmas Eve . Their were several people waiting including delivery workers such as Uber Eats and Doordash. I dont know who the plus size gentleman was but he was rude and told one of delivery workers who said he had been their waiting for a customers order for over and hour and told him if the customer couldnt he or she should cancel and request a refund .

Enjoyed a suitcase of 20 cheeseburgers an order of fries & onion rings with hashbrowns & a side of fish pieces with a friend had some burgers left over next day was an enjoyable experience staff were all nice unfortunately NO RESTROOM for patrons & didnt like the milkshake tasted like artificial chocolate bummer
They move much faster than other White Castle restaurants that Ive been to. There were a few cars ahead of me in the drive-thru but the line moved very quickly.

This was the 1st time Ive visited this location. Got the sack of 20 with cheese and the fish nibblers which are always crispy and delicious. The wait times are always long at White Castle which I can only attribute to the burgers being made fresh. But its worth the wait. The cashier was pleasant.
The food was good...taste fresh....the service does need some improving. If your taking a drive thru order and your speaking with your coworkers thats not about the customers order...MAKE SURE WE CANT HEAR YOU....how you feel about your job is not our concern. JUST GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!!!!!

Wish i could give the a 5 but its the wait tome that messes it up and the fact that they mostly never have everything on the menu like the veggie burger or the smokey sloppy joe and one time even fried clams. But the crew are a great buch of youngins. They hustle just not enough workers for yhe crowd of people on a Saturday night.

Due to COVID, their hours seem erratic but they most definitely arent open 24 hours, something I learned one Saturday around 10am (hey, we were in the area!).This location has the full menu including the newer items. The wait in the drive thru is fairly long, so plan to wait at least thirty minutes with five cars ahead of you.Parking is ample, huge even!
The manager is ghetto and rude with no respect.. don’t dress appropriate for the dress code. Exposure of her behind. Threatening to fight people snd customers.
Food was good. Service not so much. Cashier left the register for about 10 minutes. Started touching things with the same gloved hands she was using at the register to collect money. Instead of Manager filling the gap, the manager yelled across the floor for the cashier to make a milk shake for a drive-thru customer. Finally checked out by the manager, cashier never returned. Food was ready in about 5 mins.
Horrible, they need to change the oil or something clean the grill something. Because it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Sorry for the bad review but yall gotta do better for the hood
I remember coming to this location back in the day when i used to live in east New York. Always served great food! I miss this White Castle and the neighborhood. Also remember the blimpees down the block with all the arcades in it. Man times have changed.
Its a White Castle.I have been going to White Castle since the burgers were .9 cents and I had a lot of hair.Back then it was alwats a pleasure watching how the workers put the burgers together.I would get them steamed and if you ever eat a fresh dounut right out of the oven it melted in your hand like these little burgers.While I dont eat as many as I like, and pretty much leave fast food alone I still love White Castle.I would have given 5 stars but the service was just a little slow for my taste.
Its white castle what can you say.. Waited a little long ,got a cheese burger crave case,onion rings, mac and cheese fritter things. Manager was attentive gave us the other stuff before the case. After 10 min he realized he gave us wrong bag . Told me to keep that stuff and gave me the right bag! So I got double onion rings clam strips and a few other extras.
Never wait to long in the drive through
I literally ordered at around 3pm in store and the service was slow. Th reason being because there was what appeared to be an elderly woman at the one register that was open. Meanwhile the younger employees in the back were moving like lightning but no one decided maybe having the slowest employee at the register was a bad idea. Later at 955pm I decided to go back but this time ordered online through the app. I was told my order would be ready for pick up at 1010pm and to walk right up to the register to get it. Fail. The same woman was at the register and the line is long and full of people who have grown impatient. One of the faster employees finally came to help expedite the line and get me my order... Which wasnt prepared. Then I go to pay and the card machine isnt working and by not working I mean not plugged in. I wont visit this place again as long as this woman is on the clock. Everyone just seemed to ignore the fact that shes no good at the register and barely lent a hand or even opened another register. Other than that the food is good. Impossible sliders are the bomb! Just dont get them from here.

