Started my travel career with White Glove a year ago and they are with me every step of the way. Their staff makes sure you get everything you are supposed to get and everything you need to be successful.Shanna, Debra, Kelly, Jessie, Rylee and everybody else are all very, very helpful. They all made sure I had a smooth transition. And most importantly they treat you as a family. I am so fortunate to be a part of the White Glove team.
I have been working with White Glove for 10 months and I am very satisfied! As a travel nurse for 10 years I have used many agencies across the country. Although this is a 1 year contract with the state Dept. Of Health, the support has been continuos and timely.The pay is very competitive and weekly!I have never called or emailed and not gotten a timely response.If you are considering a nursing agency, travel or local, I highly recommended White Glove!
I’ve been an RN for four years but am new to traveling, and working with White Glove has been a great experience. My recruiter Milly and coordinator Beily answered all of my questions and were always a text, email, or phone call away if needed. This is my first experience with a staffing agency and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and support. Kim, my recruiter, was super efficient and kept in contact with me with any new positions that came up and submitted my application until I got the position at my current job. Stella (account manager) was prompt in following up with me and getting my paperwork started and answering any questions. Dorothy (staffing coordinator) was extremely efficient and made the onboarding process a breeze. She was eager to get my paperwork processed as fast as possible and kept me updated every step of the way. Dorothy also follows up with me to see how I am doing with the new position. My experience at white glove has been great thus far. I just started with white glove placement. And I must say I am very unsatisfied. I have been in the nursing field since 1997 and I have never worked with a company so unorganized.Upon request and the assignment Everything went great. They had the hospital call I had my interview and I got hired.. The agency contacted Me and was so adamant that I must sign the contract that day, call call-thats all I got But as soon as I signed my contract it went downhill from there. My coordinator contacted me her voice sounded very vivid and bubbly I missed your call, checked my voicemail I returned her call 30 minutes later to be told she lost her voice and that I had to email her all my questions. This went on for a week. well I emailed the same questions for a week to really get no answers. Then I submitted all my paperwork for them to keep calling me after I already started my assignment to submit certain things. Now they have us submitting our timesheets through a computerized system called vector which none of us from the company that are working for white glove are really able to even access PROPERLY! Its new to them and us!;they gave us no information on how to troubleshoot any problems, just how to log in!! This is my 1st week to get paid And here we go my funds are not available. I have contacted this lady from the beginning of Monday when their company opened this is what Im not about to play about I will not go 13 weeks and not get paid this contract will get forfeited and self terminated very quickly! And the response thats written at the end of each bad review, is what they keep saying on the phone!! That must be their slogan!!
I have an excellent experience with White Glove Placement. Recently I contacted White Glove placement Agency in order to get high paid job for Registered Nurse, and I met over the phone their representative, lady with a nice pleasant voice, she introduced herself; Ethel Weinstock. I explained to her for what I was looking and a pay rate. She processed my credentials and a paperwork in a two days and I was hired. I believe White Glove has every representative like her, professional, kind and polite. She made me happy. Strongly recommend this company to R.N.s.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY! I sure don’t know how people are giving this company good reviews, must be fake reviews. I began working for White Glove, got very sick, almost hospitalized sick so I got terminated by them. On top of getting terminated while I was struggling with my health, they refused to pay 3 days orientation that was completed in one of their hospital. They keep saying as per policy will be paid on my second check. I keep telling them there will be no second check since I was terminated. Now the story is, they have no reports for my orientation. Take my word, I’ve been trying to get paid for an entire month, they will NOT PAY! Be very careful with this company, you will be working for free. Imagine traveling far, all the expenses and time spent not to get paid? They can reply all they want that sorry for having such a bad experience contrary to hundreds/thousands of people being totally satisfied, to me is all made up! Horrible company to work for is the bottom line, you’ll see for yourself if you decide to work for them.

White Glove is an old pro in the industry. I was recently working with Faye T. and I found her to be very helpful in contacting me with upcoming positions and always with a cheerful and empathetic attitude. The only thing that takes away from the experience is that compared to some other companies, the rates are not as high but they are very convenient to work with.

I tried multiple times to get into my current hospital with another company. I am glad I decided to go back to White Glove Placement. Stacie got me the assignment I wanted within a week (something another company failed to do 3 times). This company cares for their nurses and are available by text, email, phone, whenever you have an issue. They check on all their staff frequently to make sure that everything is going smoothly with their assignment. Stacie actually fought to get me a higher rate mid contract. WHO DOES THAT??? I found the recruiting staff Deborah Walter, account manager Carolyn Stern, and Dorothy Bochner at WG to be very efficient, organized, and made the process easier than previous companies that I have worked with. I didn’t have to refax the same documents countless number of times which was frustrating. They are great & a pleasure to work with. Don’t work here as a para. For starters communication is HORRIBLE. They give you the run around a to even get a start date. In training they have a nurse who doesn’t know anything about being a para teaching you how to be a para. They are very racist, they will stare at you and not try to help and talk to you very nasty. You have to constantly call and get an assignment. They barely respond to the calls and emails. Like you literally have to hunt them down and make sure they’re on top of THEIR job. Then you wait 1 hour and if the kid doesn’t show up you don’t get paid for that 1 hour and you don’t get reimbursed for gas/transportation money wasted. They’ll have you waste time driving from assignment to assignment for FREE. You can’t make a living because your hours aren’t guaranteed. Don’t waste your time working here, find something more stable.

