Cashiers are great understanding and respectful. And the workers all seem to be doing a good job however it does not see to be ran well. The manager is constantly yelling which can’t be good for working morale and doesn’t make customers feel welcomed. The back is also really messy and gives me chills every time I look at it. Everything is great but the manager needs to calm down she is putting her workers under a lot of pressure.

Quite clean, service is nice, but we waited for 2 burgers 21 minutes while other people kept coming in and out in few minutes (even after coming to check the status twice).. sadly - flavor was meh 🫤

Wanted to find out hours and menu. Open 24 hours fri-sun and menu would not open wide enough to see combos. Weekday hours of operation 9am-5am? Wanted to see if they still had fish sandwich and chicken rings, but could not read it. Who delivers, and how far?

Was excited at first to see a new White Castle opening up in South Brooklyn since it’s close to me and there aren’t many throughout the entire borough, unfortunately. I went to the store today for the first time to pick up 2 medium sized orders and wound up waiting 20 minutes though though, as you’ll see if you make the mistake of coming here, the kit when is crowded with workersThe store itself is very loud due to obnoxious customers, hot due to their being no AC, and doesn’t have parking. I love White Castle, but not this unpleasant location. Be prepared to swear, wait a long time, and possibly get a ticket so beware. The first clue in a largely incompetent staff should have been the sad fact that every single one of them was still wearing a mask

Was Here On 9/6/22 I Ordered The 1921 Slider & Double Fish With Cheese. BOTH items Came To Total Of $7.93.The Service Was Fast & Friendly. I Was Parked In Front Of Nathans Famous On Surf Ave & I Noticed That The White Castle Was Busier Than Nathans Was At $6.39 Per Hot Dog I Can Understand Why? My The Mighty Have Fallen At On Time Nathans Famous Was The Best Fast Food In Coney Island. Unfortunately Not Anymore.