I give three stars because the service was kind of quick. But they messed up our order reacts with no pickles no onions and we got pickles and onions. Plus you can tell that the burgers were sitting there for a while cuz they were very dry

Crave the wave is what happened so heres my review. The outside of the place could have been a little bit cleaner but not dirty. There is a plus it has a drive thru and a free parking lot which is very important today.The inside was clean and the service could have been better. The staff at the counter didnt seem that enthusiastic about taking my order but definitely were not rude. The burgers are square there rare and every now and then I do actually crave the wave. So the buyers are still the same as they were when I was a kid so they are doing something right.I will definitely be back
This place really hits the spot for a retro feel of hambuger and fries. In addition, I absolutely love their mozzerella sticks. It reminds me of my youth.Tip: if you are in a rush, use the drive thru. Somehow, things are way quicker there than the dinning room. Im not sure why. It just is.
White Castle burgers are great. I loved eating here as a child. I still love eating here as a adult. Still reasonable. Very clean. Well kept. The staff is very pleasant. A Wonderful place to visit from my childhood. I am so glad White Castle is still around.
Honestly, White Castle fish sandwiches are good nonetheless they arent healthy. The prices have gone up. The chicken rings, onion rings and fries are good too, just remember just might be greasy..🤣👋🏼

The dining was area closed due to COVID but the service was fast and hot just like I remember it.
I ordered a large order including combos, crave case, other sides, onion rings and impossible burger. Get in the car and tried to find onion rings to give my toddler. They gave fries instead so I just went to drive through and ordered another sack of onion rings instead of unloading kids in car. When we finally got home they didn’t give me impossible burgers which I was charged for so everyone else who ate meat were able to enjoy the crave case, my son had fries and onion rings. We didn’t get to eat anything else. Big disappointment as I repeated the order twice and it was confirmed by cashier.

Nice atmosphere. The decor is well done, giving a contemporary aesthetic while still maintaining classic dinner elements. The food was to White Castle quality and ready before long. I appreciate that they have a lobby drink machine. Its one of those newer ones that has multiple flavors of Coke.

Seems the service was a tad better when the women of the night present. Seem attitude took over, the one black cook seems the only one to be pleasant. Everyone else has become elite black ops, or upset for reasons unknown. Dont allow negative energy over my food.
Making an online order through Uber Eats. The app tells us it’s going to take about 30 minutes to get here. My partner and I have been waiting over one hour and a half, almost two hours for fast food. We are trying to call the store, and it says, all services are busy. Today is Sunday, there’s no way it should take almost two hours for fast food! If you’re going to order from the apps, please make sure you’re not HUNGRY HUNGRY, or I guarantee you that you’ll be upset.

Not only was everything served hot, it was mad tasty. Cheese sticks were stringy and the bacon on the cheese burgers were crispy and my oh my delicious. must go!

You have to wait an eternity before you can get your stuff i guess is almost every white castle because the one in Utica & empire in New York city does the same exact thing but besides they are my favorite place to get my smoothie their stuff are made with natural fruit unlike Macdonald smoothie

When I got there, debit/credit machine wasnt working. No problem I had some cash. They went to take my order and cash register froze so they couldnt take order that way. Finally she said ok shed write order down, pen didnt work! Finally finds a pen that works, cant find gallon bottle for sweet tea. Finally finds bottle for sweet tea. Ask for tarter sauce I dont think we have any finally they find like 10 packets and give them to me now were all out. I get home the sweet tea has no sugar. This is what I get for going there when I normally go to the one on Atlantic Ave

I have to down grade to 1 star! 3 time in a row they get the order wrong. What is so hard about NO ONIONS ANS STEAM THE BURGER. I got so sick last n8ght from all the onions they put on. Theres nothing like a fresh murder burger. The reason I dont give it 5 stars is because they cost 85 cents & you can get them frozen 2 for a buck at Dollar Tree.

Last night was the first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We had great time with the efficient service, with the fine cooking and fine drinks and with the comfortable cost. We will surely return there again.
Best shakes in Brox. Not kidding, taste like vanilla. Other fast food joints and Mr Softie shakes, flavorless. I was happly surprised. Now I have to keep from having one everytime I see a WC. Haha

Absolutely love this place always very clean and if you are a skilled semi driver you can even get your rig into the parking lot just dont try it around lunch and dinner rush. Food is fresh and tasty as always and the service is quick and top notch.
The drive though screen wasnt functional. There was an extremely long line with a very long wait time to reach the window. Order wasnt correct. The suggestive sale was extremely poor. It was impossible to get out of the line, as there wasnt enough room to exit the line. It was an extremely poor way to use up the gasoline ( fuel) .

Missing orders and a long wait
No public bathroom and the soda machine was nasty. And the service unfortunately was not that great. And the burger did not taste as they did in the seventies.
When they first had the impossible burger it was slamming. Now they have the new impossible burger it suck. The first one they had me going every day to get it. The new one is shape like there real burger square taste nasty . I think its the impossible two verison sucks.