When there was unpredictable situation from other department, Compliance, she took on her shoulder to downsize my concern and call to patient. Starting with Ethel to Any, it has been a wonderful experience. They got me the position I wanted at the rate I wanted. They work closely with you throughout the entire assignment. They never get tired of your questions…lol. I highly recommend them. They are the best!!
They will not pay you if you dont work the full shifts. If you dont threaten to contact department of labor for your pay! They will run to pay you then because they know if they dont and you do they will get serious fines and in big trouble. I did two days and they only agreed to pay me for the one so I still contacted them.
Got a phone interview from this agency, right of the bat the recruiter is rude, zero phone etiquette. I told her that I could only work in Queens and the city, then she proceeded on giving names that are way far from me a hospital in White Plains, Staten Island, Bronx. When I told her No I cant work in those places she repeated the same places again, which I find very strange she does not listen. When I declined the job she literally dropped the phone mind you shes not using a cellphone but a telephone imagine how much loud that is if someone disrespectfully just drops the phone with force. So if youre declining a job offer make sure you hang up first. Im just so glad that I dont need a job that badly and that I dont need to work with people who are entitled to be nasty and disrespectful to people who are looking for a job.
It was nice working with white glove even though coordinators changed frequently. Im giving 2 stars because White Gloves HR department did not give me clear answer about the discrepancy in my accumulated sick day hours. I requested my sick leave pay before leaving the position in January 2022. I reached out to my coordinator (Emily) and HR (Shelly Zafir) many times via emails and calls. And still did not receive pay for my requested sick days. FYI It is NYs law to pay sick leave.

As a Canadian RN traveling to the US (specifically NYC) for work, I consulted with multiple companies, and White Glove was the only one that was able to understand all of the requirements needed and help facilitate my transition. In other words, they quite were thorough.I do admit, that with travel assignments or other, you must first be your number one advocate and make sure all your documents are up-to-date, because opportunities come far and few and will take the person most prepared...

Worst agency EVER! I posted over a month ago about payroll issues and sadly not one thing has changed. In the 3 months I have been employed by White Glove I have only been paid on time TWICE! If youre a nurse that doesnt depend on a timely reliable paycheck then you would be OK working here. But if like me you count on your money being available when promised, then do yourself a favor and dont work here. My time sheet was submitted on time this week but never made it to payroll. Who knows when it will be processed and when the funds will be available. The customer service is a bad as payroll. No one ever actually answers a phone. Texts, emails, voicemails not responded to, sometimes for day. The most frustrating experience in my 37 years as an RN. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone I like.

I have been with white glove for a very long time and I have worked with a few coordinators and I must say that its either I am lucky or the coordinators I worked with are just simply gooood. Currently I am with Sherry Weiss who makes herself available at all times and makes it easily to be approached. When people love what they do, it shows and she is one of those.
I recently began employment with White Glove and while I love the job I am less than impressed with this agency. We received a post card last week that stated payroll would be changed for the entire month of September due to staffing issues. We were told that payroll department would be closed most days in the month due to holidays and vacation. In my 38 years as a nurse I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. Many times in my career I have not gotten my first choice of vacation weeks as another employee already had the time off. A horrible way to do business. We all work for our money and they have a duty to pay us on time. I will be incurring bank charges as I have bills set up to be deducted from my account on our scheduled pay dates. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I asked for the name of someone at a supervisory level that I could register a complaint with and that still has not been provided.

Applied for the school nurse case management position. Spoke with the recruiter Liz, sent all my documents, was sent for fingerprinting and cleared to work. Liz gave me a start date and told me she would call me back with the address to go to. I never received a call back, or response to the e-mail. 3 DAYS AFTER the start date, I received an e-mail from Liz stating the job was no longer available because she forgot to submit the documents on time. She stated they had other school nurse openings available and would send me video to watch and open positions....................Well that never happened. I had to call her again and she connected me with staffing, just for them to tell me there isnt another school nurse opening available. I Never received the video. Never received accommodation to take another assignment. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung on on me. I would never recommend this company. This is unacceptable. Their communication is very poor and they are very unprofessional. There are other reputable agencies that actually care.
This agency is awesome. They helped me get a job in two days. Everyone is very nice and professional. Reizel was great. She really answered all my questions and was very nice. I would definitely recommend using them to help find a job.
White Glove was very accommodating in regards to the status of my application and giving me updates (especially Leah and Esther)! At first, I was initially frustrated due to the fact the approval was taking way longer than expected. What made up for it for the most part was Leahs patience and emotional support with the whole situation. After a while and all the help, everything went in the right direction and I finally got approved! Thank you again for everything, White Glove! Im always looking forward for your assistance!
THE WORST AGENCY. Nobody ever picks up their phone, you have to call multiple times just to get ahold of somebody and they do not reply to emails or voicemails. You will never get paid on time, you have been warned

The people at White Glove are efficient, professional and friendly. They work quickly to get you placed in a position of your choosing. They communicate with each update before and after the interview process. At any given time you have multiple people working on your placement. They make you feel valued.

2022-01-27The staffs in this company are professional, friendly, and supportive. This is my first time doing travel nursing, and I was so nervous. But my recruiters, Stacie and Evelyn are very supportive, and always help me with my concerns as soon as they can. I appreciate them for giving me a generous pay rate that I deserve because their goal is my happiness. The compensation is great. and on top of that, this company has activities and perks that make life and work balance. Thank you for everything that you do. 2022-02-22I have worked with White Glove Placement for a few months now. Charny my recruiter is a calm and thorough advocate. So far, she has been a good listener and tries her best to answer any questions that I may have about an assignment. I must say that most of the staff at White Glove that I have come across are very helpful. I still have a few weeks left at my current assignment and I am looking forward to a lasting work relationship with White Glove.