I was taking part in T-Mobile Tuesday trying to get the 8 free White Castle classic burgers. I got to the intercom speaker and place my order. There were about fix cars in front of me. I decided to redeem the coupon. It was to expire at 9:48 p.m. it took me about 30 minutes to get to the actual window. When 948 approached, I decided to screenshot the code just to make sure that I didnt lose it. I got to the window and showed her the code and she said that there had to be a spinner icon spinning at the top. I said okay Ive tried to go back to the web browser where the code was redeemed and I was not allowed anymore. I explained to her that the line took so long that the cold seemed to have expired. She said that she couldnt do anything about it. In owning a business, Id like to say that Im very proficient in customer service. To know that your customers have been waiting on line for so long, and to not attempt to help the customer, especially when they have proof that theyve been on line with a redeem code, is the reason I am writing this review. I cannot blame them for a long line. I cannot blame them for my code expiring. However the way this White Castle drive-thru layout is, once you enter the drive-thru oh, you cannot leave the drive thru. So being stuck on the line for 30 minutes and not being able to get anything at the end is what frustrated me. For anyone who is taking part in T-Mobile Tuesday, try to remember to redeem the code when you get to the window. I have little faith that this staff will be considerate of any expired code.
Food is great as always, but Ive had my order wrong two out of the three times that I went through the drive through. Sadly I only found out when I got home, but from now on Im checking the bags on the spot.

We ran here at about 11pm on new years eve. The drive through was long but inside was great. We brought a crave case via the app and was in and out to bring in the New Year in church.
The workers during the breakfast/lunch hours have the most nasty attitudes. No patience. If you work in the food industry you have to put up with bad attitudes coming at you but dont give it back

The fat manager with the dreads was very disrespectful. I called the store about 20 times cause I was waiting for an order from Grubhub, for an whole hour. So I got out of my bed to go all the way there for them to cancel my order as soon I reach. I asked him if they have a phone he said “yeah and the reason they could not answer phone cause they were busy”. That was just an excuse I went in there and no one was in there.
Now that they have these impossible sliders it has changed the game its great to have a fast food place that has a plantbase fast food Burger so you dont have to feel guilty. And it tastes good too.

Very clean inside and outside. The staff was very polite and patient. My food was very hot. The only problem was the self serve beverage machine has very FEW options😣
They had marinara sauce this time, so I went crazy on the mozz sticks! Good service at the drive-thru!

Placed my order on line for a scheduled pick up. When I arrived they hadnt even seen or begun making my food. The 2 young folks went right to work and stayed late to get my order out.
I love White Castle. I was disappointed at this particular White Castle. The service was slow my food was cold for waiting so long. I have been to this White Castle before and my food was dead on, I guess I choice the wrong day!!

My order was not prepared right, I order 5 burgers no pickles and to be steam. My burgers wasnt steam and had pickles on them.Than a worker came on the floor with her hair not protected and she was in her street clothes and off the clock.

Bad customer service rude cashier had a bad attitude they have veggie and planted based options its only one thing I have a wheat allergy so I can eat the burger but not the bread I told her that and she says she has to serve it with the bread because that how they make it and the guy who does it is not there today I continue to tell her about my allergy but she wouldnt budge she was like I will give to u like that so she tried to process the order I told her ass I didnt want the burger only the other things I ordered and she quickly called another worker over and she said all u have to do is put it in a tray problem solved long wait time for everyone for there food some people even cancelled and left because it took so long never again

2020-01-01The place was filthy inside. The soda machine which is self serving had spilled dried soda all around it. The employees held up customers arguing about a short count of the drawer. Some of the ladies working there nails were extremely too long handling food. It was the most disturbing eatery I have ever seen. However, its in the hood so no one really cares. The board of health should visit the place.

2022-02-27Little slow on service I know the burgers are made fresh but they always seem to be short staffed. The same person that takes your order makes the order and takes your money as well. Food is always hot though. Just be prepared to wait about 7-10mins even if there are no cars in the drive-thru

2022-03-01I wrote a review that showed up as being listed as a visit 2 HAPPY Taco that was reserved 2 b 4 White Castle. It listed as White Castle, at first, n I dont know what happened or how it changed but, I reiterate, Nostalgic, there since I was a teen, disheartened that they no longer sell clam strips, (have 2 go all the way 2 Coney Island 4 them now since Nathans at KP closed). Pray they do not close the White Castles, ppl hear me(!!) n BUY 2 keep them open. Good breakfast sandwiches if u love their burgers, have the slider with the egg n burger n the a.m., delicious.
